I made an imps funds transfer from my icici bank account to sbi loan account.
The money was immediately deducted from my icici bank account but i received the message that transaction failed due to time out at sbi's end.

Thereafter, the bank was merged with your bank but there was no communication from regarding increase of minimum a/c balance from rs.1000/- to rs.10000/-. I'm really not sure what's wrong with icici bank. Without inviting me or without confirmation from me they have reactivated my credit card and i got the bill of 28 which i did not used. I don't have the car with me i broke it on through it into dump. I don't have any idea what to do to deactivate this card. Even i cannot call phone banking. This is really disturbing and i hate icici for what they have done....
