Its not acceptable at all that every year I am getting charged for the service which I haven't used. I have tried every possible way to get it resolve however it's not working. Now I need my money back that's it.

    I am Harsha Vardhan. Yesterday 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Transaction details - DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAY-21.
    This is completely unacceptable.
    So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far

      Myself saibabu boodu, i have been with icici bank since last 5 years. This year 2021 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till mar-21 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

          Rs. 826 has been deducted from my ICICI bank account with narration: DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAY-21. Kindly note that I have never used my demat account, nor had I activated my demat account. Why were the charges debited? I need refund asap.

            Hi,

            I never requested for a demat but I can see that the bank has created a demat account number. Now I can see the Rs 482 has been deducted from my account without prior notice or message. I want the demat account to be closed since I never gave a consent to open it in the first place and also want a refund. This is not acceptable.

                          Money deducted from my account without any information

                          My self Maan Singh, 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till may 21)on 24 June 2021I have never used my demat account till now.

                          Without any information icici representative open my account. I was supposed to open salaried account at that time and later when i get to know that they opened my demat account as well and when i call them and asked why its open, i never told you about that...

                          I have paid two time transaction use to ICICI credit card no. 0007 amount of 3161.82 rupees against this Order id[protected] . But one order placed unfortunately second time retry payment 3161.82 Payment not successfully and the amout 3161.82 not return to my credit card no. 0007. I attached the statement which deducted the amount from my card. I want to look into the matter. I also giving the complain shop clues but shopclues message to me that no extra amount recieved.

                            I got a Bank Fraud call on 27 june asking for my debit card and credit card details regarding this issue. Frauds are using this website to loot money . I dont know wheather to share my info so I will visit my the ICICI branch and close all my accounts with ICICI .

                                Today (25/06/2021) I deposited Rs. 20000 cash in ICICI ATM at Fort, Mumbai, but just as i put the money in the machine the transaction timed out and i got a receipt for transaction was unsuccessful. The machine has already taken the money. Im extremely worried about this. I have already submitted a complaint today to the bank itself. I have the receipt and im sure the cameras have seen me put the money in. Just complaining for the record.
