ICICI bank has deducted a sum of 826 rupees from my account without any intimation and i see the transaction remark as DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUN-21

ICICI bank is already deducted their charges while doing monthly SIP and not sure why you are deducting this additionally which was never discussed or mentioned by bank.

    I am Ayush sudhir singla. 398.48 Rupees has been deducted from my savings account as DP CHGS TILL JUN-21) DP charges on 27/07/2015.

    I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile.

      Hi Team,

      This ridiculous in world of digital and transparency.
      There are unnecessary deductions shown up into my accounts and the one I am more concerned about is of Rs. 826.00. If you have deducted this money why there was no message for this. I came to know only when I checked my statements.
      I want immediate action here, if not I will escalate to higher level and can take pull this to court if required.

        I am here to complaint aboout the 344.17 rupees has been deducted from my account on 27-July-2021. I have never used my demat account till now.

        They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also I did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

        When I created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.             Myself Girish, i have been with icici bank since 2014. Each year 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any ICICI demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till july-2021 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

              I have not linked my bank account to this credit card account and I have not activated the Auto Debit Option. But the amount has been debited from my account without any information and without my permission.. Due to this Problem i cant able to Maintain Balance to pay other payments.. So Please stop the auto debit options in my account..

                I Durgesh Kumar Verma, would like to complaint about wrong deducted balance ₹404.00 at (27 july 2021), ₹122 at (03 Apr 2021) and ₹153 at (29 mar 2021) for DM DP charges of ICICI securities Ltd without any information. I didn't taken this type service ever. I am waiting for refund this amount till now.
                So, Its a humble request that please help me out to refund my 679.00 Rs amount as soon as possible & immediately. I hope you will resolve soon.

                          To let you know 3i infotech company has sent ne letter to send my bank details for credit o[censored]nclaimed deposit keeping a very short period to reply. I sent cancelled cheque with bank details which they returned saying bank details not update an trfd my hard earned money to Govt. May be I am wrong but being Sr. Citizen they shud have helped. Please help

                            I had closed my NRI account in 2018, and the bank has failed to close the Demat account associated with my NRI account. On visiting the Demat department they have confirmed me that the Demat associated with my NRI account is closed and only RI related Demat accounts are active, but there is a deduction made from the bank towards my closed demat account. even after several follow up I am not getting any update and money deducted towards the account maintenance.
                            I would need the bank to repay the amount deducted from my account because of the mistake from the bank and I would like to close my account permanently with ICICI bank[protected]

                                    I have made transaction of 5000 at Paytm merchant on july 6 payment was failed but the amount debited from my credit card I have complained on same day the said refund would be on 15 jul but till now no response from icici bank I have contacted their customers care they just put on hold and disconnect call Even their twitter page they didn't reply yet. Please help me out please refund my 5000 asap.

                                      Dear team,
                                      I am a relationship manager at ICICI Nandanam. Last month i got two spine surgery and the second one was in may 2021. The recovery process from spinal fusion takes almost 7-8 months to come back to normal. I applied for my transfer to my hometown so that i can take care of myself with my family.

                                      On june 27, my employee relationship manager mailed me that they have found a profile in wealth for me and will confirm about the dates.

                                      But, it has been a month now whenever I mail him, he does not reply and my BM is pressuring me to come to office and join a new branch here.

                                      Please help me out or suggest me the concerned person to contact in my case.
