Hi, i have a credit card and cpp plan has been activated for the card. I have been calling the cpp customer care team[protected] /[protected] to cancel this plan for last 10 days from my registered mobile number and i am giving all the details to them but they are saying my address is not matching from their records although i have tried all my possible addresses. Also i have mentioned them my banking profile address to them but they are refusing my request and saying i am not a verified customer. I don't know what address they have put in that column. It's really troublesome for me. This incident has a negative impact on me for cpp plan as well as for using credit card in near future. I have also planned to cancel my credit card. I am also calling icici helpline and this number is also not reachable. As of now i did not get any solution for this problem. Please help me.

    I was trying to transfer my amount through neft.. I tried 3 times and its locked now.. I cross chked every time and grid value was totally right but still its locked. May i know the reason why. Right now i m out of country and i need to transfer amount right now i cant wait.. Your servies are really pathetic.. I hve never faced such situation with any other back.. Activate it right now otherwise cllose my bank account now.. My account no[protected]

      My requirements are:
      1. Reactivate my account as requested in the attached form
      2. Update my contact details as per the address provided in the salary account six months bank statement attached.
      3. Update my mobile number for otp as per the contact update form attached.
      References:
      1. Service requests numbers: sr[protected], sr[protected], sr[protected], sr[protected]

      2. Registered complaints through grievances cell in icici nri website – level 1 & 2 – neither acknowledged nor responded.

      3. Chain of emails sent to [protected]@icicibanck.com and customer care phone call recording messages can be archived.

      4. Attached documents: (12 files)
      A) request letter
      B) passport and qatar permit – id (2 files)
      C) contact update form
      D) activate dormant account request form
      E) company id and company contact (2 files)
      F) address proof – qatar local - doha bank six months bank statement and current statement of salary accounts, credit card latest statement with present address (3 files)
      G) all the dhl tracking records. (2 files)

      My below latest email to level-2 icici grievance and complaints registration can give a brief picture on my issue:

      It is very sad and pain on seeing the ugly behaviors of icici customer care representative and the supervisors. Yesterday and for the past one month whenever i talked to them i received promises which were not kept. Recording of my conversations are well evident to proof all the ugly behaviors icici. Even my complaints registered in grievances page of icici website also neither acknowledged nor addressed until now.

      Meantime i'm really surprised on listening that my problem not resolved due to my bank statements of 3 months not submitted.

      First i clarified many times by phone and as advised in earlier email i additionally submit the requested bank statement for address proof. Neither there is advise to have 3 months statement nor i see amy requirements for 3 months statement to update my contact details.

      Almost five service requests registered with 10 documents submitted... One month tracking on regular basis with irresponsible customer care team... Even on 10th oct 2017 around 10 to 10.30 pm 3 times kept hold on phone by rep finally failed to get supervisor online... Promised to call back... I too booked call back... All on vain. With this icici deaf and dumb customer service....

      I need immediate interference from management on my requests..

      Finally... Until now neither my issues resolved nor responded...

            Money counting (Sound) was in process, due to power cut, cash was not delivered but amount gets deducted. No ups or generator facility available,

            I am a customer of icici bank

            I am using axis bank atm located at shailaja apt, shantiniketan colony chowk, prasad mangal karyalaya marg, gangapur road, nasik - maharashtra

            On 11/10/2017 around 6:50 pm to 7 pm in the evening i had used axis bank atm in nasik
            For money withdrawal but the txn got failed due to power cut while the cash withdrawal (Counting) was under process.

            I had to withdraw rs. 10000 but i did not get the money, i didn't get the money but my icici account was debited.

            As power failure i did not received any slip to check transaction id and atm id

            I already logged the complaint via phone to customer care -

            It's been 2 days I reported a complaint via email to "customer.[protected]@icicibank.com"

            As per auto generated email they said will attend this in 2 business days.

            2 days are about to over now but I didn't received any mail or call for my complaint so as i can make sure that the complaint is under progress or not

            I didn't received any message for service request

            they ask me to note down service request

            what kind of process is this

            i logged a complaint via call to phone banking officer on 11 th october and have not yet received any mail or message for service request

            how i can authenticate that my complaint is under progress

            the only assurance is that i can see service status in my bank app on mobile or on website when i log in to bank account

                I'm really not sure what's wrong with icici bank. Without inviting me or without confirmation from me they have reactivated my credit card and i got the bill of 28 which i did not used. I don't have the car with me i broke it on through it into dump. I don't have any idea what to do to deactivate this card. Even i cannot call phone banking. This is really disturbing and i hate icici for what they have done.

                  I mr sanjay keny had purchase icici safety bonds-february 2001 (Children growth bond) for the amount of rs.5000. My application form no. Was a 1612084 (Folio no.0641013) against which i have not been provided the certificate which is due for matuarity in 2017.

