Its almost been over 3 years since i left my last job and from that time im trying to deactivate my account because of that im facing lots of problems like im not able to use imobile app and so on as im using my other icici account i visited icici bank did several documentation and here im still [censored]ing the same issue whenever try to use imobile app it shows (Sba[protected] which is no longer in use kindly help me deactivate this account because this one which im using currently ends with 8418

    My slef is karunakar modem, i have taken gold loan 380000/- at madanapally brach bank icici. While taking loan i have given all the details like phone number and permanent address and aadhar card and email also. But here the problem is when i visit bank to pay my loan interest, to the bank does not have any information that i have taken a loan.

    It does not maintain any records and files with my name and i was shocked by hearting all these and finaly they would say that gold is auctioned without any kind of information or intimation.

    Here i would like to raise a complaint against that, why it was not maintained my contact details and why it was not informed before auctioned

      Hi my name is vikram hora, i am a customer of icici bank. I hold 2 accounts with icici bank.
      I opened icici bank account long back and it was a salary account.
      And when i opened these account the executive opened dmat account as well stating that its a free account and it will never be charged.
      Now in the month of september icici deducted ₹1200 from one of the account. I have not operated these accounts since years. I just use them to pay emi and icici credit card payment.
      First of all bank doesn’t hold any right to deduct any charges without prior notice to the customer.
      I am going to right to consumer court about this.
      Because bank doesn’t provide any solution and they say you are liable to pay charges.

      the same thing has happened with me. the day my salary was credited, within one hour they deducted some maintenance charges of 539 rupees along with 21 rs interest.
      there is no person available in any of the branch to help with this.
      they keep on asking us to go to other branch.
      even the customer care is useless they do not provide any correct information.
      even i am stuck till now in this.

        I have applied for a personal loan from ICICI bank nearly 3 weeks back.
        The loan amount got approved & confirmed by the loan department.
        I was also asked to send a scanned copy of a signed cancelled cheque, which i did the same day I got the call.

        Till date the loan amount has not been disbursed. I have tried contacting the relationship manager Mr. Nagaraj, via phone call & email, but did not get a response. The loan status is still in progress & I am not getting any concrete information from the bank.

        Please can any responsible person tell me what is happening with this???

        Moreover there is no sense of responsibility from the so called relationship manager also... This is seriously not accepted from such a reputed organization.

          I am also verified on department of registration & stamps
          Government of maharashtra (http://www.igrmaharashtra.gov.in) and aslo verified stamp and registration assistance through helpline information maharastra (Sarthi) in call center. Mtr-6 challan is valid.

          I am paid proper stamp duty as per article 6 (1) of schedule 1 of maharashtra stamp act. (Loan amt 0.20% duty paid on[protected] in mtr-6 challan.
          Bankers is mtr-6 challan not accepted ask me for only e-sbtr challan is valid.

          Already mail to icici bank ceo and many more
          But no any respond

          Now my deal is cancelled by seller for late payment there for i am ask to bank must pay compensate of rs.10, 00, 000/- (Immediately)

          Compensate amount for loss of my money, time and interest.

              I have made credit card payment of rs.4545/- towards my d. L. Ed course fee to nios on 30th september 2017. So accordingly money got debited from my credit card but at the same time message came from eazypay icici bank stating that my transaction got failed and the amount has been credited to beneficairy nios. But till now i have not got my money back in my account.
              I have also marked email to eazypay team... But not got any reply yet... This is very bad and fraud customer service i ever had faced. Thay are simply fooling the people and doing frauds.
              They have not mentioned any contact number for customer complaints.
              If any one have eazypay icici bank contact number the please share with me.

                I have purchased two money multiplier bonds in my daughters name ishla vide bond holder no. 5335-598 & distictive no.[protected] & 5335-598 & distictive no.[protected] each face value of rs.50000 on 28.04.1999. At the time of issuance i resided at 900 d. A. Flats gulabi bagh, delhi-110007. Even after passing 5 months i have not received their maturity amounts perhaps due to the fact that i have changed address to vp-104 c maurya enclave pitam pura delhi-34. The payment cheques might have been sent to the previous address. I admit that i have not received them till date. Further my daughter who used to be minor then has became major. Please issue release amount in favour of rajesh kumar, as she is still under my guardianship being her biological father.

                  The bank has debited mab charges to the extent of around rs 26000/- without any reminders... No sms, no mail, no phonecalls, no physical letters. The branch manager reversed just about rs 4600/-, this after we were told by him that he will try for full reversal except for taxes. If even just an sms had come as reminder we would have replenished the account.
                  We only have option to complain to the ombudsman now.

                    Dear icici, how can you deduct money from my account without notifying me? Today i was just checking transactions of my account and found that rs there are multiple transactions where dp charges have been deducted from my account. At the time of opening demat account you guys have mentioned clearly that there are no charges for demat account and it is absolutely free.

                    Request you to kindly return my money back. I am loosing trust on icici bank whether my money is safe here or not.

                    And its not just once or twice, so many transactions are there. I need proper refund back.
                    Please look into this.

                      Icici credit card team decided to issue me lounge access card which i have not yet received. To my surprise after a few months i get a bill stating that i have used the lounge in goa (3rd march, 2017) which i did not visit around that time and charged me some inr 7, 000.

                      On informing them these are fraudulent charges as:
                      1- i did not visit goa around that time
                      2- i did not receive any msg or intimation
                      3- i did not sign any bill or invoice
                      4- i am getting a statement on charges after 4 months of its usage

                      Despite, repeated attempts neither the officials have presented a valid proof nor have they reverted the charges.

