Hi team,

I tried to withdraw 500 and 1500 (Two transaction) from my account which got failed on 27th july from hdfc bank atm near perumbakkam bus stop.. I have registered complaints with icici customer care (Sr[protected]/sr[protected] for reversal for the transaction but requested has been closed stating that the transaction was successful. I visited the icici bank global hospital branch but they denied to help on the issue. I request you to please help me in reverting the transaction. Please get the account number from sr[protected]/ attachment.

My Issue is not resolved, how can it be marked as resolved? there is no communication from ICICI team.
Hi ICICI team it has been 20 days since I have logged complaint but no one is looking into it. Does ICICI bank really care or customer complaints and customer satisfaction?

    I am nitin gatti is having home loan with your bank my details are given below.

    Loan amt : 1905000/-

    I am eligible for government skim pma (Pradhanmantri awas yojana) also i was applied under same product.
    I am in touch with mr. Prakash kumar (Thermax chowk chinchwad pune branch) but last two month he is not picking my call also not given any confirmation or any status this skim.
    Still i have not received any mail from your bank i am continue follow up for this but no one picking my call also i am trying to call prakash kumar.
    Also he is not aware and not help from his side i am already check with your central team but he not receive any mail from local sales team, central team is not able to talk direct customer they want mail from local team.

    I was followup last six month no one help mr. Prakash kumar is very busy guy he avoid my call also every time he is in meeting not single call from his side. Who is responsible for this. I have already three time submitted pma application form.
    I have already complaint pune pcmc branch.

    Request help for this matter i have status and confirmation when credit skim amt other financial institute after going three emi will credit this amt.
    I am waiting last six month and no one help or picking call.

    Need revert urgently

      Hi, i have applied in icici bank a personal loan for 5 lakhs, the agent told me that i will get 5 lakhs and i opted for 5 years, but when the loan was approved one guy called me and told me that 3 lakhs was approved and i have to pay 13000 for documentation and insurance and how much i have to pay monthly, after disconnected the call i checked that the interest rate is 18%. Wth? 18%. Lots of banks offered me 13%, also i was in immediate need of 5 lakhs, i do not need 3 lakhs, i have asked to cancel them, but not a response, i have pinged them at [protected]@icicibank.com, but no response either, so please take some action and cancel the loan immediately, i do not need this loan and i do not authorize this loan

        Hi
        This is swapnil bhalerao having account number[protected] in icici bank, last week by mistake someone transferred 6845 inr into my account. The same person contacted me and i have retransmit 6000 inr to him in two days. I was going to transfer the remaining amount, but was unable, my account was showing negative balance.
        I asked the person that has he complaint against me or any he said no, but he was knowing all my account related balance and internal transactions
        So how can anyone know personal and sensitive information.

        I have gone to bank branch they said this is lean charge, I asked meaning of the same but they did not explained me and just said that u have negative balance no mail no notification nothing.

          I have submitted my fee rs 4510/- (By kotak mahindra debit card option) payment of d. El. Ed form registration fee through easypay-icici bank for the registration on 11/september/2017 from my kotak account (Ifsc code-kkbk0000261). After doing all the procedure at the end you are telling that sorry for the inconvenience and try again later. Later i paid the bill of rs 4545/- (Using kotak mahindra netbanking option) but i lost my money for the first transaction. After that i had informed to kotak bank for all then after bank query, bank inform me this amount is already paid to easypay-icici bank. So plz refund my amount rs 4510/- as soon as possible.

            I have purchased some stuff on 5th oct 2017 from flipkart using online shopping and paid 796 rupee. And it got deducted 2 times with 2 different reference number. After 1 week flipkart refunded the amount and called me for confirmation. I contacted icici credit card customer care as i did not got this amount credited in my credit card and they told they got the refund and it will take max 7 days to credit in your account. On 24th oct i got my statement and they have not credited this amount and i have been charged approximately 100 rupees interest for it. I am paying the interest for my own money.
            Please look into the issue.

              Respected sir/ madam,
              Kindly arrange to refund back my amount (Rs. 4545/=) to my savings bank a/c (Sbi), which amount i tried to pay through your “easypay - icici bank ltd” [othpg[protected]] on 27.09.17 by debit card to nios, as the admission fees for their d. El. Ed trg. Course (Against miss. Anowara yasmin), but the payment was unsuccessful, though the amount has been debited from my a/c (By “easypay - icici bank ltd”).
              For that problem, i had to make an another payment (Of same amount rs. 4545/=) through ‘citruspay’ on 28.9.2017[othpg[protected]] & that was successful. (Kindly see the scan copy of the pass-book attached herewith-proof of incomplete payment dtd - 27.9.17-“easypay - icici bank ltd”).

                I tried to recharge my vodafone number through the net banking gateway of icici, after i logged into my account and clicked on make payment the transaction failed due to some error. But the money got deducted from my account.

                  Every month there is deduction of amount 500 from my wife's icici salary account number #[protected] with transaction remark as decs dr/[protected]/eiil - the.

                  There is no prior intimation or anything asked before debiting the amount, nor we can see where the amount is going or a way to stop.