                        I took a icici travel card from india while travelling to uae... For the last 3 days i am unable to withdraw cash from any atm.. When contacted the customer service team they seem to have no clue of the reason and keep asking me to wait while the team checks.. It's been 3 days i am in a foreign country without being able to withdraw my own money... This is ridiculous... To top it they have reduced the withdrawal limit to 500aed stating security reason while i was told that the duly limit is 7000 aed..                             I had made a on-line transaction for the payment of west bengal govt. Land mutationon charges, dated 10/10/2017, through government receipt portal system with icici net banking..
                            Transaction details is as follows:

                            online payment via govt. Receipt portal system
                            bank reference no:[protected]
                            govt. Reference no:[protected]
                            transaction date and time:10/10/2017 18:26:08
                            chalan amount :1320/-

                            this amount debited from account, but i can't download the e-chalan (Govt. Receipt).
                            the govt. Portal shows :
                            "transaction pending. Payment not reported by the bank. Please contact the bank".
                            Or
                            "problem occurred during the transaction between bank site and grips. Please check name and value of the parameters, value could not be blank or null."

                            I had already mailed a complaint with icici bank. Till now nobody has approched me regarding the issue. Do the need full immediatelty.

                              Dear sir: we are very much aware that the banking institution is run for good customer service / relations vis-a-vis profitability, growth and expansion of the bank. Being served for 40 years and retired from a prestigious govt. Of india organization, it is very disappointing to see the teenagers handling the desk in an inappropriate and callous manner of discriminating the customer do not augur well with any banking institution. They are not aware of their responsibility but also tarnishing the image of a bank. Victimizing and punishing an ignorant individual staff for their folly is not our purpose. But certainly, the higher echelon of the banking institution can circulate a general purpose notification regarding the grievances and dis-satisfaction of some customers so that the staff becomes aware and act in a responsible manner in handling customers without any bias towards them.

                              I tried 3/4 time on your phone banking but it seems they r in hurry.                                 I was supposed to transfer 9000rs to my friend account holding with hdfc bank. Due to human typing error i mistaken in last 4 digit of account number and transferred fund to an incorrect account number of the same hdfc bank and the fund of rs.9000/-have been credited to that account [protected] instead of my friend account [protected]. The account details of fund transferred are given below for your reference. The amount was transferred on 10th october 2017 around 9 pm. We have to clear our cheque, but your raman branch has no clearing cheque option and we have to go talwandi sabo branch, then why you opened your raman branch.                                     I am an icici bank account holder since november, 2014 and i have been regularly using it since then. But on 09th october, 2017, a total amount of rs. 683 (Approximately) was deducted from my sb a/c without any prior intimation or notice. I did not get any notification on my registered mobile number as well. Yesterday, when i went to withdraw some cash from the atm, i saw that the same made in my account on the previous day. The deduction was made in 2 parts namely, igst2017100 for rs. 104.22 and then smab chgs a for rs. 579.00, which totals to rs. 683.22. I was given no notice or no intimation on why this was deducted. I have been depositing money in my account all through this time but still a reputed organization like icici bank decided to do this with customers like us who have been a loyal customer of the same for almost 3 years now.

                                      Few days ago i got this email from icici saying that i can use my debit card to buy things through installments. So i bought lots of stuffs from flipkart, through icici debit card emi method. The complete amount has been deducted from my account now. And it's been almost a week now, the amount hasn't been converted into emi and i haven't gotten the amount back.
                                      Now i have almost no money in my account and it's making me struggle to go through my everyday life. Icici seems to be very careless about my complaint and taking their own time to give a proper response or solution for my issue. Whenever i call their customer care, they forward the call from one person to another and make me wait while doing that till all the currency in my phone gets over. Emails doesn't seems to be helping either. Just crappy automated messages.
                                      I would request icici to not to play around with customers money such that effects their lifestyle in bad way. I wouldn't even had made those purchase if not for that emi on debit card facility. Now am struggling to lead my daily life by trusting icici.

                                        Icici loan agents approaching you saying, the loan process is so easy and transparent. And they even tell you that the processing fee can be waived off and loan can be disbursed within 3-4 days. All this lies they vomit in front of you just for their commission (Easy money).

                                        Bank managers calling you to inform that the loan is sanctioned, but for you to avail the money, you need to opt for the insurance, which is 2.5% of the loan value (In our case 15000 insurance amount). When asked can i not opt for the insurance? The manager told its mandatory. Actually when enquired with icici loan department, they have told that the insurance is optional. The greedy manager may be increase his score rating or for the insurance commission he has misguided, perhaps i should be using the word 'cheated' rather than 'misguided'.

                                        Please note these are notorious people with notorious ideas.

                                        Dear icici please refrain form employing such people within your organization. We were doing business with icici form the past decade and have done huge transactions. But now with these kind of actions, i would like to really rethink about doing my transactions via this channel.
