But surcharges deducted are not reversed back its been one year and i am sending emails to icici customer care calling them but not getting any response from them.in-fact they are now saying it will not be reversed. I spoke to abdul ali, he is not at all speaking properly nor letting complete sentences just saying it will not be reversed and when i showed mail from mahalaxmi he said it is her mistake she replied that it will be reversed in 15 days but actually the deducted amount will not be returned. This is very bad service from icici to a customer loyal to them having home loan also with icici. This will lead to myself ending all my relationships with icici but before that i need reversal of surcharges deducted as i was told in mail.
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
On October 28, I was requested to issue new credit card, were my old card which was expired in June. My credit card number [protected].
Till now I haven't received my card.Kindly do the necessary at the earliest.
