6 months back i have purchased a watch from myntra of rs 14447 due to some reason i have cancelled the order
Which was converted into emi for 6 month's and after that i got the confirmation from myntra that amount has been credited to your account of rs 14447 /-. Then also icici bank have charged me the emi for 6months. After writing several mails to company there was no single revert from their end. Wrote the mail to ceo of icici mrs chanda kochhar but still no revert. Really throughout my life i haven't seen such useless bank. Every one is sleeping!!! Just icici bank can fool a customer. Just i am going to post entire picture on social media. Waiting for the response i[censored] guys really have bit shame left.

I got this call from icici bank jst after i got my credit card. They explaned about the card protection plan and i never showed interst in activating such a plan Thogh they just activated it. The plan is of rs1399. So embarrassing work from the bank executive and the bank to activate any plan.
Actually my name is KAKILETI M VASUNDHARA DEVI but it was wrong in my profile like VASUNDHARAI.

    I have my salary account in icici bank now i want to convert into saving account. But in the branch they are saying that you can not convert salary into saving account you have to close that account but i don't want to close it i want to convert into saving.
    So please tell me how to do?
    Which procedure i have to follow?
    Is any way to do it using online internet banking?

      Sir, as i my newly approved card was dispatched from icici, i got the mail that my card will be delivered within so and so time, but as the courier guy came to my office i told him to deliver it to my home address as i was on leave. I waited n waited for it to get delivered but neither i got any call nor the card, i checked it online to my surprise i found that the courier was re-dispatched to the bank it self saying the given address was not complete. I dont know what to say about that. Please kindly re-dispatch my card. As i ont even have the full card details or anything i tried to call customer care but nothing from there too. Please help me with it.

        This is to state that on 24.7.2017, i made a payment of rs.3622.64 towards fee to satyawati college (Eve), delhi university, ashok vihar vide debit card mentioned above. I received a message that there was third party funds transfer failure, but the said amount was actually debited to my account. Due to this, i made payment of rs.3622.64 through the debit card mentioned above to the college and this time too the amount was actually debited to my account and i received a message that the payment made is successful.

        On enquiry from my bankers, i was informed that there were debits of rs.3622.64 twice to icici bank. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to refund me an amount of rs.3622.64 debited twice whereas the payment was actual for rs.3622.64.

          Hello

          Icici coral debit card comes with customer benefit program including bookmyshow movie ticket, airport lounge access, payback etc. It provided 2 airport lounge access per quarter. They charge an annual fee for this card which is debited from our bank account.

          I am an icici coral debit card customer since more than 2 years now for programs listed above. My job demands frequent traveling so airport lounge access comes in handy.

          Today they sent email that they're reducing the count of airport lounge access per quarter from 2 to 1 without change in annual fee. This doesn't seems fair to existing customer who rely on this program and are paying cost of card for same.

          Icici should resume with 2 airport lounge access or reduce the annual charge of coral debit card.

              I just recently attached my debit card to paypal and after few hours of attaching it there was a transaction made first of 1 dollar usd and another 55 usd. I didn't authorized these transaction. Paypal doesn't seem to be helping out or return my money so i need you to either contact them or give me my money back.

              Before the paypal transaction there were several other unauthorized transactions as well of amount :-

              These were all done on the same day before that 1usd transaction from paypal. I do not know who did this but i want my money back and i need that back fast. This is a very humble request. Please check the attached images, i have requested paypal to refund but they are not responding and i don't even know if they will return they are not an indian company and i am an indian i don't have trust on paypal but icici bank is an indian company and i trust you people that you will be able to get my money back to me.

                Dear concern,

                I have applied a credit card with icici and submitted document on 04/09/2017 after confirmation. My application no. Is n[protected].
                After submission of all required details, i have received application number[protected] by message by bank on 16/09/2017 and same time means after 1 minutes received message that your credit card application has not been approved but reason was not listed. After 3 days, ia have received call from verification department for verification and person said that your application is under process. I have called to customer care but executive said that your application is under process and rejection message sent by mistake due to technical fault. And again message received on 28/09/2017 that your application has not approved.

                Now, on 09/10/2017, i have received message that your credit card application has been approved. And after 1 minutes received again message that application not approved.

                So, i am unable to understand that what is happening this. Is it any joke and any playing game because no one responsible for giving correct information regarding this.

                It is a serious issue which is happening. It will impact my civil score and financial status. My civil score is 773 as checked so where is issue for approval of card. Please resolve the issue other wise i will complain in higher authority and in another complaint center.

                  I talked to your customer care executive on oct 10th at 1320hrs. Your executive could not provide me with relevant data and on asking him to transfer call to a senior executive he refused. I asked him to provide his employee id he gave me one, i asked him again to verify and he gave another i'd.

                  Is this the kind of customer service you provide.

                  Now regarding my complaint.
                  I have a salary account and in that the debit card i received had zero charges on withdrawal even after 5 transactions from other bank atm. I upgraded my debit card to expressions and the bank employee and one of the customer executive told me that my services will not be altered after the upgrade which is not the case. Last month i made more than 5 transactions from other bank atm and i have been charged rs.23.

                  I would like to know why my services have been removed, and if this was supposed to happen why was i provided with wrong information from your side.

