I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

This is regarding an unfortunate decision i made in my life. Taking home loan with icici and losing respect with builder.

I stay in us and an nri. Applied for home loan asking all pre requisites. One among them being can i apply home loan from visakhapatnam when property of purchase in rajahmundry. They told yes.

Time passed one month and they came back saying they are shifting file to rajahmundry, after me inquiring...

When I am withdrawing ICICI bank ATM in Adambakkam, Brindhavan Nagar, Chennai.the money did not come out and the message delivered as money debited.time 8.30 - Amount 2000.I have ICCI account in numgambakkam branch.Customer care only works till 9.p.m and I asm waiting to raise complaint by tomorrow - Dec 13 2017.Issue happened at Dec 12th 2017...

Icici bank representative came to my house and opened an account telling me it is zero balance account. After a few years it was changed to gold with minimum balance te be maintained rs 50000 without informing me. No messages were sent when balance was below rs50000. When asked them to return the money no one is helping and the manager and bank representative who made the account are not picking calls.
Pathetic customer satisfaction....

I received a surpising sms from my icici bank accounthet they have debited my account for rs.300, 000/ without my consent for a discontinued insurance policy.

In all bank sms when there is transaction, an option is given to check that, if the transaction is approved by the customer, in this sms no such provision is given.

It is simply stealing money from the customer without the consent....

My account has been debited with rs 826 showing the explanation as dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till oct-17 without any intimation or information through sms or email. It happened to be that i checked my transaction history for my bank account where i found this.

If these are demat account charges, i have never used this account and would request you to please get this account closed and reverse my money that has been debited.br...

I am having problem because of delay of dispatch of credit card after been everything checked.

After that i was informed about application accepted and card ready to despatch on 27 nov 17within 10 working days.. Till date i m waiting and nothing is informed why everything is delayed.. I m in emergency please check in this matter and resolve it....

I have not subscribed for any My money services from ICICI Bank netbanking. In fact when i open that tab it says i have a free trail for 30 days. I request to get the charges reversed. It was debited to me on 17th nov 2017

I tried to recharge my jio phone number via the bhim app ([protected]@upi) through [protected]@icici upi on 11th december 2017, 12:22 pm.

The money was deducted from my bank account, however, it hasn't reached jio. I contacted the jio customer care and they confirmed that they haven't received the money.

I was paying my exam fee towards kl university in eazypay gateway from vijaya bank account. Money has been deducted and payment was successful but not updated in college exam portal and displaying reference and didn't received transaction confirmation or transaction reference number from eazypay and couldn't find transaction history in eazypay website. My transaction has been failed....

On 30.11.2017 night at 4.00 in the morning. Some body has withdrawn 10, 000 rs.in five instslments of rs. 2000.

On 9/12/2017 around 11.15pm my account was debited by 60k (6 continuous transaction of 10k) with fraud atm withdrawal, but the surprising thing is i have my atm card with me and never revealed my atm pin, then how does this happened, i have quickly blocked my debit card and net banking services.

This is in regards to illegal atm transactions happened on my saving account.

I received five sms today 09 december, 2017 between 11:45 pm to 11:47 pm, as my account has been debited with inr 10, 000.00 each with charges as cash withdrawal.

When i called customer care to check on the fraud, and illegal transactions and to block my debit card.
