Credit card outstanding limit is not updating after payment

My outstanding amt was 12100 rupees something and after that I Made a payment for 3900 against a monthly statement but again it was showing 11500 rupees due amt why always it shows wrong amt I m fed up with this issue Please solve this issue as soon as possible .Because of this issues i m very depressed . And after login also I can able to see the my transaction details it is showing only what i spend and if I will calculate...

Amount auto debit fee but pay my credit card bill timely pay debit 9feb 2016.Also credit cards loan debit my account 650+ but same day pay loan amount and also debit 278+ amount auto return fee. Total 1500+. Debited in one month. Please return my debit amount

i had applied for the cc several times but i get rejected all the time and the last time when i applied the executive and the bank people stated that it will get approved this time. But no it did not i have savings account with icici bank with lots of transactions and i had an fd linked cc which i cancelled due no proper response from the bank regarding the emi and other benefits.

But this time i got a mail due to some reasons your cc is not been approved and after 4 days i have got a message stating that "dear customer your icici bank cc application no.[protected] is under process. The final final status will be communicated to you after 15 days:.

Again immediately after that msg i receive another msg stating that your cc application is been rejected please do reapply after 6 months.

Is that what an mnc bank does with customers. I want an clear cut justification on that and i want my application to be processed asap.

Hope the needful will be done.

And bank also gave you 1500000/(fifteen lack) accidentals insurance with salary account. But recently I received mail from your side that joining fees is pending and should be deposit in time.       I want to complain about credit cards being given without salary verification and limits from dated 2005
      My husband has got more than 5 cards in the time period of 2005 when his salary was not even 10000.
      And the card limits is more than 1 lakh
      How is a person given cards without cibill and salary verification to pay
      Now after 10 years the bank is harrasing us for payment
      According to the rules a bank can give only 1 card
      Then how did icici give
      And how can other banks give even after knowing it
      We want to end this
      And file complaints against the banks for not following rules and frauding people and then expecting them to pay

      Appne abi ek credit card or ek personal ac close kiya he ye b kerdo
      Ye policies ki hamare sath bath math kero
      Wo unko dekna chahiye tha card lene se pehele
      Woow such great stuff to hear
      Juz for the sake of completing ur goals ur executives followed my dad n gave him the cards without even checking that can he pay it
      I guess this forum is not taking it seriously on the daily threat calls we face as a family
      I don't understand how many families there must be closing such things because of so much harrasment
      N fyi we live in the same house for 20 years
      Now aday everyone changes there number for good plans given by sim card companies
      Stop telling this that he is hiding his identity
      What the hell ur bank does for so many years
      Waiting for us to misplace the settlement papers and come n haunt us again
      Rather visiting our house 8 years ago now u put up 1000 times interest and tell us to pay

      Dis guy was d same person who called me before also from the earlier no provided to the bank
      Thank u icici for calling us a jhutta
      N frauds but the fact is u r frauds
      Icici has given 2 credit cards 1 with the limit of 68000 and another with more than 1 lakh and a personal loan for more than 1 lakh in wich we have closed the 2 acs
      But now if icici doesn't 0 the 3rd ac we will put a complain in the court with the salary slips and the cards
      Please calculate how is a person getting 10000 salary can pay all the 3 amounts
      Was the bank sleeping
      How cum u didn't verify his cibil scores and salary details
      How is he supposed to pay so huge amount
      When according to the policies he can get only 1 card then how he got 2 and a personal loan
      Very worse service
      We are getting so abusive calls
      He's calling continuously bcoz we have placed this complain and abusing us by calling from other numbers
      He's shouting so badly on calls and telling to pay the amount

      Icici can't even track details even after giving 1 card number
      Dat has no rights to talk to us
      We thought to b calm
      We will take this to next level and file a complain
      In no way we are gonna pay this card
      Tell dat son of a to stop calling and harrasing us

      I got a call a day before from a executive stating that those days they gave several cards to 1 person
      Did you guys ask us before giving
      My mom still remembers she telling the person who cums to deliver cards that v won't accept it dont get it again
      But these guys went to his office and delivered it
      So when u did what u wanted y involve us in this now
      And talk rubbish to us
      Humlog ne uske baap ka nai khaya he jo uske faltu bathe sun k chup bete
      We will also reply u guys in the worst abusive manner from now
      U will get what u do
      Nobody dare talks to my family like that
      And when you knew about his salary still gave him the cards that means u didn't care so why now
      We are in no situation to pay the card
      Nor is he
      He is in a bad mental status
      Hence wont pick any calls
      The moment he gets calls from these people he falls in so much depression that he starts drinking so much to fall asleep
      He's health is worsing so much bcoz of this calls cause he knows he cannot pay
      There is so much problems already
      In this case he blackmails us about dying bcoz of this trouble in life
      Better known 1 thing clear anything happens to him
      It will be because o[censored] ICICI bank
      If he attemps suicide or has a heart attack then it is because of the way he is harrased to pay and the way ur executive speak
      We will file a complaint for his bad health today caused bcoz o[censored]r executive

        I Nagesh, yesterday i went to deposit money in ICICI bank but cashier not deposite money in my ICICI Bank account at Vishrambag Sangli Branch.He was saying that, I cant deposit money in saving account because for this purpose you need current account, He told me that from last six months rule has been changed. Only current account Holder can deposit money in his account. I requested him to deposit money second time he had recieved money saying henceforth i will not deposit money in saving account.