                    Applied for credit card on 23.08.2017 but till date didn't receive the same neither any status confirmation nor any decline mail/call. Tried to contact your employee who actually send his representative to my office for collection of application form and other related documents she didn't now respond to my grievance. What kind of service such bank is providing is totally disgusting that they didn't even bother to mail the customer for the status of his application.
                    Moreover i also send messages to "5676766' (As mentioned in acknowledgement slip) to know my application status now all in vain as no response from that side too.
                    Waiting for your early reply regarding the cited subject.

                        Sub: penalty for late payment
                        I have deposited two cheques to your ramamurthy nagar branch (No. 342103 dt. 4.8.2017 for rs.6560 and 342104 for rs.1075 aug & september 2017) towards payment of icici credit card no. [protected]. Both the cheques have been deposited within the due date i. E before 10th.
                        But in the statement it is indicated that the cheques have been cleared on[protected] and[protected].
                        It is surprise to note that you have imposed late payment fee when the problem is not because of me.
                        Since both the cheques have been deposited on time i. E before the due date, late payment fee may be reimbursed at the earliest or reversal entry may be reflected in the statement.
                        Now again this month also same thing happened. When i have not made any transaction this month only penalty is asked,
                        I am using this card for many years i never faced such problem. Now this problem is due to depositing the cheque in the new branch which i will avoid in future.
                        Pl address this issue. Request to reimburse the penalty amount. Till i get a response i will not be in a position to pay this month penalty amount.

                            I did a transaction for NIOS teachers training fee submission on 30 sept. 2017 by SBI debit card. The payment gateway was ICICI bank eazypay there. The balance of ₹4545.0 has been deducted from SBI account but the pay is not done.

                            So i want to get my money back.

                              I had done 1.5 lakh sale on 2oct 2017 which was voided immediately, it is not funded back to my account... It's been more than a week. When will I get my money back... Such a slow service... Highly disappointing.. it is not a small amount to sit back cool and Wait for the bank to take its own sweet time.

                                It some times feels like icici bank is operated by our politicians. Like every sarkari company, they dont want to work at all. Every time is tea time, even their automated websites and computer work the same way, every time i try to do trasanction, 9 out of 10 times icici website forgets to send the otp, or it locked the grid system, or block the login. And later i[censored] want to enable that # maha fuddu system of them by calling them, you have to go through a hell of verifications, even verification system of them has an artificial intelligence, so it learned from the bosses that how to not to make the trasactions happen. Icici is maha fuddu bank of all. They deducted at least 150000 inr in a year and reason they are giving me tht its due to because their employees have not got the documents which i hand over to the manager of the branch.in one year they change the staff and the manger 4 times. Every time new manager want to listen the full story and assures me tht he will help me out. But soon in a matter of few day i see he is transferred to another place. Sometimes i really get tht much frustrated that if i had an army tank that time i blow them out.

                                  I am an icici customer for the last 10 plus years and i moved to the finland about 7 months ago, i cannot access my online banking or pay my credit card because i cannot pay without the otp number, my india mobile number is updated in icici and no longer exists. I need to update my finland mobile number, but i cannot do this online and talking to customer care has not helped at all. Its depressing to see that customers at international locations were not thought of when implementing otp. Please somebody help me to get my finland phone number updated or suggest a way to go about getting it updated.

                                    Dear team,

                                    Few months ago someone called me for icici credit card, they offered me for free of cost credit card without any charges hence i applied for the credit card, however i have received credit card and not the security pin, i have not used this credit card and i had started to receive text from icici that my outstanding amount is rs. 5000?-, i am worried without receiving credit card pin how the statement generated rs.5000/-, are icici bank doing fraud with customers to earn money?, how this is possible without using credit card statement is generating rs.5000/-, please take this matter on top priority as it is directly impacting on my cibil score.

                                      This is venkat from ravarki engineering and trading visakhapatnam, we are having current accounts in seethamadhara branch. For some query i went to seethamadara branch today at nearly 12.00pm i enquired for manager (Madhav).. He is out of bank.. So i approached deputy manager (Vasanth)... He said that i don't about it come around 2.30pm madhav ll b here.. So that i informed the same to my management... As they are out of country.. They are trying reach manager madhav from 4 days.. He is not responding.. They want to talk to any of the both manager or bank manager... So i asked vasanth to talk to my md... He denied and went inside... So i waited for bhanu... After few minutes vasanth came outside... I called my md and gave to vasanth... He spoke very soft and gently to him... After that he started shouting on me... How told you to wait here... This is offense to stay more than 5 mins in bank... You are not my customer.. So y i have to give respect to you.. And so many words he had loosen from his tongue
                                      .. So i don't know how he is surviving as bank manager by having like this rude behaviour... I am not at all going to leave this matter.. I want to make a complaint on this.. So please take necessary action against him

                                        Hi,

                                        I've applied for a credit card 16 days ago. Till date, i can't check the application status online. My application number is A[protected] & has taken all the documents, photo & it papers. Neither the bank representative called nor i got any message from bank about the status.

                                        RD maturity amount is not credited automatically to my linked account. So I have tried online banking but there is no such option to withdraw.
