    I refer to your email dated 20th november in response to my complaint of waiver of late fee charges, i have still not heard anything from your end despite a lapse of 14 days.

    Please treat the matter as most urgent and confirm to me about the waiver along with the card no. Which i am holding so as to enable me to pay the outstanding in that card account.

    Credit Card. No. [protected]. Without activation and any purchase from above cc, monthly outstanding statement get issued. Contacted local icici agent from whom card issued, but not responding. Requested to cancel card but not use. I don't need icici banks such prompt and useless service. Pl. Kindly resolve issue.

      I'm using ICICI back account from last 3 years. Recently they have deducted 589rs as DCardfee8240. I haven't received any message or mail regarding this deduction. Please explain me the reason to deduct money from my account and credit it back.

        I, alahari seshu babu (Ex. Gen. Manager, ubi) purchased ashirwad deep discount bond '96 in the name of my son alahari venkata raja ratna kant. Bondholder no is : 1092887 reg : 175355 dt. 15.07.1996.

        And invest in new schemes of icici. But i am not getting required guidance inspite of several calls/ mails and even after sending all details by speed post to the registrar.

          Dear concern,

          I am a bangladeshi student studying at anant national university, ahmedabad, gujarat. I made transaction of 10, 000 rs. Equivalent dollers from premier bank, dhaka, bangladesh to punjab national bank (Nri branch, ahmedabad) via icici bank (Global trade service unit) on 30.07.2017.

          Icici bank was supposed to forward the transaction to punjab bank, ahmedabad but remorsefully punjab bank has not received the depositted money yet after 3 months. Please take necessary steps to solve the issue. I am alto attaching the confirmation letter of icici bank receiving the transaction and other details here. Please find the link below.

            I transferred 1500/-rs through imps on 4/12/2017 12:10pm from my icici bank to andhra bank.
            The amount is debited to my account but not credited in beneficiary account.

            I got message like:
            Dear customer, imps txn ref[protected] for rs.1, 500.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 04-dec-2017 12:13:07. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days.

            Hi,

            I have a transaction with description NchgRs2.50GSTRs0.45 and 5000 got deducted. I have seen many complaints on similar description. Did anyone got a resolution from ICICI?

            I have this transaction done on Nov 3, 2017 and I'm pretty sure I didn't do this transaction.
            Freeze my salary account without intimation my account no is[protected]. What can i do?
            I am currently unemployed and waiting for my PF settlement due to severe financial trouble. Hope you understand my situation and help in a faster process. An early settlement is appreciated.

              upi amount got deducted but the transaction was not successful

                  My name is vivek dwivedi and i am a customer of icici bank from so long. My account number is[protected] and my home branch is 254, okhla phase-3, new delhi. The concern is i went to withdraw the money yesterday from icici bank atm and i made the transaction of rs5500 and everything was done but the money did not come out from the machine so i waited there for 10mins and then i made the second transaction of rs5500 from the other machine in the same atm then i got the money but i didn't receive the reversal message of the earlier transaction. Both the atm machines had no receipt so therefore i didn't get the receipt. Before my transaction in the first atm machine where i didn't get the money the girl also made the transaction but she also did not get the money and she also waited for so long but before the girl some of the customers got the money from the same atm. My complaint is when the machine does not work properly then why the guard do not paste the notice on the atm that it is not working temporary and also the receipt is not in the machine. I am very disappointed with this type of services of icici bank and if i do not get the refund of rs5500 then i will post this information in social media and go to consumer court. I hope i will get the reply very soon.

                  I did not get the receipt for both the transactions as the receipt was not in the machines so therefore I do not have transaction ID but if you want then you can check my net banking statement. I want resolution ASAP.

                      I called on one assist helpline and asked them to cancel the policy asap.
                      I was put on hold for 10 minutes and i was told again and again about the so called benefits of the policy.
                      I just wanted a simple thing that is cancellation of the policy.
                      I was sold this policy accidentally and the amount got debited from my account in next few days.

                      Please take this very seriously and cancel the policy else i would be forced to take a legal action. This is not at all the way customers are supposed to be handled.

                      Please give a call back asap and cancel the policy.

                        Dear sir / madam,

                        On 22nd december, 2010, mr. Venkat (Collection department, hyderabad) of icici bank, issued a letter to me in the matter of settlement of a personal loan account no. Lphyd[protected]. As per this letter, i was supposed to make a full and final settlement of a sum of rs. 28, 000.00 (Rupees twenty eight thousand only), against all my dues standing on account of this personal loan.

                        Vide its payment receipt no. L[protected] & l[protected] dated 26/08/2010 & 25/09/2010, the said icici bank ltd. Acknowledged that it had received rs. 14, 000.00 each in cash on account of the full and settlement standing with respect of the above mentioned personal loan account.

                        Unfortunately, however, even though several months have since elapsed, the bank continues to pester me through its executives and/or its representatives for settlement on account of this personal loan account. I have made repeated appeals to them to check their own records in order to bear out the veracity of my claim. This, despite the fact that i had visited the bank twice, with all the relevant documents, viz., payment receipt and the letter, in originals, in order to substantiate my claim.

                        After lot of investigation done by bank understand that there was a fraud took place but the bank issued a letter dt.26/01/2012, stating that they have not received the payment of rs.28, 000/- with the said receipts and stating that the validity of the receipts got out dated when the payment was made.

                        My appeals, however, have not been met with satisfactory responses from the bank.

                        At this point of time, i would like to seek kind advice and suggestions on this subject to reach an amicable settlement as early as possible. Needless to mention, of course, such course of events in recent days, have left a lasting impact on me. My faith in the banking system, of which icici bank ltd.

                        Is undoubtedly a significant player, is being shaken.

                            I made a transaction on 2dec at 5:30 am of amount 1, 00, 000.

                              Hi

                              I have applied for personal loan in icici. During my initial discussion with your icici executive, i was promised to provide loan roi @ 11.29%. Later during loan approval discussion i was not informed anything about roi, they have informed me only about insurance details hence i was on a opine that i would be providing loan at roi 11.29%.

                              When i received the welcome kit from icici, i was shocked to see that the roi has been changed from 11.29% to 11.69% with out my notice.

                              I really feel cheated regarding the change in roi% hence i would request you to look into this issue and update the roi % to 11.29 as promised.

                              I really wonder how a bank of such a reputation can do these kind of things to its customers.

                              I even have a verbal proof with me regarding the discussion with your executives if required.

                                This incident happened on sep 09 2017, my card was miss used - instantly i informed to the concerned department and they blocked the card.

                                But the amount utilized from my account is 702.00, in my first discussion with the customer care they told me to raise a sr and fill a dispute form them i can get the cash back of what my card was used.

                                Now they charged me 1250, saying i didn't pay the credit card amount and every month they charged me 500 and plus 90 gst adding on to it. Total they are charging 1250rs.

                                As per my knowledge they are charging extra amount to pay as we don't know much loop holes of the bank.
