I transferred twice rs 25000 through imps on 11th jan 2018 9.04 pm from icici a/c to sbi bank a/c.

Transaction remark : mmt/ref[protected]*11037717

Again i did transaction since firstb transaction got time out but again same thing happened

50, 000 amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account neither was refunded back to my account.

But i got a message that said

"dear customer, imps txn ref[protected] for rs.25, 000 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 11-jan-2018 20:59:53. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days."

And for second transaction got the message

"dear customer, imps txn ref[protected] for rs.25, 000 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 11-jan-2018 21:04:49. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days."

    I have multiple icici vimal vaatsalya bonds dated 01.07.1999 having face value of rs 1000/- each, bearing due date of redemption on 01.01.2018.

    As i have realized from various investor that the mails sent by them to the address printed behind the bond certificate get returned back.

    The address printed overleaf the bond is as under:
    Icici infotech services limited, unit: icici only vimal vaatsalya bonds, maratha mandir anex, dr. A r nair road, mumbai central, mumbai-400008

    Thus i would request you to communicate your mailing and postal address to me in the correspondence details mentiones below so that the problem with the redemption of the bonds may get resolved.

    On 9/1/2018 I make a payment for my Jio no recharge and make the payment by phonepe UPI I complete the process of payment and my amount 349 is debited from my account but my Jio no not recharge.please refund my money as soon as possible sir.

      Dear support officials,

      I have saving accounts in icici and in pnb. I want to convert my icici account to salaried account. Kindly guide me

      Actually i opened the saving account in icici two years ago with ten thousand as minimum balance. At that time i am un-employed. The charges of the icici bank are too high. Now my salary comes to my icici account, that's why i want to convert it to salaried account.
      Earlier i have given the pnb account for salary but due to some issues i am unable to get the salary on time.

        I have used this sb account for many years and recently i was transferred fund from icici to hdfc for the urgent need and balance became zero. Immediately observed icic disable my online access and i could enable mysel[censored]sing otp with the registered phone. To maintain balance i have transferred money. Until this time everything looks okay. Today i tried using icici atm for withdrawal using icic atm card and observed icic used the cheap trick by disabling card and not permitting withdrawal. I was under the impression i have to go back and re-enable card through the online portal. When i tried enabling or funds transfer to another account, a message pops up saying this transaction for this user disable and contact the nearest branch. This is pathetic from icic and lost faith by their poor gimmicks. Its more pathetic their service request portal does not have an option for this service or a custom entry for my entry. Also, thier customer care number not even connecting after trying many times. Not sure why icici went this bad. Planning to close my relationship with this bank after 13years. Also would like to raise the complaint against icici bank for causing this inconvenience and not maintaining funds in thert atm.

              Hi sir,

              I have transferred rs. 2 lac on 28th dec 2017 from my india icici bank saving account using imps service to axis bank. This axis bank account is held on my brother name. This is not the first time i did transfer money into this account already we transfer each other. When i notice that amount is not reached next couple of day than i called to bank and they answered, please check money in beneficiary account. Icici bank has sent the money through imps service.

              When the amount is not reached into my brother account i raised the complaint through icici bank complaint portal and also sent brother account statement so they can double check and this complaint also closed on 11th jan 2018 with same statement that check beneficiary account.

              I'm afraid that 2 lac amount is too much for me and icici bank is responsible to trace where is my money while not reached into beneficiary account.

              Please request you to guide me how they revert back my money.

                    We are staying at dac crystal, situated at plot no.24, dr. Udayamuryhy street, padmanabha nagar, pozhichalur, chennai-74. We are unable to access the side roads leading to the pammal main road at nights, as everywhere it is filled up with stray dogs and very much scary to reach ho. R uring late nights after finishing work. Request you to capture all stray dogs for the residents to be free from these stray dogs.

                          I used my debit card for purchasing fuel on petrol pump on 08-jan-2018. Our government is promoting cashless transaction and this bank named icici bank is charging for going cashless at petrol pump. Icici bank is discouraging customers to use debit card and going cashless at petrol pump.

                              Respected sir/madam,
                              On 7/1/18, i tried to recharge my jio no. By using bhim app. & i received a collect pay request from [protected]@icici, to which i responded & my account got debited of 499/- rs but recharge failed. Jio customer care told me that they have not received the amount. I made a query at contact. [protected]@npci & received mail from them on 10/1/2018 stating "as per our records funds has been credited to merchant account (Icici bank), kindly check with the merchant & update the status". I am not a icici bank customer & not able to contact them though tried my utmost. Kindly, help me to get the refund. My transaction id is[protected].

                                My bank account without my information debited 3100+5800 rs from your side, customer care said that this amount be blocked against ur credit card outstanding, but i pay credit card amount 13000.00 rs on your branch videocon tower last 15 year ago.

                                This matter i mail to icicibank and they reply me

                                last sixteen year ago i use icicibank credit card amount 18000.00 rs and i pay 13000.00 on the year 2002 approx, till time last two month ago i open saving account in icicibank they debit saving account 8000.00 rs without my information

                                  Sir,
                                  I have done the recharge of 449 rupees from my jio number [protected], i tried to recharge, but payment through phone pe upi transaction money was sent to ([protected]@icici) on 11 jan 2018 at 5:51pm using [protected]@ybl and recharge was successful, it shows transaction successful but still not recharged please refund my amount.

                                    Sir i recharge my jio number [protected] a sum of 51 rs through phone pe upi my money deduct as per request by [protected]@icici but didn't reflect of successful recharge.. Phone pe said money went to the [protected]@icici.. So plz refund or recharge my money i wait for a month but nothing happened. Plz condider my issue.
