Am having saving account in ICICI bank for last one year. In last few months i have made few fund transactions using ICICI mobile banking to another bank's account. Out of this 3 fund transactions were not credited to the beneficiary accounts. But got debited from my ICICI account. On repeated complaint regarding this, there was poor response from Branch office (Velachery - Chennai), Customer Support, Email complaints ([protected]@icicibank.com). I have lost my valuable time to get it solved. But till now there was no solution from bank.
