Hi team

I have already informed your team to deactivate the demat account as i really don't have time on weekdays to go your office and close the same, however, again as soon as the amount debited to my icici account, you guys have just credited the same. Ref # [protected] dp chgs till aug-17

How you guys can charge unnecessary in the name of service or whatever charges when i am not availing those service.

I want the whole amount which you people deducted from my account from the initial stage.

At the time of opening the account, it was free then how you guys can deduct rs 822.60 as well as i did not even get the message for the same, it was very smartly deducted without any notification and intimidation.

Need the money back and solution for the same on priority.

    I applied for a salary account in icic bank, when i was fooled by there false promises. It's been than 50 days when i filed for the account opening. And yet my account is not activated yet. My two (2) months salary is stuck in the account which i'm unable to withdraw. After complaining to a 2nd manager and the head of the salary team, i still see no hope. My call is not answered, my messages are not replied. I am unable to go to medical services since i cannot pay the bill. I am clueless since i've complained to a 2nd manager also.

    Please do not indulge in any business with icici. So far this company is the worst i have ever come across with.

    What would you do, if your 2 months salary is stuck because of the bank's ignorance towards customer service?

    I have done a transaction through eazy pay on 21/09/17, for the payment of course fee for NIOS D.El.Ed.The amount is not recived by nios, it shows that payment not made.but the amount of Rs4545 has been deducted from my account.i sent mail to icici bank about this problem.but they did not response.what should i do now?

      debit card fees charged twice

      Hi

      My old debit card was going to expire in september 2017 and it was broken also, so i decided to block that card before it expires.

      I applied for a new unifare debit card and a debit transaction of rs 299.00 + 26.91 + 26.91 with title 'unifare mmrc platinum jfee' took place, which as the name suggests is the joining fees of the card. This fee is okay with me.

        Issues as below.


        1) we received late (More than 20 days) icici bank kit on our register address.

        2) 3 times curious service didnt delivered our bank kit and pin number to our register address and took 3 week more for same.. We have to make lost of call to get this kit.

        3) when we complaint to branch they reply us to we register complaint to our head office against curious company. (Pls verify our complaint history).

        4) after it same situation occurs again.

        5) we personally visited branch and collect bank kit / pin details. We took a leave from our busy scheduled from working day and visit the branch.

        6) when we open kit we received inquire card instead of atm card. At the opening time we clearly told to executive that we require individual atm for both director.
        Still we received inquire card which no use for us at that time. So why this thing happen? Its fault from icici branch end not from our end.

        7) we complaint it again for atm card so branch insist us to come to branch and fill the form. We can not do complaint online and resolved our issue.
        Because of this issue we could not full fill our one or two commitment to our customer and face loss of 12000 rupees for damaging our credibility in market.
        But branch insist us to come branch and fill form again with require proof. We go to branch in working day and our left our work pending and fill require document at branch.

        8) now gst comes in market so i tried to pay my pending bill before 1 july from corporate account. But when i tried to do on line payment on 30 june, i received attached error "you can not transact at this time. Please contact the bank for further information.". So i call to customer care tried to resolved this issue. Customer care replied me that your inquire card was blocked so that you could not do transaction at this time.
        So i said how it possible, i didnt received atm yet and why my inquire card block also why branch did not inform me for same thing that your card would be block or not received and notification on sms or email.
        So finally i could not do the payment and faced 50000 penalty as damaged of credibility. I did online complaint for not informing correct details form branch and executive. Please verify complain history.

        9) again atm card delivery issue occurred. Again atm curried did not delivered at my register address. So again visit branch to collect atm in working day.

        10) so i have new atm and pin but i cant not register/activate on line. So again i tried to contact customer care but cc replied that they can not activate your atm from here, we need to visit branch.
        So again we visited branch and activated atm card in working days and loosing our business. Please let me know the meaning of online banking? Bank send me atm on my register address with pin details but still i am not able to activate it online.

        11) after activate i tried to do transaction. Again facing same issue "you can not transact at this time. Please contact the bank for further information.". So that again contact to branch and complain about this.
        So that branch executive and executive told us to visit nearest icicic atm and do any translation like balance check or change password. So that i reached to nearest branch at sindhu bhavan road and check balance and change password.
        Before going i got surety from branch executive and executive that this is last time after it your account will be activated and no other issue occurred in future. Just call us back once i did transaction by atm.
        But as usual i again i faced same issue while online first transaction. So that i again contact to branch because bank online service dont have access. One thing if it not help customer then why it online banking?
        Now branch told me that now the issue is your atm card back side grid is disable so that i m not able to do transaction. Please let me know is this my fault?
        Again branch executive forced me to come branch and solve your issue.

        Still we visit the branch and contact to branch manager. But worst manager i have seen in any bank yet. He is not ready to listen our complain and not ready to accept branch mistake and also not ready to give in writing that we are facing issue or not give reply of our complaint. He told me that your account will be closed by us. We dont have issue with that so please go ahead. Because branch manager or any executive dont know the real issue by checking back office configuration of my account and just doing try and error and harass customer.

        12) after 4/5 days received call from branch executive. Executive told me to send email with error screen shot to her and corporate. [protected]@icicibank.com. So i sent mail to her and corporate care. But as expected icici can not help me without harass me. Again they insist to come branch and fill the form to enable/activate atm grid. Is this my issue so why should i go to branch again and again and fill the form?

        14) again and again that issue occur due to untrained branch management and staff, we are facing multiple and frequently issue. After 6 month my atm still not activated and still i am not able to do online transaction.

        So time we visit branch in heavy rain and facing so much issue. Branch executive just relax and told us to visit branch but they don't know customer have other issue or deliverable.