                  This is happening at start of everymonth

                  I was not given any notification of the withdrawal of the money either on the email or on the sms. I request you to look in the matter as early as possible and return and refund the money to me.

                    I believe you will read through this email and respond unlike usual customer care people replying a standard template.

                    Please find below my details :

                    As i was not transacting any shares, i approached icici direct, saligramam branch in 2014 regarding demat account closure. They asked me to give a bsda request, so that i ll not be charged any annual maintenance if the total trade is below inr 50000. Hence i gave the request.

                    In 2015, i was charged around inr 600 for demat account maintenance. As i relocated myself the medavakkam, i checked with velachery branch on this and they told, there is no bsda request given in this account. Looks like the previous guys missed it completely. I again gave the same request in velachery branch and asked for an acknowledgement. They told there will not be any acknowledgement for this. I got the acknowledgement for bsda confirmation in email.

                    In 2016, i was again charged around inr 600 for demat account maintenance. I was shocked and approached medavakkam branch to close my demat account in frustration. They asked me to give a bsda request and i refused it and asked them to close my demat account with icici. They took the request and told i ll receive sms in the next 10 days and i received the confirmation too.

                    In 2017, i was again charged around inr 600 for demat account maintenance. I was really frustrated and wrote a letter to customer care enquiring my account closure and bsda requests. But these people are sending me forms to close the account and asking me to approach the nearest branch.

                    I am totally confused and frustrated with the replies for my back and forth emails. They say my trading account is closed and not the demat account, hence there will be charges. They say the bsda would have been cancelled is there is any fradulent activity found (There is no or very less transaction in my account. If there is any cancellation in bsda, it should have been informed to me). As a customer i wanted to close my demat account and i gave the request. Its not necessary for me know about your different accounts. Its your responsibility to close them. If you are not doing it, how can you expect me to pay for these irritating things. I had paid around inr 2000 so far and trying to close your account for the past three years. Is this the service you provide to your customers?

                    I want the charges i paid so far to be refunded and this account to be closed. If i go and close this account, you will say some reason and charge saying xyz and the account will not be closed : (

                      I did a recharge of rs 399 for recharging my jio number on 18th of october via my jio app using upi payments. The money was successfully sent to [protected]@icici but my number is still not recharged. My transaction id is[protected]. Remarks column only says pay-collect-request.

                      Kindly refund the deducted amount as i've already done the recharge.

I have not received amount from atm but icici debited rs9900 from my account. I have been doing follow up from that day. They have closed my request on 23rd october 2017. When i called again they have taken new request.

                          Please do the needful.. I am fedup by calling customer care.

                            Please look into my certificate fee payment of 1012 rupees towards klu guntur district, a. P., india, through eazypay. The transaction ref id: [protected], date:july-25-2017, time: 14:41. The transaction shows successful but the management says the money/fee is not credited to them. Where is my money? I have done a transaction using my sbi account, the sbi says the transaction is successful we can not do much. When contacted icici customer care they say we are not responsible for eazypay, then who is responsible for eazypay transactions? Why so careless? Why are you encouraging third-party untrustable apps? Don't i want to know the status? This is hard earned money, not by looting. I am a student try to understand my concern, either the eazypay or sbi is responsible but if both of you don't want to look into this account it is terrible and frauding your own customers.

                              My full name is bijeesh marunnoli and i hold the a/c #0357*28 with icici bank. I have been using this account for the last 7 years as my salary account. I noticed my last name (Marunnoli) was misspelled as marunndli in my icici personal details and i visited icici hsr layout branch (Home branch) twice with an inquiry regarding what to do about it. But i was disheartened by the reply that i received, that it is not possible to change an account holder name and i need to close down my account and start a new one with correct name. All my salary deposits are associated with this account and i would not like to close this down. None of the documents i submitted will carry an incomplete name of mine and i am sure of this. While this is a straight forward request considering the documents i can produce (Pan card which is already linked / aadhaar which i should have used as address proof) i do not understand why my request is being turned down.
                              I have to update my aadhhar to this account, but not able to do due to this mistake.

                                    3 09/10/2017 igst[protected] dr. 99.00
                                    4 09/10/2017 smab chgs aug17 dr. 550.00

                                    Could you please take action for the same and revert the amount as early as possible.

                                      Sir/madam,
                                      I turimerla ravi loan account number : lpnel [protected] of icici bank nellie branch 6310 in andrapradesh had applied for personal loan in dec 2016 in icici bank. 6310.
                                      They sanctioned the amount 7 80 000 /- by two checks. The checks numbers are 425195 for the amount of 599309/-, and the second check 425196 for the amount of 175 128/-
                                      425195 was cleared. As i have an acconunt in s b i somasila in nellore dist, i sent the check 425196 to the bank. Because of some technical problems raised they returned the check to me in feb 2017.
                                      In the same month i returned the check no:425196, in icici bank at nellore6310, in a. P. To prudvi sai (Phone no [protected]) who was working as loan manager.
                                      Since feb 2017 many times i made phone calls to the branch and directly met the staff several times though i am suffering from health problems both mentally and physically.
                                      I spent a lot of my valuable time even i am a govt employee, to clear the issue.
                                      But they didn't respond properly.
                                      I reques u please take necessary steps to clear the problem.
