Sir, I initiated a payment of Rs 40450 on 16.07.2021 through upi of Imobile app. My account number is[protected]. Payment was made only once and deducted at the same time from my bank account but now in passbook it is being reflected as payment made twice with the same amount of Rs 40450. Thus amount 40450 has been deducted twice from my account. Transaction details are UPI/[protected]/UPI and UPI/[protected].

I had earlier raised a complaint but I am not satisfied with the received reply. This is a serious case of financial fraud or may be some technical glitch in the system. But I am quite unhappy because I had initiated transaction once but after some hours I found it deducted twice without my authority.Therefore it is requested to take proactive measures to correct the wrong payment done by Imobile app twice and initiate proceedings to revert Rs 40450 to my account immediately please.

    Non receipt of redemption amount of bond
    I have not yet received the payment of the redemption amount against the
    ASHIRWAD DEEP DISCOUNT BOND (OPTION 1) My bond numbers are :-
    1482 142 certificate no 463602
    i am one of the looser of investor of ASHIRWAD DEEP DISCOUNT BOND (OPTION 1)

    Banks official says the amount is transfer to Govt account.
    they say Rs10000 is only we will get..This is really not fair..it seems customers are cheated..request to help out(G0T THE MESSAGE THROUGH MAIL)

    I also have one Bond and was expecting Rs 2 lakhs to support my retirement and now Bank is saying I will only get around Rs 10400 and need to be claimed from IEPF.

    My question is - if bank had decided to exercise the early redemption option in 2001 and transferred this money to IEPF, why we should not atleast get FD interest rate for all years from 2001 till now ?

      Why ICICI bank is not accepting Aadhar and Pan cards to correct spelling mistakes in my account, they ask for extra documents such as a driving license and voter id. In 2011, ICICI bank opened my salary account on basis of a PAN card even though there was a spelling mistake. Recently I corrected my pan card. When last month I approached them, they are saying along with Aadhar and Pan cards, I should also produce a driving license. Shame on ICICI for making such a nonsense policy

        Hello Sir,

        I want say that I shubhneet srivastava resident of Mohammad zai, Malkhana Road, shahjahanpur transferred an amount of 11, 800 to the account[protected] instead of other account number by mistake. The transaction remark is "BIL/INFT/[protected]/fees payment/MADHAVRAO SCIND" and transaction date is 06/07/2021. I was not aware about this kind of wrong transaction. It has been an erroneous transaction, I am requesting you to verify this matter.

              Dear Customer, transaction of INR 999.00 done on ICICI Bank Account on 22-Jul-21. Info: VSI*WWW MONEY.

              I didn't authorize this transaction by any means (OTP or monthly subscription).

              OTP for the transaction was also not asked for approval, how was the transaction approved?

                I Ravinder Kumar have an account with your bank bearing A/C No[protected] at VPO-Tandaurmar, pin 144204, Punjab . My account was frozed in the month of Apr2020 to date without any intimation to me, both by my home icici branch or by the core banking. I reached to mu home branch twice but no proper action was taken by my branch. i paid so much penalty due to this irregularity. Customer care is not responding well due to corona. Pl look into this matter and clear my account

                  Hi Team,

                  My name is Priyanka. I 'm a TCS employee and when I joined the company 7 years back I was given ICICI food card which got expired on 6/21 .

                  I would need a new card but unable to reach helpdesk and unable to login to portal (showing card invalid status), can you assist me.

                  Every month during salary credit 2000 rs is automatically being deducted for food card and currently the card should have around 5000 rupees so plese help.

                    ICICI has debited silently without any notice prior to the deduction on 27th April Rs. 201.28/- and on 19th July Rs. 418.22/-.

                    I stopped keeping money in the savings account after the first deduction in April.

                    I loaded Rs 1990 /- 0n July to keep the account some amount. ICICI has deducted Rs.418.22 from that saving and made me a fool.

                    Kindly Reverse both these deducted amounts, please.

                          Dear Sir, I have got a personal loan from Yes bank. I am paying the loan regularly due date of the loan is actually not known sometimes it gets deducted on the 3rd, 7th, 8th of every month. Whenever the ECS of the yes bank is produced so many times I get my amount deducted from ICICI as [ ECS RTN CHGS ]. This started happening after the first covid season of 2020 till now . Why this is happening I am unable to understand, as there is a clause which states that once bounced cannot be produced again without customer approval or knowledge.                               I am facing very very bad experience by icici credit card. i have outstanding amount is about 55000. agents are calling more than 50 times in a day.
                              getting threats from the agents everyday. i told them that i was getting salary issues from the current organization so i resigned. i am joing another organization on 16th aug so I'll start paying my credit card emi from September. but no one is there to understand. they doesn't let me work keep called keep threatening me.

                                      Credit card ending 9005.
                                      bank charged me rs 750 as late fee & rs 135 as gst, total amount rs 885.
                                      total outstanding payment due on ICICI I MOBILE APP was 0.
                                      rs 885 was charged without my fault.
                                      at first bank refused to register my complaint.
                                      but with the help of consumercomplaints.in i was able to get refund of partial payment of rs 750.
                                      but now bank refuses to refund rs 135 which was deducted under the head of GST.
                                      bank official called me & clearly metioned they will not refund rs 135 at any cost.

                                      why should i bear the expenses without any fault.
                                      pls raise my concern to banks senior most officials & help me to get refund of rs 135 which was charged without my fault
