I'm not able to deposit money in my bank account

I'm trying to deposit money in my ICICI BANK account from last 2 days and it's failing again and again with the following message in my inbox "Dear Customer, your credit request is declined. UPI Ref. no. xxxxxxxxxxxx - ICICI Bank." I tried calling customer care but no response. I urgently need to deposit my money in bank account please help if any one can....

I Have Invested In Four Bonds Of Mmb-0 In March, 1999 And Same Was Due For Redemption On 03.03.2017. Then After Talking On Phone I Have Sent All The Original Bonds With Copy Of Pan Card, Aadahr Card And Cancelled Cheque To 3 I Infotech, Vasi Office, Mumbai By Registered Post. Thereafter I Talked To Them They Informed Thet They Have Received And They Have Sent But Till Date Nothing Has Happened Particularly When I Have Sent Everything Like Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Banking Details. I Request That Matter May Please Be Taken At Appropriate Level So That I Get My Maturity Amount Alongwith Interest.

    Hi Team,
    I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of Rs.169/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited oblast month and today 21june, 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this.

      Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, is involved in unethical and fraudulent activities. A medicine called Fabiflu is manufactured by Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. Head office of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals is located in Mumbai, (Maharashtra) India. I had purchased Fabiflu packet in Indore (M.P.). Glenmark Pharmaceuticals is not taking back it's own manufactured Fabiflu tablets. Normally what happens that when we purchase something from market and return it, we get back amount. This is called ethics. But this is not so with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. It does not bother whether any person dies after taking it's medicines, after-sales. Glenmark Pharmaceutical is only bothered about money . Completely inhumane and unethical approach. Glenmark Pharmaceuticals customer care is very poor. They give vague replies because they have thief in their minds. If they are honest, they should give a clear worded reply. I have unused 9 tablets of Fabiflu, which they are not taking back and refunding amount. If they themselves do not respect and understand importance of it's own made medicine, why would other pharmaceutical company understand importance of medicines manufactured by Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. They are not taking back their's own made medicines. This implies that they themselves are not sure about quality of their's product. This way, they themselves are tarnishing image of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, in market and are having loss of reputation in market. There is logic behind this. Consider Pharmaceutical company as Parents and product manufacured by company as their's sons or daughters. If son or daugher does any mischief in society, then whom we hold accountable ? Of course, Parents. Parents can not tolerate disrespect of their products( Sons or Daughters). If someone faces any issue, then he asks parents to take care of their's products. Similar logic applies to pharmaceutical company. If someone is throwing their unused medicines as garbage, then indirectly it is insult to company. Pharmaceutical company must take back unused medicine and resale it in market in new packet or do modication in it if needed and then re-introduce in market. Hence ultimately, I would advise not to purchase any medicine manufactured by Glenmark Pharmaceutical . Because Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, to the best of my knowledge, does not have take back policy at all. Glenmark Pharmaceutical is having one-way traffic i.e. sell the medicines any how, in market. Take money from purchaser and after that completely forget about it. All this, I am saying on the basis of my first-hand experience with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, India .

          Address: ICICI Bank, Electronic City, Phase 1, Bengaluru

          We visited the ICICI bank, Electronic City branch, Bangalore on June 11th 2021 to deposit our cash in the bank, some amount got deposited and some amount got stuck in the machine and the message came up that the transaction was unsuccessful. Immediately we informed the branch people and they took the details and remaining amount was manually credited to the account. We calculated and informed them how much money is stuck in the machine and they informed it will be credited within 24 hours, but nothing happened even after 10 days, none took the ownership to contact us and inform anything. We have raised a complaint on mail and phone but no response. We have no other option but to reach out to the police if the bank people do not respond!

            I have been charged MAB charges for not maintaining the minimum balance in the account. I have the following issues with the charges and requesting to waive off/refund the charges.

            My account was a salary account type when opened and in that no minimum balance was required to maintain as per the rules. However when I switched the company the account automatically got converted to a Savings account without my consent and no emails, calls, and reminders either regarding the same.

            As a custom, I have the right to know when my account is getting converted and what are the rules for the same account. But the same didn't happen.

            I was totally unaware of this until I checked my account balance and statement 699 missing, then I complained but they didn't reply anything or waived off my fee. Again this month they deduced again 532. I am helpless right now.

            Please help me to waive off the charges.
            Total MAB charged 1232 INR.

                  I had done buying of RUCPAP SHARES thru my joint account with ICICIDIRECT ON 18/6/2021. The trading was completed and requisite money had been deducted from my savings account attached with my broking account instantly, but the traded shares are not showing after about 22 hours of the trade as usually seen the next day after 9.30 AM (19/6/21)

                    MAB charges for not maintaining minimum balance in the account

                    Getting an error as For security reasons your Verified By Visa purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect details. Your card/login has been blocked for online transactions at Verified By Visa merchants.
                    My card in been blocked because I had entered wrong details. But I entered correct details only . Please help me to unblock my card

                      I don't know how charges are due in my icici account I had given several mails regarding the same. The day I opened account here on the first day itself there was a issue because of that I didn't funded the account. Now when I'm trying to use it and depositing any amount it's getting debiting for mab charges. No one is helping to waive the charges. It's my request please waive the charges and I'll be keeping succficient funds from the day onwards you waive the pending service charges.

                        I am a ICICI bank customer for the past 15 years. I applied for a iStartup2.0 current account for my company I own. One of your associate came to my office to collect the documents. ( A Saravanan, Senior Officer ICICI Bank, Phone :[protected]. Here is his photograph.

