I am Kaustav Sarkar ICICI bank account number[protected] have an issue with Credit card. Before 2 months ago a bank executive called me for credit card. I told him if he arrange for a personal then I will take. He agreed & come with a loan person for signature in form both credit card & personal loan. After 2 days loan person called me & told that your loan application has rejected. Then I called to credit card person to cancel my Credit card application. He told me that not possible. After some days the credit card has reached in my office but I refused to take the card. Today I noticed that the bill generated for credit card Rs.227.86. Why the bill generated please clarify. Also take action with the Credit card person who from Kankurgachi branch.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    This is Chaitanya Thammisetti, holding an ICICI saving b/a :[protected]. My complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges, that bank has debited from my account without any communication in this regard. ICICI bank is simply debiting amount from my account. I get monthly statements, but I have never got any information about the policy changes. I think ICICI bank is not even following the guidelines mentioned by RBI. Generally they take the average for a quarter to check the minimum balance but suddenly they changed without any information send to us (customers).

    Please find the below details for all the transactions made by bank. I tried to get in touch with the manager but they say we can't do anything about this.

    Please take some action against this bank for not complying RBI standards / guidelines.
    If they are unable to rectify this issue, I will discontinue relation with ICICI Bank.

        Hi,

        Recently i have brought CIBIL records where i have seen that Two records are submitted incorrectly.I am not belonging the these two records.
        1. ICICI BANK shows its TWO-WHEELER LOAN LTDEL[protected]. It shows that it was issued on 2006. Sir, This is what I did not take this and I do not know the
        when this was added to my CIBIL records. I Have informed to CIBIL to take this why it was added to my records. I received reply that ICICI BANK has denied to take out from the CIBIL. So I request you please help to remove as i am not belonging to this. I have not taken any loan from ICICI bank.

        2. HSBC bank credit card.( CREDIT CARD [protected]) so CIBIL veryfiying this and they said they will take to verify.

        I am not belonging of the above Loan an credit card.

        Sir, I am very Fed-UP so please help on this. I can provide the what you require.

            Dear Concern,
            I had requested for cheque book on 23rd of february 2016 through your mobile banking([protected]) along with another request of e statement.Immediately I had received my e statement & was informed that I would receive my cheque book withing next 5 working days.
            After 23rd February, I had been in touch with your mobile banking officers where they were communicating that I will be receiving the cheque books within next couple of days.
            Finally two days back I have again raised a query through mail & now I have been confirmed that no such request has been taken from my end.
            Due to the non availability of cheque books my client has rejected my financial requests from their end.
            Kindly look into the same & expecting an immediate action from your end.

              Your Grid card authentication has been disabled, Call our 24 hour Customer Care Centre and ask to enable Grid card authentication". I have entered all the values very carefully and cross-checked it many times yet same error. Then i tried calling 24hour Customer Care Center which is totally useless in this regard as no real person picks but a stupid automated system. It's been a week and i am not able to make online purchases/transactions. If my problem is not solved soon then i will be forced to close my ICICI a/c and post a gloomy review on how lame ICICI online services can be. Pathetic support ICICI.

                I had applied for a credit card 20 days back, till today iam unable to know the status of the card, the representative from icici bank (Gorky Terrace Branch) Mr. Muchammad. Ferookh [protected], he is not picking my call even after several fake commitments. Kindly do the needful so that i can have atleast an update of the same.This much is expected from a prestigious bank like ICICI bank.

                  I msr murthy taken a credit card in the year 2001, due to lack of awareness or inability to maintain the card, i simply made a request to settle my account in the year 2006, after a long conversation of your bank personnel they finally directed me to pay 46, 185/-, then you will get a settlement to your postal address from chennai. So as per their direction i made a payment through union bank of india on 15/7/2006, cheque no.063953. Then i awaited for a long time, but i didn’t get any letter from your bank till the date .During this period i applied for housing loans & credit cards, but none of them approved, later i came to know that i am in the defaulters list, i was simply surprised, then i got a cibil report. Now i am requesting you to pls do favour in resolving this issue. And another information for my honesty: i have taken a loan from your bank an loan no.                     I redeemed my PayBack points 3596 against the product Nicer Dicer Multi-chopper. But I received damaged product and after complaining to them, I received another replacement. Unfortunately that replacement product also was damaged. Hence once again I complaint to PayBack and requested not to send another replacement. Instead of that, kindly refund my 3596 points back to my PayBack account.
                    It has started on 11th February'2016 and till date PayBack is only assuring of refund of points. PayBack on telephone conversation as well on emails mentioned last date to refund my points will be on or before 29th February'2016, but again there was telephone from PayBack and advsised me to wait till 03rd March'2016 as the final date. But again there was telephone from Payback on 2nd Mach'2016 and advised me to wait till 05March'2016 till 07:00pm . But nothing happened. I waited till 08:20pm and sent an email, but there was no acknowledgement till now.
                    Kindly assist me to get my points back. My PayBack service request no.10690495.

                    I was following up by email as everytime spending for a STD call is not possible. rather why shoud we spend when it is not a customer's mistake. The last email sent yesterday evening addresssing all concerned and marked to ICICI bank customer care. I have not got any acknowledgement from any of them, but just now I checked before sending an email, I saw points are reflecting in my account. Thanks.

                          Hi ICICI Team,

                          Your company representatives came to my company to open my Salary Account and offered me range of benefits. One of them was Metro Debit Card for which one time joining fees was told as 300 INR to which I agreed and applied for with the bank representative Deepak Verma. Now I came to know from my friend that there is an annual fees of 300 INR as well on the card which I found on the website also which was hidden from me.

                          I called by all your channels including Deepak Verma but no one is able to cancel the request although there is no intimation on my email and phone that the card has been applied. This really strange behaviour from a reputed bank. Please help cancel the card. I need not the card.

                              I have taken a loan from pnb housing finance ltd and that cheque i deposited in icici bank on dt 2.3.2016.
                              but till today this cheque is not credited in my bank, but from pnb housing account that cheque has been debited on dated 3.3.2016
                              but after several call on customer care they are not giving proper response and home branch person not picking my phone

                                Hi my name is Shalini. I received an SMS on 3rd of March 2016, evening 4.27 pm stating that I made a debit card purchase of 2, 040 Rs. I was at my home and my card was in my wallet so I have no clue how the transaction was made. I have already contacted the customer care and they said they can't help me deal with this issue and said I should contact the payback team.I have also immediately blocked my credit cum debit card for the same.I have got in touch with the team but it's asking for the service request number which i have no idea about.Please help me in this regard.

                                    In the month of Dec 15 my bill was 43809/- in that I have paid 43000/-due to my schedule I forgot to pay the remaining amount for this 800/- they have charged me 2367.77 as an interest and 343.33 as a service tax then I spoke to their executives they said it 3.4%on total outstanding if I calculate it is not more than 1600/- I don't know how they were charging.Where iam using other bank cards I don't get any problem like that if they charge also when I call to their customer care they will reverse it.But in case of ICICI they are not reversing it and even the formula they are using is not the right formula. where I written a mail to level1 and level2 the answer is same we don't reverse.As iam a citizen of india I know all the banks work under RBI but other bank formulas are different and icici is different, they will reverse the amount but ICICI they don't reverse.Why they don't reverse?they are charging me a interest of 3000/- which is almost a half of my house rent.How can a common man can bare this kind o[censored]njustified formulas for pressurising people to pay in the form of interests.This banks should be given licence to help people interms of financial aspects but this banks are becoming a curse for our life.So, I request you to please consider this as priority to give a solution for this.
