I have been constantly been harassed by icici bank customer care for a home loan requirement which i had never raised.. I am getting a minimum of 10 calls a day for the past 4-5 days now on a trot asking if i would be interested in a home loan. Even after me telling them that i am not interested in any kind of a loan almost on every call i am still getting calls from different numbers. This is nothing but harassment on icici, i have raised this issue on twitter also but dont see any action taken.

    Account with all kyc document for my daughter at icici bank janakpuri branch, but bank manager asking for rs. 25000/- deposit to open the account, and they told me that it is the new rule for icici bank, without deposit they are not going to open the sukanya samriddhi yojana account even i have explained rbi norms.     All icici bank customers - who are holding icici credit card no ending 4007.

    My account was on hold against my credit card due 18000/- which was my hard earning salary, & i called customer care also for settlement as i want to do the settlement they are not talking properly.

    Please make sure to withdraw immediately after getting salary credit card, icici bank will cheat at any point of time by holding your money without informing you against your credit card dues.

      Many years ago, i was holding a credit card bearing number [protected]. Which was life time free, as i was told. Further to state that this card is not being used since many years.in few months ago, i received a statement at my home, in which icici bank, charged a renewal fee of rs.235, which i did not paid on the assumption that it not in used and requested to cancel the same.
      No i received another statement showing dues of rs.498, increased due to charges of late fee and gst.
      My complain is that i have neither i have been asked for renewal not i given any such consent to any body. So the charges should be waived and card can be cloased for ever.

        Without my consent, rs. 2000 has been deducted from my account on 12/11/2018 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c.
        I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back and also want to get unsubscribed from any additional policy and don't want to face these deductions in future. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
        This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities.

          My name is jeevan menezes and i live in calgary, canada. By mistake i sent international money transfer to wrong account number through my bank rbc to bank of baroda. Icici is the in between institution bank. My rbc branch manger has sent out instructions to icici bank to obtain these funds back to my account.

          Request you to please look into this matter and inform me the status.

          Bank of Baroda has confirmed they have not received any instruction from ICICI bank yet.
          My bank RBC has confirmed they have sent instructions to ICICI bank to instruct Bank of Baroda to send this money back. PLEASE EXPEDITE.

            denied airport lounge access

            I am holder of a valid icici bank coral international debit card (Visa platinum pay way) i had visited t-3 international terminal plaza premium lounge on 23rd november 2018.. The access was denied due the reason that this card in not valid for access since 30.09.2017. Kindly confirm the status of the card wheather it is valid or not and advice me if any other card of your bank is valid now a days....

              There are some customers using their ICICI Bank account to do cyber crimes around Mumbai..

              I have deposited amount to their account(Contact me through mail i will send the payment details of their accounts), after that they didn't turn up with their products and not in contact with me as well.
              Looks Like Bank Personnel also involved and supporting these kind of fraud activities.

                  I had my credit card payment due date on 6-jan-19 and the minimum amount was suppose to be collected from my savings account on the due date which did not happen and i paid it manually on 7-jan-19 afternoon and later to which, they have processed the auto debit which failed due to insufficient funds on my savings account and they are charging auto debit failure fee whereas the auto debit itself was not supposed to be processed as i have already paid the minimum due manually and moreover due to auto debit failure fee, the limit exceeded and charged again with overlimit fee, i have sent email to [protected]@icicibank.com and they are just busy replying back with standard format with their guideline and stuff which i already know and no answer received from them on my query asking why the auto debit activity is done on the next day of the actual due date and there is not any positive answer from the on my request to reverse the auto debit failure fee and thereby the overlimit fee as the limit is exceeded just because of the overlimit fee. When i analyze my saving account statement i found that the bank has been charged me a total of inr 1637.68/- as mab charges. This is very disappointing me. And the best part is i have never been notified about the monthly deductions via sms or e-mail or call, so i never get to know the charges, the charges...

                    I tried to transfer the money from my account through NEFT and in the end of the procedure it asked me to enter GRID values, which i did correctly but for some stupid reason it was showing me this msg "Your Grid card authentication has been disabled, Call our 24 hour Customer Care Centre and ask to enable Grid card authentication". I have entered all the values very carefully and cross-checked it many times yet same error. Then i tried calling 24hour Customer Care Center which is totally useless in this regard as no real person picks but a stupid automated system. It's been a week and i am not able to make online purchases/transactions. If my problem is not solved soon then i will be forced to close my ICICI a/c no[protected] and post a gloomy review on how lame ICICI online services can be. Pathetic support ICICI.

                      Dear icici bank - this is crazy charges without permission, money has been deducted from our startup business account. This is crazy indian banking system.

                      Please look into this issue and arrange for refund our money back.
                      1. There has been mobile changes rs. 30 for every month. I don't understand, who asked you to mobile changes, don't send sms for us, just send emails and avoid these spam charges to startups.
                      2. This is major issue, there is surprise "trca penal chrg" with rs. 1770. Who asked you to do such a high charge and deduct from our account without any consonant?

                      Mr/Ms. ICICI bank team - Myself personally visited to Nizampet branch and requested to stop or wave off the monthly SMS charges ( Rs. 30 + GST ). I requested that, we are SMB/startup just opened account and these type unforeseen charges not fair. We don't even want SMS registration in case its Rs. 30 per month.
                      We requested personally, just email the alerts.
                      But, they didn't agree and they are giving OTP you need to have SMS feature and we will charge Rs.30 per month.