                        He is a senior officer but he looked like a beggar when he came to my office. I did not allow him for few seconds and then allowed him till the reception. He is a deadly lazy fellow. Took some one hour to finish some basic formalities. He took photographs of my office and looked like he is trying to steal something always. I asked for iStartup2.0 current account but he tried to sell some other product which is not at all useful for me. When I said I don’t want any other product then iStartup 2.0 and then your associate started taking signatures in other forms. Your associate is very lethargic in all his activities. And he is trying to sell some product which is not at all useful to the customer.

                        He collected the forms and did not do anything for the past 4 days. Then I escalated to the customer service. Today I got my current account. My current account no is[protected]

                        I clearly told your associate to open the new current account in Perumbakkam branch. My office is in Medavakkam. So nearby branch is good for me for many purposes. Your associate is very very lazy, useless, ignorant and did not listen anything. He just opened my account in MYLAPORE branch. I am already having 3 accounts in Tambaram branch. Whenever I receive some income from foreign countries I need to go to Tambaram branch and need to spend some 2 hours to do the formalities to get the money. Same thing might happen if I have my current account in MYLAPORE. This account is useless for me. I want my account in PERUMBAKKAM branch. Close the Mylapore account and open it in Perumbakkam branch. If you can't then I will open my current account in some other bank. I gave a cheque of Rs 50000 to him. That check should not deposited in this current account.

                        Don’t send useless people to open current accounts. Your customers will never feel happy.

                        I am the company director and your guy fooled me and sold some service which I did not ask for. Looks like your senior officer might have cheated lot of customers and sold the products which they did not ask for. Your cheating officer may get some financial gain due to this but it won't do good for the bank in the long run.

                        Lazy people. Lazy service. I already opened current account in AXIS Bank. ICICI guys took some 5 days to open a current account and gave a useless service which I did not ask for. Axis Bank took just one day and the current account opening is done.

                        The Best Advice to all the consumers : Never believe what ICICI guys says. They try very hard too fool you and will offer some useless service finally. If you are innocent, you won''t even understand that you got one useless product.

                        Once he opened my account in Mylapore branch, I called him and expressed by displeasure in his service. I clearly instructed not to deposit my cheque. I sent the WhatsApp message too. Immediately I stopped the cheque in my source account too.

                        Still your associate deposited the cheque day before yesterday, after all these complaints and mail messages. Looks like he don't know what is going on now. Or he did it purposely.

                        This shows that
                        • I emailed to top management of the bank. They are too busy. They never check emails.
                        • The top management gives least importance for the customer support
                        • The multi layered customer support is not at all following any SLA in solving customer problems.
                        • The branch management will never worry about the customers. Somehow they will cheat the people and force them to buy the products that are not at all useful for the customers
                        • The customer service officers are fully trained to cheat the people. They need not worry about the management as the management is nicely sleeping.
                        • The customer service officers are more worried about the points / bonuses and they follow all type o[censored]nethical procedures at the cost of customer satisfaction.
                        I will share my nice experience with ICICI Bank in opening a current account in all the internet forums and alert other consumers. You may not worry about all these things but I can help few customers by alerting them about the willful cheating practices ICICI Bank follows in everything.

                          My dear lovely bank ICICI, being one of the top banks, charges me over a Toll Free Number, as soon as we call them, the first thing they say is, "ye chargable call hai". Being such a big prestigious bank, you don't even offer your customers a toll-free number. How poor!

                            My Amazon Pay ICICI Credit card has a limit of 14, 000/- approx. Whenever I was trying to purchase a product over amazon of worth 8000/-, it is showing it as insufficient credit limit and it is sending me a message saying that it has only 3000/- limit. Please resolve this issue. I have 2 other credit cards in the same bank with available credit limits of 27, 000/- each.

                              This is regarding closure of personal loan account of my daughter pratibha S Vedi. We have deposited a draft for Rs 1300000 fvg her loan account on 03.05.2021. The icici bank is refusing to credit the draft in the loan account on one pretext or another.
                              I request the general public and customer of icici bank to note never to take any loan from the bank else they will be harrassed mentally tortured yet the bank like a lala ki dukan will simply refuse to close the loan account. I have retired as a bank manager from a nationalized bank and has not seen such blatant harrasment to the customer in any of the nationalized banks.

                                I beg to say that I am a customer of your bank vide loan account No. LPHPR[protected]. I write a lot of mail to customer care for update my payment in Cibil. I am raised three time Dispute regarding 0 overdue instead of Rs.19514. of in Cibil transunion But your bank response is No change in overdue
                                Sir my son's scholar loan is pending in SBI due to the above mentioned overdue. Sir please remove the overdue from my cibil.

I write a lot of mail to customer care for update my payment in Cibil and remove the overdue amount. I am raised three times in Dispute in Cibil Transunion regarding 0 overdue instead of Rs.19514. of in Cibil transunion But your bank response is No change in overdue as per customer care mail response the no overdue in my loan account. (reply of customer care & loan statement & current cibil report attached) Yesterday I checked the cibil report and was shocked the overdue amount showed Rs 24686. Sir, my son's scholar loan is pending in SBI due to the above-mentioned overdue and difficult to pay his fees that was too late and I have received a notice form his university. Sir my son's future destroyed to above mentioned reason Sir I hardly request you to look into the matter & resolve earlier please.
