I have ICICI Coral Visa Credit card [protected] on which i paid joining fee and i have not used this card for any type of transaction. Recently I added this card on Deamfolks.com website and ICICI bank immediately levied Rs.6500 as Joining fee and 1170 as IGST on 26.10.23. How second time joining fee is levied on this card. Immediately i removed this card from Dreamfolks.com website from my account. Further, I dont want to pay this fee on this card.
Hence I request that joining fee levied on my card may please be withdrawn or allow me to cancel the credit with immediate effect.

    Hi Rokesh here. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as DMC/IN[protected] DP C
    HGS TILL SEP-23 on 28-Oct-2023 I have not subscribed demat account.

    Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

    Kindly refund my money at earliest.

      On statements of 27th October 2023, I can see that rs.1899/- has been deducted from my icici bank account mentioning wpp renewal plan. Last year when they deducted the money for the same plan i called one assist team and said to cancel the policy as i never used it. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it. Please try to clear this request asap.

        On 18/10/2023, my icici account got debited with 1, 335.92, stating CashTxnChgs-Branch-Aug22+GST, I was not aware of and not informed about this deductions from the bank. I live in Canada, I caanot call customer care from here. Please take this complaint and help me to resolve the issue.

          I am ICICI Bank account holder my money is getting deducted for Dcardfee of rs. 706 without my consent.
          This is my 3rd experience with this bank. My money is not your property to deduct it whenever you want.
          There should be some professional procedure to ask first.
          Now I just want my every single rupee back

              My money is getting automatically debited from my ICIC account twice last month as 590 rupees.
              Reached out to customer care and they are saying that i took a loan from yes bank so that money is debited from my ICIC account which i never did and i didn’t even own an yes bank account. Need urgent help on this.

                  I have a loan in Bajaj Finserv amounting Rs.1076319.00 for which I have to pay EMI every month. I discussed with of ICICI personnel and suggested me to take a balance Transfer loan from ICICI to close the Bajaj Finserv loan as as their ROI is on much higher side.
                  I applied a balance transfer personal loan of 14 Lakhs in ICICI bank on 10th Sep, 2023 with the motive to close the loan of Bajaj Finserv. ICICI personnel told that they will send Demand Draft of the loan amount of Bajaj Finserv in my current address and balance amount will be sent to my SBI account (where my payment comes). Balance amount was transferred in my account on 16th Sep, 2023 but till date not send any Demand Draft. They prepared their amortization schedule and sent a soft copy of loan statement on dated 19th Sep. in my registered email and with principal amount Rs.140000.00 with 1st EMI of Rs.30627.00 scheduled on Dated 10 Oct, 2023. As I am already paying EMI of previous loan of Bajaj Finserv and HDFC Bank, which is about 60% of my payment, how can I pay above EMI without closing my loan of Bajaj Finserv. ICICI bank NACH/ECS of their Ist EMI was returned as Balance Insufficient. Now they are charging me interest along with EMI without paying their Principal amount.
                  I complained many times in ICICI customer care through registered email and their reply comes that full amount is disbursed in their record and I have to pay EMI. ICICI bank have harassed me mentally and they ranging me for their balance dues continuously. I talked with RM Mr. Vikas Jaiswal, Emp.No.558561 of ICICI Bank, first He tried to convince me that courier came to my current address and I returned him. Now he is saying that Demand Draft date lapses and new DD will be prepared soon and send to my address. I have recording of all the conversation with the representaives of ICICI personnel and all couriers of either of Indian Post Office, Zomato, Amazon, Meeso coming to my current address without any difficulty.

                    I woke up to see that I have been charged around INR 1265 against nach_ad_rtn_chrg ingenot charges. I haven't given any debit mandate to anyone. What is the reason? Can I get this resolved and receive my money back in my account?...

                        There was a fraud on phone for Rs 49000+49000 by a person posing as CRED customer care. Without any OTP he managed to cheat on my credit card and ran away. The matter was not investigated or looked into by the bank and was reported to RBI who defended the bank.
                        RBI is not taking any action and the banks keep silent. Limits were set to Rs 10000 only by me then how the amounts were approved by the bank's system? The same was informed to RBI so and they instructed ICICI Bank to pay me 48000 only. The bank has connivance with such people and will go to conduct court for damages, losses and compensation with interest till date.
                        The fraudster sent money to his landlord whose receipt is with me.
                        I'll not spare the bank of not made my loss good.

                        The bank is lethargic anti consumer and careless so I'll file complaint with cyber crime and consumer court tomorrow. When limits were set then how money went? Fraudster's mobile number was also sent to bank but they didn't take any action.

                              I had updated ICICI Bank KYC details in EPF website on 25th Sept, still my bank account is not verified and I am unable to claim my PF.

                              Whereas for a similar situation, my friends KYC was approved within 2 working days by SBI bank.

                              I don't know why ICICI Bank is not processing the kyc verification. I have read many complaints regarding the same in internet. Please take action and help us to complete the verification.

                                HI Team,

                                I am writing to inquire about the suspension of my account and seek clarification regarding the reasons behind this action. I am extremely concerned about the inconvenience this has caused me and would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.

                                To provide some context, I have personally submitted all the required documents to the bank, including the necessary documents to demat bank personally it’s almost 20 days over 2 times they ask me do online I do have SR number 3rd time they said go to bank and submit the documents which I have done personally now they send email account has been suspended . However, despite these submissions, my accounts remain suspended.

                                I am dismayed that I have been required to visit the bank repeatedly to resolve this issue. It has been nearly 20 days since I submitted the documents, and my accounts remain inaccessible.

                                I contacted the customer care team, and they advised me to visit the bank. I followed their advice and visited the Kharghar Branch, where I submitted the documents to a lady named Asha her number is - [protected]

                                I kindly request you to provide me with the following information:

                                The specific reasons for the suspension of my accounts.

                                The expected timeline for the reactivation of my accounts.

                                If possible, please share the contact information (name and email) of the relevant bank representative who can assist me in this matter directly.

                                I am committed to resolving this situation as soon as possible, and I believe that clear communication and assistance from your end will be invaluable.

                                    Ecs Return Charges Applied 590 2 times Hi My Name is Nitesh Kumar and i am customer ICICI bank from last 2 yrs, today i notice that my balance is deducted with any information with Refernce of ECSRTNCHRG 590 which is (2 times), then i checked my whole year statement and its showing around Rs.10000 deducted into my icici bank account with any SMS or confirmation, i want to know why this is happening or refund my money as all.
