Dear sir/madam,
I have bought one expression debit card for rs.500 when my old debit card is not detecting by most of the machines. Within one and half yrs my new expression debit card also performs the same. My cards are well maintained and its not in damaged condition. So i dnt think i have to pay again for another one. My icici account number is[protected]. Kindly do the further to replace the existing one....

I received credit card on last month and also received pin number through my mobile number. When i was trying buy some items using this credit card last month but i can't able to do this. I was unable to make payment by due date as i was travelling, when i got the call immediately made the payment of total amount and asked the agent to not charge me for the same. She said after the payment is made she will do the needful. But tried reaching her she didnt pick the call and the charges still reflect on my account. Spoke with cs they are unable to help me. Very much feed up with services already bank cheated in the name of rewards...

I tried recharging my jio number but it is not yet successful. It is sitting under *approved * queue and not *successfull* queue. Checked with my bank however they advised me to check with beneficiary bank that is you, as issue is to be resolved from your side.
Issue has not been resolved since 4 days.

Icici bank representative has came to my company nokia networks for a credit card drive and he promised me a coral credit for joining fees of 300rs although the mentioned joining fees for coral was 1000rs. I have explicitly told him i do not want the card if the joining fees is 1000rs, but he convinced me it will be waived off. I got my credit card and the statement last week. It was showing 1180 rs. The payment was successful and my bank statement carries the same.

Recharge has not been done and money got debited.

Please check at your end and refund the same to my vpa....

I have purchased a swipe machine from icici bank in november 2016. Using this machine and icici merchant services has been a nightmare so far.

It has been more than 1 year and more than 12 complaints, but i still have no resolution. The state of problem solving at icici merchant care is absolutely pathetic.

Sir this bhupender, im using credit card of icici bank. Bt two fake transaction made from my credit card. First transaction was made from card on 12 nov around 214, and second transaction was made on 20 nov without any otp pin just showing app name mobikwik. I have no idea abt who made it. So i want refund my balance which is fake transaction....

I have made imps transaction on 17-nov-2017 and transaction reference no. Is[protected] for 6000. But transaction timed out and got message saying status will be updated in 3 days. The amount is not credited to beneficiary bank account till now and not returned to my account as well. Can you please check asap.
