I have lodged a complaint on this platform earlier, may be about a fortnight back as i do not remember the date as you did not send any acknowledgement too! the problem is not solved yet! to my amazement! i received another request to fill wire transfer details by logging to my internet banking a/c, when i logged in, it says no requirement! i wonder why the services at ICICI bank is at its low ebb, i have forwarded the copy of this e mail to nri, head services quality, both returned undelivered & a copy to sent to your bank branch on uttarhalli main road b'lore61 wherein i had met the branch manager & as per her directions i had submitted annual one time deceleration as required for inward remittance, this was about roughly 10 days before & i had attached a remittance slip also, this time it is not allowing, first remittance from the same person from manila philipines was credited to my bank ac with you, this time even after a fortnight, yet to be credited!
