Myself Aayushi Kakarania, 481.83 Rupees has been deducted from my account no[protected] as DP CHGS TILL May-21 DP charges on 25/06/2021. I have never activated and used my Demat account till now.

There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile.

I need justice and my money back immediately.My Account Number is[protected] .

          Money deducted from my account without any information

          My self Maan Singh, 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till may 21)on 24 June 2021I have never used my demat account till now.

          Without any information icici representative open my account. I was supposed to open salaried account at that time and later when i get to know that they opened my demat account as well and when i call them and asked why its open, i never told you about that...

          I have paid two time transaction use to ICICI credit card no. 0007 amount of 3161.82 rupees against this Order id[protected] . But one order placed unfortunately second time retry payment 3161.82 Payment not successfully and the amout 3161.82 not return to my credit card no. 0007. I attached the statement which deducted the amount from my card. I want to look into the matter. I also giving the complain shop clues but shopclues message to me that no extra amount recieved.

            I got a Bank Fraud call on 27 june asking for my debit card and credit card details regarding this issue. Frauds are using this website to loot money . I dont know wheather to share my info so I will visit my the ICICI branch and close all my accounts with ICICI .

              On 25th June '21 amt 0f 826 has been deducted from my account against the DMC DP CHGS May'21 without any prior information and deduction massage also not received. I have trust on ICICI bank also i am a customer from last 12years..This kind of activity first time happend..

                Today (25/06/2021) I deposited Rs. 20000 cash in ICICI ATM at Fort, Mumbai, but just as i put the money in the machine the transaction timed out and i got a receipt for transaction was unsuccessful. The machine has already taken the money. Im extremely worried about this. I have already submitted a complaint today to the bank itself. I have the receipt and im sure the cameras have seen me put the money in. Just complaining for the record.

                        was booking a Gujarat ST bus ticket of Rs 708 on 17/06/2021 and Rs 830 on 21/06/2021. Transaction spread has been deducted from the payment account. Had filed a complaint with customer care but there was no refund.

                            Dear Sir,

                            This is chandan kumar jha, holding an ICICI saving b/a :[protected]. My complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges, that bank has debited from my account without even notifying there policy changes, if any. I get quarterly statements but I have never got any information about the policy changes. I think ICICI bank is not even following the guidelines mentioned by RBI.
                            It is extremely disheartening that Bank is just debiting hefty amount from their customer's hard earned money, without any intimation through phone or statement or any way.

                            Who has given right to them to debit the amount without any notice or intimation to the customer? How one can be updated with the hidden rules modification.?

                              I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 23 june, 2021 Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                                      I have a Savings Bank Account with ICICI Suri Branch (IFSC: ICIC0000528) I had applied online for a Cheque Book on 05/05/2021 which is not delivered till to-day the 23rd June 2021. During enquiry about delivery status of my request, I am told it has been delivered to me on 05/06/2021 by "Meghraj Express" Courier Company, consignment no: AWB[protected]. I am sheer shocked to learn this fact and fear some foul play behind this mischevous game. I also fear of materialising fraud in near future involving me and my account with ICICI Please Help me by a reasonable settlement enabling me to have the Cheque Book.