                      I am not sure, government is tracking this type miscellaneous charges by ICICI bank.

                      Please confirm why you guys are charging monthly Rs.30 + GST for startups business accounts, is the phone linking and sms feature is one of banking feature for accounts?
                      Such a ridiculous one...every month deducting 320 rs without any kind of info and when we take help from customer care service there response is to block my card then only can possible to de active Vin google ...its really [censored]s and why you don't have any more option to de active this vin google instead of blocking my card

                        Amount got deducted from my account without any intimation or sms. They deducted 455 indian rupee from my account. I have never opened any demat account till now. But they charged money for what being else. Firsr let me know the reason behind that, if nothing related to demat please refund money back immediately and let me know why they are deducting amount without any prior notice.

                          I applied for the icici credit using a form in this site
                          https://www.m-icicibank.com/credit-cards/

                          And i received phone call from executives in few days asking to send photocopies of aadhar card, bank statement, pan card, company id card to [protected]@gmail.com.

                          I sent them the details. And i received the mail (Screenshot attached) and that's it. After that, i am continuously in follow up with the executives (Phone numbers in the screenshot), still, i haven't got the credit card after 3 months time.

                          Recently, i got these sms (Screenshot) from icici. But no information is provided on the link too

                          Now, i am feeling obnoxious that i have gave my personal informations to gmail account and phone numbers, which i don't feel trustable.

                          I tried calling to icici customer care numbers[protected]/[protected].
                          But it asks for credit card ending number to continue.

                          Wouldn't icici have some mechanism to answer a person, who applies for icici credit card? Don't icici feel responsible for this?

                          Can you please let me know what is the status of it?
                          Or in case it takes more time,
                          To avoid misuse,
                          Please block any credit card in icici in my name or email or phone number.

                          Please response within a week's time and help me sort it out,
                          Or else i have no choice left other than to go for police complaint/ to file case in consumer court.

                          Dear sir

                          I have invested Rd 5000 each in icici tax saving bond in April 2002 .I have kept the bond in locker and forgot about it now when I went to bank to collect some other article I found the bonds which were already matured, kindly guide me to get the maturity amount at the earliest

                            I am a icici credit card holder.. Received a call from[protected] and a person told me about health insurance card and said it was mandatory for every credit holder and they charging 437 per month as premium and he also said you receive another call from emi department and ask you about deduction of emi from your card and you just confirm it. As said by him i received a call and they asked me about emi and i ask them about is this mandatory or something. They said no it was not mandatory and i told them to cancel it and they also said ok... After a day i received a call from the person who spoke earlier with me about insurance card and angrily told me how dare you cancel the emi. If you do so you will be charged one time payment of rs.9000 from your credit card. Rs.9000 shall added into your credit card bill, he said. I told him, i never pay any amount and he angrily cut off the call. My doubt is it is legitimate call or fake call? Please clarify me in this regard

                            Please asked manager to give me call ASAP, I did not received my salary, as per company they have done salary threw NEFT .

                            So please look into this & revert back to my compliant. need to clear my emi personal loan, etc it is very difficult to to manage & its almost 2 months completed so request to you get it done ASAP NEED CLARITY ON THE SAME.

                              I have been icici customer since long time. I am overseas and just observed they charged me 826.00 inr on 29th may, 2018 for demat account!!! I have never activated or used demat account till now.

                              There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction on my email or phone. This is absolutely absurd. My account number is:[protected]

                              I'm outside inside india and icici officials never read my previous complaint and marked complaint as resolved. This is still has not been resolved and i don't understand for what they charged me 826/- when i never applied demat account in my life - as i don't do that sort of stuff ever.

                              I request icici to deposit back money and check who bloody created demat account in your system and investigate why he created it - on what grounds?

                              I repeat i'm not in india and - hence do not comment like - you are going to contact me. If you really need to call then dial +[protected].

                              There couldn't be any worse bank I could have chosen than ICICI. Your customer service executives are not even responding to my emails and when they do - they copy and paste your standard email response templates without even reading my emails. This is very very frustrating.

                              Your customer support also admitted that one of your employee - Ms. Munira Surtee on +91-[protected] did this fraud - opening demat account without my application and consent. And now they are asking me to send a courier from abroad - baring more than 1000/- INR for this process on my own. What is my fault in this to bare this charge? All I'm asking is to close this demat account - just like your fraud employee opened it and refund all charges incurred due to this fraud.

                              I demand an investigation to be conducted for this fraud because for customer like us - such an employee being a representative of ICICI, it's ICICI who is cheating us.

                              I called from abroad to reach nodal officer Vinayak More at "[protected]" at approx 10AM on 24th January, 2019. and ended up chatting with "Jagruti" who acknowledged that they also received my email explaining all in every detail possible.It's been a week and haven't heard back anything since then.

                              Your fraud employee was contacting me on registered personal email via her non-official personal gmail ID! And also asked me to come on WhatsApp so that it would be convenient for her. She also asked for my scanned documents so that she can close account!

                              Shame on you being such a large bank you can't even trace how this fraud was done in your system and don't even respond in here. Aren't you obligated to even respond in here? You are compelling me to file a complaint further up with PMO India team then.
