I also received a call from icicibank and they just were given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

My account was salary account with zero balance plan. I have not transacted for few months after quitting my job. Now I have joined in a new job, hence for salary processing I made a transaction to activate my account, but without notifying the entire amount has been deducted. If I have an option I would like to change my bank.

In atm 500 rs were deducted but machine was not working.. Amount didn't came and even i have the receipt.. kindly check and refund..

    I am a icici bank credit card holder. The bank has issued me the policy of lombard without informing me and auto debited rs. 902 from my credit card number ending with. [protected] without my concern on date : 22/02/2018 and doing till now. I am not interested about this service & don't want this membership any more any how. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.30, 000 /- to 35, 000/- or more than this. As they never generated my statement till yet when i asked for it they said to deposited the money. Because of this issue my cibil score is affected by the point of -250 now my cibil score is around 600. I haven’t use this card once as a you can see in my statement. But i deposited more than 30, 000/- till date just because of this nonsense. I went the bank many time for my help but they are fooling us whenever i called on customer care they only mentioned me they won’t refund my money. But if the person never applied for this service how can they charged for it, i already have my medical policy i don’t want more i have my life insurance policy i don’t want more.

    Lombard policy membership number : i don’t know as i already mentioned that i’m not interested and also i didn’t apply for it so without my permission it’s going on i tried to talk with customer care earlier this policy mentioned me by the name of medical policy for one year and after that when i want to close it any how they said they won’t return my money back and this policy is of life issuance of 3 years. Nobody is telling me anything. Kindly help me out from this.

    I never applied for credit card before this is my first credit card. I’m a government servant working in the sector of banking (Central bank of india - manager, chandi hall jodhpur near by railway station).

    Please cancel my policy and refund my charges otherwise i have to cancel my credit card.
    Though i have told them to change the number so my daughter can be in direct touch with them ([protected] to [protected]) but it haven’t done till today.
    It is very embarrassing and creating mental harassment for me. Do it as early as possible.

        I received SMS that new upgrade ATM card is dispatch through speed post.but I don't want it to my home address. Because I am not there.and your customer care are worst . Not having knowledge. i suggest you to closed your ICICI customer care because it no use.i had called several times and to dispatch to neareast branch.every time your customer care say call later we don't have information currently.my question is if customer don't to deliver to home address than why your customer care executive waiting to delivery to home address.making a simple process very complicated .the solution they giving to once it will dispatch through courier we will take request.why you will not take request earlier to not dispatch to home address dispatch to nearest branch.now I received SMS that card had dispatch through speed post.now your customer care executive saying wait for returning the card.overall your customer care are not for help .as per rbi guideline old card not work after 31 Dec 2018.

          Went to an AU small finance bank sector 16 Faridabad on[protected] around 5:20PM
          Used my ICICI bank debit card to withdraw ₹9000/-

          I received a message from bank about my amount deduction, but, couldn’t get my amount through the machine. Receiving a slip of FULL REVERSAL. That which could happen within 5-10 mins.
          Tried calling customer care a couple of times and could connect around 6:15 PM.

          NOW, ICICI bank customer care asked for 7 working days. How it justifies the same. I wanted that money for my expenses and I’m stuck without my money as there’s no instant action against the same. How ICICI will compensate for my time loss along with the expenses i need right now?

          ICICI bank has debited 472 as ECS RTN Charges. But all my EMI deductions happened on time. And there is no reponse from ICICI bank on this.
          it will be good if they explain why they have deducted the money.

                Regarding Loan Application Number-[protected]

                I applied for Housing Loan & got the Loan sanction letter regarding the same.

                By all original & photocopy document is with ICICI Bank

                After few days my Concern person Mr. Sachin said that bank is going to
                disburse the loan amount as per my builder demand letter And ask me
                to transfer Rs.12, 378/- in ICICI Bank Account Number[protected], Name Sachin Kumar, IFSC Code ICIC0001136 .

                I requested him to provide bank direct account number but he declined.

                After transferring Rs .12, 378 /- on his account still I did not got
                the disbursal of the loan amount .
                Now they are saying that they need proof of cash deposit in my account I said this amount was the hard cash which we keep reserve at our hoe for emergency purpose.

                  I made a recharge of 399 through my jio app on 25th december at 2.00 pm, i used bhim upi as a payment option. My account was later debited of rs. 399 but in return i did not receive any or get any recharge. The payment was made to [protected]@icici vpn.
                  I request you to lodge my complaint and get me a refund of the same.

                  Also while searching for customer care no, i came across a fake number ([protected]) when i called them and they were trying to get my bank account details and asked me to transfer money to them. I didn't transfer them any money. But i am informing so that i request you to report those account. I am attaching a screenshot of the said transactions.

                  The approved amount is the recharge amount for which i didn't get ant recharge in return. I want you to report all three accounts as all seem fake. I hope i get my amount refunded as soon as possible.