                      One advice to all don't fall into the trap of these freebies as neither they are free nor do banks have any control on their usage as there is no authentication required.

                        I am vengadesh. I made online payment for nios admission for this site http://dled.nios.ac.in. rs.4545 has been deducted from my visa debit card of karur vysya bank on 30 september 2017.
                        But there is no response update or confirmation from eazypay icici bank ltd. Still it asks for payment.
                        I communicate with my bank, they told the amount is transferred to eazypay icici bank ltd.
                        And i also communicate with the education institute but they didn't receive amount.
                        I am unaware where the amount gone.
                        Can you please clarify about the deducted amount?
                        Please help me for this issue. Looking forward to hear from you.

                        I would like to chat with eazypay icici bank ltd but there is no phone number.
                        Please look the matter seriously, other wise i have to pay the fees again which is very difficult for me to arrange another 4545.00 rupees.

                          I am having saving account no[protected] with your rajarampuri kolhapur branch. On 2nd sep 2017 my account was debited online by rs. 531.00 from google which was not generated by me. I immediately logged complaint about this transaction to customer care (Sr[protected] and at rajarampuri kolhapur branch. But still the said amount not credited my account.

                          I have many times called to icici bank customer care and they said if you shared your rupay debit card with any other then they debit from your account without any intimation or otp. And asked about my dispute complaint, reply from customer care your request is open.

                          My questions are belows..

                          1. How to get exact status of dispute (Sr[protected]
                          2. Third party how to debit from my account without any intimation or verification
                          3. As per customer care says, i have blocked my debit card (Visa) and generated new debit card (Coral) but from bank side charges debited to my account amount of rs. 499 + gst.
                          4. Bank how to allows access to google for debiting from my account

                          Please look into this matter immediately and credit the same amount in my account asap.

                            I have sent the documents for claim of bonds and it has been more than six months since i sent the bonds and other documents for claim. I have asked the status via email and now they are not even responding to my emails which they initially did and confirmed the receipt of the documents. There is no other way of communication with the authorities as they do not have branch office nor they share the contact numbers for bonds section. The customer care executive have asked me to write a letter and i have done that too but of no use.

                              My Self Pramod M Mahalpure applied Education Loan from State Bank of India for My daughter and received message from State Bank for my CYBIL report ICICI Bank demanded of Rs. 4950/- .

                              Myself already broken that Credit Card in front of your officers on 2002/2003 at Nirala Bajar Aurangabad -

                              Now I don't know the Credit Card Number & Request you to reverse the amount which are showing from 2002 almost 15 years ago.

                              I got messages / Phone Calls from your bank for new credit card but no one says outstanding is due at my end/

                              I hope Credit Card Department will reverse the same so that my CYBIL report pending remark will clear .

                                  I have a demat account in icici bank for long time. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is two debit transaction ' in[protected] dp chgs
                                  Till dec-16' - rs. 505.62/dmc/in[protected] dp c
                                  Hgs till aug-17 - rs. 1, 711.00. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.                                     I have transferred to pune, maharstra. I need to change the communication address from guna (Mp) to pune (Mh).
                                    I have visited to the nearest icici bank branch, which is at balewadi high street, pune.
                                    Staff (Lady sitting at front desk) is so pathetic that after 2 branch visit and 3 months i am not able to change the communication address, and i am suffering.

                                    Visit no-1: i have visited branch at around 5:45 pm, i asked to icici executive that i want to change the communication address and here is my address proof. Executive was hurry to leave the branch and suggest to change the same by internet banking. I have tried to change online but it was not allowed.

                                    Wrong information provided by executive because he was hurry to leave.

                                    Visit no - 2: i had visited again on 12th of this month at around 11 am, a lady was sitting in front desk. I have asked her that i need to change communication address and i was in hurry as i had appointment at embassy for visa, but she was kept talking to over phone for long time.
                                    When she got free i had repeated and shown the id proof and address proof. But she told that rent agreement is not valid document.
                                    I asked her that it is registered rent agreement. She was adamant and asked me to provide me passport, electricity bill, aadhar card type address proof only.
                                    Since i have transferred here and staying in rented property. So cant provide anything other than rent agreement, that is why i have registered it rather than notary.
                                    After lot of argument i have made a call to phone banking officer. He said rent agreement is valid document. I have made to talk to that lady. She told them i cant talk to you please get me your senior officer to talk to me. Senior officer also asked her to accept this but she denied saying you email me for accepting this. They have done also i guess but she again denied. Long conversation got finished and i was clueless.
                                    At last she told me that phone banking people don't know anything.
                                    Again, after wasting 2 hours i came back without any result or clue even.

                                    Please let me know what should a professional should do. Since i used to get transfer after almost every 2-3 years.

                                      On 12/06/2017 i made 5 (Five) transactions from icici bank through internet banking for the payment made to guru gobind singh indraprastha university towards admission. Out of these 5 (Five) transactions i had been refunded for 4 (Four) transactions and left 1 (One) transaction unpaid for rs. 1002.89.

                                      For this amount of rs. 1002.89 i am continuously following-up with my bank, icici and every time a standard reply is being given to me that is "your complaint is under process".

                                      You will also see that almost 4 months has been passed and the above said amount is not refunded to me.

                                      I request you to please direct the concerned bank to refund my amount urgently.
