While opening a salary account, i were offered a icici bank credit card. Which i refused to take but icici person tolded me that this credit card will not have any annual charges as it is free from any annual charges for cognizant employees.
However, icici is charging me the annual credit card charges every year. When i try to call customer care, and say that i want to stop credit card services, the support person cuts the call.
After numerous trials of connecting with support person, finally, last year, i had discussion with customer care and they confirmed me that i have been incorrectly charged so far annually for my credit card, and they promised me to close my credit card and refund me the amount.
After that i haven't received any information/update and when i visited the branch they gave me higher management email id to raise the complaint instead of solving my issue. I even dropped mail to high level icici but still no response.
Still, shamelessly, icici associates call me to offer new credit card and new schemes. I just wish they have some better records of their member before offering any thing new.
This channel must solve my issue.
