Sir, your icici card (coral) no. [protected] canvassed by your agent saying it is free of cost almost in january, 2017. It went to different departments and finally it was delivered to me. The address where i workd and telephone number mentioned are almost 10 years back. I have clearly mentioned in credit card application my phone number and address (you can refer my credit card application) . I do not know how the old details have come ? may be the old ones have come from some other database.
I have not received pin number also. On an enquiry to your customer care pin was delivered to URMILA by VK citymail courier on 28.02.2017. I do not know who is urmila ? i have written a complaint to you on 3.3.2017, 7.3.2017, 9.3.207 to [protected]@icicibank.Com. But i have not received any reply.
Since i do not have the pin number i did not spent even a single rs.1 through the above said card.
I am not receiving messages to mobile number ( used by me 8- 10 years back), statement in physical form, email statement.
But to my surprise i have received a credit card statement dtd. 9.12.2017 on 22.12.2017 handed over to me by somebody lying with some other department, stating that i need to pay rs. 3270.23 (may be all the amount accrued due to penalities. I have not spent even a single rs.1)
now, i request you to
(1) waive the amount mentioned in the card.
(2) update my mobile no. As [protected].
(3) mailing address:
