Very poor service icici two wheeler loan. I m treated like a dog by your icici loan staffs.
I have a account in icici bank. I received loan quires from icici. So that i applied for a loan for new bike last monday. I have submitted all documents in tuesday. I asked to gave me loan to wednesday. But wednesday is passed, icici staff say u can take bike on wednesday day. But wednesday also payment not received a whole day wasted in showroom to waiting for payment.. Friday morning only they given the cheque. First they said they il give nift transfer but not done, after that they said we il give u a dd but thats also not received, finally they give the cheque.in that showroom asked me to submit a form 20. I asked for form 20 in bank in wednesday itself. But they r not gave me they form 20.. Irresponsible staffs. No one takes phone calls, no one gave me the correct answer. All r showing attitude on me. Still now not explain about loan details. I asked for 36month but without my permission he loaned for 24 months. They are working only for icici target. They don't know how to respect.
Now in the showroom asking form 20 else they are asking return back to bike in showroom, no one of icici staff is taken a call. So please cancel the loan i m arrange a alternative solution.

      My 15 year icici saving account has be blocked/frozen, i called customer care service they said it blocked due to not linked aaadhar card!, but as per govt. I have time until 31 march 2018, i am not resident of india living in abroad past five years, i have nro/nre account with hdfc. I can not make a joint account with my mother who live in india.
      She has sbi account, she lost her sbi atm card two years ago. Sbi bank does not re-issued her atm card because she is above sixty in age. So,

      I kept my icici bank atm card with my mother to use for her expenses, to pay bills and her cash transaction to use in india. Now my icici bank account blocked with out notice thou i have time three more months to link my aadhaar.

      Please help me in this to support my mother

      ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Even my account is blocked now. Last month when I went to link it with the Adhaar, the bank officials said it is linked. Thisisnot professional
      I went to the bank branch and they said it as KYC. I informed the bank officials that I had submitted the documents earlier and it is a here in their system. They said that I have to bring the original documents again and then sign a KYC Form again. I informed them that I had gone to the bank last month with the originals just to check if everything is updated and they had not mentioned of the same and said everything is updated. Now blocking the account without intimation is not professional. With today's meeting I do understand that they have no updates on KYC in the account and they said they would in freeze it by tomorrow. They asked me to be proactive and I should come to the bank regularly to check everything is in order. Great !!!

        Last month i was shocked while saw my bank statement, because rs.500 deducted from my account from greedpeace without any approval and intimation. I tried to contact bank there is no response from their side for te amount deduction. So i need to avoid amount deduction from my account at least in future.
        So kindly take necessary action.

          Hi, my name is chetan sharma, i am using icici credit card since last 2.5 years and make payments before the end of each month before due date.

          This month in my cc statement its mentioned auto debit return fee and service charges of 798.94 in addition to [protected]@18% of 143.81 inr.
          When i enquired about these charges bank said that i have auto debit facility opted on my account and due to insufficient funds charges in my linked savings bank account. I have been also charged an additional atd return charge of 59.0 (Atd-0xx6706-rtnchgsdec17).

          Why can't the system check for the due amount is paid or not before initiating the auto debit? Why is this charged twice both in savings and credit card.

          I can accept this if i have not paid the due on time.

          I am using ICICI bank services for more than 10 years and this sort of inconvenience was never faced earlier.
          There seems to be reduction in quality efforts in banking services nowadays.

            Deduction of mab charges without informing about the change
            I am holding nri accounts (Nre, nro & trading) with icici bank, preetvihar branch new delhi since 2007.

            All my 3 account have been debited by rs. 590 each month on 20/12/17 and 21/12/17 for mab charges for oct & nov 2017.

            I was very shocked to see deduction of minimum balance charges while total investment with/thru icici has been in lacs always. It is very disappointing to note that your bank did not even bother to inform the existing customers about this and i am not sure how long bank has been deducting these charges without my knowledge. I rarely happen to see my statements.

            Since your bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then i will be left with no other option but to close my accounts and to take this matter to higher authorities and banking ombudsman as this is clear violation of rule 8 (1) (K) i. E. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of the banking ombudsman scheme 2006.

            I await for the response.

