      I had taken phone for 3749.89 on EMI.
      From 27/5/20 every month ICICI is deducting 590 every month twice or thrice, And I have paid about 12000 for nothing, I do not understand, my EMI's were cleared last year in December, Please help me, They are deducting it every month, I am a student and I do not have so money to just spare for ICICI

        Icici bank is deducting ecs charges daily and till now this greedy bank had already 500 rs ( 420+30+50) ... I had to withdraw all my money from the bank to save it from getting debited all to 0... And i already submitted the request of stopage of ecs charges and also submitted the request of emi closer ... And both of my request has been initiated and completed from the bank branch end but still when i added 50rs to check the ecs charges are still getting debited then ... Yes this worst bank still deducting ecs charges

          I have received a random call from [protected] number for card payment which is showing a spam call.
          I immediately blocked all my cards.

          In cards section I saw some unexpected charges even after full payment for 3008.

          I called customer care and didn't found much help. Paid the unnecessary charges and asked them to close my account.
          And they told we are not able to.

          Asked them to close the other 2 accounts, where also I made full payments. But again customer care didn't do it.

          Not sure what is required from my end but I have paid money in full to close all my accounts.

          3 main reasons:
          1) my data been shared wrongly outside.
          2) unnecessary and unexpected charges. Because after using Amex and citibank for 10 years, they never asked me to pay any such unexpected charges. for any wrong charges they always revert back.
          3) I didn't find on call customer service for cards useful at all. They don't seem professional enough and don't care if customers are having any struggle.

          At this stage I am so unhappy and upset with services that considering to close everything with icici.

              Amazon Pay ICICI credit card late payment charges

              Hi,

              This is regarding late payment charges of more than Rs.4000 levied to me on my Amazon Pay ICICI credit card no.[protected] and blockage of card

              I had called customer care regarding the blockage of card. The customer care personnel mentioned that its because I failed to pay Rs.129/- that I transacted in Dec 2020 and late payment charges of Rs.4000/-. This may be due to oversight and hence I request...

              Refund of amount 5857.67 was initiated from the Amazon on 8th July, but still not received in my ICICI bank credit card.

                I have lodged a complaint on this platform earlier, may be about a fortnight back as i do not remember the date as you did not send any acknowledgement too! the problem is not solved yet! to my amazement! i received another request to fill wire transfer details by logging to my internet banking a/c, when i logged in, it says no requirement! i wonder why the services at ICICI bank is at its low ebb, i have forwarded the copy of this e mail to nri, head services quality, both returned undelivered & a copy to sent to your bank branch on uttarhalli main road b'lore61 wherein i had met the branch manager & as per her directions i had submitted annual one time deceleration as required for inward remittance, this was about roughly 10 days before & i had attached a remittance slip also, this time it is not allowing, first remittance from the same person from manila philipines was credited to my bank ac with you, this time even after a fortnight, yet to be credited!

                  I have not authorized this transaction nor did I get any otp for this.

                    I am Anirudh Jain, I have been with ICICI bank since 2019. On[protected], INR 481.83 was deducted from my account without any alert message. I was not informed by my RM or any other representative for the opening of the Demat account. On[protected]at 02:00 pm, I received an email stating that the charges of the Demat account are billed for the amount of INR 826. This is the time when this came to my notice. I registered a complaint on the online portal of ICICI Bank (Level-1). Only the auto-generated emails were received. Then on 15th May 2021, I emailed customer.[protected]@icicibank.com for the issue. But again the irrelevant reply was received. On 18th May 2021, I wrote an email again about the past replies and about the issue still persists. On 21st May 2021, again I emailed the issue mentioning all the ticket numbers I've raised on the portal and reply I received. I also stated that no Level -2 number is generated while submitting the complaint. Then on 24th May 2021, I received a call from a representative where I told the whole issue and how it disturbed me during the pandemic time. Post that, I received an email stating that I have to submit the charges and they will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. While I stated that the Demat account is opened without my acknowledgment. I have debited my whole amount from the salaried account, post that I received an email stating that the Bank representative (SM) has contacted and convinced me to the applied charges and told me the steps to close the account. Instead, I have already told the SM on call as well as on mail that I will not bear any charges and I will not initiate any request of closing the Demat account as it is opened without my acknowledgment. Now, on 10th July 2021, I received an email stating the outstanding amt and that I have to deposit the charges in 30days.

                    I request ICICI Bank to look into this issue and credit back all the charges they have deducted in the name of the Demat account.

                        I have registered complaint with bank UID (317225)
                        bank refuses to refund rs 885 charged for credit card.
                        i checked total outstanding amount due on icici i mobile pay app.
                        banks app showed total outstanding amount due is 0.
                        now bank is putting all blame on me.
                        bank is not coming to the point, that banks app has shown total outstanding amount till date is 0.
                        its my hard earning, hope consumer forum helps me, in getting the refund

                            I am an ICICI bank customer. When I am checking on my statement they are deducting money with the name of ECSRTNCHG. I am not sure what it is and why it deducting from my account. I didn't get any messages or mail from ICICI bank regarding this deduction. They deduct the amount six times from the date 7th July 2021 to 14th July 2021 and the amount almost deducted is 1700+. I need the refund or proper reason for it.

                              Initial i had home loan in DHFL Finance. then DHFL Finance transfer our loan account to ICICI bank. Now ICICI bank taking EMI from me but interest rate charging as per DHFL finance. current ICICI bank home loan interest rate is 6.80% but ICICI bank charging interest rate from us is 8.32% so 1.52% extra interest rate charging by ICICI bank.
                              when we visit to ICICI bank regarding over charging interest rate they said we don't have any idea about interest rate and saying something about portfolio management and customer retaining issue.
                              so they told us 2 options either wait until DHFL give total authority to ICICI or transfer your loan to other bank. ICICI bank don't want to take any responsibility of customer.

                                  Yesterday 14 July, 2021, at 4.13pm, an unauthorised transaction took place from my debit card. The amount deducted is Rs.1199 by VIN/GOOGLE. I have not made any transactions during the given time especially using my debit card. My Coral debit card compromised.
                                  Kindly look into the matter and return my money as soon as possible.
                                  I'm also trying to call customer care but it shows "busy".

                                    On 14 may 2021, AN AMOUNT OF RS : 999/- was deducted from my ICICI account with the name of VSI*WWW MONEY. I didn't authorize this transaction by any means (OTP or monthly subscription).

                                    OTP for the transaction was also not asked for approval, how was the transaction approved?
