I am holding a salary account with icici bank, greater kailash-1, delhi with the name "sherin jacob". After marriage my surname is changed to "sherin abhilash". I want to get the aadhaar number linked with my salary account but unable to proceed with the same as my name is not updated in the bank details. I stay in mayur vihar 1, so i contacted the bank officials of mayur vihar phase 1, delhi but they asked me to submit a notary signed by a government officer which declares my name change.
My question is when i have my passport, aadhaar, pan updated with my name "sherin abhilash" then why do the bank officials need the notary again? Aren't these documents enough? I have also provided the newspaper ad cut out which declares my name change.
I do not think that all these government documents are useless for the name change to be done.
The bank officials have troubled me a lot regarding this issue.in federal bank for name change they only require aadhaar and pan card details. They are also following the rbi guidelines. Then why icici has different guidelines to trouble the customers.

    I had applied for the loan in icici on my mhada property in oct 2016. They debited my processing fees of rs 15600/- in the same month without completing loan formalities. My application number was [protected]. Legally processing fees will be only charged after sanction letter. Dsa told me that it was happend by mistake of one of the bank staff but i can wait for sanction letter to come. But at the end they came with rejection in loan saying they will not fund mhada property. Dsa who approached me given mr. Navin kumar shende number ([protected]) to follow-up. I started following up with him since nov 2016 and till last month (Oct 2017) ie 1 year this guy was wasting time on e-mail saying approval is in progress.
    When i launch complaint online from website - https://www.icicibank.com/complaints/complaints.page

    Response was like this -
    1st escalations - auto response,
    2nd escalations to mr. Subhendu tripathy, head - phone banking. Where they taken 21 days to revert that it was old case and now this refund will not happen.
    3rd escalations to mr. Vinayak m more, principal nodal officer and new request generated as - sr[protected] they asked me to visit vashi and resumbite the application form. Inspite its mistake from bank why they can just send a office boy to my office and get the form filled. Why this is so much torture even after escalating to 3rd level. (3rd escalation was pending since more than a month.)
    4th escalation done now on 18th december 2017, hopefully some help i can get as a final esclation from icici. Now pending at mr. Saurabh singh.

        My account no. Is [protected] in icici bank... Icici bank scheme if any saving account process 1 lac transation your account is zero balance convert and not any bank charges... But my account bank deduct 194.01 ruppes for miniam balance bank charges... So pls i have request to pls reverse my all bank cahrges... And pls support ledies account for zero balance... Because she cant mentaion his bank account balance as per 10 thousand...

            I have 4 icici bank account including one current account all r classic.. But i don want to continue all this account due to non believe of me..
            I have a credit card o[censored]r bank 10 years back.. As ur collection department mis gide me..& do sattelment by me.. But after every time i apply card.. U decline.. U never seen my account balance & maintain.. Hdfc bank believe me give card & car loan again but not ur bank...                 I approached the above mentioned branch of icici for submitting the application for cancellation of my demat account. I am not satisfied with the service at all. Staff did not attend me for an hour even it was not crowdy. I have seen other customers waiting for the service for much time. Many of the staff were busy in attending the personal calls, chatting in whatsapp and all. But no one was caring about the customers waiting for hours. I have seen a senior citizen waiting at the same counter before me for more than 45 min. Later i check the google reviews and i found that its everyday business for them. Please look in to the matter and make them realise that customer satisfaction is important for any organisation.

                  Hello gentleman,

                  I've ordered gift card through icici bank. Gift card shipping in bludart courier with reference of waybill no : [protected]. But, it's not reached to me and showing the tracking as undelivered shipment held at location. But, receiver located in the same address.

                  Also, i went to counter for the collection of gift card, but, they denied to hand over. Please provide the solution to pickup. It's urgent.

                    Amount rs.690 on 11/12/2017 & rs.698 on 14/12/2017 were deducted from my boi a/c no.[protected] ifsc bkid0005427 via pos icici prepaid.
                    Even though i have made no purchase of your merchandise or the policies, the amount was debited from my a/c.
                    And when i made enquiry at my branch the
                    Above was the reason.

                      I applied for a coral master credit card but got platinum visa credit card. Please take immediate actions and i dont want this card. They have even mentioned incorrect address. While i am based out of bangalore, they have added gachibowli in the address which is part of hyderabad.
                      Not qualified enough for the job.
                      Called multiple times to submit document and confirmed that they are sending coral card still sent the wrong card. Now customer care is saying theyw ere in hurry so sent by mistake. They cant afford such mistakes

                                As i got the credit card from icici bank
                                Before 3months back,
                                Icici charged me 1500 for card charges
                                They did not provided me the pin of my card, and they did not added my permanent number is the ivr to register new pin,
                                I'm not able to use the card due to no pin,

                                The card is with me but it has became useless because of no password

                                  I have opened a savings account and submitted the documents on 20th nov 2017 along with a cheque of rs 10500. I was told that the account number will be generated in 2 days and cheque book will be deliver in 4 days from the submission of the documents. After repeated follow ups i got the account number after 7 days verbally from the icici executive mr manoj kumar. When i called up the phone banking from registered mobile number, i was surprised to know the account balance was 9911 and on asking the executive he casually replied that it has been deducted for debit card. No prior information was given to me on this. I had a doubt whether the account details given are true or fake and again after repeated follow ups i got the cheque book after 15 days. Now when i check the account details on 13th dec 2017 in the internet it is showing as invalid account and invalid user id there is nobody to help out and the executive does not pick up my call. I have done a big mistake by going for icici bank.

                                    Sir, understanding from an offer sent to me by sms, I made a payment of Rs.399/- to [protected]@icici for my jio recharge through BHIM app on 10th December'17 at 11:45 am..Transaction number is[protected] but No confirmation sms from jio came & when I contacted jio cust.care they informed me that recharge not done..I sent the money from my SBI savings account number [protected] & when I contacted SBI cust.care, they told me the money have received by [protected]@icici through your bank. I sent the amount after getting a request from [protected]@upi . So please take necessary action & do the needful against that fraud . thanks
