मैंने 26 दिसo को जियो का रिचार्ज my jio app से किया जिसमे upi से payment किया transaction successful रहा लेकिन जियो का recharge नही हुआ मैंने जियो हेल्पलाइन पर बात किया तो उन्होंने बताया जो payment decline हो गया है फिर मैं फ़ोन पे कस्टमर केअर से बात किया तो उन्होंने problem resolved होने के लिए 25 jan तक का समय दिया लेकिन मेरा refund अभी तक नही आया ।

      I visited ludhiana punjab national bank atm, branch salem tabri. And withdraw amount 10, 000 time 11:10 am but atm machine show me timeout error and and amount is debited from my account and i didn't receive cash from atm machine and submit a complaint in my bank with reference number sr[protected]. And now they said it will take 7 days to resolve. Please resolve the issue asap and credit the amount in my icici account asap.

        Dear team

        Please note that last 24th jan i have visited at baruipur branch kol 700144 for two cheque deposit.
        I took a chair to sit and write the cheque. Suddenly the security gurd came and order very badly to leave the chair and table. I feel very disappointed even the branch was almost vacant.
        Apart from this specially baruipur branch refuse to take cash deposit number of times, resons
        1. Third party cash deposit not done
        2. Teller not available during pickhour.

        If all other branch can do there service in a proper way why baruipur branch can't.

          I hv icici ashirvad deep discount bonds of face value 2lacs.
          No response rcvd fm bank on redemption. Bond cert no. 143406, 143407, 143408.
          I tried to contact local branch of icici bank but could not get any proper response.

          I am sure with reputation of institute like icici, they will resolve the matter quickly.

          It is my hard earned money.

            Now i bought new samsung galaxy note 8 mobile, i try to log in imobile app, i insert my registered number sim in default sim and also complete first step verification successfully (Mobile number verification) but in the second step verification loading few mins and got error message "sorry the app could not connect to your system, please try in some time later".

            How i can solve this.

            Anybody let us know the solution...

            I recently opened a savings account in icici bank. I registered on imobile app, generated app login pin, received the otp on my number even. Then i had to complete 3 steps to get access to my account. Final step being setup o[censored]PI. When i try to do it, it says "no account found linked with this number" even though I'm able to receive transaction alerts on my same number.

            And now since two days when i try to login again, it says "sorry the app could not connect to the system, try again later" help!!!
            Not able to check the reward in ICICI app, showing an error message, please help

              My car loan account number is ladel[protected]. This is first time my ecs got bounced on dated 01-jan-19. But i paid on 04-jan-19 but still icici took ecs bounce charges from me.
              My question is why no grace period is provided to customer. Atleast 5 days grace period should be there. This is purely unethical.
              If i go to any icici atm which is out of service/ money, do icici bank will pay penalty to me. If bouncing of ecs is liable to penalty then out of service atm should also be liable to penalty.
              Law should be equal for all. Otherwise icici bank should revert my illegally surcharged money to me.

                Dear Sir,
                I have recieved a call from jobs from shine jobs placement from phone no -[protected] call from priya rajput on dtd 18/1/2019. also mailed me the details attached below for your reference also told me click the link and filled the form and make payment of RS 10 for form charges for job offer by ABB company as being a reputed organisation i came forward to apply for the job offered by shine.com and by clicking the link provided by shine.com i have tried to make payment but at mean time they transacted an ammount of RS 25000/- from my account no[protected] in fraud way. For this I have also logged complaint in ICICI customer care bearing service no-SR[protected]. and blocked my account from customer service of ICICI. and customer care told me to wait for investigation time period.
                Then i wait for time being and on dated 24.1.2019 i recieved message from ICICI customer care that dispute raised on account xx5931 for RS25000/- has been declined as the transaction has been done using second factor authentication and by asking by me to customer care they replied that you have shared your OTP so we cannot do any thing more for you.
                In the above case i does not got any help from ICICI customer care.
                As an general being its my hard earned ammount being frauded by hacked by the job portal cell. and if such an salay ammount will be frauded how i will feed my family for a month time period .
                I am very much deeply saddened from this type case happened to general people who are not knowing any thing that this type of things also happening in case of internet banking and no way i found to get an help from bank.
                Request kindly help me in getting return of my ammount from this fraud kind of transaction.

