Pls in block my 3d secure pin icici. I m facing lot of crunch. I have sent mail. Called up the relationship manager. No use. Mail me at namitamanu14 @ gmail.com. I m in a position where i can't call center also. It says my phone number is not registered with company. I have done all processes. Please unlock. Whyis it so painful.???

In case i lose my card now, i can't call up the customer care. As it says the phone is not registered. Technically speaking i lose money. Is this what called security measure? Pls enlighten me on this

    Most respectfully i have to state that i have purchased two money multiplier bonds in my daughters name ishla vide bond holder no. 5335-598 & distictive no.[protected] & 5335-598 & distictive no.[protected] each face value of rs.50000 on 28.04.1999. At the time of issuance i resided at 900 d. A. Flats gulabi bagh, delhi-110007. Even after passing 5 months i have not received their maturity amounts perhaps due to the fact that i have changed address to vp-104 c maurya enclave pitam pura delhi-34. The payment cheques might have been sent to the previous address. I admit that i have not received them till date. Further my daughter who used to be minor then has became major. I was directed by the rep of your bank online that i have to apply to 3i infotech company in navi mumbai for the same with undertaking and signed original bonds. Dear madam after wrting to you i received a mail from them informing that they are verifying the change of name, for which i have submited an affidavit, duly signed by an sdm. I am surprised what kind of verification they intend to do here. Still if at all this is their way to waork, i can only have sympathies towards theem as an organization. They are really earnng bad name for icici bank itself as it was your steem bank who selected them to work on your behalf. At this juncture i can only request you to please issue release amount at the earliest. I will be highly thankful as i need this money for my daughter's marriage.

      I did a recharge of my jio number in jio app using the upi transaction mode, it asked to give my vpa, then a request from [protected]@icici of rs 409/- came in phonepe app. The amount was deducted from my bank account. But the recharge in my number is not been done yet.

      Kindly complete the transaction by recharging or give back my refund.

        A request was approved through bhim transaction to jio recharge of ₹399 and the money was deducted from my account but the recharge was not successful it was transferred through upi request of [protected]@icici. As i called the jio customer care the told that the payment was declined on their behalf and was not successful.

        The message was
        "your a/c no. [protected] is debited by rs.409.00 on 06/01/2018 and credited to [protected]@icici-indiaideas (Upi ref no[protected]]."

        Transaction time was 11:48am.
        Transaction date was 06/01/2018.

          Please share redemption status. These were given in physical form. Do we have to convert it to demat form or these can be redeemed in physical form. Can't find any information online. Please suggest whom and where to contact.

            My icici saving account has been debited rs. 11.80 on 4th jan 2018for surcharge mcc 5541 dated 27-dec-2017. What kind of surcharge is this?
            On one side goverment forcing for cash less & another side icici bank is discouraging customers to use debit card and going cashless at petrol pump.
            How we can now petrol pumps using which machine, is it from icici or not.
            Ts really rediculas.

              My name is jaya gupta and my icici acc no is[protected].
              I opened my account 2 years back under some women scheme to open account.

              The balance in my account has been 0 from long time. I have registered email id and phone number with icici. However never in this 2 years i get a call from icici rep or icici asking or reminding of minimum balance.

              However, recently when i transferred some money in my account... All was deducted as minimum balance. Icici direct person called me for asking me to start trading on calls and for that asked me to transfer money. As soon as i transferred, they deducted my money. Extremely harassed as i need that money urgently!

                I haven't operated my account in a while and thought it's. It operational any more as i haven't received any messages regarding it.
                Last month i received my insurance money into my account. On checking with the insurance company they told me my icici account has been credited with 50000
                On checking my account i realised that 28180 had been debited from my account as mab charges for non maintenance of balance.
                I genuinely had no clue about this. Kindly reach an agreement and reverse these charges.

                  Last month i got a call from icici executive regarding personal loan. The executive told me that i can mail her some required documents as formality and the loan will only be dispersed when i will reply to an official icici mail through my official mail. I was convinced. Two days later without my consent the loan amount was credited into my salary account. Moreover, the amount was less than what i required. I called customer care, went the branch and did whatever possible to get the loan cancelled, but now the people from icici not listening to me and not cancelling the loan also.

                  As well as the moment i received message for amount transfer i directly called the person jeet vikram malla ([protected]) and informed him that i did not say "yes" for this loan why did you disbursed it then he said i'll look into the matter.

                  After that he stopped picking my calls as well as akshita walia ([protected]). Then i lodge a complaint (Sr[protected] at your customer desk after 30 mins of amount credited. It seemed to me that i was trapped for this loan and icici has hired the pl sales executive just to trap the people for personal loan. I've seen many complains on consumer forum with same context.

                  Please take the appropriate action and cancel the loan without any extra charges i can only return the amount which i got in my bank account.

                    My name is mr nagpal and my icici sb a/c number[protected].

                    Below is the email sent to icici customer care - [protected]@icicibank.com & customer. [protected]@icicibank.com

                    1. The series of charges mainly posdec deducted by account from 29th dec 2017 till 30th dec 2017. The total of the charges is 560.5 inr.
                    Screenshot is attached below

                    2. Request for salary account status change was given to branch after opening the bank account multiple times which the bank representative confirmed in front of the branch manager - but no action taken

                    3. Request for refund of the - mabchgs in favor of salaried account - was filed - after the bank agreed to levi them and requested in written was given at - icici aecs layout, kundalahalli, bengaluru, karnataka 560037. Still no charges have been reverted yet.

