So plz i again request plz solved my problem and given passbook and disciplenery action against such staff..

      I am holding credit card in your bank from 10 years. But there is some charges being levied without knowing me. Now i will pay the amount which you have charged and now onwards i don't want any call from icici bank. I will never ever used your card. Very bad customer service. If i received any call from your credit card department i will file a complaints against you.

      They are just charging the interest and penalty because of which the amount is getting higher also my credit score is getting effected. Hence I paid the amount and close the credit card.

      I recharged my jio number with 51 rs on 21 nov 12:06. The amount from my bank account was detected but recharge was not done.
      On dated 12 nov 17 i used my debit card in canara bank atm gulaothi(bulandshahr). i have done a transaction of 10k . balnace got deducted but balance not received. 18 days lefts . i m not getting any satisfying resolution from your customer care.
      I have charged 312 rs friend icici against the demat account, they have never tolde that it's chargeable. This is fraud.

        You need to submit at their registered office following documents:-
        1. Copy of self attested Pan card
        2. Copy of Adhaar Card ( As a proof of change in address)
        3. Copy of birth certificate attested by notary public
        4. Cancelled check or Bank Pass Book
        5. Photocopy of Bond Certificate
        6. A letter if bond was in name of minor who has turned into major.

          My name is madhav hude.in oct 26th, 2017 my account has deducted rs.619.50. Due to in [protected] dp charges till sep -17. I'm not using demat account yet. Then how to deduct charges i don't know. Please refund my money as soon as possible. My account number is:[protected] and my mobile number is [protected]. This is like a fraud. I'm not agree to this. Without prior information, then how to deduct. I have written email and raised complain on icici bank sites, still i did not get any response from them.

            An amount of rs.127000 is withdrawl from my account on 1st dec 2017 without my knowledge.
            My account no. Is[protected] icici bank, mohan co-op industrial state branch - kesav tower, b 1/i-1 mathura road new delhi 110044.
            I had complained about my illegal transaction to the bank but nothing action is taken till date.
            I had also visited to nearest police station but they refused to lodge any fir.
            ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I am the ICICI bank customer since 2005. From last six months I have seen dcardfee reduction on my transactions which I am not aware why they are deducted. There is no prior intimation via email or Sms.
            Request you to please help how we have to take action on this

              This is cheating... Icici bank is doing fraud with privilege customers like me. I did not apply for my renewal, then how can icici bank deduct money from my savings account without my approval for renewing one assist plan. I want to discontinue with it and would like to make sure that the money which was deducted from my account rs 2499 /- without my consent or approval should be reflected back on my savings account as early as possible.

                Dear sir,

                I took a car loan on an emi of 36 months on november 9, 2015.

                Since then a monthly installment is been deducted from my account. But 24th installment which was supposed to be paid by last month hasnt been deducted yet

                Now i am getting calls from the bank everytime referring to a new branch office to either issue a new check of remaining amount or to pay in cash.

                On asking for the reason for this and to give the same in written, i haven't recieved any satisfactory answer from the bank.

                Please see to the problem and follow back me the same.

                        And invest in new schemes of icici. But i am not getting required guidance inspite of several calls/ mails and even after sending all details by speed post to the registrar.

                          I am a bangladeshi student studying at anant national university, ahmedabad, gujarat. I made transaction of 10, 000 rs. Equivalent dollers from premier bank, dhaka, bangladesh to punjab national bank (Nri branch, ahmedabad) via icici bank (Global trade service unit) on 30.07.2017.

                          Icici bank was supposed to forward the transaction to punjab bank, ahmedabad but remorsefully punjab bank has not received the depositted money yet after 3 months.                             I transferred 1500/-rs through imps on 4/12/2017 12:10pm from my icici bank to andhra bank.
                            The amount is debited to my account but not credited in beneficiary account.

                            I got message like:
                            Dear customer, imps txn ref[protected] for rs.1, 500.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 04-dec-2017 12:13:07. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days.

                            I have this transaction done on Nov 3, 2017 and I'm pretty sure I didn't do this transaction.

                              I was paying my internet bill through upi and the amount got deducted but the payment wasnt successful. Nothing has been done from the bank end regarding this its been more than 2 months now. They blame the internet service provider and they have provided the details from their portal saying they havent received the amount in the account. I have been contacting both the icici bank and the service provider (Excitel) but both the parties are not cooperating. Icici is refusing to accept the screenshot provided by excitel where they are showing the transaction declined. They want a proof in mail and excitel is not providing the same to me.

                                    My name is vivek dwivedi and i am a customer of icici bank from so long. My account number is[protected] and my home branch is 254, okhla phase-3, new delhi. The concern is i went to withdraw the money yesterday from icici bank atm and i made the transaction of rs5500 and everything was done but the money did not come out from the machine so i waited there for 10mins and then i made the second transaction of rs5500 from the other machine in the same atm then i got the money but i didn't receive the reversal message of the earlier transaction. Both the atm machines had no receipt so therefore i didn't get the receipt. Before my transaction in the first atm machine where i didn't get the money the girl also made the transaction but she also did not get the money and she also waited for so long but before the girl some of the customers got the money from the same atm. My complaint is when the machine does not work properly then why the guard do not paste the notice on the atm that it is not working temporary and also the receipt is not in the machine. I am very disappointed with this type of services of icici bank and if i do not get the refund of rs5500 then i will post this information in social media and go to consumer court. I hope i will get the reply very soon.

                                    I did not get the receipt for both the transactions as the receipt was not in the machines so therefore I do not have transaction ID but if you want then you can check my net banking statement. I want resolution ASAP.

                                        I called on one assist helpline and asked them to cancel the policy asap.
                                        I was put on hold for 10 minutes and i was told again and again about the so called benefits of the policy.
                                        I just wanted a simple thing that is cancellation of the policy.
                                        I was sold this policy accidentally and the amount got debited from my account in next few days.

                                        Please take this very seriously and cancel the policy else i would be forced to take a legal action. This is not at all the way customers are supposed to be handled.

                                        Please give a call back asap and cancel the policy.
