Complaint/feedback: this is regarding my credit card no. — 6008 in the name of mrinal kanti ganguly. I was offered this cards on assurance that, it is life time free, but i find that on statement dated 28/09/2018, you have billed rs.500 +90 as the fee. I wrote to you immediately and also talked to your customer care for the waiver of the amount and reverse the amount. But so far no action has been taken.
