Dear sir,

Why it was communicated earlier totally disappointed with your response that you can only deduct for no falt of mine, i have visited to my branch at basaveshwar nagar bangalore 560079 they only advised me to down grade my account did so and regarding revarsl contact customer care astonishing that you can only debit without communication and not to reverse it as the fault is from your end totally and the you provide services to female senior citizen, and you were debiting for noan maintenance mba from june 2017 without intimating me above all no proper response either fro you or from your branch when you can sms link aadhar almost every day which is not mandatory yet and you deduct every month without informing me since june 2017.

        I am in big trouble for disputed amount.

        Registered on - 19-sep-2017.
        Resolution upto - in 7 days.
        Resolution reply - transaction was authorized by beneficiary bank (Pnb)
        Asked about what next - executive told me, sir register new service request number. We will check server log details of atm, and after it we will also check cctv footage. I said ok.

        Registered on - 29-sep-2017.
        Resolution upto - in 17 days (One executive told me).
        In 4 weeks (Another executive told me).
        Resolution reply - same as above (Transaction was authorized by beneficiary bank (Pnb).
        Asked about what next - raise another service request number.

        Sir,
        Whats going on. I have no money for my expenses. Its already one month have passed, and there are no assurance to resolve my problem.
        What should i do next?

        I wish to bring to your attention that Rs 10, 000 has been deduced from my account on 19 sep, 2017 . It came to my notice when I checked my account balance on the following day. It was unprecedented to see Rs 10, 000 missing from my account when I have made no transactions and have not withdrawn the money.

          Dear sir,
          Fraud online transaction was happened on my icici saving account on 27th october 2017 @ 21.08.

          I came to know this through sms and email alert, which states that "dear customer, purchase of inr 10, 808.80 has been made on debit card linked to acct xxxx on 27-oct-17. Info: vin*g2s.com."

          Immediately i called to icici customer service and block by debit card and internet banking. (Service request: sr[protected]

          I am surprised and worried without my knowledge how the amount is debited on my saving account at least it should have asked otp.

          I am worried how i will get back my hard earned money and how this issue will not arise in future. And i feel the security of the icici banking to be improved.

          I request icici bank to return my money as soon as possible.

            But surcharges deducted are not reversed back its been one year and i am sending emails to icici customer care calling them but not getting any response from them.in-fact they are now saying it will not be reversed. I spoke to abdul ali, he is not at all speaking properly nor letting complete sentences just saying it will not be reversed and when i showed mail from mahalaxmi he said it is her mistake she replied that it will be reversed in 15 days but actually the deducted amount will not be returned. This is very bad service from icici to a customer loyal to them having home loan also with icici. This will lead to myself ending all my relationships with icici but before that i need reversal of surcharges deducted as i was told in mail.

Due to i was away from india i couldn't apply for the new card. Since years iam holding icici credit card facilitates and always i get my card in time.                 I have been receiving messages on my phone that ihve been issued credit card which i've not applied. Now another message that same be delivered today itself. I don't know who is doing this fraud and who will receive n use this card. Stop consignment and don't activate. Icici bank will be solely responsible for any loss to me due to this.

                    I used to have a credit card from icici bank in the past - 9401 xxxx xxxx 6007.

                    I had taken a loan on the same for therapy & rehabilitation of my twin daughters, who have been diagnosed with autism.

                    Have been paying the due emis regularly until i was laid off.

                    I am a polio inflicted individual myself and hard to find jobs suitable for me due to my physical limitations.

                    If this were not enough, i have also have two adopted children (Nephew & niece) due to their parent's demise.

                    With hand to mouth situation, i am finding it difficult to repay the loan amount.

                        I have a demat account in icici bank for more than 4 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction dmc/[protected] dp chgs till sep-17-inr 826. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.                           My full name as per all official documents is udayakumar harigoapl. But my name in bank is udayakumar h.. Due to this i am unable to link aadhar card with icici bank. I am living outside india. I wrote multiple mails to customer care. They say they cannot do anything. My father went to nearest branch (Mudichur branch) and the bank manager gave ridiculous replies.

                            I hold an icici credit card... Even after depositing cheque before due date they have charged exhubitent charges towards late fee... Once i requested for reversal they did not do and kept lien on my savings account ac no.,[protected]... I have told the executive before taking card that i don't want to link my credit card with my savings account... Very fraudulent bank... I regret to be associated with such a fraud bank.

                            Even the executives who calls for collection give false assurance to meet their targets... One of them called me and said to deposit minimum amount and than call for reversal... I did the same and they declined saying that those people are collection department and they want card to be active

                              I tried recharging my jio account for rs399 on[protected] using upi transaction. The amount was requested by [protected]@icici. The amount got debited but i did not received the recharge. It has been 9 days and i haven't received the refunded amount as well.
                              Icici is a trusted bank and we don't expect this fraudulent activities from it so please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                The complaint is marked as resolved but i didn't get any call or a mail from the company. They still didn't even provide me with the status of the credit card. How can they close the complaint???

                                I have given a complaint that i didn't get the details of the process of my credit card. They didn't inform me about any of the details but the complaint has been closed.

                                As i want a credit card from my salary account bank i applied for icici credit card, i received a call from icici bank with number "[protected]". That lady has asked all the details but she don't even know minimum english, so asked several times about the details. When she is unable understand the language, she arrogantly disconnected the call with giving me proper details and that's not done, while i tried to call to that number and wanted to ask her why she has done like that. She didn't pick the call and disconnected it 10 times. Is this the way they have with their customers. If at all she is not capable of doing her work then she shouldn't do that. But behaving arrogantly and rudely like this is not the correct decision. May be the officials should put a little concern on these type of stupid idiotic people and let them make their work properly.

                                    Now they have charged 948.82 under this category dcardfee0113oct17-sep18+gst
                                    I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                                    They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                                    Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                                    Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

                                    There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c. Same happend in last 5 months back agin its happen

                                      I am a customer of state bank of india name:nallavelli abishek, dharmapuri, district:jagtial, telangana.

                                      On 16/10/2017 around 9:00-9:30 in the night i had used icici bank atm (Atm id-sacwb223) opp railway bridge shanker mutt hyderabad for money withdrawal but the txn got failed due to power cut (Txn n. O not available due to power cut) while the cash withdrawal (Counting) was under process. I had a balance of rs.1875, i had to withdraw rs. 1, 800 but i did not get the money. After power is back i checked ministatement and it showed me money debit.. Please do something it is now 10 days i haven't received money.. Money is more important to me make it asap..

                                        This is to bring to ur notice that i am holding the icici salary a/c no.[protected]
                                        At nariman point branch from last 10 years.
                                        There are 10 fraud transaction are done through my account on 13/08/17 at 3.15 am to 4.00 am
                                        Details of same are attached with the letter.
                                        I have register the complaint through your customer care & block my card immediately on
                                        13/08/17. I have visited the sakinaka branch on 14/08/17 and discussed the same to
                                        Bank manager, they have verified the same & denied to take up the matter further for refund.
                                        I humbly request you to please relook the matter seriously & arrange to refund my amount