              I have done the recharge of 459 rupees from my jio app in which rs. 50 i got voucher and remaining rs. 409 paid with the help of paytm upi and money gets deducted from my account for the same. But recharge for jio number is not getting reflected. So kindly refund the same amount as it has been declined by the myjio app. It is linked with icici bank thats why asking help from icici bank

                    I am hodling the account in icici[protected] and on 16 dec'17 i was made a transaction of 2250 through net banking imps at that transaction is decline and stated that on screen (We are unable to process) after that i was made again same transaction with same amount 2250 but both transaction is decline due to same error.

                    So, same time i was regestired a complaint for the same and they said sir your money is refund to you with in 5 days (Mr anant is said that) when icici didnt inform to me for any concern, i was made same compaint to (Mr biksham senior executive of your team)

                    Now all team said that money is transfered to beneficiary aacount so soory for that we unable to help you,

                    Where i didnt claim this to beneficary becuase that is in mcloed ganj himachal that is a hospital account which is a big concern for do there and disuccsed the same for the refund or i am residing in delhi

                    So, request to you, please confirm on this.

                      I was making a recharge on my jio no and i selected upi as a payment option. As i selected the mode of payment i received a request of payment from [protected]@icici for the payment of rs.509/- (The same as the recharge amount). As i cleared the payment successfully with transaction id.[protected] i called jio customer care for the query as i haven't received any confirmation on my jio recharge. I got know from customer care representative that they haven't received any payment that's why the recharge is not yet successful. As i have paid my recharge amount either help my recharge or refund my deducted amount immediately.

                        I actually want to complain about the amount 1899 deducted from my account for one assist plan.
                        Actually i got a call from a person who actually told me about the policy but the money part he did not explained clearly and evan did not explain that the money will be deducted annually. He also told me that he will going to share a toll free number but i didnt get any message so i want to cancel this one assist policy as soon as possible. I tried so many times to get in touch with the person but was unable. So i want my money back by cancellation of the policy and i am expecting a reply.

                          I am salary a/c holder since 2014 in icici bank. Started from rs. 9000 in hand salary. After that from 2015 i was jobless still continued a/c in the bank. Now without any intimation to the constomer icici bank started to smab charges policy and my a/c balance rs 2000 deducted as average of rs 500/ month. After 4 months i checked it and get shocked. First of all bank must have policy to create an a/c of min salary amount rs. Whatever it wants to keep as min balance plus fixed expenses so that costomer can afford to keep the minimum balance. Secondly there should be proper contact/ communication with customer for additional policy whenever it going to apply.

                            Icici bank representative ms. Charulata mende, from sector 12 vashi navi mumbai branch, now got transfer to koperkherne branch, came to my office and opened an account telling me it is zero balance account.
                            After a few months it was changed to minimum balance to be maintained rs 10000 without informing me. From past 1 year in total rs. 3900 + amt got deducted from my account. I got to know this when i visited the branch to update my adhar.
                            No messages were sent when balance was below rs.10000.
                            When asked them to return the money no one is helping and the manager and bank representative who made the account are not picking calls.
                            Pathetic customer satisfaction.
                            Bank management is putting a pressure on employees for account openings thats why there people mislead the the customers for the sake of there targets.

                            Not expected this kind of cheat from reputed brand in market.

                              On line faud of rs. 23, 999 has happened on my saving account with icici bank on 26th july'2017. I have lodged complain with bank within 6 hrs of fraud transaction. I have not received any positive response from bank. I short bank has denied to take any action and recover my money. I have lodge the complain in cyber cell of police also. Finally i have lodged complain with banking ombudsman on 29th august'2017 and 16th oct'2017. But unfortunately i have not received any response from banking ombudsman.
                              Kindly take the appropriate action and help to recover my money.
                              Sequence of event is as below :-

                              (I) a mail delivered at 1.40 am on 26th july'2017 mentioning that 3d secure no is allotted. Below is the mail copy for reference. Please note that i am already having the 3d secure no. And i have not initiated any request for 3d secure no. Also note that i have not received any otp, which is required to get 3d secure no. I am surprised how this 3d secure no is generated without issuing otp.

                              Dear customer,

                              Congratulations!

                              Your icici bank debit card xxxxxxxxxxxx7030 has been registered for the 3-d secure online transaction service on jul 26, 2017.

