Hi, my self ramesh murapareddy. On 12th of october 2017 i have tried withdraw the amount rs 9900 from dhanalaxmi bank atm. I have not received amount from atm but icici debited rs9900 from my account. I have been doing follow up from that day. They have closed my request on 23rd october 2017. When i called again they have taken new request.

Please do the needful.. I am fedup by calling customer care.

    Dear care team,
    Please look into my certificate fee payment of 1012 rupees towards klu guntur district, a. P., india, through eazypay. The transaction ref id: [protected], date:july-25-2017, time: 14:41. The transaction shows successful but the management says the money/fee is not credited to them. Where is my money? I have done a transaction using my sbi account, the sbi says the transaction is successful we can not do much. When contacted icici customer care they say we are not responsible for eazypay, then who is responsible for eazypay transactions? Why so careless? Why are you encouraging third-party untrustable apps? Don't i want to know the status? This is hard earned money, not by looting. I am a student try to understand my concern, either the eazypay or sbi is responsible but if both of you don't want to look into this account it is terrible and frauding your own customers.

    My account got debited with 400.00 (T.ID :- SB498800) this month and also last 4-5 months what is these charges..? Please explain
    I have made payment of Rs 19300 on 18th october 2017 through NEFT union bank of india for credit card payment. I have not yet received the confirmation email

      My full name is bijeesh marunnoli and i hold the a/c #0357*28 with icici bank. I have been using this account for the last 7 years as my salary account. I noticed my last name (Marunnoli) was misspelled as marunndli in my icici personal details and i visited icici hsr layout branch (Home branch) twice with an inquiry regarding what to do about it. But i was disheartened by the reply that i received, that it is not possible to change an account holder name and i need to close down my account and start a new one with correct name. All my salary deposits are associated with this account and i would not like to close this down. None of the documents i submitted will carry an incomplete name of mine and i am sure of this. While this is a straight forward request considering the documents i can produce (Pan card which is already linked / aadhaar which i should have used as address proof) i do not understand why my request is being turned down.
      I have to update my aadhhar to this account, but not able to do due to this mistake.

              Sir/madam,
              I turimerla ravi loan account number : lpnel [protected] of icici bank nellie branch 6310 in andrapradesh had applied for personal loan in dec 2016 in icici bank. 6310.
              They sanctioned the amount 7 80 000 /- by two checks. The checks numbers are 425195 for the amount of 599309/-, and the second check 425196 for the amount of 175 128/-
              425195 was cleared. As i have an acconunt in s b i somasila in nellore dist, i sent the check 425196 to the bank. Because of some technical problems raised they returned the check to me in feb 2017.
              In the same month i returned the check no:425196, in icici bank at nellore6310, in a. P. To prudvi sai (Phone no [protected]) who was working as loan manager.
              Since feb 2017 many times i made phone calls to the branch and directly met the staff several times though i am suffering from health problems both mentally and physically.
              I spent a lot of my valuable time even i am a govt employee, to clear the issue.
              But they didn't respond properly.
              I reques u please take necessary steps to clear the problem.

                    Icici card 5241...9009. Last two month i have paid bill more than 50000 every month, last august month i have paid bill 64000 on 23 august and told to icici bank 5 times that i have paid bill but they settel my bill before due date03/092017. They told me it will take 7 days to settle. Before this i never faced this problem. It was took hardly 2 to3 day for bill payments. But icici intensely charged interest and late fee they delay our bill payment. Last time i warn them about this and fire too for same problem. But this time i have paid bill on 26 sep about 55000 and 27 sep 3500 for bill of 58000for sep month. But this time also they setteled my bill on 7 octber and my due date was 03 october. With due date and my bill payment 7 days complete. They charge late payment and interest on my bill intensely. If i paid bill before 7 days of due date then how can icici charge it? They charge late payment fee 750+150gst and interest 2503+450gst total 3850 which i will not pay. Please wevie off all charges and clsoe my icici credit card immediately.                       I am writing this mail with lot of anguish and distress due to non-cordial response from your credit card team since last one month. I am one of the oldest customer of icici bank having saving account and credit card over decade of time and my trust & faith for icici was extremely par that i have not even thought of shifting to other banks inspite of the fact that in our company we are associated with sbi. But all vanishes within short span of time and without taking much of your time just to brief the whole issue which is under :-

