Recharge not done but amount deducted

Are you makeing your customers fool, on december 7, 2017. I complained to cancel my one assist memberahio n policy. And i got a response on deember 09, 2017. That my policy isbeen cancelled.

Today i can see thepolicy is reneued and money has been detected... What the # you mean by cancellation.. And i have all valid proof to file a case against icici bank and one assist. This is not done....