                              Now you can use your icici bank debit card and 3-d secure pin for making payments online. It's simple and instant way to pay mobile, electricity, gas and other bills. You can also use it to book your travel or movie tickets, pay insurance premium and recharge your dth service.

                              In case the request for one-time password (Otp) has not been initiated by you or if it has been initiated without your knowledge, please contact our 24-hour customer care immediately on the number updated at the reverse of your debit card.

                              We request you to please update your personal message to protect yourself against online fraud. The personal message is a message that is displayed to you where your 3-d secure pin is asked, during an online transaction. It is meant to give you the assurance that you are entering the 3-d secure pin on an official icici bank webpage only.                               The available balance in your account is inr 12, 059.30.

                              Never share your card number, cvv, pin, otp, internet banking user id, password or urn with anyone, even if the caller claims to be a bank employee. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorised access to your account.

                              (Iii) a mail was delivered regarding blockade of my debit card at 3.38 am. Below is the copy of mail for reference. It means system has identified about fraud transactions.


                              Dear customer,

                              We value your relationship with icici bank.

                              For security reasons, we have blocked your icici bank debit card on 26-jul-17.

                              For any clarification or more information, you may write to us at customer. [protected]@icicibank.com from your registered e-mail id or call our customer care. Please quote sr[protected] in your communication with us.

                              Looking forward to your co-operation in helping us serve you better.

                              Sincerely,
                              Icici bank limited.

                              This is a system generated letter and does not require a signature.

                              (Iv) in the morning when i came to know about these fraud transaction immediately i have sent the mail to customer care regarding all fraud transactions. Also i have submitted complain in your branch in indirapuram, ghaziabad.

                              The above is sequence of event to emphasize that bank has not taken step to block the payment to these merchant in spite of our complain.

                              I have asked below query from bank but never got answer.

                              (I) how new 3 d secure no is generated without any otp?
                              (Ii) how ten nos. Of transactions were carried out in one minute time?
                              (Iii) why the card was blocked if the transactions were genuine?
                              (Iv) your system has understood that there is something fishy and blocked my card. Why bank has not blocked the payment for these transaction?
                              (V) why bank has not blocked the payment after my complain within 6 hours of fraud transaction? It seems bank least bothers about the customer complain.
                              (Vi) also let me know about your higher authority, where i can escalate my complain.

                                While doing recharge for my jio no. On my jio app through upi, money has been deducted from my account and sent to the [protected]@icici and then recharge had not done and money also not refunded.
                                In my jio app i had tried to recharge through upi then [protected]@icici request money from my upi (Phone pay) account and i paid the money and it has been successfully sent to [protected]@icici but my recharge has not been completed.                                   Today i have visited to icici bank mathikere branch bangalore 560054 after receiving my son from school for withdraw the amount on[protected] at 03:10 pm but the cashier are unavailable so we have waited 20 minutes and also 7 to 8 person are standing in queue so i have taken the photo of empty coordinator as a evidence to complain,

                                  Suddenly the bank employee lady name bhagya has reached to me and started manhandling (Snatched my mobile) and abused in front of public and started mental harassment,
                                  I have explain her my son has to reach tuition before 04:00 pm and we are paying each and every extra charges to bank cause for our priorities and facility she didn’t listen, then the public has supported me against her and after that she handover my property (Mobile),
                                  I have mentioned her i’ll raise the complaint against this harassment, rude behavior and manhandling, she replied do whatever you can,

                                  Please take strongest action against her and teach a lesson, in future no one can harass to consumer and damage the public property

                                    I have a credit card of icici bank which i am not using from last 3 months as they have charged me unnecessarily for late fee, auto debit fee, overlimit fee, unnecessary bank interest and i wanted to settle this amount as they are still charging me after deactivation of my card my card is not active but still they are charging late fee and interest they have started auto debit without any further notification and when i have deactivated that auto debit service they are have charged for that as well i tried calling to customer care but they are not helping me in this matter and i am getting stuck in this interest of bank day by day and recovery agents are also not helping in this they say to talk with customer care and customer care say they have no authority for that where should i go for card settlement as i don't want to pay this extra amount that has been charged unnecessarily please help me out of it as this was my first credit card only

                                      Still there is no update from icici bank.
                                      i have called to icici customer care they said after 3 working days it will be credit to either beneficiary or in my account but its more than 5 days now still no proper response from them.
                                      please help on this