        Due to this issues we faced more than 1, 00, 000 rs amount loss in our business and credibility.

        We are facing multiple issue at online and at branch. Worst service faced here only. We have account in other bank also but this branch provide worst service.

        We don't like to visit again branch so that close our account and stop this non sense service provided by branch/bank.

          Very worst service was given at teller counter. Customers have to wait for an hour to deposit cash. The bank uses female staff to do teller work and other counters are free no one at other counters as tge bank has 2 teller counters. The staff takes much time and deposits cash first of the people who comes later and donot take care of the people who are already standing in a long queue. Please take care of this thing and solve the problem of the customers

            I rajnish kumar. I am having credit card of icici bank (Credit card number 4375xxxxxxxx8)

            I have purchase a goods of rs 28900 on 23rd july 2017. But somehow i unable to pay dues on time. I called icici customer care for consulting what interest rate should they levied on me if i not paid dues. They told me that i will be charged 3.4% interest rate.

            Then i proceed with minimum amount payment rs 1450 as customer care advise me.

            Please find attachment of my credit card statement. I have gone through the statement that i feel bank charge me rs 1989 interest rate which is too much as i calculated.

            (28900x3.4) / 100 = rs 982.6

            Another charge without my pre information they include auto debit fees rs 578. But i have paid minimum amount to credit card department. Then how can they levy rs 578 to me.

            Last but not the least without prior nootice or information credit card department made a charge rs 500 extra for amount exceeding above rs 30, 000.

              Complaint regn # sr[protected]... Till now nobody has responded either by mail or by call...
              I need a clarification on term "interest charges" when i have 100% auto debit standing instruction with icici bank, and that too, i was having "more than enough" money in my account when compared to my credit card bill. Though i called customer care, they were transferring my call from credit card section to nri section... And nri section back to credit card section.. And then again to some other section??!!! Thanks.

                      I had purchased a motorola mobile phone, model - moto g5s plus (Lunar grey, 64gb), order number[protected], order date - 10 september 2017 from amazon for inr 15, 999. While purchasing the product i
                      Had selected the 24 months emi option but i received the statement from icici asking to make full payment. I suppose there is some error somwhere regarding not updating or informing about the emi to the # bank that is icici. Though i have received an email confirmation from your end regarding the same and i have already escalated the same to icici but they are still not ready to accept.

                      Amazon has been very kind and helpful to me in this matter till date, so i would again request you to kindly please liaise with the bank and sort out this issue please as you are as big as icici. Me being a common man i am not able to fight with them in this case as they are not listening to my problem.

                      An employee of icici credit card dept whos name is vinay was the worst person i have spoken to in my correspondence with icici.

                      Though i have received an email confirmation and text message confirmation from icici for the other product which is mentioned in the above messege from amazon costing rupees 19, 996 casio digital multi-colour dial unisex smart watch-sw002 (Wsd-f10rg) with order id #[protected] has been converted into 24 months emi. Mr. Vinay of icici very bluntly told me that this will also be removed from the emi scheme.

                      I request you to kindly help me out in this case please.

                        My complaint remains unresolved and unattended. How come you(whoever concerned) mark it as resolved. Notification to the ICICI bank customer support does not resolve the issue. It remains open and unresolved as long as I do not receive a call or mail providing a solution to the problem in hand.
                        How long does it take to address a customer issue? I have been waiting forever to find a solution to my problem. Please ICICI, kindly help me. Customer friendly is what every brand advertises and if we expect it I don't think we are doing anything wrong.

                              While browsing the consumer court site, i can see numerous such instances. This is a clear case of loot that icici bank is doing on its customers. Any kind of fee or service charges should be clear and transparent to the customers.

                              I want a clear explanation to this and also any other kind of such loots that might be imposed in future.

                              I want my money to be credited into my a/c which they have deducted from my saving a/c

                                I have a fast tag and cross the badarpur border in delhi on my way to faridabad for which the toll is rs 38/- per day valid for 24 hrs. The fast tag usually works well and an amount of rs 25/- and rs 13/- gets deducted everyday. However there are several times that the system keeps deducting rs 25/- for every trip. Several complaints made on the customer care of icici have not helped except piling up of complaint numbers. They do not even have an e mail id for the fast tag customers where complaints can be lodged. Making a complaint on phone takes forever and the same explanation has to be given every time.

                                Would appreciate if this could be looked into urgently as there is a monetary loss happening.

                                  Dear icici bank,
                                  I am facing issue of correcation in name on my account, my name in account is spelled as wadakar and my actual name where all my documents are wadkar.in this regards icici bank staff needs gazette copy but as per my understanding gazette copy is provided as and only when there is change in name but here i just want to correct my account name for this little correction they need gazette copy, which seems to be funny whereas in other public and co-operative banks they dont need gazete in such case.in this world of digitalisation please grow up and stop harassing. Hope i will receive some positive revert.

                                    Hi team,

                                    We submitted pan card and aadhar card six months back for linking with my father's account in icici bank. My father's second name spelling is "shishodia", whereas it is mentioned as "sishodia" in the account. While sumitting the documents, we asked several times whether the surname spelling mismatch would create a problem, but the bank officials said its not a problem, and they didnt guide us for the correction procedure. Just few days back, we got to know that only the pan card details got linked whereas aadhar was yet not linked. I tried linking aadhar with this account but because of mismatch in letters, it doesn't update.
                                    Either the bank should update the correction in spelling, or it should link aadhar the way it has updated pan card with the correct spelling name.

                                      These transactions are fraud...
                                      I have never initiated these transactions...
                                      Upon expiry of old credit card validity i recently received new credit card having same number at my residence... I am still awaiting for pin of this new card...
