I am an icici bank account holder, i am observing that without my notice a transaction charge of 820.35 (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till s
Ep-17) is deducted from my account.

I have never used the deemat account and also when my account is opened, without my notice this deemat account was created. This is unacceptable behaviour from icici, i need my money back, else i will be forced to close my icici bank account

Ki mere jo bhi charges lage hai vo hata diye jaye plzzzz...

      Hello icici,

      I am an account holder with your bank for last 13 years. I have opened a fd account for 40000 and today i could see only 39150. Spoke to your customer care and i am getting unacceptable answer, please refund 850 deducted. Heard from many to shift my account to another bank and today i am feeling heat from your bank, please guys don't cheat customer. I need a solution please.

      If you want to cheat there are lot of rich guys. We work hard and earn and finally deposit and eod we see money less than deposited..

      I have a transferred an amount of Rs.1986 to a wrong account through my paytm account.so I request the bank to please cancel the particular transaction immediately and refund my money to my paytm wallet.

        I opened nps account through icici net banking in january-2017. I received pran no. Within few days. I deposited rs. 6000/- in my nps account and submittedng the filled form with supporting documents in march-2017 to the below mentioned address:
        Cppc, icici bank,
        6th floor, a-wing
        Behind chandivali, studio
        Andheri east, mumbai, 400072

        But i haven't received my pran kit. I contacted icici bank at kakadeo branch kanpur, they told me to submit again filled form with kyc, i did but again same problem was maintained.. Recently again on 13th october i submitted kyc along with filled form but i don't know about the status of it.
        I again and again trying to get the status by contacting different branches of icici bank but no support from them. Neither there is any contact number from where i can get support regarding nps account. I think i have lost my investment but also can not apply for pran again.
        Worst experience of my life with icici bank.

        pl reduce to moderate extent
        so that invester faith return in stock market

          I have a demat account in icici bank for 2 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction of 826.00 rs. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.             I have a credit card of icici bank & my card got expired on 08/17 so you sended card on my old address, so i went kondhwa branch (Pune) on 26/10/2017 to change the same i meet with mrs - nisha jadhav (Empl no-186616) she was suppose to call me but no response from her & so i called her she was so rude i dont have time i am handling other customer so i said what happened u were suppose to call me she said i dont have time to have my lunch i said what i have to do with your lunch & will call u later but no response finally i call her again today 01/11/2017 because she said u can collect card from branch but today she is saying call customer care i had never told u to collect card from her... Why she has given me wrong commitment & she really dont know how to talk with customer & if she dont have time tell her not to mobile no to customer then... I really fell bad icici why they keep such people in fron off! Finally i want apology from her.

                For all its tomtoming as a top bank icici is nothing but a substandard bank! Look at the process of cancellation of credit card! It is impossible to cancel your credit card! And their stupid website compulsorily needs your landline number to register request for cancellation! You #! What do credit card holders who don't use landline do? Buy a landline fort this?

                And the number they have displayed on their website is a "this number does not exist" kind! Wow! National bank!

                A nice way to swindle busy customers by keeping on charging the card even if don't use it.

                Shame on icici for such fraud! Hope after reading this atleast they will reply and get my card cancelled!

                Never again icici in my life!

It was rejected by bank without submitting any documents. And i applied again n rejected with the application no. Is[protected]. I need to tell you the whole story about the customer service i have got from the icici bank address: b 677,, 32, rahon rd, krishna colony, jodhewal, ludhiana, punjab 141001. One of my friend amit kumar mob no. ([protected]) who asked me to open a new account in that branch of icici bank at rahon road. I said to him yes i will open my account in that bank. He said that you can get your credit card easily within 10 to 15 days after opening your account i said to him that would be great. I opened my new account at icici bank on rahon road ludhiana. They said to me that you are getting your credit card within 10 to 15 days same as amit said to me. But i need to submit my business or work itr and i submitted. Nobody told me about the credit procedure against fdr. When i have contacted to bank after 13 days. I needed that credit card asap. One of the employee said that you can apply after 3 month. Before she said you can get within 10 to 15 days or apply online. I have applied online n it was rejected by the bank without asking me any documents even i have sent a whatsapp message to a employee to upload my documents. They gave me totally false information regarding the credit card. They supposed to come at my house after opening a new account no one came around and i didn't get any satisfactory call from the manager. Even i rang ajay (Deputy branch manager) n told the story about the credit card and he didn't call me back. I was really upset n unhappy with the service of icici bank ludhiana. I decided to go to bank today 13 oct friday. I was going to city with my brother and 2 cousins one of them amit who have a account in icici bank and his brother and mine with us we were going for lunch at ludhiana city. We went to bank i told them to sit on the chair outside. They said okay and one the employee came to us said please sit inside the discussion room. We were talking about the issue with mr. Davinder singh. After that branch manager (Mukesh jha) called me in his office. He (Mukesh jha) started talk about my brother n cousins instead of talking about my credit card issue. He said to me that why u brought them here as a (Panchayat). He was so rude to all o[censored]s. I haven't seen a manager like him who misbehave their customer like it. I never knew that bank manager (Mukesh jha) would be like it. I am totally unsatisfied with their customer service. I suggest to the manager mukesh jha that if he or (Staff) give his best to the customers and get the best results back. That's all i can say for now. Thanks

