I transferred rs 12000 through imps on 30th december 2017 at 9.57 am from icici a/c to the abhyudaya co-operative bank bank a/c.

Transaction ref:[protected].

The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account.

But i got a message that said

"dear customer, imps txn ref[protected] for rs.12, 000.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 30-dec-2017 9:57:58. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days."

    An amount of rs 826 have been deducted from my account. Can you please explain why these charges are deducted from my account even though i had never used this account?
    Also i i was told by your executive that this account will cost nothing in lifetime.

      my debit card authentication has been disabled

      Tried to transfer some money to other bank account through neft and in the end of the procedure it asked me to enter grid values, which i did correctly but for some stupid reason it was showing me this msg "your grid card authentication has been disabled, call our 24 hour customer care centre and ask to enable grid card authentication". I have entered all the values very carefully and cross-checked it many times yet same error. Then i tried...

      I am afaquddin maqsood and my account no is[protected].
      I saw in transaction history rs 826 has been deducted from my account as dp charges nov 2017.
      I do not have a demat account at icici then how come money gets deducted for it that too without any notification or confirmation. It is highly unacceptable behaviour and icici needs to be more transparent and honest to the customers.

      Kindly revert back the money to my account.

        I am the a/c holder of icici bank for the last 7 yrs. Now they have charged ₹ 588.82 under this category dcardfee2981nov17-oct18
        I am not aware what type of charges are these.
        They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
        Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
        Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

        There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

          I have opened a savings account and submitted the documents on 20th nov 2017 along with a cheque of rs 10500. I was charged for rs 581 on dec 4th and when i enquired they said that you have opted for expression debit card and thay have charged for the same. I told them that i have not opted for the same and also checked with the executive mr manoj and also the branch manager sasikala to show me the proof that i have opted for expression debit card but again in vain. To my surprise there is one more debit of rs 177 on 27th dec which is again for my debit card. Now i dont know what to do as they are deducting money from my account and i am not getting any messages and no reason why these things are happening. I have done a big mistake by going for icici bank.

            From past 1 week one person by name bharath is calling all my relatives and friends telling as to i have defaulted on icici credit card payment and they have signed as reference during my credit card application and now they have to pay the money. He along with one lady repeatedly calling all my cousins, friends and my wife too. Calls are coming from number [protected]

              Hi all,

              I am having my salary account in icici bank. But a few days back 29.50 rs/- were deducted twice from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "atmdec chg" and "posdec chg". And when i tried to explore it over the internet, i found these charges are applied for when atm of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. So is it ethical to charge the customer for this reason? Although i was having enough balance at that time.
              Moreover, it is also legal as per rbi rule.

                I've applied for an icici credit card 20 days ago. Till date, i can't check the application status online. Neither the bank representative contacted me again, all documents collected. I have received a call for verification 18 days before, my application number is a[protected]. I am very disappointed due to processing the credit card. Very bad experiences with very bad services. I don't know what happened to my application, there is no status on that. I am in trouble for two weeks but did not get any solution. Please check and resolve this.

                  When applied for a credit card was informed that the credit limit of my card will be upto 1.25 lac later when the card was recieved found the credit limit was 15000 and later when called to customer care they informed that the issue will be taken care and manager will call me within 2 days and there was no response dropped a mail to all the email id and still there was no response from them

                        I have submitted my kyc documents on 18th dec. On the same day i got a mail that my address and adhar is updated and it was told that with in 4 working days my account will be unfreezed. I have been to bank more than 2 times now it is told that kyc request is processed sucsusfully but my account is still debit frozen. Because of this i could not able use icici net banking even my card is block i am not able to draw my own money. I went to branch again they have raised sr to remove debit freeze but they also have no idea why it's still in debit frozen.

                        I have submitted kyc form at icici bank, cox town branch, bangalore

                        I have a personal loan with icici bank.my original emu amount is around 5500/- but In oct they charged 11090 and 7878 in Nov and 6578 in dec.please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                          This is very reducules. This is not the way to deduct the money from poor people.

