I was using icici credit card for one year, but not even once i got the statement to my mail id even after raising a compliant and calling customer care, i had been calling customer care and the executive who calls me for the payment but no response, hence i payed the principle amount and closed it, because of this my entire cybil score has come down and my impression has become bad please change the comments what icici had updated in my recored, now i would like and request the icici bank to reactive my credit card to use it.

    Dear sir/ma'am,

    I was given a loan of total amount 327, 000/- inr without my consent i was looking for a loan of much higher amount 700, 000/- inr but i couldn't even understand when approval was taken from me over the call and loan was sanctioned to me. I wanted to cancel the loan regarding that i visited sector 14 branch gurgaon on jan - 06 there i was advised to contact sachin gupta. Same day i called him and he asked me to call back on jan-08 since it was a holiday for pl so i called him again on monday (08-jan) and again he asked me to call back later since he told server was down and when i tried calling him today 5 times sometimes you were on another call, sometimes you dint pick up and sometimes you rejected my call, could you please let me know how much time would i have to wait for the cancellation of loan and how much charges would i have to pay for cancellation since it was given without my consent i never knew that last call gonna be final call for sanctioning the loan other wise i would have denied for the same and i don't want to pay charges or okay with very less charges for cancellation since it was not my mistake you guys made me fool and your service is worst if my loan is not cancelled as soon as possible i ll reach out to consumer court and sue whole bank in court.

      On 25/12/2017, i was doing payment of rs. 610 by debit card using pos machine to gopi service station delhi. But first time it was failed and money had been deducted. But they assured me that in a 24 hrs your refund will come. And again i had made a payment and it was successful and money had been again deducted. But till now i don't have received any refund till now. So, please take strict action on that otherwise i will go to the court. Because i have proof slips.

          Complaint/feedback: the housing loan of rs 82 l was disbursed on 30 nov 17. I am yet to get the official receipt of original documents received by the bank (Promised to be delivered within 10 days) despite continuous follow up with srimoyee choudhary thru emails and phone calls. My experience of dealing with srimoyee has been bad. She does not reply, answer phone calls. I have got similar feedback from some of my colleagues, who opted to deal with other loan managers for their second loan from icici if as a wealth management customer, i am being treated like this, not sure what experience others may be going thru. Please help me getting the receipt for originals held with icici bank. This is overdue for a month
          We had to wait for 2 hours on the days of registration for icici rep to get the cheque at the registrar's office. When asked for the delay, the rep told that loan debt. Did not convey to them regarding this requirements

                Sir i tried to recharge my jio phone number through upi and 349 rupees has been deducted towards payment for [protected]@icici, but have not received any recharge. My recharge date is only on the following day and i need a response immediately that if it could be resolved as soon as possible, please even answer this. This is embarrassing to be a casualty to such fraud online, first time a bitter experience on online payments.

                  I am regular user of icici bank credit card, i had block my card due to double payment of my idea bill, as per guidance by their customer care. And i always requested them to dispatch hard copy of the statement to my billing address, but till date they had not send hard copy of the same and 5 bill cycle cross they had been levy rs500/- in each due date bill cycle as delay charges after my telephonic complaint. I request to waive the same and pay the actual dues and closed the card at your earliest possible.

                  Hope you help me and not interested to use your given new card which is also blocked by them before i start using.

                  My credit limit is rs. 65000/- and my usgage was around rs.500 to 800 and they had made till date as rs. 2800/- with levy of delay charges and if not resolve till 20th jan 2018 then again levy the same and continue futher.

                  Help and proper guidance is required as i am a user since 4-5 years.

                  My Ac is opening but the fund is not deposited in my Ac and I have money problem
                  I can done my Jio recharge of 459.0 by UPI . But transaction is failed and money can deduct by my account but recharge is not done.so refund it.as soon as possible.
                  Even though I wanted to stop the service immediately and refund money they refused to return back.
                  I have closed this a/c as I am now RI.I opened resident A/c but bank is not helping me out to credit the DMAT balances to new A/C.
                  Many contacts to the officials are not properly addressed or looked into
                  My Ac is just opening but fund is not proceed...

                          While opening a salary account, i were offered a icici bank credit card. Which i refused to take but icici person tolded me that this credit card will not have any annual charges as it is free from any annual charges for cognizant employees.
                          However, icici is charging me the annual credit card charges every year. When i try to call customer care, and say that i want to stop credit card services, the support person cuts the call.
                          After numerous trials of connecting with support person, finally, last year, i had discussion with customer care and they confirmed me that i have been incorrectly charged so far annually for my credit card, and they promised me to close my credit card and refund me the amount.
                          After that i haven't received any information/update and when i visited the branch they gave me higher management email id to raise the complaint instead of solving my issue. I even dropped mail to high level icici but still no response.
                          Still, shamelessly, icici associates call me to offer new credit card and new schemes. I just wish they have some better records of their member before offering any thing new.
                          This channel must solve my issue.

                            I had purchased my bajaj pulsar 180 dtsi model in[protected] series from popular bajaj (Koramangala, bangalore) reg no is (Ka01-ef-1643) under icici funding scheme. (In the name of manuel kenath paul)

                            The loan was cleared completely and i did not bother to check for noc from icici... And also moved out from the home where we resided... To add it to the pain i disconnected my old contact number used to avail loan from icici ([protected]) hereby would request you to provide me a copy as am planning to sell the bike off... Hope my request would be considered and assisted with.

                            For the record " i have already ran from pillar to post from popular bajaj to different icici bank counters but to no avail... Please help out.

I have blacklist in my old handset[protected] and [protected]. I do not want to have too many blacklist number on my new handset and i am not your customer of icici bank, its great bank and have good service, but my bank fulfilling my requirement. Today 07-01-18 i have registered twice for dnd service.

                                  I had updated 20 times on the DND and your TAT is not working @ all.
                                  My ICICI Account got debited with 350 as ECSRTNCHG, 31 as GST And 31 as CST.why this is happening????? What is actually ECSRTNCHG ??? Why it deducting from account.Please mail to me on [protected]@yahoo.com.

                                    There has been unauthorized transactions of worth more than 10000 from my icici bank account over the last one month. The bank has asked me to register an online complaint for it which i did, still my account has been debited today. I want a strict and favorable decision in this matter from the bank which i haven't got till now.
                                    Such acts are not expected from icici bank. I want icici bank to intervene in this matter and reach to me with solution within 48 hours. I need full refund of my money else i will surely move to consumer court.

                                      It has been more than 120 days and i am still to receive the refund for my order on amazon india. Amazon is saying that that have processed the refund but icici bank is saying that they have not gotten any refund to be credited to my account. I have given the reference id through which the neft payment was made. But icici bank is not able to trace it.