                    Today 1 nov 2017 between 7:35 to 8:10 some body hack my icici bank saving account No[protected] and made 6 transaction, 2 transaction (Rs -23746 / Rs 12427 )with IBIBO and 4 transaction ( 4 x Rs 3000 ) total - with PayTM total -Rs 48173 ( for details please see the attached statement )
                    I have complaint same to ICICI bank ( complaint no -SR[protected], but ICICI bank given reply your compliant is not completed . during the transaction I am not getting any OTP. and I am not share our any bank details to other . how it is possible, I have Doubt some body has involve from bank either this is completely system failure of icici bank,

                      Hello

                      I happened to take salary account from icici there they said the demat account will be free for life. Even though i said i’m not interested in it one of their executives signed me up for that. N now they started deducting amount from my ac from last one year and i tried to call them n inform their informal c. S. Executives show their worth by not helping with it. I don’t want you people to deduct money from my account and i never gave a standing instruction to deduct from my account. This would be accounted as fraud as far i know.

                          Some make fraud transaction from my account and customer care and bank member are not supporting and confuse me. Bank members ask it's customer care matter and customer care ask contact to your near branch (Near branch pooja tower gopalpura mode)

                            I have never activated and used my demat account till now.

                            There was no prior notice regarding my account is activated. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. This is pure loot.

                              On 18th October 2017 i did recharge in my jio number using phonepe app, unfortunately my money got deducted and transferred to [protected]@icici and transaction failed. I contacted both jio and phonepe customer care service they told me that its [protected]@icici's mistake. Please do refund the amount ₹399.

                                On october 16th, 2017 around 12:30 am ist, i received 4 text messages to my registered mobile number from icici stating that a total amount of rs 40400 has been debited from my account. I got panicked and i decided to check my account balance via online banking facility. To my shock, i realised it was indeed true and a total amount of rs 40400 was debited from my account within a space of few minutes. I immediately tried to reach icici customer services, but to my suprise i iearnt that there were no services provided beyond 6 pm ist.

                                I waited till that morning (Oct 16th) to have my complaint (Sr[protected] registered. I was asked to provide some mandatory documents and other personal details.in addition to this, i was also asked to raise a complaint with the police department.

                                On reaching out to the concerned police department, i was ordered to get the footage of the atm center from where the money was debited. They were adamant that they wouldn’t proceed further with my complaint without the footage. I then reached out icici pallikaranai (Kancheepuram district) branch to get the footage, but i was informed that to get the fir copy from the police department. I was made a scapegoat and was kicked to and fro between the icici bank and the police department without any developments. I made multiple followups without any update or improvements.

                                Finally on oct 27th, i got a call from icici investigation team that they have sent the footage to the respective pallikaranai branch. Unfortunately the video sent wasn’t working and i asked the investigation team to resend the footage. The resent footage wasn’t also working and i was asked to contact the investigation team for further details. I wasn’t properly directed in any of the steps causing me mental stress. On monday, oct 30, i was informed that the video footage was working and was asked to vist the branch.

                                It has been more than 2 weeks and i am yet to get the response. Moreover i was not able to celebrate diwali due to this mental stress. I have totally lost my fatih in icici who seems to self claim that they provide the best security services in india.
                                Moreover i also came across various fraudulent complaints with icici. They are zero percent customer friendly and they are not caring towards any of the user complaints.

                                I have followed the customer care and bank officer. ICICI INVESTIGATION team contacted me. I verified the footage and raised police compliant. Within 7th day amount refunded by bank without any notification. I received normal text message as amount credited. Later on received a amount refunded message

                                As at first they told demat account is for free of cost but they charged maintenance amount Rs-826
                                the same such incident happened to me on 18-november-2017. I have lost Rs.3, 00, 000. (3 Lakhs).
                                Still there is no improvement on this issue. Home branch & customer care are not responding properly.

