Iam a ICICI bank account holder. Recently, when I deposited some amount in my account for EMI, bank deducted some amount as they collected around 450 as charges for cash deposits. I was doing this for more than 7 years & did not face any problem. I also had a discussion with bank manager. He said they have changed their rules. I was very much humiliated. They say core banking & charging for deposits. What kind of service is this?

    Waiver off smab charges levied wrongly by icici bank

    Hi, I am having a salary bank account in ICICI Patna branch later my branch is converted into Delhi. and my account no. is[protected]. I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock of my life. My account has been debited by MAB charges from Nov'14 till date amounting total Rs.3, 000/= and the savings on my account has been NIL at present. I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI....

    I haven't subscribed to My Money service but still annual fee for MAR-15 to FEB-16 343.08 rupees got deducted. Customer Care people just keep on hold for 20 mints but no reply, I want my cash back asap.

        Money2india is service provided by icici bank for transferring money from abroad to india.but as claimed by them service is very poor more time is taken then time given by them.customer service is very poor and you have to spend lot of money on international call.please improve it.

          Hello

          I've been an ICICI customer over 8 years now, and I had relocated to USA a year back.
          The phone number I had given for OTP is not there anymore. Now, I'm stuck with the funds in my account, as there's no phone which means no OTP. I really don't understand their security feature, I accept its an extra level security provided, but not at the expense of trouble to its international customers. Is there a way that OTP will be sent to my USA mobile? I spoke to the customer care and they said it could be done only if I go in person. Is there a way that it could be done online / over phone?

            Please be noted that:

            1. I was already holding a credit card of your bank (HPCL card)
            2. A couple of days earlier, your representative called me to replace my existing card with a life time free card
            3. I accepted the offer only to hear that it will be a lifetime free card.
            4. To utter astonishment, your bank has sent two credit cards, one of American express card, [protected] (lifetime free) and another of Coral card, [protected] (which is cargeable @ Rs1000/- per annum).
            5. Tell me why the chrageable card has been sent to me, besided the free card?
            6. I received the coral card before the Amex card, and thought that it is the your declaration and initiated transaction.
            7. On seeing the card statement only, I realised that the Coral credit card is chargeable.
            8. Clarify the above immediately.
            9. Cancel all of the credit cards of your bank with immediate effect due to your fradulent services.
            10. I am going to pay only the transacted amount of Rs 399/-, for this card statement.

              My name is P.Jyothi holding icici a/c ends with 130*****1048, and credit card. I recently got a call from the bank regarding the personal loan. Even though I am not interested to take the loan I convinced to take bcoz of no processing fee and less interest. Immediately with n two days of time I got the amount. They charged processing fee, interest and also service tax. I was ok with that so I continued to pay monthly installments. Actually I don’t know how to pay the loan amount so for the first time I paid through IVR (via mobile) and I ask the customer care executive to activate the auto debit option. So By 22 nd of every month I need to pay the installment, so I have deposited 20000 rs in my savings account before 22nd only. But they dint debit the amount, moreover they charged 500 late fee, interest 908, st 131 and again st 72 /- .when I got to know the news immediately I paid the amount by 30th. For just 8 days should I need to bear it for their negligence activity?I cannot bear it so I just want to close all my accounts and want to continue with other bank.

                    I don't have his phone number. I got this call right after I was done speaking to an ICICI representative in relation to my credit card fraud transactions.The guy was claiming to be from ICICI bank and said he need my Aadhar and bank information for account related purposes. The guy was with local bihari accent so the moment he opened his mouth, I picked him and started asking questioning. From where and how do they operate this cell? Upon sensing that he has no chance with me he started using foul language and I hit him back with some English to which he hung up the call.

                    This call made me think where I would have given my phone number along with the bank name and I can't think of anything other than my bank papers. I'm not saying there is some agreement between my bank and those impostors out there but need to find out from where do they get our information.

                          This is too much harassment to a private company retired senior citizen having more than 61 yrs old and also a heart patient after surgery. Attaching copies of whatever records I am having in my hand as the proof for the onetime settlement of the credit card no.([protected]) as desired by you. As a law abiding citizen I had made this payment in 2008(vide cheque receipt enclosed see attachment) after getting a formal settlement letter from the bank(attached) thru its authorised collection agent and if there is any error in your records Please be get it corrected. Hence requests not to disturb my life in future. If any thing happens in my life then you will be the only responsible for it.

