On 29 dec 2017, i recharged my jio number [protected] with ₹449 (Actual ₹499, ₹50 voucher was applied) on myjio app via upi payments system to address [protected]@icici but recharge was unsuccessful. But the amount of ₹449 was deducted from my bank account! My transaction id is "ici8917a567914f41b0a92b[protected]a", my upi id is [protected]@ybl and even i have enclosed a screenshot of successful payment.
Dear icici, its been 3 days and i haven't got my refund. I tried calling jio executives but they said to contact you. I want my refund as soon as possible.

    Amount is debited from phonepe upi app to [protected]@icici

    Enquired with jio care. No attempt to recharge is shown

    Contacted phonepe customer care - they reverted that transaction is successful from their end.
    (Have attached response from phonepe customer care stating process successful by their end to the party - purple background text)

    This shows that money is stuck with [protected]@icici for sure.

    It's been passed by phonepe and not received by jio. Only intermediary is [protected]@icici

    Please treat this as urgent and request a money refund or charge back at the earliest.

    I recharged my jio no. of rs.399 by phonepay but recharge not done but balance deducted from account...such a fraud banking institution you ICICI BANK...

    Kindly look into the issue.

    I was trying to recharge my Jio num though PhonePe UPI and payment was successful but recharge not done.

    Jio customer care told they have not received any payment,
    and PhonePay team also not able to help me as they are telling that the transaction was completed successfully. So they can not refund.It is showing that the amount has been paid to "[protected]@icici".I am not able to find this organisation anywhere.

    Please find the screenshots attached for detailed information.

      I have called the customer support number of icici for demat account opening, but later i have changed my mind. But still they have charged me an amount having remarks as (Dp chgs till n). When i googled it, it was about demat account. Why they opened an account which i didn't want to, and also charged for the same. (Even when i called them for queries they have told me that it was free.)

        I had been using an icici bank account opened by company for reimbursement processes. I have transferred inr 15000 to maintain my account balance in multiple icici bank accounts. However, i could not transfer the amount to the target account and i find my source account rrozen without any intimation.

        I am in severe need of my fund and i find this behaviour of icici bank extremely unprofessional

          I have a demat account in icici bank for 6 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction dp chgs till december 29 — inr 690.50. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My number is [protected]

            I dont open demat account. Your bank employee cheat me in civil line raipur branch he told me this kit are for internet banking but this kit is a icici direct.

            So that kindly request to you please close my demat or icici direct account i also submit closure form in your civil line raipur branch and 1 copy send your indore office for close my demat account but till date your side no response you all are selfish you dont know how people arrange money and the your any time deduction is harmful of the people so plz dont cheate any one.               But you can return cheque due to insufficient fund how can it possible?
              I have to go consumer forum regarding this return charges debit from my account.

                  Hi all,

                  I would like to share you all the blunders made by icici bank on my savings account. Firstly icici reissued the new debit card & before i would receive the newer issued card, they blocked my current card which left in a panic situation specially when i was in hospital & wasn't able to make payments of the ongoing treatment. Then i gave a call to their customer care which in turns came as the ugliest & worst thing happened till now.

                  I first had a word with vineet (Customer service executive), i briefed him about my situation, which in turns he told me that my current card is blocked since 2014, in which i had a great laugh as i have been making payments everywhere using the same card & then he wasn't able to identify which debit card i am using. Then i asked for the escalation in which he passed my call to his supervisor

                  Then i had a word with vishwanath (Shift supervisor), he their told me an entire new story, he told me that i have 2 debit card issued for same account (First of all how someone can have 2 different cards for same account active at the same time), then things turn more ugly when both the debit card number he mentioned was not owned by me & he too didn't have any idea of or any info of my current debit account. He then blocked both the debit card showing up in their database, i then asked him to pass this call to their manager.

