Hi there, i paid rs 399 to [protected]@icici dated: 10th january, at 22:04:33, transaction id:[protected], my money got deducted from my bank account but no recharge was done in my jio number!
I want my money back! Please refund it as soon as possible!

I am even attaching a screenshot as a proof for my payment, i want the refund of my money to [protected]@upi as soon as possible!

    While recharging my jio prepaid mobile through my jioapp. I was asked to choose mode of payment.I choosed upi instead of debit card .When I clicked upi it asked me my vpa (virtual payment address).After I typed my vpa it asked me to login my upi app.when I logged into upi app I found one notification requesting Rs349/- from [protected]@icici, when I transferred Rs349/-, amount was deducted from my bank account, but I didn't get any messages for recharge and my phone is not recharged.
    When I contacted Jio customer care along with transaction Id they are saying they have not received the payment.

      I took Used Car Loan from ICICI Bank and I was promised by manager that Rate of Interest would be 12%.

      Several times I had called her and asked her to send me all details regarding loan (SCREENSHOT ATTACHED).But today when I received message from ICICI bank that EMI of Rs.39345 would fall on 15th January 2018.On calculating its 13%.

      Now again I called her, she said loan is sanctioned, nothing can be done now.

      What a wrecked service.This is first I borrowed from ICICI bank and would be last time.

      BEST BANKS YOU CAN TAKE LOAN : SBI< Punjab Housing Finance Ltd.

      Never ever get trapped in false web of ICICI BANK.Its cheat.

        I got a call from sales executive from someone she told me you will get life time free card which is coral credit card. She asked me take card and i took card before 1 year and now icici applied some annual charges and interest against that charges so it became amount 5000 something and now asking me to settle with 1000 rs.
        What is this?
        If your sales executive doing commitment for lifetime fee then why they charged 500 and now asking for interest on annual service fee.

        Annual service fee is fee applied by you, this is not something like i bought or i withdrawn amount.. How can you apply charges for annual service fee and its interest.

        At least stick on commitment.. Icici is not small bank, bohot farak padta he..

        just now i got a call from number [protected] and asking me about account balance and debit card details.
        and said we will resolve your complaint. you have to pay 10rs. for it.

        as well as got email from id : [protected]@gmail.com

        he asked me my account balance.

            This is to place on record that i have an account with the post office and i had gone to withdraw money on 10.01.2018 at 19:15. I withdrew 6000 from icici - new ramalayam branch and however i did not receive the amount (Reference: txn no:9213). However to my utter dismay, i got a message on my phone stating that an amount of 6000 has been debited from my account. Kindly make sure the amount gets credited back into my account.

              I was making jio dhana dhana dhan recharge offer online payment on 09/1/2018. I was asked to choose mode of payment. I choosed upi instead of debit card. When i clicked upi it asked me my vpa which is virtual payment address. After i typed my vpa it asked me to login my upi app. Phone pe app when i logged into upi app i found one notification requesting rs 399 which was my recharge amount.                 I am a customer of icici bank. I have my savings account. I had kept more than one fixed deposits. My fd (No[protected] has been marked lien illegally.

                I owe the bank absolutely nothing. Bank is unlawfully marked my fd as lien without informing me which is totally illegal. I need to premature close my fd as i have already issued cheques to some one which can be bounced as i am unable to transfer to the concern person.

                There is no reason - logical or otherwise - to slap a lien or lein - that too without informing me by phone or email or letter directly or through my dedicated

                    On 10- JAN- 2018 time 4:50pm, i recharged my jio number [protected] with ₹349 (Actual ₹399, ₹50 voucher was applied) on myjio app via upi payments system to address [protected]@icici but recharge was unsuccessful. But the amount of ₹349 was deducted from my bank account! My transaction id is " P1801101649562188902035 " and UID "[protected] ", my upi id is [protected]@ybl and even i have enclosed a screenshot of successful payment.
                    Dear icici, its been so much and i haven't got my refund. I tried calling jio executives but they said to contact you. I want my refund as soon as possible.

                                    I have apply my credit card on 27th nov but still i have not received any card and not contect with any employee of icici im very dispoint with icici bank credit card team please check and confirm me my email id [protected]@gmail.com my application number N[protected]
                                    Its silly that i have never authorized and none of their personnel have ever called me for any such stuff, but they were at free will to deduct my money subscription
                                    Recharged phonepay 399 but no recharged money back
                                    I recharged 399 through phonepa to [protected]@icic but no recharged get money back
                                    Can you please look into the issue soon. As I taught to refund the amount to credit card it will take time but so many days happened money is not added to my credit card even the transaction failed money debited from IRCTC 21st of December 2017 and money was not refunded.can u guys please look into it

                                      I was using icici credit card for one year, but not even once i got the statement to my mail id even after raising a compliant and calling customer care, i had been calling customer care and the executive who calls me for the payment but no response, hence i payed the principle amount and closed it, because of this my entire cybil score has come down and my impression has become bad please change the comments what icici had updated in my record, now i would like and request the icici bank to reactive my credit card to use it
                                      ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I am the a/c holder in icici bank from last 1 year.
                                      They have charged 941.62 rupees for Dcardfee2795OCT17-SEP18+GG0ST. They never informed me regarding this type of charges via mail or letter or call.
                                      At least they should inform us. I want my money to be credited in my account.

                                      Kindly let me know why Rs.757 were deducted from my account.
                                      i havent done any trading through demat account.

                                      My old credit card has expired on 31st December 2017 & I have received a new credit card but till date I have not received PIN number for the same. Due to this, I unable to use this card which causes inconvenience to me.

                                        As i am paying my exam fee through eazypay to the institution i got an error after completing of all the procedure to pay i click on the submit and my money was detected but the fee is not payed and it is not return to the bank also. I am having the reference no. And the date and all details. (Ref no.:[protected]citrus)