                    I am v. Veeresswararao, i applied credit card on 2017 but in phone conversation they replied card was rejected. And now from past 1 weak icici bank employees said that they are issued card. I did not receive any type of confirmation mail or message. They are showing 5499/- (Rupees five thousand four hundred and ninety nine) pending amount. I did not receive card till date & they are demanding for pending amount. And they are using abusive language. I have phone record also. The called number is [protected] (Kumar sonu). Please take actions as soon as possible.

                    I did not received card till date and i dont pay any fees.

                        I have serious complain against icici bank regarding refund of access payment of rs.10050 which i have done by mistake. I have sent almost 10 mails to icici bank customer care to refund my money to our axis bank. Even i have sent bank statement and cancelled cheque of axis bank as supporting documents to refund access payment even i called twice to customer care of icici bank. Customer care requested me to send file of less than 1 mb. I have followed same instruction. Still i have not received my access fund. Now i want to take legal action against icici bank because i have not got refund of access payment even after 15 days of fund transfer. My icici bank credit card number is [protected] and my customer care request number is sr[protected].

                        Kindly help me to take legal action against icici bank.

                            I was receiving demand notes for disbursements to godrej since last 2 years and forwarding to rms at icici bank pooja gangiri & tushar moholkar and last demand note was sent on 6th dec 2018 to these 2 rms. Suddenly 4 days back i realise that that last rm tushar is not handling my account but didn't receive any communication since 6th dec 2018 and new rm - aseem gadgil will be handling my account.
                            Next rm - aseem tell me on saturday 21st dec 2018 that icici bank cannot disburse the amount as per demand note since my loan is pro-rata basis and they needed me to contribute parallely but this was never communicated to me by icici bank ever since the loan was approved & i was totally unware of the same.

                            Now, the payment deadline is 24th dec 2018 and i cannot arrange funds of 9.27 lacs at such a short notice.
                            Appreciate if icici mortgage department release atleast 5.27 lacs urgently and rest of the funds arrangements can be made at my end and also aseem gadgil needs to take extension of deadline from godrej for payments.
                            I am not willing to bear any penalties for late payments form godrej properties and icici bank mortage team will be solely response to settle these penalties.

                            It is so unfortunate that i am a loyal customer of icici bank since last 20 years nri customer and have been paying my emis regularly and treated so badly and put through such hardships and distress.

                              Respected sir,
                              Myself yash thengal, i intend to register a complaint on my father mr. Hansraj thengal's behalf. My father is "icici coral" credit card holder card no. Ending 6001.

                              The particular card expired 3 years ago as its printed date and no new card was issued by the bank. Few days ago, i have recieved sms of icici bank requesting to pay the required charges on the card amounting in the region of ₹6000 which is due to be paid on the same card.

                              I enquired the bank officials and only response i recieved was to contact customer care for help on which the ivr system just disconnected the call.

                              I request you to please take necessary action.

                                I had opened a salary account with icici bank and after around 1 year o[censored]se i had stop receiving salary in that account.

                                Recently i was checking bank statement and came to know that there were multiple smab transactions from bank.

                                Irony is that there was no message to maintain any minimum balance once i stopped receiving salary. I had visited banks to transfer home branch even no notice that time too.

                                Moreover there was no transaction alert for smab deductions.

                                What a great way to rob a customer. Well played icici.

                                I was make the online fee payment through EAZYPAY to Delhi University sol, on dt:21/08/2018 that payment was failure. But my money deducted from my account worth RS 3442/=

                                Today when I was checking the statement of this year I was shocked to know about the "SMAG" charge deduction without any prior deduction. Till now ICICI Deducted my Rs 1025. I have not received any msg/ call before deduction of this money. If you people will do like this, nobody will prefer this bank .

                                Now I want to close my account due to this reason. I have personal reason i am not able to maintaining this account, if i am not close now my acc balance will go negative.

                                I hope you people will help me, Else I am going to close my account.

I was offered this cards on assurance that, it is life time free, but i find that on statement dated 28/09/2018, you have billed rs.500 +90 as the fee. I wrote to you immediately and also talked to your customer care for the waiver of the amount and reverse the amount. But so far no action has been taken.                                     Yesterday i was heading home and going to cross vanagaram toll chennai, due to heavy traffic the toll person clicked my fastag with the machine, and after moving near to booth they again took the amount from my fastag. I got two messages later i corssed. How this can happen, so requesting to check and revert my amount back to my fastag account.

                                      Igot the credit card today. I was performing online transaction for the first time. It asked for the date of birth, card valid from. I entered date of birth and the credit card valid from month and year. it didn't accept and the card was blocked. I called customer care. It is not accepting my credit card number. What to do?

                                        I recharged my jio number today (22nd december 2018) by upi in jio app through [protected]@icici. Amount of rupees 399 was deducted from my bank account, but the recharge is not been done yet neither the amount is refunded.
