I am a ICICI bank customer for the past 15 years. I applied for a iStartup2.0 current account for my company I own. One of your associate came to my office to collect the documents. ( A Saravanan, Senior Officer ICICI Bank, Phone :[protected]. Here is his photograph.

He is a senior officer but he looked like a beggar when he came to my office. I did not allow him for few seconds and then allowed him till the reception. He is a deadly lazy fellow. Took some one hour to finish some basic formalities. He took photographs of my office and looked like he is trying to steal something always. I asked for iStartup2.0 current account but he tried to sell some other product which is not at all useful for me. When I said I don’t want any other product then iStartup 2.0 and then your associate started taking signatures in other forms. Your associate is very lethargic in all his activities. And he is trying to sell some product which is not at all useful to the customer.

He collected the forms and did not do anything for the past 4 days. Then I escalated to the customer service. Today I got my current account. My current account no is[protected]

I clearly told your associate to open the new current account in Perumbakkam branch. My office is in Medavakkam. So nearby branch is good for me for many purposes. Your associate is very very lazy, useless, ignorant and did not listen anything. He just opened my account in MYLAPORE branch. I am already having 3 accounts in Tambaram branch. Whenever I receive some income from foreign countries I need to go to Tambaram branch and need to spend some 2 hours to do the formalities to get the money. Same thing might happen if I have my current account in MYLAPORE. This account is useless for me. I want my account in PERUMBAKKAM branch. Close the Mylapore account and open it in Perumbakkam branch. If you can't then I will open my current account in some other bank. I gave a cheque of Rs 50000 to him. That check should not deposited in this current account.

Don’t send useless people to open current accounts. Your customers will never feel happy.

I am the company director and your guy fooled me and sold some service which I did not ask for. Looks like your senior officer might have cheated lot of customers and sold the products which they did not ask for. Your cheating officer may get some financial gain due to this but it won't do good for the bank in the long run.

Lazy people. Lazy service. I already opened current account in AXIS Bank. ICICI guys took some 5 days to open a current account and gave a useless service which I did not ask for. Axis Bank took just one day and the current account opening is done.

The Best Advice to all the consumers : Never believe what ICICI guys says. They try very hard too fool you and will offer some useless service finally. If you are innocent, you won''t even understand that you got one useless product.

Hi Team

Along with my current account application, I gave a cheque ( No 6298) for Rs 50000 INR to A Saravanan, Senior Officer ICICI Bank, Phone :[protected]. Here is his photograph. https://www.linkedin.com/in/a-saravanan-0321b9b2/?originalSubdomain=in

Once he opened my account in Mylapore branch, I called him and expressed by displeasure in his service. I clearly instructed not to deposit my cheque. I sent the WhatsApp message too. Immediately I stopped the cheque in my source account too.

Still your associate deposited the cheque day before yesterday, after all these complaints and mail messages. Looks like he don't know what is going on now. Or he did it purposely.

This shows that
• I emailed to top management of the bank. They are too busy. They never check emails.
• The top management gives least importance for the customer support
• The multi layered customer support is not at all following any SLA in solving customer problems.
• The branch management will never worry about the customers. Somehow they will cheat the people and force them to buy the products that are not at all useful for the customers
• The customer service officers are fully trained to cheat the people. They need not worry about the management as the management is nicely sleeping.
• The customer service officers are more worried about the points / bonuses and they follow all type o[censored]nethical procedures at the cost of customer satisfaction.
I will share my nice experience with ICICI Bank in opening a current account in all the internet forums and alert other consumers. You may not worry about all these things but I can help few customers by alerting them about the willful cheating practices ICICI Bank follows in everything.

    My dear lovely bank ICICI, being one of the top banks, charges me over a Toll Free Number, as soon as we call them, the first thing they say is, "ye chargable call hai". Being such a big prestigious bank, you don't even offer your customers a toll-free number. How poor!

      My Amazon Pay ICICI Credit card has a limit of 14, 000/- approx. Whenever I was trying to purchase a product over amazon of worth 8000/-, it is showing it as insufficient credit limit and it is sending me a message saying that it has only 3000/- limit. Please resolve this issue. I have 2 other credit cards in the same bank with available credit limits of 27, 000/- each.

        This is regarding closure of personal loan account of my daughter pratibha S Vedi. We have deposited a draft for Rs 1300000 fvg her loan account on 03.05.2021. The icici bank is refusing to credit the draft in the loan account on one pretext or another.
        I request the general public and customer of icici bank to note never to take any loan from the bank else they will be harrassed mentally tortured yet the bank like a lala ki dukan will simply refuse to close the loan account. I have retired as a bank manager from a nationalized bank and has not seen such blatant harrasment to the customer in any of the nationalized banks.

          I beg to say that I am a customer of your bank vide loan account No. LPHPR[protected]. I write a lot of mail to customer care for update my payment in Cibil. I am raised three time Dispute regarding 0 overdue instead of Rs.19514. of in Cibil transunion But your bank response is No change in overdue
          Sir my son's scholar loan is pending in SBI due to the above mentioned overdue. Sir please remove the overdue from my cibil.

I am raised three times in Dispute in Cibil Transunion regarding 0 overdue instead of Rs.19514. of in Cibil transunion But your bank response is No change in overdue as per customer care mail response the no overdue in my loan account. (reply of customer care & loan statement & current cibil report attached) Yesterday I checked the cibil report and was shocked the overdue amount showed Rs 24686. Sir, my son's scholar loan is pending in SBI due to the above-mentioned overdue and difficult to pay his fees that was too late and I have received a notice form his university. Sir my son's future destroyed to above mentioned reason Sir I hardly request you to look into the matter & resolve earlier please.

