I have recharge my Jio no. Through upi to [protected]@icici, my account is debited with rs409 but recharge is not done yet ..so I request you to kindly refund my money or recharge my no. [protected]. If not done I am going to file compliant against you in cunsumer court I have all necessary proof so please respond to my query as early as possible

    Hi, today on dec 8, 2017 at 20:52:01, i went to IDBI ATM in kalewadi, pune. I entered rs 3500 but only rs 700 came out. But rs 3500 got debited from my account.

    Please refund my remaining amount as early as possible

      I was doing nps contribution using bille desk connected to icici net bank.

      Amount debited for rs 7000.71 \- transaction has been failed.
      If i call the customer care. They are telling transaction is successful from our side.

          As i got the credit card from icici bank
          Before 3months back,
          Icici charged me 1500 for card charges
          They did not provided me the pin of my card, and they did not added my permanent number is the ivr to register new pin,
          I'm not able to use the card due to no pin,
          I contacted customer car several time but no proper response.
          The card is with me but it has became useless because of no password

            I have opened a savings account and submitted the documents on 20th nov 2017 along with a cheque of rs 10500. I was told that the account number will be generated in 2 days and cheque book will be deliver in 4 days from the submission of the documents. After repeated follow ups i got the account number after 7 days verbally from the icici executive mr manoj kumar. When i called up the phone banking from registered mobile number, i was surprised to know the account balance was 9911 and on asking the executive he casually replied that it has been deducted for debit card. No prior information was given to me on this. I had a doubt whether the account details given are true or fake and again after repeated follow ups i got the cheque book after 15 days. Now when i check the account details on 13th dec 2017 in the internet it is showing as invalid account and invalid user id there is nobody to help out and the executive does not pick up my call. I have done a big mistake by going for icici bank.

              Sir, understanding from an offer sent to me by sms, I made a payment of Rs.399/- to [protected]@icici for my jio recharge through BHIM app on 10th December'17 at 11:45 am..Transaction number is[protected] but No confirmation sms from jio came & when I contacted jio cust.care they informed me that recharge not done..I sent the money from my SBI savings account number [protected] & when I contacted SBI cust.care, they told me the money have received by [protected]@icici through your bank. I sent the amount after getting a request from [protected]@upi . So please take necessary action & do the needful against that fraud . thanks

                I have asked for cancellation of my cpp plan but i did'nt got any confirmation from icici end that my money will be refunded, which was diducted from my account without my conformation. They have deducted 2049 rupees from my account and and is not been refunded yet. My cpp membership number is ia1444681 and sr number is - sr[protected]. Please help me to get this refund.

                  I am currently travelling outside india. I was not given any intimation that i need to update my kyc on my reimbursement account which is associated with my savings account. The savings account also has aadhar linked to it.

                  I called up customer care and they have no clue why a kyc is still required and advised to reach branch manager and the branch manager do not pick the phone call at all. I have tried from abroad to india multiple times.

                  I have money in my account and a relative in hospital that have to pay for hospital and icici only says we understand your pain but please talk to manager who do not pick the call.

                      This is regarding an unfortunate decision i made in my life. Taking home loan with icici and losing respect with builder.

                      I stay in us and an nri. Applied for home loan asking all pre requisites. One among them being can i apply home loan from visakhapatnam when property of purchase in rajahmundry. They told yes.

                      Time passed one month and they came back saying they are shifting file to rajahmundry, after me inquiring and begging status.

                      Initially they took cheque asking just for documentation. Later they claimed without any intimation to me. Cheque bounced and they are now claiming cheque bounce charges from me.

                      Wrote emails to headservicequality and ceo also. Some one from customer service responds with usual lines like "sorry for inconvenience and kindly bear interim". Its been a month almost. No change in attitude. This customer service just passes on information from other side to me, with no action.

                      Its been 4 months since i am bearing this people.

                      Missed my second registration date as well. Literally spending sleepless nights bearing their torture.

                      I know the fate of this issue. Disgusting Service. They are very good in taking TAT but after the end of TAT they come back with same old status which I know long back.

                      After registering complaint here..no one turned up. Horrible Bank this is. Request all think ten times if you ever want to opt for a Loan, esp if you are an NRI.
                      Today I am deposit the amount on 12000 rupees but mission is after counting the amount mission display is come to out of service but not not credited amount in account Acno.[protected]

                        When I am withdrawing ICICI bank ATM in Adambakkam, Brindhavan Nagar, Chennai.the money did not come out and the message delivered as money debited.time 8.30 - Amount 2000.I have ICCI account in numgambakkam branch.Customer care only works till 9.p.m and I asm waiting to raise complaint by tomorrow - Dec 13 2017.Issue happened at Dec 12th 2017

                          Icici bank representative came to my house and opened an account telling me it is zero balance account. After a few years it was changed to gold with minimum balance te be maintained rs 50000 without informing me. No messages were sent when balance was below rs50000. When asked them to return the money no one is helping and the manager and bank representative who made the account are not picking calls.
                          Pathetic customer satisfaction. Will never recommend icici bank to anyone.

                          I am using ICICI bank credit card and for OCt-2017 they have billed a amlount of 19203 and minimum dues amount was 970 and i have paid 19000 which is more than minimum amount duest than also interest charges has been added in next card statement.

                            I received a surpising sms from my icici bank accounthet they have debited my account for rs.300, 000/ without my consent for a discontinued insurance policy.

                            In all bank sms when there is transaction, an option is given to check that, if the transaction is approved by the customer, in this sms no such provision is given.

                            It is simply stealing money from the customer without the consent.

                              My account has been debited with rs 826 showing the explanation as dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till oct-17 without any intimation or information through sms or email. It happened to be that i checked my transaction history for my bank account where i found this.

                              If these are demat account charges, i have never used this account and would request you to please get this account closed and reverse my money that has been debited.

                              How can icici bank debit accounts without informing the customer and for accounts which were never used? There might be thousands of customers out there whom icici bank might be cheating like this and making money out of this.

                                I am having problem because of delay of dispatch of credit card after been everything checked.

                                After that i was informed about application accepted and card ready to despatch on 27 nov 17within 10 working days.. Till date i m waiting and nothing is informed why everything is delayed.. I m in emergency please check in this matter and resolve it.

                                      I tried to recharge my jio phone number via the bhim app ([protected]@upi) through [protected]@icici upi on 11th december 2017, 12:22 pm.

                                      The money was deducted from my bank account, however, it hasn't reached jio. I contacted the jio customer care and they confirmed that they haven't received the money.

                                      I am attaching the screenshot of the transaction.

                                      Please refund the money back to my account. Else, i'll have to lodge a formal complaint to the consumer court.

                                        My self, pradip laigude husband of geeta biradar taken home loan from icici bank, thermax chowk branch, pune loan account no. Lbpun[protected].
                                        In the name of applicant geeta biradar & co applicant me rs.25, 82, 000/- on 29.04.2017. I sumbiteed two times pmay form till date no any subsidy amount credited on my loan account. Every time i call sale executive mahesh chaugule -[protected] the misguide me isko to 6 mahine lagte hai, before 15 days i again sumbit the pmay form i meet manager prakash kumar [protected] he confimed me we sanction in one month. When i called today on 20.11.2017 they told me its required 2-4 months.

                                        Why you not sanction or process my home loan to pmay.