            Sir i used an ICICI ATM at Vikah Nagar Futta Road, Mohan Garden in New Delhi with my SBI debit card on 29Feb2016. amount of rupees 5000 has been deducted from my account but i did not receive it.Receipt states "transaction is declined".I have not received any money.Please help me and revert my money.I am a student

              I am resident of bangalore HBR layout.I applied for personal loan as on 24 feb 2016 and got a approval call on 29 feb 2016 evening.Relationship manager named Amudha(Office:Hosur, Bommanhalli) asked to submitt me cancel cheque of my respective a/c for which I had to apply for cheque book and it takes 3working days to issue the cheque book.After I said that, initially she said my loan gets cancelled if I dont submitt by next day...

              Hi, I am having bank account in ICICI bank at Vashi, Maharashtra.
              my account no. is[protected]
              I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock
              because my account has been debited by SMAB charges
              NOV15+Stax65.25= Deducted amount-515.25 i don't have any mail
              informing about this SMAB+SBC charges. I have no information from ICICI.
              No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed
              me about changes of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back
              to my account. So kindly take my request as soon as early and refund my money.

                I have made a IMPS transaction(transaction ID :[protected] on 9th january 2016 which has not been credited to beneficiary account. (Punjab national bank)

                I have mailed to customer care but havent received any reply.
                I went to the bank and gave written application but the only information that i get is transaction is successful from our side.
                I have checked the pass book of beneficiary bank account. The amount has not been credited.

                Please help in getting my money back.

                  Am having saving account in ICICI bank for last one year. In last few months i have made few fund transactions using ICICI mobile banking to another bank's account. Out of this 3 fund transactions were not credited to the beneficiary accounts. But got debited from my ICICI account.                     Hello,

                    My Name is Manish Kumar Chauthani. I am holding a bank account with you. I wanted to enquire about a bank loan and was asked my photo and pan card. I was told that this is just the pre-approval of loan and I can start whenever I want.

                    I wanted a 20lac loan and without my approval and concent the loan was credited to my acocunt. I want this transaction to be reversed, else I will go to media and complaint forums.

                    I am really dissatisfied with this behaviour. I am working with a global MNC Atos and I will esclate this matter very heavily.

                    Please let me know why money was credited in my account without my concent and why you make fool to public that it is a pre-approval. I need the reply from you asap.

                          It is with reference to My ICICI Bank credit card number [protected] that I started using my card in April'15. Tried following up with customer care center to get the statement. But it was on 18th June'15, that I received the statement, in which the interest was already charged. I tried to get the waiver as there was no fault from my side about delay in payment, as bank neither sent me statement by courier nor by mail. I foolwed up with customer care executive like anything. Eventually I made the payment of transactions done, after one executive confirmed to me that interest would be waived off. Till 18th June'15, I did not received a mail nor the hard copy and to my shock on 18th June the statement that was generated had a interest amount of Rs 1042/-. I cleared off the dues against principal, but bank never resolved the issue of interest charges and now the whole amount has been accumulated to 6400/- for which bank is harrassing me by directly deducting from my icici savings account, freezing my savings account. It's really not expected from bank like ICICI.

                                Today, 28.02.2016, I did download of app, to my registered mobile number, no promo code received, still able to enter the web site www.provogue.com/icicinetbanking, promo code was openly available there itself, used it & ordered for a watch priced at Rs 3499 at Rs 399, payment done by my ICICI Bank Credit Card

                                Then again without any activation also I was able to get in to the offer!!! anyone can avail this offer without doing anything!!! What’s special by the ICICI Bank???

                                Products offered by the Provogue under this gimmicks priced at Rs 1099 to 3499 offered for Rs 299 & 399

                                Nothing special these products are not even worth for Rs 200

                                I'm a 20 year old customer of the ICICI Bank, still ICICI Bank dared to make me a scapegoat of this stupid act of cheating

                                I want to know from ICICI Bank why you are associated with these kind of bogus gimmick offers to cheat us??? Immediately withdraw these cheating acts & demand justice to me to from this act of cheating

                                No need to say that I will not keep quite till the justice is done

                                  I had registered my self for this campaign and i do transaction on 30th Oct-2015 on 17:06 for rs. 51282. Bank released winner list on 12th Jan-2016 and in JBL head phone list my card no., my transaction date and amount shows on Page No. 260 and row no. 3. as per ICICI bank T&C winner list to be published within 60 days from expire of this offer and prize will be distribute within 90 days from expire of this offer.

                                  as per bank promise they will published winner list after 60 days[protected]-2015). but till date (106) days i have no receive any gift and no receive any communication from bank. I contact with bank 5 times and they agree as per list you are eligible for gift. but every time they postponed the reply date[protected] to[protected],[protected] to[protected],[protected] to[protected]. If i transact 1000 rs. from my credit card and i will pay after due date, bank charge me late fee, interest or other charges. Now as per bank's t&C 90 days and it will happen 106 days. who will be responsible.

                                    I came to withdraw cash in SBI atm in laxmitara market, dange chowk, thergaon. After giving all information when cash was about to come out atm machine stopped due to power off in the place and I didn't get the money. But my account got debited with the amount. Please look into this issue and do the needful.
