Dear Sir, I have got a personal loan from Yes bank. I am paying the loan regularly due date of the loan is actually not known sometimes it gets deducted on the 3rd, 7th, 8th of every month. Whenever the ECS of the yes bank is produced so many times I get my amount deducted from ICICI as [ ECS RTN CHGS ]. This started happening after the first covid season of 2020 till now . Why this is happening I am unable to understand, as there is a clause which states that once bounced cannot be produced again without customer approval or knowledge. If any dues are there should have been collected from the customer the same month or at least the next month. Kindly help me please . For further communication mail me at [protected]@gmail.com

      I am facing very very bad experience by icici credit card. i have outstanding amount is about 55000. agents are calling more than 50 times in a day.
      getting threats from the agents everyday. i told them that i was getting salary issues from the current organization so i resigned. i am joing another organization on 16th aug so I'll start paying my credit card emi from September. but no one is there to understand. they doesn't let me work keep called keep threatening me.

              Credit card ending 9005.
              bank charged me rs 750 as late fee & rs 135 as gst, total amount rs 885.
              total outstanding payment due on ICICI I MOBILE APP was 0.
              rs 885 was charged without my fault.
              at first bank refused to register my complaint.
              but with the help of consumercomplaints.in i was able to get refund of partial payment of rs 750.
              but now bank refuses to refund rs 135 which was deducted under the head of GST.
              bank official called me & clearly metioned they will not refund rs 135 at any cost.

              why should i bear the expenses without any fault.
              pls raise my concern to banks senior most officials & help me to get refund of rs 135 which was charged without my fault

                  I don't why you're debit this amount in my last transaction 590, 590, 490. My loans are cleared in August 2020 for dmi finance but why now you're debited this. Please clear this issue and refund my amount either I need to take serious action on this. In this pandemic I don't have job too and I applied for my pf now you eaten this amount you guys please refund my amount.

                    I have an Amazon pay icici credit card, I made a purchase on 13th February 21 in amazon and paid the credit card bill through amazon on 21st March 21. The problen is I am still getting the payment due notification in amazon and it's including interested on that amount every month, I called icici customer care but they were not helpful at all. Please help.

                      Dear Sir/Mam,

                      I have a Amazon pay ICICI Bank credit card for the billing cycle of June 2021 i earned some 16000 points on my credit card spending.

                      My Statement Generation date was 6th July 2021 & as per Terms and Conditions the said Rewards need to be transfered in amazon pay wallet within 3 days but its been more than 10 days they have not yet transferred the same.

                      I Also Contacted Customer Care they are also not responding to my queries i also mailed them but they did not reply to my actual query.

                        Credit card bill generated on - 18 July 2021

                        Sequence of events:
                        I was trying to make online payment around a moth back using my icici credit card, suddenly I started receiving multiple messages regarding same transaction and also Icici representative started calling me multiple time in night around 10.30 pm, he told me that it could be a suspected fraud. So in panicked situation I reduced my credit card limit to 2000 to limit losses. And after that I blocked my card.
                        Since the card was blocked I was not able to see it in internet banking app anymore
                        Then yesterday I received statement with Rs 500 overlimit fees
                        As per my understanding, setting up custom limit from my end is for my way to limit expenses. I am still not exceeding bank's credit limit, so why overlimit fees was charged.
                        Tried calling customer care but they did not help, also they refused to take my complaint against this policy

                          I tried to enable a standing instruction on my ICICI Fastag so that is the tag balance goes below 1000, it will take 1000 from my ICICI bank account. But apparently there were a defect in the system by which it kept on adding 1000 each every time. Rs. 1, 00, 000 was taken from my ICICI account and added to the tag balance. This happened on 6th of July 2021 and till now the customer care executives are not able to help me out to get my money back. I am attaching the file that shows how every time 1000 was taken from my account and also the number of inquiries that I made to the ICICI Fastag customer customer care (I had called them up at least 15-20 times). Every time they say they will call me back, but nothing happened. Now my 1, 00, 000 is locked there and I need this badly

                            I have scheduled pay my emi to HDFC merchant on every month 7th, start from March/2021 but the auto-debit never happened. After waiting for long, i transferred the emi amount manually through UPI has given by HDFC bank merchant UPI number. from May/2021 to till date icici has been deducting 599 for a week, for today they got deducted sum of 4200, without any notification from icici Bank. I checked with my merchant(HDFC) on this and they have received the required emi amount. But when I raised complaint to icici ccr they never gave me proper response or solution.

                                  Hi,

                                  I received an from ICICI bank regarding Rs. 2000 that was credited to my account as disbursement for some loan I requested from Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. I never requested from any such loan from them.
                                  There is also a loan account number mentioned in the email that I am unable to check online.

                                  I tried talking to the customer service team for over an hour (had to call 5 times as I was just getting transferred round and round between teams or calls kept getting disconnected) and after that 1 hour, I was told that they don't have any information on the below yet.

                                        Redemption Scici Deep Discount Bonds

                                        Hi,

                                        We have two Scici Deep Discount Bond of 1st September 1996 of 5000 each which redemption date is 1st September 2021. We tried to visit registered Scici office of Cuffe Parade which is mentioned on bond certificate but the office seems to me moved from there long back.
                                        Also as enquired future we got to know Scici Limited is merged with Icici banks so tried contacting Icici BKC branch but can’t connect call.br...
