My it refund is credited to wrong account number.

Settlement date :16/08/2017

Already escalated to [protected]@sbi.co.in they have written an email to [protected]@icicibank.com & [protected]@icicibank.com. But no response even after even after 13+ days. Expected better server from icici bank. Highly dissapointed!

The money was immediately deducted from my icici bank account but i received the message that transaction failed due to time out at sbi's end.

saving bank charging of minimum balance charges in old car a/c

I'm really not sure what's wrong with icici bank. Without inviting me or without confirmation from me they have reactivated my credit card and i got the bill of 28 which i did not used. I don't have the car with me i broke it on through it into dump. I don't have any idea what to do to deactivate this card. Even i cannot call phone banking. This is really disturbing and i hate icici for what they have done....