                  Then i had a word with this lady known as (Meera shah (Thane office) (Unit manager), she first of all doesn't really have any manners how she should talk to a customer, i was amazed how she can even become a manager (She was very very harsh by her tone), she made me realize how big mistake i have made by reaching her. Just one word comes in my mind while i was talking to her pathetic customer service. I told her i will raise a complaint against her & icici, which in returns she said (Do whatever you want to do), just imagine a bank saying this that too when its your money in their bank, how a bank can be bigger then their customers. No customer sentiments.

                  Finally they didn't even apologized for the entire thing & said it's a machine problem, we can't help you. I was not able to do a payment of 34500/- inr to the hospital from my debit card due to them, just pathetic & worse, lost my trust, you don't even know what card a customer holding up. Poor service.

                  Please guys don't open your account in icici bank, they will leave you in a situation where you will feel helpless.

                      Rs580 were deducted from my bank account without my knowledge. I got to know this when i printed my mini statement. Incidents like this are not acceptable as it has caused a lot of inconvenience. Being a student away from and facing such situations causes a lot of problems. On 30th december when again i made a transaction a nfs cash withdrawal was made of rs 635 but could not proceed because of insufficient balance. Please look into the matter and make my refund asap

                        Today afternoon i withdrew 9 thousands rupees from icici atm (Thippasandra, bangalore.) coz this was atm nearest to the shop i was purchasing.

                        All the notes dispensed were 500 rs and one of them has yellow color shades on it and also i opted for "no print receipt".
                        I tried to exchange with the shop keeper, but he advices bank has stopped accepting the color shaded notes. I dont understand, then how come atm can dispense a color shaded note.

                        None of the shopkeepers are accepting neither anyone from petrol bunk.

                        How do i exchange it?

                          I transferred rs 12000 through imps on 30th december 2017 at 9.57 am from icici a/c to the abhyudaya co-operative bank bank a/c.

                          Transaction ref:[protected].

                          The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account.

                          But i got a message that said

                          "dear customer, imps txn ref[protected] for rs.12, 000.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 30-dec-2017 9:57:58. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days."

                              Tried to transfer some money to other bank account through neft and in the end of the procedure it asked me to enter grid values, which i did correctly but for some stupid reason it was showing me this msg "your grid card authentication has been disabled, call our 24 hour customer care centre and ask to enable grid card authentication". I have entered all the values very carefully and cross-checked it many times yet same error. Then i tried calling 24hour customer care center which is totally useless in this regard as no real person picks but a stupid automated system. It's been a week and i am not able to make online purchases/transactions. If my problem is not solved soon then i will be forced to close my icici a/c no[protected] and post a gloomy review on how lame icici online services can be. Pathetic support icici.

                                I saw in transaction history rs 826 has been deducted from my account as dp charges nov 2017.
                                I do not have a demat account at icici then how come money gets deducted for it that too without any notification or confirmation. It is highly unacceptable behaviour and icici needs to be more transparent and honest to the customers.

                                  I am the a/c holder of icici bank for the last 7 yrs. Now they have charged ₹ 588.82 under this category dcardfee2981nov17-oct18
                                  I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                                  They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                                  Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                                  Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

                                  There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

                                    I have opened a savings account and submitted the documents on 20th nov 2017 along with a cheque of rs 10500. I was charged for rs 581 on dec 4th and when i enquired they said that you have opted for expression debit card and thay have charged for the same. I told them that i have not opted for the same and also checked with the executive mr manoj and also the branch manager sasikala to show me the proof that i have opted for expression debit card but again in vain. To my surprise there is one more debit of rs 177 on 27th dec which is again for my debit card. Now i dont know what to do as they are deducting money from my account and i am not getting any messages and no reason why these things are happening. I have done a big mistake by going for icici bank.

                                      From past 1 week one person by name bharath is calling all my relatives and friends telling as to i have defaulted on icici credit card payment and they have signed as reference during my credit card application and now they have to pay the money. He along with one lady repeatedly calling all my cousins, friends and my wife too. Calls are coming from number [protected]