            I have been holding ICICI account for the past 3 years. A/C in sector-18 Noida with IFSC ICIC0000031. Without any prior intimation they have been debiting amount from my account that too on a monthly basis (some times twice in a month). So please take some against the bank.

              I am complaining about the credit card interest charges

              I was using icici bank credit card 2018 and i did not miss even a single installments.
              But, because of this covid i lost my job in the month of January 2021 and i did not get a job till June 2021, in this duration this ICICI bank had made a mental torture to pay the bills for which they are calling thrice in a day and threatening to pay the amount if not they will block list my account.

              I am really striving hard to put...

              Would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during it. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 16th june 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this.

                One of my merchant has refunded some amount in my icici bank and has provided the ARN[protected].

                Bank is not able to trace the refund only. Not helping in anyway for tracing the issue after so many follow ups.

                Money is still stuck some where. God only knows now.

                    Dear team,

                    It's been informed to you that my father ( ex army ) who met one of your sales executives for a mortgage loan on my property .

                    That executive name is ankit shugiya ( employee id -255695) he attended my father and asked for all documents which request for loan purposes. after some day he sent one of his colleague mr vishal rafaliya ( mortgage counselor ) for document collection .As per his word we have give 1 cancelled check and 1 is amount of 3000/- for login purpose, he said that this amount will be used for login purpose and we let you know soon .

                    after some day my father got a call from ankit shugiya related login amount . he said that we need 5000/- amount instead of 3000/- which you have because there are some technical thing get changed so required 5000/- amount check . my father who had the faith on your executive and your bank and went personally to handover 5000/- amount check to executive mr. ankit shuagiya.

                    After a few days i got a call from one of the executives how to sanction the loan from mumbai mr. Laxmi prasad . He spoke to me and asked me for all bank details due to low cibil score. My loan did not get approved and my loan application got rejected from their end .

                    that i totally agree with this .

                    After that I spoke to mr. Ankit shugiya that if my file is not approved then please refund my 5000/- amount which was given by my dad to you by check. i got shocked when he declined and said it will be used in all login processes by the bank.

                    My concern related to the few which get happend to my dad .

                    1. mr. Ankit Shugiya who had never informed my dad about the non refund policy of login when he met him . even when you other executive mr. Vishal rafaliya took a visit at home and none of them informed us about the non refund policy of loan file login process.

                    2. Even when I visit your head branch at Maninagar I meet to mr. Imran Mansuri who approached me is not friendly and unprofessional . they just said that we cannot refund that amount. Do whatever you want to do .

                    I request him to please call your executive mr. ankit and asked him in front of me .

                    He called up him and even he spoke to dad and my dad also said that no one had informed him about the non refund of the login amount .

                    Mr Imran Mansuri said that if he didnt informed that we would take action against him.

                    but my concern about that is why your icici bank mortgage counsellor is not informing the customer while they went to their home or asked for a document .

                    That is your responsibility to inform customers about all nomus and terms and conditions and every small thing which is important .

                    because customers have faith in their bank name, not in person.

                    without informing my dad about non refundable policy related to the login process it will be considered as fraud done by you icici mortgage counsellor( mr. ankit shugiya) to my dad .

                    My question is why he has not informed my dad related non refund policy...i think which is most important thing for a customer to know before giving a blank and filled check to your executive .

                    request to kindly help my dad who served indian army 40 year and this type of fraud he never expected from you bank.

                    kindly look into this issue on a serious note.

                      My name is Shivraj Pyati, I have been charged 14 times Rs.29.5 every transaction with tran code POSDEC.
                      After checking I realized I had taken Gaana subscription and when I didnt have sufficient funds gaana tried to get the payment from my account and got declined.
                      But why ICICI is charging Rs. 29.5 per decline.
                      The funny part is the subscription charge was Rs.30 and ICICI has deducted ₹29.5*14=413.
                      Such a worst bank, they are total liers and fraudsters..this is not the first time I have facing this bank is utter Fraud...I gave no words to describe how worst ICICI bank is...

                          I had my installment due on 6th of June and due to insufficient funds, it wasn't deducted, then I contacted HDFC bank (My Loan account) to make the payment and I made the complete payment with Bounce charges... after that 590Rs were deducted from my ICICI even after I paid full amount to HDFC directly.

                              I have a salary account with ICICI bank, I got a policy of ICICI prudential online . ICICI banks charged 590 rs instead of 136 . I contacted with ICICI bank and ICICI prudential both are pointing each other.
                              Till yet we don't have any solution.
                              ICICI bank representatives are not ready to listen and solve the issue.

                                I have 3 different SIP's with ICICI Bank. 2 of Rs 3, 000/- each and 1 of Rs 2, 000/-. However when I chceked my bank statement carefully, ICICI Bank has been charging an extra amount of Rs 35/- on top of my SIP Amounts. I don't know what these charges are for. I have been trying to search online but couldnt find any explanation for the same

                                  Deduction of rupees 1899 for wpp sr

                                  07 June 2021 My account showed deduction of rupees 1899 for PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_Nwe Policy. But i have never enrolled for such a plan. this is big amount. So please help me get back my money as soon as possible. Amount deductions without our consent is not reasonable. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it....

                                  I have place request for closure of my demat account last year only still im getting bills and mails

                                  Please check i dnt want any deduction already shared and confirmed on mail as well to close my demat account

                                  Due to lockdown im nt able to share form my form was rejected due to sign mismatch

                                  I am confirming the same through mail tht it is my sign and close my demat account

                                  It has been a mental tochure u have given related to demat account why cant you ll close it
