Hi my account name is showing as rethin ragunath. But my actual name on all other proofs lincense, passport, voters aadhar all are rethin raghunath. When trying to update aadhar online its not taking as the name is not matching. "h" is missing from bank account. Need help to change the account name to rethin raghunath. Account is in thalassery branch. Pls let me know what all are the documents required to submit for changing the mistake. Kindly do the needful.

I got it credit card in ur icici bank at the same ur employee renewed the insurance policy, but still date no document not yet received, ur employee not responding last two weeks trying to call not picking emp name elavarasi and naresh mob no.[protected].so we need cancel this policy, not satisfied ur employee service.

      Have some common sense to before charging to customers. I have checked that, you guys have charged me rs.504 as smab charges on 20th oct 2017 which should not charge me. My account is zero balance salary account. Kindly go through your database and check for the same.
      When i checked from beginning of my account i just found that, i have charged trice till date which you did not even notify me through mail, sms.
      1. 12th jan 2015- rs. 66.76
      2. 30th jun 2016- rs. 10.10
      3. 20th oct 2017- rs. 504
      I need all these charges has to refund or else i will post this # service of icici everywhere including social media and also i will raise a complaint in consumer court against icici bank.

            I am a icici saving account holder, rs. 588 got deducted from my account without any previous notification or reason, transaction remark is dcardfee7841oct17-sep18+gst, i dont know what is this, this seems like clear cheating of icici bank to the customers, please refund my money back in account as soon as possible, you have no right to take my money without my knowledge.

              I was paying my exam fee towards kl university in eazypay gateway from state bank account. money has been deducted and payment was successful but not updated in college exam portal and displaying reference and didn't received transaction confirmation or transaction reference number from eazypay and couldn't find transaction history in eazypay website

                After long time I tried to login my internet banking than I am facing problem invalid user ID after I that I tried for generate new one and fill all required info I am getting successfully user ID on mobile but I am not getting yet.how to get my user ID and password ?

                  Why it was communicated earlier totally disappointed with your response that you can only deduct for no falt of mine, i have visited to my branch at basaveshwar nagar bangalore 560079 they only advised me to down grade my account did so and regarding revarsl contact customer care astonishing that you can only debit without communication and not to reverse it as the fault is from your end totally and the you provide services to female senior citizen, and you were debiting for noan maintenance mba from june 2017 without intimating me above all no proper response either fro you or from your branch when you can sms link aadhar almost every day which is not mandatory yet and you deduct every month without informing me since june 2017.

                        Resolution reply - transaction was authorized by beneficiary bank (Pnb)
                        Asked about what next - executive told me, sir register new service request number. We will check server log details of atm, and after it we will also check cctv footage. I said ok.

                        Resolution upto - in 17 days (One executive told me).
                        In 4 weeks (Another executive told me).
                        Resolution reply - same as above (Transaction was authorized by beneficiary bank (Pnb).
                        Asked about what next - raise another service request number.

                        Whats going on. I have no money for my expenses. Its already one month have passed, and there are no assurance to resolve my problem.
                        What should i do next?

It came to my notice when I checked my account balance on the following day. It was unprecedented to see Rs 10, 000 missing from my account when I have made no transactions and have not withdrawn the money.

                          Dear sir,
                          Fraud online transaction was happened on my icici saving account on 27th october 2017 @ 21.08.

                          I came to know this through sms and email alert, which states that "dear customer, purchase of inr 10, 808.80 has been made on debit card linked to acct xxxx on 27-oct-17. Info: vin*g2s.com."

                          Immediately i called to icici customer service and block by debit card and internet banking. (Service request: sr[protected]

                          I am surprised and worried without my knowledge how the amount is debited on my saving account at least it should have asked otp.

                          I am worried how i will get back my hard earned money and how this issue will not arise in future. And i feel the security of the icici banking to be improved.

                          I request icici bank to return my money as soon as possible.

                            But surcharges deducted are not reversed back its been one year and i am sending emails to icici customer care calling them but not getting any response from them.in-fact they are now saying it will not be reversed. I spoke to abdul ali, he is not at all speaking properly nor letting complete sentences just saying it will not be reversed and when i showed mail from mahalaxmi he said it is her mistake she replied that it will be reversed in 15 days but actually the deducted amount will not be returned. This is very bad service from icici to a customer loyal to them having home loan also with icici. This will lead to myself ending all my relationships with icici but before that i need reversal of surcharges deducted as i was told in mail.

Due to i was away from india i couldn't apply for the new card. Since years iam holding icici credit card facilitates and always i get my card in time. Usually i used to get the card the before the expiry date. So i was waiting for that. Kindly consider my request and send me the card at the earliest.

                                I have been receiving messages on my phone that ihve been issued credit card which i've not applied. Now another message that same be delivered today itself. I don't know who is doing this fraud and who will receive n use this card. Stop consignment and don't activate. Icici bank will be solely responsible for any loss to me due to this.

                                    I used to have a credit card from icici bank in the past - 9401 xxxx xxxx 6007.

                                    I had taken a loan on the same for therapy & rehabilitation of my twin daughters, who have been diagnosed with autism.

                                    Have been paying the due emis regularly until i was laid off.

                                    I am a polio inflicted individual myself and hard to find jobs suitable for me due to my physical limitations.

                                    If this were not enough, i have also have two adopted children (Nephew & niece) due to their parent's demise.

                                    With hand to mouth situation, i am finding it difficult to repay the loan amount.

                                    Hoping that this would reach ms. Chanda kochhar who would redress my grievance.

                                        I have a demat account in icici bank for more than 4 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction dmc/[protected] dp chgs till sep-17-inr 826. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. I want my money back and my account number is[protected].
