My Account number is[protected]RAVINDER SINGH TANWAR), which was a Salary A/C. They have debited my account with SMAB Chgs DEC15+Stax65.25 on 27, Jan 2016, without any intimation. Kindly look into this matter and initiate a refund process.

Why did they charge only for December and not for November and October?
