Hi team,
I am maintaining saving bank account in icici bank, the details of which given as below

As per our company policy, we are supposed to create an era account.
6 months back, i have submitted the era form. I have not get era account created after 2 months also. When i asked them, they say respective person left the job.
11/2 months back, i have submitted the era form again. After two weeks, this time they are saying, identity proof is not clear that to when i asked them.
Three weeks back, i have submitted all the documents. They are saying that some id card was not correct. Later they say that was ok. Then 1 week back, they are saying that there is some technical issue in creating the era account from back end from hyderabad team.
When i ask them they are not sure whether back end team will be able to fix the issue. The back end team from hyderabad is not giving suitable reply.
I beg this reputed icici bank customer care team, to respond properly, expedite the process in customer care request.
Request you take immediate action on my issue.
