I went to a restaurant and spent 1580 INR, I was told from Management that first transaction got declined and requested to swipe again. But, I could see both transactions online.

I am far from the restaurant now and can't get money from restaurant. Is there anyway ICICI bank can help.

    Hi i am a user of credit card of icici and very much harrased by the recovery department of icici. Every day these people are coming at my home and threatening me for money despite i always pay my emi. Even they misbehave with my family members & threatens them by using abusive laungauge. Even they talking to my neighbors and tell them they are not giving money. I always attend there call but than also they says i don’t pick there that’s why they send them at my home. Today they misbehave badly with me and afterwards they even fight with my watchman and said him that i will come everyday till the day i didn’t get the money and will talk to everyone in the building. They are harrasing so much that some time i feel to commit sucide. Please help me on this matter as soon as possible. And even i shared them that recently i left job so have patience i’ll pay the money on time but the call and that executive pramod both fights with me. Please help me they just defaming me infront of neighbourhood. They are from saptagiri consultant. Please help me

      I have found cash debit amounting to Rs.2805 from my SBI account no. [protected] in terms of illegal and invalid penalty.The loan installment set through ECS repayment mode from my SBI account no.mentioned above started in the month of january 2017 and the repayment was made successfully through ECS in this first installment in jan2017. Then from February the ECS process failed and I made timely repayments through RTGS from my Kottayam District Co-operative bank account as I was asked to do so by the ICICI bank executives.I continued making the timely repayment through RTGS from KDCB till October2017 .Fortunately, I came to know recently that ICICI bank has been charging a fine of Rs.295 from July, August and October and debited Rs.1920 in September from SBI account illegally without my knowledge. Since I have'nt failed to make the installment in time and had maintained sufficient balance in my account when ECS was in effect, there exists no valid reason to penalize my SBI sccount.
      I request immediate follow up from the bank executives on this issue to refund the amount of Rs. 2805 into my SBI account asap.

        I have made payment of credit card no.[protected] on 28/9/2017 at your icici bank, s v road, santacruz west branch amounting to rs.4, 000/-. Also the cheque was issued from the icici bank saving bank account no.[protected], but in the current month bill statement the bank has charged me rs.750/- as late fee. I request you to revert the said late fee. I make the credit card payment well before due date.

          I had taken loan amount of 1300000/- lakhs from icici punalur branch, kollam kerala. On 23/08/2017 credited 12, 49000/-to the kcc loan a/c#[protected] and on 24/08/2017 credited the interest of rs-39, 660/- to the above loan account. I didn't fall any dues from starting to the end. Today i want to transfer of rs. 13750/- to other account due to emergency therefore i have arrange money from some otehr. But i was shocked to seen that amount is not transferring due to my account blocked by icici bank. Sir, this is shocking and without intimating me bank has blocked my account. This is illegal.             I have appliyed for home loan but due to that status i m not abel to take a home loan i m suffiring badely due to my cibil wrong update loan as a setteled... As per bank officer 887000 full amount no settelement but still showing in my cibil report setelled

            My all family member is suffrring due to your wrong commetment... I will do the suicide if my loan not clear by you i m waiting for 7 days requested to clear my recoed in your bank and inform to cibil

              I made a payment of rs.235.85 on 5th october, 2017 through phonepe upi (Upi ref. No[protected] and the transaction id: p1710051940344454206327. Money was deducted from my bank account but the payment was not successful at the merchant site (Ebay.in). I have attached the phonepe upi transaction statement. Please raise a complaint against [protected]@icici into which my money got transferred and refund my amount as soon as possible.

              I am shanku pandey . i am recharge 399 to my jio number from airtel payment bank UPI 18/10/2017 8.45 am . my airtel payment account is debited 399 but my jio number [protected] is not successful. my airtel payment bank number is [protected] and tnx id [protected] and upi transaction id[protected]. please i request for action my transaction oblige.
              I am Gaurav upadhayay..I am pay 3667/- RS. to Bajaj finance installment from SBI upi 19/1/2018 at 4:00pm . My payment is already debited from my account but my installment is not paid.
              Plz I request for action my transction oblige..we belong to poor class family.. this amount is very big for us.. my emi also due to this reason.
              So I request to u either pay to Bajaj finance or refund to my account

                I have taken icici home loan lbpun[protected] by transferring from axis to icici. At the time of balance transfer i have told them bank executives (Arkur gore & madhav jadhav, icici thermax chowk chinchwad pune) not required life insurance coverage and also they agreed. Still they had taken signs on many documents by cheating and charged more than 1.2 lac in loan account of life insurance. After knowing to me i have taken follow-up more than 6 months for cancellation of insurance; they always giving answer it is in process it will take 10-15days every time. I had visited to branch office before 3 months back but no any branch manager met me except executives. I have complained on twitter, website, customer care everywhere no any action taken. Finally i am writing here. Hope you will take any action on such bank is cheating with customers.

                      As of now, with in jan 1st 2018 it is mandatory to link aadhar to bank accounts, but in my account, my name is vijaya karthik dorairaj and dorairaj is my father name, as i gave passport for account opening and in passport initials are not allowed, but in aadhar and in all other documents it is vijaya karthik d, and they are refusing to update aadhar in the account or to correct/update the name in the account. They are telling it is name change and i should bring court affidavit to change the name in the account according to rbi rules.
                      It would cause more trouble for me as my emi, vehicle loan emi, credit card are linked to that account,
                      But all the document are issued by govt only and why don't they accept the document

                              I was charged with an so called "auto debit return fee" on my credit card without my knowledge, i am starting to have second thoughts about the repo of this bank.
                              When you are charging the customer atleast let them know before, i was never told about such charges nor i was asked about enrolling myself on this auto debit service, i can understand forcing auto-debit on customers, but it should also be mandatory to tell the "cons" of the service. After paying this bill i'll be glad to close my credit card.

                                    I have given a icici credit card account xxxx6009 few months back by saying that there is no charge because i am having alraedy sbi and hdfc card. Person insisted me that without charge is there and you see its utilities? Why you have perused such persons misguided the people.
                                    I have been written many times but no body is seeing my request that i am not using it since i got and because of bills you given to me?

                                    Total amount due is inr 636.05, minimum amount due is inr 170.00 and the due date is september 20, 2017.

                                    Kindly cancel it and instruct people to whom this responsibility is given.
