I was paying my exam fee towards kl university in eazypay gateway from vijaya bank account. Money has been deducted and payment was successful but not updated in college exam portal and displaying reference and didn't received transaction confirmation or transaction reference number from eazypay and couldn't find transaction history in eazypay website. My transaction has been failed.
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I have raised a SR for double transaction of 834/- rupees from CSD canteen on 18 Sept 2017. After 2 months enquiry bank representative said we can't refund you, as merchant rejected to give amount.
please provide me all proof of enquiry and forward me documents.

    On 30.11.2017 night at 4.00 in the morning. Some body has withdrawn 10, 000 rs.in five instslments of rs. 2000.

    I have not given my debit card, pin no. To anybody. Still money has been debited from my account.

    I had a written complaint to branch in bhiwadi. Grivence no. Sr[protected]Alwar, rajastahan 301019)

    But on 4th december 2000rs have been refunded? Still have 8000rs with fraudster. Bank wide their replay said that you have used pin, for servces of bharti. I am not their consumer.

        On 9/12/2017 around 11.15pm my account was debited by 60k (6 continuous transaction of 10k) with fraud atm withdrawal, but the surprising thing is i have my atm card with me and never revealed my atm pin, then how does this happened, i have quickly blocked my debit card and net banking services.

        Got sr number from icici authorities sr[protected].

        How can i get my money back. This is really painful.
        ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I have applied for ICICI credit Card on 01/11/2017 but till today. I did not any get any response or status from ICICI Bank. Whenever, I try to find credit card then "No Application Find" message comes. I am enclosing Screenshot of ICICI Application No. Receipt also. So please find attached file.
        No facility is available for dropping cheque for credit card payment in vasundhara sector 16/15 inspite of atm facility is there. Earlier at sector 16 noida near metro stn, facility is withdrawn. What to do???

          Hi,

          This is in regards to illegal atm transactions happened on my saving account.

          I received five sms today 09 december, 2017 between 11:45 pm to 11:47 pm, as my account has been debited with inr 10, 000.00 each with charges as cash withdrawal.

          When i called customer care to check on the fraud, and illegal transactions and to block my debit card.

          The customer care executive informed me, that transactions happen from mylapore, chennai city and from non icici bank atm.

          I informed him, my current location is thane and the last transaction i made on 9th december @ 2:34 pm of inr 5, 000.00 from yes bank atm (Laud mansion, opposite charni road station, where secuirity gaurd was available) and debit card is still with me.

          The executive guide me to launch fir in cyber crime cell on monday and then raise service request to icici customer care.

          I raised request to block debit card with service request sr[protected].

          The total amount has been debited is inr 50, 0047.20

          Kindly arrange to investigate the same and arrange to credit amount in my account immedietly.

            Dear sir/ mam,
            I am suraj somani having a saving account in your bank at kalamna branch, nagpur. My account no. Is[protected]. My father deposited 10000rs. Respectively on 05 dec 2017. You have deducted 77/-. As anw charges. The guy (Mr mithun) who updated my account told me that till 50, 000rs. There will be no charges and you can have n no. Of transactions from outside the city but within india, because it is so called nationalised bank. So please do take correct action against those people because i think they are spoiling the image of the bank and reverse my money as soon as possible.
            This branch doent respect there customers and due to lack of communication mr mithun is blaming me for that and saying close the account we dont want this account
            This type of behaviour of your employee will lead to the closure of the branch in future
            So lastly reverse my money as soon as possible

                    All concerned officials of icici bank,
                    Dear sir/madam,
                    I am going to share an incidence of fraud debit of rs 75228.58 by icici bank from my saving account on 02/11/2017 in 5 transactions within fraction of a minute.
                    Despite zero liability protection against unauthorized purchases and protection against fraudulent debit on intimation to bank within 15 days of such fraud, the bank is still to retrieve my robbed money. (Notably i informed the customer care of bank within minutes of seeing the messages on my mobile and lodged customer dispute at my home branch same day in morning it self.)
                    The branch manager of my home branch, main road ranchi. Is unaware of the features of debit cards sold by his bank with huge promises of protection against unauthorized transactions.
                    My service request no is[protected] dated 02/11/2017 and police complain no is 228884.
                    I am following the banks customer dispute wing and customer care of the bank regarding my dispute form submitted with scanned copies of my debit card (Duly closed) since then.
                    But the response is to wait as they are investigating.
                    After this incidence and dull response from icici bank...
                    1. I have closed my debit cards with other banks also.
                    2. I have never booked any flight or train ticket since then.
                    3. I am now moving with cash instead of moving with atm card /debit card etc.
                    4. Afraid about my savings in banks.

