This is to inform you as i have invested some amount in shares went for redemption. They took sign on redemption form as well as check pertaining to that amount n bcoz the redemption was not done cheque got bounced. I reported that in branch but still redemption was pending bcoz of some nobita mem for 15 days i was chasing them still not done lastly i give up n personally went to the mutual fund branch in kalyan n got redeemed in one minute...

I was paying my exam fee towards kota university in eazypay gateway from canara bank account. money has been deducted and payment was successful but not updated in college exam portal and displaying reference and didn't received transaction confirmation or transaction reference number from eazypay and couldn't find transaction history in eazypay website

Hi, i am arunraj. I have relieved from icici bank where my last month salary was put on hold and final settlement of rs 17, 200 was credited recently which is no where nearer to my final settlement. I could not find my payslip in alumini site and i core team stating they could not find any updates on their system. This is really frustrating kindly let me know the no of days for which the amount has been paid and the pending amount to be credited....

I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 2 years, i am having a 14742.72 rs balance a/c,
Now they have started charging rs.177.00 under this category (Dcardfee).
I am not aware what type of charges are these.
They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.

I have done a upi fund transfer from my account. But the upi id provided was wrong and hence, the amount did not get credited in benificiary account. The amount was deducted from my account and it was not refunded. When i contacted the bank for the same, their response was that the transaction was successful and there is nothing to be done from their side. Please check and resolve this at the earliest. I was charged for insufficient funds when the overall account had funds some were blocked for trading on that day.

No one called to verify and charged 400 rs in the bargain.

There was only an automated message to contact nearest branch or relationship office (There is no one tagged to account anyways)

This for someone who has been an account holder for many years now with them.

My name is himanshu i want to close my account because very bad service provided by icici bank no benefit provided by icici bank i am apply credit card sine one month ago but there is no action is taken by icici bank and no status is provided by icici bank and no service is provided by icici bank and very bad service no solution is provided by bank executive so i want close my service asap...

I had to transfer money to a friend’s account - he wanted some urgent help and i realized that my account has fraud charges - i called the customer service and they said they can’t do anything and i have to wait for 7weeks of investigation. Citibank and standard charted do it in 7 days plus pay the amount upfront - this is a big inconvience for me and my friend needs the money as he has to pay the hospital bill. Now, my account is blocked....

An amount of rs. 588.82 was deducted from my account on 23rd november.

I dont know why this amount is being deducted without any intimation or information. This sounds to be illegal.
I have been a customer for more than 10 years.