                                same kind of incident happened to another ICICI bank customer in April at Ahmadabad . He also lost 3 lakh.

                                Same happened to my father's account today 15 Jan 2018... why icici doesn't have decide atm transactions.. why hackers can break your system easily. Why don t you work on better security and authentication system. Icici is one of the big Bs and finally your money is not safe.

                                  I have a demat account with icici and have been charged dp charges twice this month, dp charges which were informed to me are only rs500 annually, how can they charge rs 700 plus rs in 2 different transactions. Charges were made under the head "in[protected] dp chgs till sep-17" rs 633.13 on 31st oct 2017 and rs 55.20 on 26th oct 2017.

                                  Please look into this.

                                    Dear sir/ madam,
                                    I have a icici bank personal loan account no. [protected] since last 2 years ago, i have been charged additional charges of rs 400/- every month on each emi except principal + interest amount and i have raised this concern with icici bank since last 13-14 motnhs but no response from icici bank and its officials i have raised this issues personally meeting with mr sandeep jalan, vijay kothari/ hitesh kedia at heritage chameber office as well as so many times over email to all concern and as well as to mr vinayak more principal nodal officer of icici bank limited, i have been threatened by icici bank official and unethical behavior by icici bank limited collection team.
                                    I have not received my personal loan account statement and bank is giving monthly monthly bank statement like credit card and charging me over amount as late payments and interest charges every month since last 14 month but nobody keen interested to reply on my genuine grievance which i have raised since last long and so many times. I have taken 2lac rs personal loan on icici bank cc and i have to suppose pay 2.49 lac as per amortization schedule whereas i have already paid more than 2 lac rupees to icici bank and still bank is showing 1 lac more pending amount and charging me more and more charges and cheating with me and nobody care and listening me. Such kind of business practice by icici bank is really horrible and giving threatening and pressure to make payment withour resolving customer issues, i will take some necessary action against icici bank top level management and local collection team which are involved in this matter, i will give only next 30 days to icici bank, if didnot get the concrete solution over it i will shake the icici bank and take appropriate legal action against all accusssed as well as madam chanda kocher the person who are cheating with people

                                      This is to bring to your kind notice about the inappropriate handling of a customer. I have been informed that the loan application is under process and asked to reply with the details of my name, employer details only. I have sent that details and was waiting for the confirmation of the loan approval with the rate of interest and the emi calculation confirmation to be sent by the bank.in the meanwhile i have decided not to get the loan processed. I have informed the person handling this loan application from the dsa team. But, she informed that this is been in progress and if in case i deny this loan at this stage, she will be terminated from her job and hence she asked me to get this processed. I clearly mentioned that i do not want this loan to be processed. Also, i was waiting for the confirmation mail from the bank with the details of the rate of interest and the emi schedule to be sent. I hope, as per the procedure, once i revert back to that emi and roi confirmation mail, then only the bank will process the loan. But, unexpectedly, today morning i have received an sms stating that the loan amount has been processed and being credited to my account.
                                      I demand a clear explanation on this as how did u process the loan without the confirmation from the customer end.
                                      Also, i have called the number [protected] from which i have received a call from, for a personal loan processing. The person who spoke is ms. Priya and she was the one handled. Regards manivannan.

                                      The reason why she wanted me to take this loan, is to safeguard her job only. Now, she has left her job also. Then what is the point of speaking to someone in the DSA for the mistake that she has done.
                                      Now, I have spoken to the customer care of ICICI and they informed that the loan can be reversed within 7 working days but it has to be processed from the DSA's end.
                                      I would kindly request you to proceed further with the reversal of this loan amount immediately and reply back with the confirmation mail that its been a mistake from the DSA or the Bank end to process the loan without the consent of the customer and I will not be charged any payment or cancellation charges or in any other means.

                                        Money not dispended but balance get deducted

                                        I am a customer of state bank of india (S/b a/c-[protected]).

                                        On 31/10/2017 around 13:52 hrs i had used icici bank atm) in bangalore (560054) for money withdrawal but the txn failed with a network error. I had try one more time. But the result was same. For one transcation the money is credited to my sbi account. But for the second one i did't got the money till now. Pls quickly slove this issue and return my amount.

                                        Please investigate and get it credited back to my sbi s/b account asap.

                                        The feedback says that icici delays this kind of complaints abnormally which is a concern to customers.
