I applied for the icici credit using a form in this site

And i received phone call from executives in few days asking to send photocopies of aadhar card, bank statement, pan card, company id card to [protected]@gmail.com.
I sent them the details. And i received the mail (Screenshot attached) and that's it. After that, i am continuously in follow up with the executives (Phone numbers in the screenshot), still, i haven't got the credit card after 3 months time.
Recently, i got these sms (Screenshot) from icici. But no information is provided on the link too
Now, i am feeling obnoxious that i have gave my personal informations to gmail account and phone numbers, which i don't feel trustable.
I tried calling to icici customer care numbers[protected]/[protected].
But it asks for credit card ending number to continue.
Wouldn't icici have some mechanism to answer a person, who applies for icici credit card? Don't icici feel responsible for this?
Can you please let me know what is the status of it?
Or in case it takes more time,
To avoid misuse,
Please block any credit card in icici in my name or email or phone number.
Please response within a week's time and help me sort it out,
Or else i have no choice left other than to go for police complaint/ to file case in consumer court.
