I am neha and holding a credit card of your bank for past 1 year and paid an amount of rs.5000 on 11 th jul which is not yet reflecting in my card. Please let me know how long will a credit card payment takes to reflect my account. I have to make further payment because of this am not able to do it.

    I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of ₹ 999/- has been deducted from my ICICI account and the transaction message says vsi*amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction .I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 12 july 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same. Take necessary action please.

        AN AMOUNT OF RS : 999/- was deducted from my ICICI account with the name of VSI*WWW MONEY. I didn't authorize this transaction by any means (OTP or monthly subscription).

        OTP for the transaction was also not asked for approval, how was the transaction approved?

            I am an account holder in ICICI bank.

            Now they have charged 588.82 under this category DCardfee0093JUN21-MAY22+GST.

            I am not aware of what type of charges are these.
            They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
            Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
            Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

            There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

              I have been using fastag and had tried to raise an issue over inappropriate deductions. But the customer care service is a dead end.

                Today in my account I have 334 rs and the bank debited I want the strict to this inconvenience service I m from malad west and my branch is in Kandivali Charkop this is insane in this pendamic situation they are debited this amount of money 334/- is a valuable amount for me if it is possible plz give my money back this MABchgs is not worth and my account is saving account salary account

                  I am paying a lic bill payment on 1 july 2021 and tha amount is 18836.50 rupees by amazon via amazon pay icici credit card payment geting faild amazon initiated tha refund but still not recived in to 3 to 7 working days and amazon give me refrence id 966522 and tha order id is[protected]. Please fix this isue feeling dipresed.

                          Hello Sir

                          Without any messages and notifications how can you auto debited my money..? What is this happening from your side. Whats charges is this ECSRTNCHG01?

                          Dear sir / madam,

                          I have purchased TATAMOTORSW stocks from icici direct which was linked with my icici savings account.

                          I have added funds from icici savings to direct (Demat account) and purchased the stock.

                          How can you debit an anything without customers concern??

                          I have seen the following transaction. Not sure why i have been charged or deducted the amount from my savings.

                              Loan amount not deducted despite of balance

                              I have an emi of 6803 to be paid every 5th of the month.
                              In July 2021 on 5th I had deposited the amount but the amount was not deducted. Instead on 6th July I got a message that due to insufficient funds emi was not deducted and also charges will be levied.
                              I tried contacting ICICI customer care and also HDFC customer care(loan provider) but of no use.
                              No one is providing a solution also they have deducted the charge...

                                  Within ONE DAYs (02/07/2021) of time ICICI Bank has deducted Rs. 30680 (Rs. 590 * 52 Times = Rs. 30680) as NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~BAJAJHOU charges or you may say bounce charges for my LANs they have bounced auto debit cheques several times to charge more. I have taken Home Loan from Bajaj Finserv and total EMI Amount is Rs. 30687 per month from this ICICI Account. But due to lock down I failed to maintain sufficient balance...