                  I am having bank account with icici tallakulam branch madurai. I deposited 2000 rupees in deposit machine at whitefiled branch bangalore. You guys detected 170 rupees for that. You should show the charges before depositing in machine. I think it was 20, 30 like that. But 170 rupees is too much. Revert it back to my account. Otherwise i will stop banking with icici.

                    I am Sabeeha and my account number is[protected].I had submitted a cheque on 18/1/2018 to hdfc bank for closing my personal loan and it got returned saying that refer to drawer.To which I need to pay an extra of 649 rupees as bouncing charges and per day 43 rupees as interest which is not my fault as I had mainted the balance amount.i need an explanation to this as hdfc bank is saying that it is icici bank issue that they had not cleared the cheque.

                      Mr vishal yadav and his female staff is not behaving good with me though i am ex service man serve for the nation 25 years now i am senior citizen feels very bad when the staff of the hoshangabad branch is used un parliament language with me and my son.. Today i went to branch with withdraw my hard earned money but staff denied to with draw my money.. So to defend my self i have to call police this is very ridiculous

                        The amount of 116.82 rs is being deducted from my account since 2days ie., on 23/01/2018 and 24/01/2018.
                        Rwdfee/1996867/231218+gst on 24/01/2019.
                        Rwdfee//1996836/231218+gst on23/01/2019.
                        I dont understand why this amount has been deducted from my account with out any msg alert. I am pretty sure that i havent opted for any schemes so far. Please check and do the need full and refund my amount and make sure that this not done going forward.

                              Hi team,

                              I need to do name change in icici savings account and bank is saying that it is not possible to change my name eventhough i have all proofs.

                              Initially my name was wrong in aadhar and savigs account name also updated as per aadhar. Recently i have corrected my name in aadhar and i want to change my account name as per the aadhar card.

                              It is bit urgent for me to get passport.

                              Please advise on this.

                                  There was a balance of rs. 1900 in my icici fasag on 27th november.
                                  I sold the vehicle and so i requested to cancel the tag and refund the amount by calling the customer care number [protected]

                                  The executive asked me to submit few documents and i did the same on 27th november at 8.15 pm. Complaint number is cmp[protected]

                                  I submitted a cancellation request letter, aadhar card copy, pan card copy and cancelled cheque leaf.

                                  I made a phone call again and i was promised that the amount would be refunded within 25 working days.
                                  Today the date is 24th january and as of now its more than 50 working days.
                                  In between i made so many phone calls and everytime i was promised that they are escalating the issue and the refund would be done within 7 days.

                                  Even today i made a phone call and i was promised the same.
                                  But i see no work is done and tag is still active and refund not initiated.
                                  Dont know really if this is going to work or will it be possible to get a refund of the amount.
                                  Did you got something? Did you get any response?
                                  It’s really annoying, pathetic service by ICICI, I have requested deactivation of my ICICI FASTag on 4 nov 2019 and they said within few days the card will get deactivated and today is 28 nov 2019 the card is still active . I am not interested in refund but I will be happy if my FASTag gets deactivated. Customer care is hopeless.

                                    I shailesh oke had applied for online nps account and paid my 1st contribution using the net banking services of icici bank. I had selected icici bank as one of empaneled bank for kyc verification since i have savings account in this bank for many years. However, i received a sms & email from nps/cra yesterday stating hdfc bank has rejected my kyc verification due to which whatever contribution i paid is frozen until i manually obtain the kyc verification from the bank and then submit the hard copy to nps/cra again.
                                    The reason for rejection is photograph mismatch. I have linked my aadhaar to this bank account and have several ecs debits that happen from this account. How is the customer to be blamed if the photo with the bank is not the exact same photo that i submitted to nps. Humans grow and they will look older. Now thanks to icici, i have to do rounds of the bank to get the verification done manually and then send the form to cra.

                                      Smab charges 500 have been deducted from my savings account without any prior intimation on nov 20 2018. No message or call or mail was sent regarding this. Kindly revert the charges.
