Your sales person told me while opening the account that it is absolutely free, but today i came to know that from my icici account, 59 rs. Deducted (Dmc/[protected]/dp chgs till aug-17) from my icici savings account.

It is kind of cheating your customer which is shame for company like you. Refund it urgently or else i will share this grievance to appellate authority too.

    I received a message from icici bank on 26/09/2017 @ 9.33 am saying by card has been temporarily blocked for security reasons be patience our representative will assist you shortly to unblock your debit card. I received a call from a guy claiming to be from icici bank. The person had all my details, like address, where i work, my debit card number etc. Within 15 minutes 3 fraudulent transactions were made using my debit card accounting to total of rs.23000/-.

    How did this person get all my details?

The big issue is the bank persons sent this month due payment statement. With out having and without using credit card, how can i pay the amount. So when will i get that card.               Hi sir,

              My name is venkeswara rao.

              Few days back i applied for load. Loan department persons called me and tell that we are giving 13% rate of interest and total processing fee is giving back. And there are no hidden extra charges. They tell like this.

              Then i said ok and send me confirmation mail.
              But they sanctioned load amount without any confirmation call with 13.5 % rate of interest and also they charged some extra amount. Without any proper documents submission and without confirmation call/mail how they sanctioned loan amount.
              I am not agreed to this. I said i am ok with 13% without any extra charges. But they sanctioned 13.5 % rate of interest without any confirmation.
              Please take serious action to this and cancel my load amount.
              I am not interested any more to take. I want to proceed on this legally.

                My mobile number is receiving transaction alerts but cannot receive any otps or use the mobile app or even generate a pin for my new account because i get the message that my mobile number is not registered. The branch says to contact customer care and of course the customer care prompts require you to input your debit card pin which i cannot generate. Why am i getting tranaction alerts but also the message that my mobile is not registered on net banking?

                Please resolve this asap. I have already mailed the care email but please get back to me urgently at fernandosdesign (At) gmail (Dot) com

                  I have a demat account in icici bank for 2 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jul-17.

                  When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. This is a fraud case...

                          I am not able to avail the offer of buy one and get one movie ticket offer on bookmyshow.

                          I have tried all the possibilities and several times with specified time band which was being mentioned by the customer care team and i am not able to avail this offer right from the issuance of my coral (Master card platinum) credit card. There must something which needs to be checked with credit card department to make the offer applicable on my card

                            This is surender and i am working in mnc as process engineer. I have salary account in icici bank with credit card too. I had the threatening call from icici bank customer care. Incident happen on 26.09.2017 with three consecutive calls from the icici customer care number [protected] and last call from this number [protected]. (Icici lombard lombard chennai)

                            I get call from icici credit card customer care with name as sangeetha (Not sure with the name) regarding medical care coverage of 6 lakhs with 350/month as emi and payable 2 yerars. Her talking way is not good and she is not fit for the job named as customer care.

                            As a customer they want to rectify our query but she don"t have knowledge about that.. How the bank taking them without knowledge.

                            Finally, she told the plan is activated amount will be detected from your credit card and it converted as emi. (How can the customer care personnel approving the plan without getting approval from the customer)

                            I want to know how she threatening to approving the plan without get permission from the customer. Respective department shall take the corrective action regarding this malfuntion.

                              I have a demat account from icici bank, couple of years back when i was about to close this account i was promised from the representative that if i pay rs.700 or rs.1000 (I dont remember exactly now) there wont be any annual maintenance charges for this demat account.                               ICICI falsely charges hidden charges. I opened an account and they made me sign up for demat account saying it's free of cost depsite telling them I don't use it. After a year I was charged Rs.865 for it. Have been following up for a month in this with no revert. Terrible way of making money and horrible service.

                                      With the immense pain i have to write this email i am really fed up the quality of services you guys offered to your customer. I am holding a icici credit card (No. 4375 xxxx xxxx 9008). I am facing issue with the invoice number [protected]. The current outstanding due on my account is rs. 21, 716.11 for the september month out of which i have made a transaction of rs 39, 000on. Unnecessary charges have been levied on my credit card and i am fail to understand why the unnecessary charges has been applied on my card. I have issue with the charges of rs.2198.69.
