I am regular user of icici bank credit card, i had block my card due to double payment of my idea bill, as per guidance by their customer care. And i always requested them to dispatch hard copy of the statement to my billing address, but till date they had not send hard copy of the same and 5 bill cycle cross they had been levy rs500/- in each due date bill cycle as delay charges after my telephonic complaint. I request to waive the same and pay the actual dues and closed the card at your earliest possible.

Hope you help me and not interested to use your given new card which is also blocked by them before i start using.

My credit limit is rs. 65000/- and my usgage was around rs.500 to 800 and they had made till date as rs. 2800/- with levy of delay charges and if not resolve till 20th jan 2018 then again levy the same and continue futher.

Help and proper guidance is required as i am a user since 4-5 years.

My Ac is opening but the fund is not deposited in my Ac and I have money problem
I can done my Jio recharge of 459.0 by UPI . But transaction is failed and money can deduct by my account but recharge is not done.so refund it.as soon as possible.

Even though I wanted to stop the service immediately and refund money they refused to return back.
I have closed this a/c as I am now RI.I opened resident A/c but bank is not helping me out to credit the DMAT balances to new A/C.
Many contacts to the officials are not properly addressed or looked into
My Ac is just opening but fund is not proceed...

    recharge issue with jio

    I was doing jio recharge with 459 in my jio app. I was asked to choose mode of payment. I choosed upi instead of debit card. When i clicked upi it asked me my vpa which is virtual payment address. After i typed my vpa it asked me to login my upi app. When i logged into upi app i found one notification requesting 489 rs which was my plan amount. It was indiaideas @icici.           While opening a salary account, i were offered a icici bank credit card. Which i refused to take but icici person tolded me that this credit card will not have any annual charges as it is free from any annual charges for cognizant employees.
          However, icici is charging me the annual credit card charges every year. When i try to call customer care, and say that i want to stop credit card services, the support person cuts the call.
          After numerous trials of connecting with support person, finally, last year, i had discussion with customer care and they confirmed me that i have been incorrectly charged so far annually for my credit card, and they promised me to close my credit card and refund me the amount.
          After that i haven't received any information/update and when i visited the branch they gave me higher management email id to raise the complaint instead of solving my issue. I even dropped mail to high level icici but still no response.
          Still, shamelessly, icici associates call me to offer new credit card and new schemes. I just wish they have some better records of their member before offering any thing new.
          This channel must solve my issue.

            I had purchased my bajaj pulsar 180 dtsi model in[protected] series from popular bajaj (Koramangala, bangalore) reg no is (Ka01-ef-1643) under icici funding scheme. (In the name of manuel kenath paul)

            The loan was cleared completely and i did not bother to check for noc from icici... And also moved out from the home where we resided... To add it to the pain i disconnected my old contact number used to avail loan from icici ([protected]) hereby would request you to provide me a copy as am planning to sell the bike off... Hope my request would be considered and assisted with.

            For the record " i have already ran from pillar to post from popular bajaj to different icici bank counters but to no avail... Please help out.

                  Hi team,
                  Last month, i have registered for dnd service with icici bank, but yesterday i have get a call from icici representative (Akash) twice on my cell phone. I have blacklist in my old handset[protected] and [protected]. I do not want to have too many blacklist number on my new handset and i am not your customer of icici bank, its great bank and have good service, but my bank fulfilling my requirement. Today 07-01-18 i have registered twice for dnd service.

                  Kindly please make sure to stop giving me calls.

                    There has been unauthorized transactions of worth more than 10000 from my icici bank account over the last one month. The bank has asked me to register an online complaint for it which i did, still my account has been debited today. I want a strict and favorable decision in this matter from the bank which i haven't got till now.
                    Such acts are not expected from icici bank. I want icici bank to intervene in this matter and reach to me with solution within 48 hours. I need full refund of my money else i will surely move to consumer court.

                      It has been more than 120 days and i am still to receive the refund for my order on amazon india. Amazon is saying that that have processed the refund but icici bank is saying that they have not gotten any refund to be credited to my account. I have given the reference id through which the neft payment was made. But icici bank is not able to trace it.

                        Pls in block my 3d secure pin icici. I m facing lot of crunch. I have sent mail. Called up the relationship manager. No use. Mail me at namitamanu14 @ gmail.com. I m in a position where i can't call center also. It says my phone number is not registered with company. I have done all processes. Please unlock. Whyis it so painful.???

                        In case i lose my card now, i can't call up the customer care. As it says the phone is not registered. Technically speaking i lose money. Is this what called security measure? Pls enlighten me on this

                          Most respectfully i have to state that i have purchased two money multiplier bonds in my daughters name ishla vide bond holder no. 5335-598 & distictive no.[protected] & 5335-598 & distictive no.[protected] each face value of rs.50000 on 28.04.1999. At the time of issuance i resided at 900 d. A. Flats gulabi bagh, delhi-110007. Even after passing 5 months i have not received their maturity amounts perhaps due to the fact that i have changed address to vp-104 c maurya enclave pitam pura delhi-34. The payment cheques might have been sent to the previous address. I admit that i have not received them till date. Further my daughter who used to be minor then has became major. I was directed by the rep of your bank online that i have to apply to 3i infotech company in navi mumbai for the same with undertaking and signed original bonds. Dear madam after wrting to you i received a mail from them informing that they are verifying the change of name, for which i have submited an affidavit, duly signed by an sdm. I am surprised what kind of verification they intend to do here. Still if at all this is their way to waork, i can only have sympathies towards theem as an organization. They are really earnng bad name for icici bank itself as it was your steem bank who selected them to work on your behalf. At this juncture i can only request you to please issue release amount at the earliest. I will be highly thankful as i need this money for my daughter's marriage.

                            I did a recharge of my jio number in jio app using the upi transaction mode, it asked to give my vpa, then a request from [protected]@icici of rs 409/- came in phonepe app. The amount was deducted from my bank account. But the recharge in my number is not been done yet.

                            Kindly complete the transaction by recharging or give back my refund.

                              A request was approved through bhim transaction to jio recharge of ₹399 and the money was deducted from my account but the recharge was not successful it was transferred through upi request of [protected]@icici. As i called the jio customer care the told that the payment was declined on their behalf and was not successful.

                              The message was
                              "your a/c no. [protected] is debited by rs.409.00 on 06/01/2018 and credited to [protected]@icici-indiaideas (Upi ref no[protected]]."

                              Transaction time was 11:48am.
                              Transaction date was 06/01/2018.

                                  My icici saving account has been debited rs. 11.80 on 4th jan 2018for surcharge mcc 5541 dated 27-dec-2017. What kind of surcharge is this?
                                  On one side goverment forcing for cash less & another side icici bank is discouraging customers to use debit card and going cashless at petrol pump.
                                  How we can now petrol pumps using which machine, is it from icici or not.

                                    My name is jaya gupta and my icici acc no is[protected].
                                    I opened my account 2 years back under some women scheme to open account.

                                    The balance in my account has been 0 from long time. I have registered email id and phone number with icici. However never in this 2 years i get a call from icici rep or icici asking or reminding of minimum balance.

                                    However, recently when i transferred some money in my account... All was deducted as minimum balance. Icici direct person called me for asking me to start trading on calls and for that asked me to transfer money. As soon as i transferred, they deducted my money.                                       My account no is[protected] name : shammy chadha
                                      I haven't operated my account in a while and thought it's. It operational any more as i haven't received any messages regarding it.
                                      Last month i received my insurance money into my account. On checking with the insurance company they told me my icici account has been credited with 50000
                                      On checking my account i realised that 28180 had been debited from my account as mab charges for non maintenance of balance.
                                      I genuinely had no clue about this. Kindly reach an agreement and reverse these charges.
