I had make a payment of 309 for recharging my number of jio.
[protected]@icici send me a request for sending money through upi
I then approved it and money is deducted from my bank account.
But the mobile was not recharged yet.
They are cheating the consumer.
And these payment upi system is very bad working process because after approving the request they forgot to done your work....

While applying it was said that it is free of cost no charges.

I visited the icici bank kharghar branch the third time for availing locker facility. I have a titanium account. This time the bank staff was quiet open in suggesting the an investment with icici would prove helpful in availing one. Ranging from 2 lac for small locker, 5 lac for medium and 8 lac for big. Unexpected charges debited on monthly basis! Can you expect banking with such bank? Without any intimation bank deducted money for less balance. I was going to make a huge start up, and preferred to use icici for transactions, but now i will cancel my account.
