        Hi preeti here. I have an account in icici bank sector 25 panchkula. My account no is :[protected] . Rupees 413.00 has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] ) on 27-apr-2021. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

        Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

        We people are here because of trust towards icici. But this is totally an unacceptable behavior from icici. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can loose the trust.

        Kindly refund my money at earliest

            I am the a/c holder of icici bank
            Now they have charged MABcharges+GST Rs708 and Rs 177 for Dcardfee under this category dcardfee1506AP.
            I am not aware what type of charges are these.
            They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
            Who has given the right to ICICI bank to deduct the money without any prior notice.
            Because we kept the money in bank that give them the right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

            There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c.

              Amount deduction from my saving account on behalf of EBA*NSE N 202

              Just saw that the amount of rs 40.93 has be debited on account of EBA*NSE N 202 through ICICI Direct. What is this and why any amount is being deducted without intimation to customer ??? Are you guys making the customer fool thru ICICI Direct ?? Who gaves ur right to debit any penny from anyone's account ?
              I need the refund of the same. Pls return the amount to the source account....

              AN AMOUNT OF RS : 999/- was deducted from my ICICI account with the name of VSI*WWW MONEY for 3 time in the midnight. I didn't authorize this transaction by any means (OTP or monthly subscription).

              OTP for the transaction was also not asked for approval, how was the transaction approved?

                I received an invoice of Rs 500 where particulars are mentioned as NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG_TPSLSIP... and ICICI never responds to any queries. I have the right to know why is this amount deducted

                  I lost 94000 during an online transaction via rechargecube.in . It was an unauthorized transaction. I have immediately called the customer care to block the amount within 30mins of this incident and create a dispute. The bank says they are not responsible for this and the transaction is completed and transferred to the beneficiary . They are unable to trace the beneficiary account and not helping in recovering the amount. Asking me to wait till the cyber crime dept finds a resolution to this.

                            This is RANJEET SINGH, holding an ICICI saving bank account no."[protected]" My complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges, that bank has debited hefty amount from my account without even notifying there policy changes, if any. I get statements but I have never got any information about the policy changes. I think ICICI bank is not even following the guidelines mentioned by RBI.
                            It is extremely disheartening that Bank is just debiting hefty amount from their customer's hard earned money, without any intimation through phone, email or statement or any way.

                            Who has given right to them to debit the amount without any notice or intimation to the customer? How one can be updated with the hidden rules modification.?

                            During COVID 19 I already suffered a lot. Its heartily request please take some action against this bank for not complying RBI standards / guidelines. And help to get back the debited amount, as there was no proper communication.

                              I have been charged for expression debit card which i hadn't request for expression debit card. They have charged me rs. 588.18 including taxes.. The message they sent were unclear.. They didn't tell me they were going to withdraw rs.588.18 from my account. Expression debit card request cancelling options were unavailable.
                              I don't need expression debit card as i already have basic debit card..
                              Please help me getting my money back

                                I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. And an amount of rs129/- against VIN/GOOGLE You. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount has been deducted for quite a few months now. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                                    Hi sir,
                                    my account has been debited 3 to 4 times in the last fifteen months. they have been deducting my balance without any information or message or explanation. earlier due to insufficient balance they reduced ECS charges emptying my bank account but then when i added my balance they reduced the MAB charges the total amounting to be around 1700. the charges were deducted on 1st july then 2nd july then 9th july and 12th july as well. this a personal savings account and deduction like this in these hard times is very difficult to accomodate. please look into the matter and inform me if there are any remedies. i want a refund as well as explaination of the charges.

                                      Without my consent, rs. 100 has been deducted from my account on[protected] to 'dr. Tran for funding i wish a/c[[protected]].
                                      I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
                                      This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected] is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities.