                    The total of the charges is 3405.00 inr.

                    Now i got a mail (Screenshot attached below) that we are refunding the "pos" charges for bulk reversal to contact the bank with sr number sr[protected]. Never got the charges - bank branch manager was not even aware of my complaint
                    Question - why are customer service is directing me to branch when the branch manager is not taking liability of complaints done thru email with sr number - icici

                    In terms of mabcharges charges which the branch agreed to revert due to their negligence - was reverted amount 279 inr only, next day to deduct 437 inr for the same month.
                    And in continuation of this for next month also subsequently charges were deducted 2 times 255.16 inr and 411.45 inr.

                    Question is why did they agree to refund the 279,, why are you deducting more mabcharges when you agreed that its your mistake and refunded once - icici

                    I am not able to use my sr - number to lodge a 2nd level complaint, as i am getting error - this sr is not linked with my account.
                    Question - then whose compaint are you attending icici. If its not related to my account.

                    Point d
                    Manager of the branch does not even acknowledge that i was refunded for mabcharged of 270.66 inr, and tells me that they where refund for pos charges.
                    Question - branch manager knowledge is poor, is knowledge with tools is poor, is response with customer is without a proper investigation - why such people harass the customer and waste customer valuable time - icici.

                    Note: icici only says that what the customer was doing the whole 4 months (June-2017 to 0ct 2017) when mabcharges where deducted.- answer - i was going to-and-fro to you bank but was not given a proper justification or answer until i decided to give in writing to the bank branch.- in october 2017.. Please check your cctv footage of banks.

                    Below is the screen shot for all the details with dates mentioned

                    I demand justification - till now a total of 5780rs. Taken by the bank and reverted back only 270 rs.- with no fault of mine.

                    I have been mentally harassed by fake sr number - promises by customer care, and also by bank representatives of fraud promises that they have checked the account and will not happen next time, as it will be converted to salaried account.

                    I have been more challenged by the bank manager who took 25 minutes looking to my account and telling me that pos charges of 270rs have been refunded successfully.- but the only truth is 270 rs where mabcahrged.

                    I demand strict action for negligence and ir response behaviour of the company icici for not understanding the customer requirements

                    I want to approach for the settlement or resolution of my complaint by considering them just and proper since the time i approached the branch and also bound to such rules such-as taking care after negligence of multiple misleading statements and email contemplation. - and as per rbi guidelines

                      Dear sir / madam, i have a saving account in icici bank. My account my is[protected]. I had tried to get the cash (Rs. 2000) on 11/10/2017 through allahabad bank atm. Cash didn't withdrawn from the atm and amount is debited from the atm. I have registered the complained in icici bank on same day but there is no responce from icici bank. Please help me.

                        I'm using icici bank credit card from last four years. I made all the payments with out any issues.

                        But today is my payment due date. I'm trying to do payment in the afternoon, when i saw the current statement, they charged penalty under auto debit section.

                        I was immediately called and ask about this transaction, they replied as it's was auto payment transaction fee's.

                        I'm not sure why icici run the auto payment on due date. If they want to run the auto payment on due date, run at end of date.

                        But they ran the auto payments in the morning, they show the penalty amount in my statement.

                        I'm not sure why playing with this type of cheap tricks on customers.

                              I am getting calls from mumbai telling that we are calling for your security as you are an employee and having icici bank debit and credit cards. You should pay yearly 900 rs for having more security. If we say we are not interested they scold us like i am bothering of your security and you are working cant you spend 20 rs a day and telling all the # calculations.

                              Getting frequent calls from the numbers listed below:[protected],

                              I want to clearly understand few things:

                              1. If its not a fake call is icici providing not providing security for us if we are not opting for 900 rs more for what they are telling extra protecting.
                              2. As in the netbanking we have enough securities and what is the use of this call for disturbing the customers.
                              3. My observations on this call is never they called me with the same number.
                              4. Forcing the customer to opt the new services which i am not intrested.
                              5. If i am not lifting the call giving call continuously for each 30 min.
                              6. Is any bank employee that free to give the valuable time to the one customer who is not responding for calls.

                              Today i got this call and felt like its fake call.

                                  I used my icici debit card for purchasing fuel on petrol pump on 30-dec-2017 and today while i was checking for account details i found that rs.11.80 was deducted from my account without even a message of money deduction. Our government is promoting cashless transaction and icici bank is charging for going cashless at petrol pump. Icici bank is discouraging customers like us who are using account from last 4 years. This will definitely pin a stop in us to use debit card and going cashless at petrol pump.

                                      I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                      Make sure to deactivate this plan asap, if not.. I will complaint against this in consumer court.

                                        Hi,

                                        Icici executive @vishal visited me and collected all the documents and mentioned that he will try to provide me a 14% rti of personal loan amount for 2 lacs for 36 months.

                                        But i have credited with 16% rti, when loan amount disbursed that is for 60 months not 36 months.

                                        Even i have told them to roll this amount back but they are not even bothered to look into.

                                        Miss rajyashree deb only assuring me she will solve this issue past 3 months. I don't know in which decades she will solve this. No one is taking this issue on priority.

                                        Kindly suggest what can i do.
