I applied personal loan through agent and they confirmed that interest rate will be 10.99, specially they said like they taken approval by icici bank. This whole incident happen like this, one of agent executive visited to sign off agreement documents and didn't confirm interest rate and even i didn't ask as it was already confirmed by them over phone call. While apply for ipo through icici internet banking it shows error that "this feature is currently under maintenance. Request you to visit the nearest asba enabled branch to submit your application. Apologies for the inconvenience caused".

I checked by using other browser but same error occured.

Also i had applied for ipo before but never seen this error before.

I did my transaction of rs. 1124 to my sc bank credit card on 5th sept.
Till date of 12th sept is not yet received by sc bank.
I contact icici bank customer care so many times but didn't get any reply.
I am paying penalty to sc bank for late credit card payment.

I got a call from icici card services, they asked my card details for give reward points. I shared my card details, after otp received.in that message shows amount transfer to quantum en. I didn't shared my otp to him. I blasted him & disconnected the call.

I have paid fees of my of rs 4545 through eazypay.com website on12th sep 2017 by my sbi debitt card but transaction was fail with transaction pos no[protected], but dl. Complain about hp petrol pump not using icici swipe machine.
I have gone to hp petrol pump & fill a pump but owner is swipe a card to other machine.

Why customer bear a extra pay. Because icici bank machine swipe a card no extra charges. But other machine swipe a card extra charge is paying by customer.

Pls take a action& instruct to your collaboration with hp using a icici bank swipe machine....

Sir,
I always maintain my account (My account number[protected] with sufficient money. On 8th sep also my account having money as per your conditions. But icici bank deducted money unnecessarily from my account. More than 700 rs deducted from my account. If they didn't return my money. I'm ready to close my account and return my credit card. I have submitted a cheque in your meham (Icic0003825) branch on 23rd august.
But till day (11th sept) the cheque was not clear. When i asked this, your bank officers didn't tell me the truth for delay the cheque.

I have applied for a credit card in icici bank 3 weeks before. Verification has been completed but till date i didn't receive any update of the card.
What is the status?

I am really disappointed. There is no direct customer care call channel for this to check the status. The icici person with whose help i have registered the card is not responding to my mails and calls. Its really a horrible experience...

I am shocked and devastated to know the scrupulous method icici bank is pertaining to loot their customers in the name of anw charges. Non of the government run banks are into this practice.

I was really taken aback when i saw a charge of rs:245/-and a gst charge of rs:44.10 to a cash transaction of rs:49, 000/- which i deposited in my wife’s icici bank account on the 16/08/2017.

I dont how but my icici bank account has been debited thrice for air tickets from my account, the tickets which i neither i had booked nor received. I have complained the issue with concerned bank.
According to them i might have tried to book tkts online during which the Session must have expired due to time taken and my details must have been captured by the official site of jet airways In whose account my money is being transfered....