                              Hi, My name is Sachin Shetty & A/c no. is[protected]. I had opened a salary account in your bank 2 yrs ago. Last week i checked my mini statementI was debited Rs.515.25 twice for SMAB charges.
                              I was even not informed anything before or after the deduction of above said heavy SMAB charges and that too twice. This is really an unprofessional approach by ICICI bank. So i would request you to refund Rs.1030 to my A/c. So that i can consider to pursue my relations with ICICI bank

                                I have been given a Coral Credit card against my loan account. However, the date of birth has been recorded incorrectly. Further, I did not receive my PIN. Now when I call the ICICI customer care, they ask for the DOB, and are not accepting the correct one that I am giving. The chat facility is least helpful.
                                If providing a credit card, atleast make it a point to deliver PIN, and if not, atleast bank representatives should be helpful in customer generating a PIN. I did not get help even from Bangalore MG road staff, who directed me to ATM but ATM has no facility to generate PIN for a new user.

                                  This is to inform you Icici people that i have already updated all documents required in your bank which is on linking road Mumbai in January 2016. But still i keep getting messages on my phone saying that account details have not been updated. How many times to you people want to me to update the details before my account will get activated again.

                                  And you people don't stop troubling me there. U people are just bouncing my cheques every single time and i want to know why?
                                  Cheque number 545963, 545964 issued in the name of Deewan housing on 12th jan 2016 both cheques of 1, 50, 000 each both got bounced saying signature differs.
                                  But cheque number 545965 issued in the name of Deewan housing on 12th jan 2016 amount of 2, 00, 000 that cheque never got bounced. How is such a thing possible when i only signed all the 3 cheques at the same time. How can one cheque get cleared and the other 2 get bounced for the signature. I spoke to someone in the bank and they said issue new cheques. I did that.

                                  I issued new cheques, cheque number 545966 and 545967 for Deewan housing of 1, 50, 000 each on 15/02/2016 and again i got an sms saying cheques have been dishonored again. i don't understand what you people are doing?. You people have dishonored 4 of my cheques, all cheques signed by me only. Is this the kind of service you people give your customers.
                                  If this is your standard of service then i would like to close my account with your bank.
                                  Such low standard service. Not happy at all.

                                    I am trying to prepay this Personal Loan Account Number LPBNG[protected] since 16-Nov 2015. There have been so many email communications in between ICICI Customer Care and me regarding this. But the process has not yet come to a closure.

                                    As per the ICICI customer care response I have given authorized letter to my friend and he has visited the branch twice.

                                    We have provided them printed copy of email communication from ICICI Customer care confirming the Prepayment charges is 2.5% of the Principal Outstanding amount.

                                    But, ICICI Bank is not allowing closing the personal loan and always insisting Prepayment charges is 5% of the Principal Outstanding amount, contrary to the statement provided by your own customer care department: "With reference to your Service Reference Number SR[protected] We inform you that the Prepayment charges are applicable for your Personal loan account. the charges would be 2.5% of the Principal Outstanding amount plus Applicable Service tax."

                                    New Service Request #SR[protected] has been raised by the bank to retrieve agreement copy.

                                    It is really frustrating to me as I am stuck for the past 3 months with this process of pre-closure of the Personal Loan, and the bank is causing long delays, thereby causing me to lose my money on interest payments.

                                    I have signed in the Personal Loan application form which clearly mentions a Prepayment charge is 2.5%.

                                    More than 5 times I have requested the scanned copy of Personal Loan application form and agreement and bank is not ready share the documents

                                    Still ICICI Bank Employee is saying prepayment charge is 5% by ignoring my loan agreement and ICICI Bank Customer care emails.

                                    We have provided them printed copy of email communication from customer care confirming the prepayment charges is 2.5% and loan agreement copy say prepayment charges is 2.5% (Service Reference Number SR[protected] and SR[protected]. But, bank is not allowing to close the loan and always insisting prepayment charges is 5% of the Principal Outstanding amount, contrary to the statement provided by your own customer care department and agreement copy:
