    On 3 jan, 2018 i got multiple messages for transactions which i didn't do. Sum of amount 10, 000 got deducted from my account. Those transactions happened via debit card/online banking. I logged a request for deactivating debit card as soon as possible. But to register a fraid complaint it took entire day just to get in contact with customer care.
    I didn't receive any reply from icici bank after registering complaint. They are taking it so carelessly like they don't care about their customers. I have lost faith and money. I regret opening my salary account in icici bank

      I was making jio recharge of 409 to my [protected]. I was asked to choose mode of payment. I choose upi instead of debit card. When i clicked upi it asked me my vpa which is virtual payment address. After i typed my vpa it asked me to login my upi app. When i logged into upi app i found one notification requesting 409 rs which was my recharge amount. It was indiaideas @icici. When i transferred 409rs, amount was deducted from my account, but i didn't get any messages from jio and my bill payment is not done. So what can i do?

        I want to complaint against ICICI Bank Kannad dist Aurangabad 431103 maharashtra. They are not returning my gold. I went to repayment of my gold loan . But from last 8 days they are just giving the reasons. Day by day the interest on Gold Loan is increasing. The branch people are giving reasons for repayment of Gold Loan. Who will pay the interest on these 8 days?? I just want my Gold return. What should I do?

          I had booked the tickets from payu gateway in irctc
          And had cancelled the same after sometime.
          The money should get reflected in my icici bank account through payu gateway.
          This is the second incident occured with me.
          There are 3 money refunds pending from payumoney and icici
          Can you please check and confirm back.
          Two tickets were cancelled on 12 december
          And one ticket was long back, may be between mid june to november.
          This behaviour is not acceptable.
          Please check and refund the money as soon as possible

          I had called and even e-mailed ICICI and did not get the proper response.
          Also, I have not recieved the money as of now.
          Its been more than 20 days.
          This is a serious concern, as this is not the first time I have encountered with the problem.
          You should check all the transaction starting from mid July till date, the refunds in Conjuction with ICICI_PayU are still not recieved.
          There are total 4 transaction, of which the money are not refunded.
          Please check this on very high priority, otherwise it will be a serious concern for ICICI as well as PayU

            Deduction of mab charges without any information

            I am having an account with icici bank, sda branch new delhi. This account i was using to get my salary every month from my previous organization, from 2015 to july 2016, then i lost the job and not using this account, i got the job again in the month of oct 2017, and my salary has started getting transferred in the same account, before using this account i confirmed from the icici bank salary account executive and intimated him about the same that i was not using this account for long time, hope if i will keep the fund there will not be any deduction, i sent him my account number for re-verification, he came to our office and confirmed that yes there will not be any deduction from this account if you will continue with the same account. Yesterday i deposited a cheque an amount of r. 4897/- and today they had deducted the entire charges against mab charges. Just for information if you have salary account with them still they charge for neft/imps, rest none of the bank is not charging.

            Sir/madam, i am not in receipt of single sms/mail at there end that my account is chargable if i will not use the same for a long time. The executive from banks calls you 10 times a day for loan etc, but none of them will call you that you need to maintain the balance.

            My account has been debited by rs. 4897/ on 03 jan 2018 as per below details.

            Mab charges jul 17 : 703
            Mab charges sep 17 : 702
            Mab charges sep 17 :701
            Mab charges oct 17 :700
            Mab charges jun 17 :693
            Mab charges nov 16 :690
            Mab charges dec 16 :.56

            Deduction is something different, but there is no sms on amount deduction on my account, there is no otp which bank required if they directly would like to deduct the money from an individual account. Is there a right of banks for the deduction of amount without any information.

            I am ready to fight with the bank as this is my hard earned money, bank cannot deduct like this without any information.

            I have saving account in icici bank[protected] However yesterday my account have debited 826 rs without my concern.

            Why account debited kindly reverse the transaction else will ensure put complaint to RBI for further escalation

              I recharged rs399/- to jio from my vpa [protected]@upi towards 3months' data (399) for my sim no[protected] on 4th jan 2018.

              The payment was successful and my bank statement carries a legend as below.
              "upi[protected][protected]@icici[protected]collect-pay-request
              Value dt 4/01/2018 ref[protected]"

              But i was told by jio that they have not received any payment from me.

              Please check at your end and refund the same to my vpa.

                  I have applied for a personal loan from icici bank. And the amount is approved. And the executive called up me and forced to disperse the amount to my account that day itself. And he want to achieve his target of the month. He was saying he will reduce the interest rate and so and so. If he disperse the amount on same day. But he didn't do anything. And he dispersed the amount to my account. And i was not aware of it. And icici executive is making the customer fool.
                  And he didn't give the details regarding the deductions from the pl.
                  He is saying it because he is having a pressure from his rm. And he said he is ready to as per customer convenience but his rm is forcing to do to achieve rm 's target.
                  These kind of people's are spoiling icici bank names.
                  Icici please take some actions on the regional manager mr. Sanjay from thrissur icici personal loan department. Thrissur.

                      I have paid 459rs for recharge of jio, the amount has been deducted but i didnt got recharge so plzz refund me back my money i have paid it on 31st december 2017 and the amount has been deducted from the account so plzz refund back my money so that i don't have any issues and i hope that u will refund back my money within short period of time and since it has been 4 days i didn't get my money back so plz do so

                        I have recieved msg on my registered no and email.

                        Dear customer, total amount due on credit card xxxx is inr 4273.59. Amt will be debited from your bank account on or before 03-jan-18. Pls ignore if paid.

                        My credit card no is different and i dont have any due.

                        The mentioned amount has been debited from my acc. I have notified [protected]@icicibank.com, i did not have any response.

                          I have made the electricity bill payment of rs. 749/- through upi. On the next page, i got the option of enter upi address or scan the qr code to make the payment. Then, and i have made the payment of this rs.749/- via paytm bhim upi and i recieved req from indiaideas ([protected]@icici). And i accepted then my account was debited for 749/- but i didn't get any confirmation message and the bill payment was not updated.

                            I was an employee of icici bank, mayiladuthurai branch from june 2007 to october 2009. My emp. No. Was 163348. This is not a complaint. Actually its a request. I have been terminated without any mistake of mine. Due to this with just termination letter i am struggling almost a decade. So kindly do the needful for me getting my experience certificate.                               As per the requirement of ICICI personnel "NEHA" of 3i Infotech via email, I sent all documents properly through Speed post.

                              A mail was received from NEHA of 3i Infotech, mentioning that to comfirm the receipt after 3-4days on 10/01/2018. No action has been done by ICICI.

                              After giving a reminder by email till now they have no minimum curtsey to communicate with me.

                              in the first attempt the bond was sent to the unit 'icici only vimal vaatsalaya bonds, maratha mandir annex, Dr A.R.Nair road, mumbai central mumbai- 400 008. " but was returned... i expect
                              a quick and promt response .

                                My account is debited by rs 4227 claiming credit card due amount. However i do not use any credit card from icici bank. I have been calling and mailing their customer service since past 4 days but no response has received so far. This is clearly a fraud.

                                They have opened credit card account in my name and debited my savings account with the money.
                                ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  I am contacting you regarding the fastag services in the etturvattam toll plaza.
                                  First let me tell you about the fastag in brief.
                                  This is a chip like sticker fitted in windshield mirror of any 4 wheeler.
                                  This is fitted to collect toll charges electronically and not by paying in the counter.
                                  Once a 4 wheeler reaches near the toll the receiver senses the chip and allow the 4 wheeler to pass through by deducting the amount from our fastag account.
                                  For this we have separate lane in each toll plaza which supports it.
                                  This is implemented to avoid toll stops and long waiting in queue.

                                  But here in this toll they are making us to wait in the queue by telling the vehicle infront is not detecting properly and making the vehicle to go front and back several times to make it read by the receiver.
                                  This makes chaos over the lane and also long waiting.
                                  Either they need to make the receiver properly or else allow the vehicle which is not responding by tagging them in separate lane.
                                  They make other vehicles stand and also make bad comments for the customers.

                                  They are least bothered to care for the customers and making bad comments to us.

                                  Please take this into consideration.
                                  As promoted by Fastag, there should be a dedicated lane for fastag and should get VIP entry. But actually the lane for Fastag was accepting cash toll payers as well.

                                    But here in this toll plaza they have closed the lane and also telling us to come in the other lane which is actually a stupid thing as we have paid for fastag and also waiting in the long queue.
                                    Either they need to open the fastag lane to make the traffic under control.
                                    But if we ask this they are telling to come in the normal lane, which is not advisable and they are not responding also.
                                    Either please disable this toll plaza as they are not following the standard and behaving very badly with the customer passing by this way.

                                      On 2nd january 2018, i recharged my jio number with rs459 on my jio app via upi payment system to address [protected]@icici. My transaction id is ici915a3258f8c447b69b2a1341ea3c9537
                                      Transaction was successful but still it is not updated on my jio account. Yesterday i chat with a jio representative. He told me there was no recharge from my side.
                                      Also i have contacted with phonepe customer care, they told that they have confirmation msg from receiving bank. So there might be something stuck between these two & i think that to be [protected]@icici
                                      Please check this issue. I want refund as soon as possible
                                      ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
