From my icici savings account rs.576 deducted stating dmc dp charges, i submitted request to close my trading and demat acc. Trading acc is closed but my demat acc is still active, due to a delisted company's share is still existing in my holdings. Im unable to sell this share and icici is charging dmc charges for the account which i didnt use for more than 6 years. Ridiculous, i lost ra.576. I want my money back.

    I am sanjay kumar. 662.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till dec-18 dp charges on
    30/01/2019. I have never used my demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction.
    It happend two times. Amount deducated from my acount. Asap please close the demat acount, i am not using demat account.

      I have been charges twice in last year against smab charges arround 700+ in total. This account was zero balance salary account and from very long this account was not in use and they never informed that minimum balance should be maintained in the account otherwise there will be charges against it.

        I personally visited bank along with my husband (ICICI Hyderabad Financial District ) for updating my account name as per my aadhar, PAN and Passport .The representative said it cannot be done please talk to Deputy Branch Manager Mr.Vijay.we met him and clearly stated him what the issue is and provided all the documents in original along with Marriage certificate to state that My name prior to marriage.He said please sign all the documents...

        Dear sir,
        This is amar was having icici bank credit card in the year 2005. Card no : [protected].

        There was a credit outstanding of only 17000/- premium amount in this card when i stopped using this card. Even when i paid my monthly minimum dues, i was fined in the next month bill during that time. I have not paid and the case transferred to cibil. Now a person from icici bank called me and asked for settlement for this card.

        When i am trying to customer care centre, i could not get in with them using this card number as the ivr saying the entry is invalid. I tried maximum number of times. I have received a letter from chennai ambattur icic bank saying that letter is settlement only and not mentioned anywhere as full and final settlement letter.

        I was worrying if anyone from icici bank trying to cheat me. Pls advise how to handle this.

            Dear icici bank,

            I had below credit card from icici bank, after few month i got bill to make payment of rs.1200/- approx (Which i made without knowing that i haven't used or swiped at any store)
            After i called to icici customer care, that time they told that i used but they haven't proved this.
            And again after few months my outstanding reached to rs.4000/- (Without any transaction from my side), i immediately blocked that card.
            Between several followup with icici bank n in some my outstanding increased up to rs.9000/-.
            I went to icici j. B. Nagar branch about this escalation 3-4 time, but their staff were pushing me to make payment 1st after only they ll take call.
            Hence i refused to make the payment. As i never used at any transaction.

            I made written compliant to district consumer dispute redressal forum, south mumbai.

            But still i am getting calls from icici for outstanding payment and as non payment, icici marked my name to "cibil"

            Please help to get this solve as every & after few months i always receiving calls from icici credit card department for making payment. But icici bank doesn't have answer about my transaction.

            Requesting to send noc letter on my below mail id.

              I guess bank is for providing the services to the customers but now i know they are just raising their business from the customers

              I am shivang choudhary rs 826 has been deducted from my account without any prior notice or something, have never used my d - mat account & even i don't know when i have opened it either my relationship manager who came to open my account he never told me while opening the account neither i was interested to open this account

              One more thing if am not using it why would be the amc (Annual maintenance charges)

                Am holding 2 (Two) icici only vimal vaatsalya bonds since last one year am searching where to submit these bonds to get the money even the icici bank where am having account but they never heared of this bond. Even sombody suggested me to have demated these bonds that also tried but this name of bond is not found in icici bond list to demat these bonds. Please help to get the money for these bond certificate nos. 33140 and 33141 @ rs.1000/- each.

                After their reply to contact them directed contacted but no reply from them. If they cannot redeem inform me directly so that i can destroy the certificate unnecessary keeping them for years is a waste.

                An amoumt 134 rs is deducted from my account without any notice or warning i want my money back asap. And i want to know why this happen please give a a suitable reason and my money back. Unless i will take amy other action

                  I had opened a salary account with icici bank a few years back and nearly 3 years back when i left the job my salary used to get credited to the other account. My icici account was not being used for the past 3 month and when i checked my account statement i see that the bank has charged me inr 544, 510 and 412 for the last 3 months. This is a complete nuisance and icici is a fraud bank making money out of such penalties.
                  This is heights of fraudulent behaviour by a private bank.

                  I booked a bus ticket using ICICI credit card on Jan2, 2019 through RedBus and then I have cancelled the ticket. But I am not getting the refund amount. I checked with Redbus customer care, they said it is done from their end and bank would be the responsibility for the further step.

I am geting continues call from ICICI Credit card Customer care for some unknown credit card payment. some one give my ph no. for credit card. Now they continues calling me shouting and abusing to me for payment for Prashant credit card. I do not know to Prashant. I already told to customer care but in spite of that they continues calling and misbehaving with me. i already block many no but they calling me whole day from different no. I totally distrube by them.these 2 no again continues [protected] & [protected].
                    Icici bank easily distributing credit card to customer care without any verify ph no. if customer not paying than they distrube to other person without any guarantee and verification they provide credit card. i have not taken any one guarantee but how they calling me.

                    I am requesting please solve my problem immediately. i have lot of important work.

                      I am an salary account holder of icici bank. I saw deduction against 600 rupees in the name of smab chgs during my last login. I haven't received any notification for this charge. How can you take out money without prior information to customer. It's not fair to debit minimum account charges which is been opened as salary account.

                              I'm using icici bank account from past 4 years, when i generally checking my account statement i've found rs: 588.82 has been deducted from my account on 28/01/2019 as dcardfee6664jan19-dec19+gst.
                              Not sure what this fee is about. And they not even intimated me about the deduction.
                              Its completely against law. Deducting my money without intimation. I want the money to be credited to my account

                              It has been a week but none of the representative called regarding the issue.
                              My name is rohit mishra .My father santosh Kumar mishra who has saving account in icici bank.He just saw today that Bank has deducted multiple time Rs 29.50 for Posdec Chg.Deduction date and ac no is given in attached document

                                While I do online transactions in any web I'm not receiving OTP.
                                This query lasts from two weeks. No proper guidance from ICICI bank though called many times regarding the issue to Customer care.

                                Online transactions on Paytm, Swiggy needs authentication by OTP, So while they send the OTP, it is not received on my registered mobile number.

                                Please advise as soon as possible,

                                  This is h lakshmikantha rao my empbid is c79683 i have worked with a icici bank in a claint location our pay roll compeny i process india pvt ltd. Acttually my name have updated wrongly in uan side by iprocess compeny so name correction purpose i have visited to alsure i proceses india pvt ltd branch in bangalore they told to me for sending mail to ho then i have send mail to ho then also i have not get any rectification from them
                                  Still my name correction is pending fro lont time from that compeny

                                    I am rishi prakash. I am having icici account in patel nagar patna. Now i am in delhi so i cant go to my branch of bank.
                                    There have been money deducted from my account 2 times. Once 477 and 2nd time 282. I dont know why money is deducted without any information, message, mail. I have maintained my balance above 10000 but still these charges have deducted from my account.
                                    Kindly help me to return my money
