I have been observing that all my dividend amount is deducting .
It is showing DP charges till May 2021.This has been happening several times.
ICICI is cheating people witj hidden charges .I am really concerned now.
Customer care never responds to call .
I demand iCICI cheaters to resolve this

      Myself srilatha k, i have been with icici bank since 2017. Each year 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till may-21 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

        My account has been blocked by thugs and no communication regarding the same was shared at all.
        Up on calling, dumb support knows nothing.
        Next day I cannot call support on any number.

        Why shouldn't I call you Thugs???

          On 25th June '21 amt 0f 413 has been deducted from my account against the DMC DP CHGS May'21 without any prior information and deduction massage also not received. I have trust on ICICI bank also i am a customer from last 4years..This kind of activity first time happend..

          Request to ICICI Bank please refund my Amount ASAP..

            I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 29th july, 2019. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                  Icicbank not giving second moritorium who have not taken moritorium at all. They are not all considering RBI RULES. They are calling the customers who dontvhave income at all and telling that u have pay the emi otjerwise we will take leagal action. The are attacking the customers. They have planned not to give moritorium to me.

                    There was transaction of Rs.78000 done on 9th June through Icici swiping machine.
                    The amount was on hold for 1 week inspite of proving all required documents. Later i asked them to cancel the transaction and refund the amount back to customer. ICICI BANK asked me to prefund MSF+GST amount of Rs.1840.80 to there pool account. I have deposited the same on 21st june.
                    I have recieved the mails that says initiated for refund and everytime i call customer care they tell refund has been processed and amount will be credited in 48hrs.
                    On 27th june they ask me to prefund Rs.295 for july month rent for refund process to be completed. I have done that also and have mailed the details.
                    Its been 20 days still ICICI bank has not resolved this.
                    Rs.78000 is wit ICICI bank
                    Kindly do the needful to get back this amount.

                        Without concent Money deducted in the name of dmat account, while i never created one. I did not received any message or notification. This is a new fraud icici bank is doing with their customers. They did this on Friday so that customer could not take any action till monday as when i contacted customer care, they says we can not nothing bu i as for dmat issues staff works from monday till friday. This is a big scam.

                            I do not have a Demat account from ICICI bank. But I can see that the amount has been deducted from my account. Also, the dates in my account are reflecting wrongly. Requesting for a quick resolution.

                              Myself Krupa K Gowda, 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/[protected] dp chgs till may-21) on[protected]. I have never used my demat account till now.

                              Without any information icici representative open my account. I was supposed to open salaried account at that time and later when i get to know that they opened my demat account as well and when i call them and asked why its open, i never told you about that then they said that it is free and this will be non chargeable or deduct money. When i checked my balance through icici mobile app then i saw these has been deduct and without any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                              My icici account number is[protected]. This is unethical and unacceptable for me and i request icici to please refund my amount and also deactivate the demat account to avoid any further deduction. My phone number is [protected]

                                Now this has become a quite repetitive issue. Today i was jst ahving a look at my transactions and i see this “ DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAY-21 with charges close to 867 on my icici account. “ I did not authorise this charge and want it returned to my account asap.

                                  There is no way to check gift card balance on their website. At ATMs also there is no option and even when we call customer care they do not connect with customer care executives and do not even have an option to check balance and the call gets disconnected.

                                      On 25th of June 2021, my account has been debited with an amount of 757.17 rupees and the statement is shown like DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAY-21. I don't what is this about or why it has been deducted from my account. Similarly a month ago you have deducted some amount saying it is my debit card charges. I don't know what all you are deducting or when it is done. Now I'm afraid to use this account as I'm not sure will money be there or not. We are using bank services to save our money not for you take from it whenever you want. I'm really disappointed with your service. Please do something, so that I can use your service fearlessly.