                      1. My platinum credit card was expired vide no. Ending with 2023 and was due for renewal in the month of august 2017 and before one of renewal i requested for the corel card in place of platinum card by visiting the preet vihar icici branch. I have all the correspondence..
                      2. New card was issued after 15 days with the no ending 3003 but my nightmare started when i received the platinum card also along with add on card. Moreover new corel card was issued without pin no. Meanwhile bill was generated and i could not able to access the bill. So from day one tried for the customer care no. But ivrs system always asks for the pin no., tried to generate the pin through ivrs but message was conveyed that your mobile no is not registered. Even visited nearby banks also and they were adamant that plz talk to customer care only..
                      3. During this process, bill due date was over and my query about the bill remains unresolved. After the due date and non payment of credit card bill, received call from icici bank insisting to make the payment but i categorically toll first resolve my both the issue i. E. Pin generation & bill amount /access query.
                      4. They could not gave any resolution but provide me one no and tried this no for continuously & manage to contact the customer care executive first time but again got the very negative that corel which was issued to me is under the name of my wife name i. E. Vijay laxmi hence without their consent pin cannot be generated. I told him that new card is under my name only and but keep on saying that in our record name of ms vijay laxmi is appearing. Then i requested for the escalation officer, initially they refused but after holding the call for 5 minutes able to connect. My problem of pin generation was finally resolved and they provided the copy of bill but they tile me that you have to pay the interest and i keep on requesting that due to my non resolution of issue why should i bear the interest, i pay only the billing amount. They raised the sr with no. Sr[protected] but till date no resolution was given and due to response i have not paid..
                      5. From last 15 days i keep received the missed call from no [protected] i. E. Icici customer care on daily basis and only once they spoke to me insisting for making the payment immediately. Aggreived with response i raised the complaint using your icici portal at all the three levels but not even a single icici official spoke to me, only keep on received the missed calls.
                      6. Finally without any resolution my credit card was blocked and till date no resolution has been given.

                      My only request to the highest authority to intervene and help me to sort out the issue.. I am ready to pay immediately but not the interest part for which only bank is responsible.. You can check the history.. I have always make the payment well in time.

                      Your icici customer care is so dis heartening and customer focus is almost negative, hence i am constraint to write this mail to the highest authority and expect the early resolution so that association can be continued with you bank.

I called amazon customer care also to find the issue and they also replied they cannot see any such thing which i got. I blocked my credit card also.
                          I shall be highly oblized if you see that matter and give my ammount back.

                            Six years before i agreed with the icici bank that my name is md umar faisal. But later on i was not able to link my aadhar with pan, so i corrected my aadhar as mohammad umar faisal. Now the problem came when i was linking my aadhar with the bank account, every time i tried it gave me a message that there is a name mismatch.

                            I tried to get in touch with bank officials but they denied that name correction is possible.

                            Currently my name as per account is md umar faisal and now i want my name to same as of pan/ aadhar/ passport which is mohammad umar faisal.

                            I am not telling the bank to change the name from md umar faisal to zubair khan or md umar faisal to moiz ur rehman.

                            I am simply saying for correcting my name from md umar faisal to mohammad umar faisal.

                            And if the rbi guide lines says that name correction is not possible then i would be happy to accept.

                            My card no [protected], using since june 2016.Paid the total outstanding in monthly basis before due date, but still my credit limit is same.So Kindly Increase the credit limit of my card & do the needful.

                                deducting amount of rs.23.60 for each transaction

                                Icici bank certainly started deducting additional amount of rs.23.60 for each atm transaction without any prior email/sms notifications. It's happened twice in my case. (20/10/17, 21/10/17);

                                When i make a call to customer care, they were telling me that i was exceeding the 3 atm transactions in a month. But they were not intimating such a message through email/sms before as like citi or sbi banks.

                                This is to say that i am icici bank a/c holder in my nearest branch having ifsc code - icic 0001025 in faridabad near tikona park all most 4 yrs. Old. Initially it was saving a/c which later changed in salary a/c. I have a credit card of sbi which im using properly and re-paying at regular time but i cant afford to have any other banks credit card due to my poor cibil score i. E. 604 which is not good. This is because i am a defaulter of an icici bank credit card which actually i dont have having a/c no.- [protected]. I got this information on deep investigation through web sites and with one of my friend. I am taking indialends app as reference which has all further information correct. This app showing me an overdue of payment of about 4000 something and delay by 675 days, showing card was issued in 2015 year end.
                                I have attached the screenshot here in this mail. So you are requested to pls help me out of it. People prefer private banks over govt. For better services rather than struggling over such issues.

                                    I have a demat account in icici bank for 2 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction '[protected] dp chgs till may-17' — inr 805.04'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My mobile no : [protected]

                                      I got a call from icici executive who explaned about coral card benfits and delivered the platinum chip card which i don't want to use. How to cancel or reject this card. I tried calling customer care many times which is of no use.

                                      Please resolve this as soon as possible.
