    Myself Madhavan Pillai holding an ICICI Savings account suffered financial loss due to ID theft. My account was debited by an ECS payment that i never approved. My phone number was changed somehow and i was unaware of these transactions happening in the background. I never gave my consent or approval for the ECS or changing my phone number. Even after raising a complaint (SR[protected] dated 09/02/2016 with ICICI Bank call centre, there has been no solution to my problem. As of now the complaint has been disqualified with no proper justification from the bank side. And the Branch where i hold the account are also not helping me in this matter. Below is the fraud account details where actually my money has been transferred.

      10K deducted from ICICI a/c

      On 21st Feb, 2016 I got 4 sms about online transaction from my ICICI a/c, which were not done by me.My ICICI customer id :[protected]. I didn't get any OTP also.

        Complaint regarding the ICICI Bank/A/LACHD[protected] on the Name of Mr. Prem Singh Saini . That the above loan account holder have purchase a Indica Car through the ICICI bank and after some installments owner can't pay the installment of loan amount . That bank forfieted the above vehicle from the Mr. Prem Singh Saini and a auction is done by the ICICI Bank Ludhiana and I take the above Vehilce No:L PB11W-6082 THROUGH THE auction at rs 85, 000/- rs only and i submitted the payment and recieved the car by delivery challan bu the bank can't deliver the documents of the above vehicle and i also filed a complaint against the bank employees by they can't take any action against the owner of the auction company and i filed the complaint to IGP Punjab bu no body have take and action .
        In this case bank employees of bank owners are the responsible for the above said vehicle fraud. So Please take the necessary action against the accused .

            Recently my icici debit card was blocked by bank . Then i contacted icici customer care and they are telling that some fradulent transaction happend using your card (may be card cloned).

            If they unblock it there might be chances of lost of money. SO they are suggesting me to take new card and need to pay Rs.500/- per year.

            Is it required to take new card? Why cant i continue with old debit card?

                    This is with regard to my “ICICI Platinum Chip Credit Card” 4375********7005. For the month of Dec’15 to Jan’16 my credit card bill was Rs.18, 202.29 for which I’ve made a payment Rs.17, 485.00 only as I was expecting a cashback from another merchant site and made a wrong calculation. For which I’ve received a cashback of only Rs.360 and due to which there was due amount of Rs.357.74. I was completely unaware of this until I received the current statement in which I was slapped with an interest of Rs.856.79 and service tax of Rs.124.24.

                    The interest levied on me is completely unfair.
                    Firstly, there was no reminder to me saying that the amount that has to be paid is due. If there was any such reminder I would’ve checked my payment, which you people don’t care waiting for a chance to slap huge interest charges.
                    Second, even if there was some due amount this Rs.856 interest you’ve levied on me looks like it has been laid on not just the outstanding Rs.357.74, it seems like you have laid that interest on the entire Rs.18202. Isn’t this just unfair.

                          I got a call from ICICI, they asked me to get the card from nearest branch.
                          But when tracked the shipment of my card it was with nearest post office(Medavakam SO), they are not delivering it to me, since am not in room.

                              i had applied for the cc several times but i get rejected all the time and the last time when i applied the executive and the bank people stated that it will get approved this time. But no it did not i have savings account with icici bank with lots of transactions and i had an fd linked cc which i cancelled due no proper response from the bank regarding the emi and other benefits.

                              But this time i got a mail due to some reasons your cc is not been approved and after 4 days i have got a message stating that "dear customer your icici bank cc application no.[protected] is under process. The final final status will be communicated to you after 15 days:.

                              Again immediately after that msg i receive another msg stating that your cc application is been rejected please do reapply after 6 months.

                              Is that what an mnc bank does with customers. I want an clear cut justification on that and i want my application to be processed asap.

                              Hope the needful will be done.