                    I am sharing this ugly experience of fraud by icici bank with all my friends and well wishers with the purpose to..
                    1. Alert my friends as in different forums i am noticing large no. Of such frauds being facilitated by icici bank.
                    2. To know if any body has such experience with any positive response from bankers.
                    3. Is there any govt. Machinery looking after such frauds, apparently facilitated by icici bank.
                    4. If somebody can guide me how to proceed further to reach a logical end to this issue.
                    Quick action from bank is solicited by...

                    1. Retrieval of my unauthorised debit amount rs. 75228.58 immediately.
                    2.
                    Waving off the card reissue charge of rs. 499/_.
                    Despite several requests i am still waiting for a hearing by some responsible officer of the bank.

                            I am having a current account in icici bank in but i am sorry to say that bank has put a penal charges of rs 700/- + gst & rs. 1000/- + gst as non maintain balance in month of nov 2017 were as i have to maintain 25000/- monthly but in oct i have maintain rs. 22000/- means rs. 3000/- short. Now bank has put charges of rs. 1700/- + gst against shortage of rs. 3000/- i just want to ask is this justified??? I am sorry to say that this is loot. This bank is habitual of this type of practices which we have experienced in the past but not reported by us & we bear the loss.
                            So you are requested to kindly do the needful.

                              My icici account has been debited with rs 200.59 incorrectly. Payment shows creditor name as irctc. While complaining to icici, i have received a response that payment is correctly debited. However i haven't booked any ticket on irctc and can confirm that payment was not don by me. I suspect the major fault in icici bank system, kindly assist to get this investigated and get my money back.

                                Why icici customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                  I have a demat account in icici bank. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till oct-17'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.                                     I am client in your esteemed bank holding saving and current account, saving account number : 03920xxxxxx4 ifsc : icic0000392 current account number : 03920xxxxxx7 ifsc : icic0000392. My account is got freeze on 21/11/2017.
                                    Please unfreeze my accounts asap because its almost been two weeks and i have submitted visa application starting of november which i already inform to my bank branch. This is very disappointing that after i inform to the bank before hand that i will going to apply for a visa, i am doing all the transaction for the visa, as it was guided on top of that there was no intimation, no notification before freezing the account which was very unprofessional. I have visited my branch many of times and met deputy branch manager, branch manager, account manager but they all are saying the same thing fraudulent transaction which i dont understand i informed them before hand for visa, and i am not a new client in your bank its going to be almost two years, most of the employee of the branch knows me and i am always in touch with the bank then also they never inform me about the fraudulent transaction.
                                    I was doing all transaction for the visa i might have done something wrong by mistake but it dose not means that before informing me, you take action freeze my account.
                                    Now if my visa get cancel because of this, i will put legal charges against your bank.

                                    Please get back to me asap.

                                      This is inform to you that a fraud transaction has happened from my a/c[protected] on date 01/12/2017.. At time 2.40 pm
                                      On the same day i talked with your executive and per advised by them my atm and net banking has been blocked.
                                      Kindly check on urgent basis and do the process for refund of my amount 2200 rupees.

                                        Hello sir/madam

                                        As i am having salary account in your icici bank, teynampet branch, chennai for past 9 years and my account number is[protected]. I was just checking my bank statement and got shocked as my account has been debited by smab charges of rs 409 + sgst charges of rs 36.81+cgst charges of rs 36.81 and totally of rs.482.62.
                                        Since i don't have any prior information like mail or phone call from the bank.
                                        Hence any deductions from my account for the same is totally wrong and the charges deducted are not credited back to my account, then i have no opition to take this matter to higher authority and banking ombudsman as this clear violation of rule 8 (1) (K) i. E. Levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer of the banking ombudsman scheme 2006.
                                        ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        826/- rupees are debited from my ICICI savings account on 30/11/17. It is showing as "DP CHGS TILL OCT-17" which i didnt authorize. I never raised any request for any Demat account in ICICI. I need to know the reason for the transaction.