                            I am an icici customer for the last 5 plus years and i moved to the us about 2 months ago, i cannot pay my bills because i cannot get the otp number. My india mobile number is no longer exists. I need to update my us mobile number, but i cannot do this online. Its depressing to see that customers at international locations were not thought of when implementing otp. Please somebody help me to get my us phone number updated or suggest a way to go about getting it updated. I need to make urgent payments.

                              I am shruti nandanwar. I have account in your bank. I have already deposit my cheque at your atm icici bank in the cheque receiving box, at icici ca road branch nagpur.
                              It was very surprising to saw that till today my cheque is not cleared. I submit my check on friday 22nd december 2017.

                              Hi sir, yesterday (26/12/2017), i paid ap tet fee in online, through my icici debit card, 502 rs money is debited from my acount, but i did not got any journal number, again i paid fee in that only, that time also debited 500 rs from my acount, that time also i did not got journal number.it shows
                              Transaction failed but i did not got money.
                              Totally i lost 1004 rs, from my acount

                                Sir, your icici card (coral) no. [protected] canvassed by your agent saying it is free of cost almost in january, 2017. It went to different departments and finally it was delivered to me. The address where i workd and telephone number mentioned are almost 10 years back. I have clearly mentioned in credit card application my phone number and address (you can refer my credit card application) . I do not know how the old details have come ? may be the old ones have come from some other database.

                                I have not received pin number also. On an enquiry to your customer care pin was delivered to URMILA by VK citymail courier on 28.02.2017. I do not know who is urmila ? i have written a complaint to you on 3.3.2017, 7.3.2017, 9.3.207 to [protected]@icicibank.Com. But i have not received any reply.

                                Since i do not have the pin number i did not spent even a single rs.1 through the above said card.

                                I am not receiving messages to mobile number ( used by me 8- 10 years back), statement in physical form, email statement.

                                But to my surprise i have received a credit card statement dtd. 9.12.2017 on 22.12.2017 handed over to me by somebody lying with some other department, stating that i need to pay rs. 3270.23 (may be all the amount accrued due to penalities. I have not spent even a single rs.1)

                                now, i request you to
                                (1) waive the amount mentioned in the card.

                                ICICI CREDIT CARD NO. [protected] I have not received the PIN. On enquiry to customercare I was told PIN no. delivered to unknown person URMILA by VK citymailcourier on 28.2.2017. Sent complaint on 3.3.2017, 7.3.2017, 9.3.2017 to [protected]@icicibank.com. But no reply was received. My Contact no., and address 8-10 years back taken by you (from wrong data base) though I mentioned current Email address, mobile no., and address in Credit card application (refer my application). I am not receiving mails to my email address, cc statements. I have not spent even a single Rs.1, since I dont have PIN number. But to my surprise statement dtd. 9.12.2017 handed over to me on 26.12.2017 to pay Rs. 3270.23 (accrued late payment fees etc.) lying with some other department. Kindly waive the amount accrued due to late payment and update my mobile no. as [protected], E-mail ID g.[protected]@licindia.com and address G.Srinivasu, Audit Centre, 4th floor, LIC of India, SC Zonal Office, Opp. Secretariate, Hyderabad - 500 063

                                  money debited "indiaideas" not done by me

                                  I registered my complaint many times but know one responding me, i went my bank 6, 7 times but they said that is not their duty, so the problem is my money debited from my online transaction which is not done by me, bank said it's done by me but bank have no proof which company is this so the thing is if bank don't have details then how can they claimed that transaction done by me, and transaction id is "indiaideas" i don't know what company...

                                  Plz Note:- From my side I tried my best and put random mails to almost 20 matching websites for egg i put mails to tidebuy.com, fitshop.ca and many more

                                  fortunately I receive a positive response from one of the website fitshoppro.gorgias.io
                                  there mail ID is support2fitshoppro.gorgias.io
                                  Here they accept that a transaction matching to my criteria "27/12/2017 VIN/SP * fitsho/[protected]/0 8411.27" was done on there website and they have cancelled the transaction now
                                  I have further asked them more of the buyer details (Hope they reply)