And bank also gave you 1500000/(fifteen lack) accidentals insurance with salary account. But recently I received mail from your side that joining fees is pending and should be deposit in time.                                   I want to complain about credit cards being given without salary verification and limits from dated 2005
                                  My husband has got more than 5 cards in the time period of 2005 when his salary was not even 10000.
                                  And the card limits is more than 1 lakh
                                  How is a person given cards without cibill and salary verification to pay
                                  Now after 10 years the bank is harrasing us for payment
                                  According to the rules a bank can give only 1 card
                                  Then how did icici give
                                  And how can other banks give even after knowing it

                                  Juz for the sake of completing ur goals ur executives followed my dad n gave him the cards without even checking that can he pay it
                                  I guess this forum is not taking it seriously on the daily threat calls we face as a family
                                  I don't understand how many families there must be closing such things because of so much harrasment
                                  N fyi we live in the same house for 20 years
                                  Now aday everyone changes there number for good plans given by sim card companies
                                  Stop telling this that he is hiding his identity
                                  What the hell ur bank does for so many years
                                  Waiting for us to misplace the settlement papers and come n haunt us again
                                  Rather visiting our house 8 years ago now u put up 1000 times interest and tell us to pay
                                  The guy called me n i asked the same question he tells me that abb bank kya apke khene pe chalegi app k ghar ayegi
                                  Kam dhanda nai he kya
                                  Dis guy was d same person who called me before also from the earlier no provided to the bank
                                  Thank u icici for calling us a jhutta
                                  N frauds but the fact is u r frauds
                                  Icici has given 2 credit cards 1 with the limit of 68000 and another with more than 1 lakh and a personal loan for more than 1 lakh in wich we have closed the 2 acs
                                  But now if icici doesn't 0 the 3rd ac we will put a complain in the court with the salary slips and the cards
                                  Please calculate how is a person getting 10000 salary can pay all the 3 amounts
                                  Was the bank sleeping
                                  How cum u didn't verify his cibil scores and salary details
                                  How is he supposed to pay so huge amount
                                  When according to the policies he can get only 1 card then how he got 2 and a personal loan
                                  Very worse service
                                  We are getting so abusive calls
                                  He's calling continuously bcoz we have placed this complain and abusing us by calling from other numbers
                                  He's shouting so badly on calls and telling to pay the amount
                                  [protected]
                                  Icici can't even track details even after giving 1 card number
                                  Dat has no rights to talk to us
                                  We thought to b calm
                                  We will take this to next level and file a complain
                                  In no way we are gonna pay this card
                                  Tell dat son of a to stop calling and harrasing us
                                  He's talking in such bad language with my small brother how dare he
                                  Juz bcoz he picked the call and my dad was not at home

                                  people have u bought us and kept
                                  That u can talk rubbish
                                  Again my mom picked and he started shouting at her
                                  And then he's telling y r u talking I called in his number
                                  Just because my parents are calm people don't think u can screw them up
                                  Dude v r educated people
                                  And we know every rule to screw u
                                  Don't dare talk to my family that way again
                                  I got a call a day before from a executive stating that those days they gave several cards to 1 person
                                  Did you guys ask us before giving
                                  My mom still remembers she telling the person who cums to deliver cards that v won't accept it dont get it again
                                  But these guys went to his office and delivered it
                                  So when u did what u wanted y involve us in this now
                                  And talk rubbish to us

                                  We will also reply u guys in the worst abusive manner from now
                                  U will get what u do
                                  Nobody dare talks to my family like that
                                  And when you knew about his salary still gave him the cards that means u didn't care so why now
                                  We are in no situation to pay the card
                                  Nor is he
                                  He is in a bad mental status
                                  Hence wont pick any calls
                                  The moment he gets calls from these people he falls in so much depression that he starts drinking so much to fall asleep
                                  He's health is worsing so much bcoz of this calls cause he knows he cannot pay
                                  There is so much problems already
                                  In this case he blackmails us about dying bcoz of this trouble in life
                                  Better known 1 thing clear anything happens to him
                                  It will be because o[censored] ICICI bank
                                  If he attemps suicide or has a heart attack then it is because of the way he is harrased to pay and the way ur executive speak
                                  We will file a complaint for his bad health today caused bcoz o[censored]r executive

                                    I Nagesh, yesterday i went to deposit money in ICICI bank but cashier not deposite money in my ICICI Bank account at Vishrambag Sangli Branch.He was saying that, I cant deposit money in saving account because for this purpose you need current account, He told me that from last six months rule has been changed. Only current account Holder can deposit money in his account. I requested him to deposit money second time he had recieved money saying henceforth i will not deposit money in saving account.
