This is to bring to your kind notice about the inappropriate handling of a customer. I have been informed that the loan application is under process and asked to reply with the details of my name, employer details only. I have sent that details and was waiting for the confirmation of the loan approval with the rate of interest and the EMI calculation confirmation to be sent by the bank. In the meanwhile I have decided not to get the loan processed. I have informed the person handling this loan application from the DSA team. But, she informed that this is been in progress and if in case I deny this loan at this stage, she will be terminated from her job and hence she asked me to get this processed. I clearly mentioned that I do not want this loan to be processed. Also, I was waiting for the confirmation mail from the bank with the details of the rate of interest and the EMI schedule to be sent. I hope, as per the procedure, once I revert back to that EMI and ROI confirmation mail, then only the bank will process the loan. But, unexpectedly, today morning I have received an sms stating that the loan amount has been processed and being credited to my account.
I demand a clear explanation on this as how did u process the loan without the confirmation from the customer end.
Also, I have called the number [protected] from which I have received a call from, for a personal loan processing. The person who spoke is Ms. Priya and she was the one handled this through out this process.
Now, I have called the same number and asked for Priya, they informed that she is on leave and also they were not sure whether she will come back to work or not.
This is evident that she is not ready to speak to me as she has given a wrong commitment and without my consent she has asked to process the loan.
The reason why she wanted me to take this loan, is to safeguard her job only. Now, she has left her job also. Then what is the point of speaking to someone in the DSA for the mistake that she has done.
Now, I have spoken to the customer care of ICICI and they informed that the loan can be reversed within 7 working days but it has to be processed from the DSA's end.
I would kindly request you to proceed further with the reversal of this loan amount immediately and reply back with the confirmation mail that its been a mistake from the DSA or the Bank end to process the loan without the consent of the customer and I will not be charged any payment or cancellation charges or in any other means.
