Loyal credit card holder with ICICI for 3 years. I have made outstanding payment of 61K through ICICI website (Click to pay)on due date (26 FEB). Credited to credit card on 1 MAR

Now an interest and late fee amounting to 3000 has been charged citing reasons of late credit where as I have made payment on time.

Payment and crediting to card are 2 independent things. If it takes time to credit it to card, it is understandable. But considering credited date as reception date of payment is foolish. I have made payment on due date and my bank has debited the same on the same day.

Also no where(even on click to pay as claimed by your customer executives) i am notified that it is going to take time and i will be penalized.

I do not understand what mistake i have committed to pay this interest amount. Other banks do not operate the way ICICI operates. Attached my HDFC card payment details for your reference.

I am requesting you to waive off the int. amount and late fee amount.

I am deeply disappointed and dejected.

        Dear ICICI Team,
        We are having two accounts in ICICI, Marris Road Aligarh Branch.
        1. A/C no[protected] in name of Shashi Prabha Goel Age 77 Yrs
        2. A/C no[protected] in name of Ganga Swarup Goel Age 85 Yrs

        We are senior citizen. we have visited Marris Road branch and than they ask us to go to main branch Aligarh for making our account operable. we have submitted all documents to both branch. Than they have told that an officer will visit our home. they have also visited twice and taken all documents. This is happening since last 3 months.


        Till now no solution came. Is this a big task to make account operable ? In my opinion this is a mere harassment. They should not do this at least to our age citizens. We are feeling harassed.

        Kindly resolve our problem on priority.

            Hi, I am having bank account in ICICI Faridabad branch my account no. is[protected] My contact number is :+91 [protected] I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock because my account has been debited by SMAB charges JAN16 +stax & SBC 65.25 = Deducted amount-515.25 i don't have any mail informing about this SMAB+SBC charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about changes of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account. So kindly take my request as soon as early and refund my money other wise i'll go to rule.and regularities for further action.

              Hi this is Shince Paul have taken loan from icicibank or have a/c for more than 12 yrs and had taken loan for 10 lacs at that time which i fully paid with in 7 yrs and than i i had taken morgage loan on the same property for 13 lacs 4 years back were in i regularly make part payment and now as of today the principle amount is 7.80lacs...i got from icicibank saying u can take top up on the loan, so i did contacted vashi branch for the top up in the first week of feb gave all the documents.( asking to top up for 4 or 5 lacs).

              After many days with no reply from the person name vijay and his boss, i tried contacting than were in i got to know that my request is rejected...so my next question was what was the reason for the rejection and i did not get any answer from the boss saying u will get the letter for it...

              which after 10 days i got it in plan white sheet saying we are rejecting the request with no reason on...( Let me also draw your attention to the point that i have never had credit card or any bounce cheque or any loans that i have taken apart with this 2 loans with icici...my credit rating is very good as that is why i got the loan 12 yrs back and 4 yrs back)

              I did not get the reason why it was rejected even going personally to vashi branch were i spoke to very good lady who try to call 5 to 6 different people of that branch to get the reason with no help .
              My loan no : LBMUM[protected].

              If after 12 years u think that my salary is less for that u should say that or if my home which current market value is 1.20Cr if that is less or in 12 years i have no bounce chqeue is that what is the problem plus the rate of interest i was paying was 14% which is come down to i guess 12.85% were in the new cust are getting it for less that 11% so u are not giving the new rates to me because m with u for so long and also have is the salary a/c with your bank and working with the same company for 12 plus years is that my problem PL do let me know the reason ASAP.(Mob no [protected])

                I was sleeeping when i got the sms .And i have not given any kind info . Of debit card and acc no. Or any kind of pin.

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    I roiden serrao having an homeloan account with icici bank with a loan account number lbmum[protected] would like to complaint about your bank. I have been trying to get the loan amount cleared for the demand letter send by the builder since january 2016 month. I have also submitted the hard copy of the disbursement request form, check submission form, demand letter from builder amounting to rs.5, 549, 28 architect letter and also the previous check payment receipt was given to the bank. Whenever i approached your bank representatives they would say it`s in process. My loan amount is still pending.

                    Since december end 2015 i had placed my application. Later i asked the reason for delay in the month of january 2016 i was told to download the app iloan on my android phone but could not get it downloaded as i was getting error. I tried it for a month and also send an email to the icici customer support department . After multiple tries i could not download the app and so they suggested to visit the main branch. I then visited the virar branch and spoke to the manager mr. Shashant dravid were i complaint about chandan mishra and also navneet who were handling my case. I have been getting swapped around each time whenever i call them. Each of them was passing the bucket around. What’s happening, is the organisation not interested in running their business. I had issues since the time i had approach for a homeloan. I had been forced to take an insurance policy from icici lombard to cover my homeloan, however i manage to cancel it as i had my insurance already done by a different company. I specifically informed the icici rep to not to sign me up for the life cover however he did it to complete his target and i had to go personally to the branch of icici lombard to cancel the insurance policy.

                    Now i have another issue of getting the demand letter amount processed which the builder has requested for as they have completed certain slab.
                    This is like a night mere for me as i am trying to provide business to the organisation and they are refusing or delaying in getting my work done. Due this delay from the bank i am getting calls each time reminding about the payment that i need to pay or there would be interest levied on me. It`s almost now 2 and a half month. I don’t understand what are the senior level management doing are they sleeping as i feel they are more interested in their salary and not their jobs. For all this inconvenience and mental harassment, i would like to complaint and fine the company an amount which the consumer court feels the best. My icici bank homeloan account number is lbmum[protected]. I would request you to please look into the same.

                      As my request number SR[protected] I have asked the phone banking officer to block my damaged debit card... But how lethargic she has blocked my working debit card and debit the amount... So due to that I am unable to travel or unable to do the Daily activities even I should have been depending for food because of. Card blocked.. She is just waste bank officer.. So please cancel my request and credit my amount or give me the debit card at free of cost

                        Since last 2 weeks I have received 3 different credit cards on my name at my mailing address even I applied for one only. Details of those three cards are given below . When I got a call from one of sales representative in last month regrading upgrade my Platinum visa card into Rubyx card he told me that there will be only Joining fee of Rs 3k & will not suppose to pay any annual fee but as per my latest confirmation it was False commitment also he added few additional offers with Rubyx card i.e 15 % discount of shopping at Mall ( De mart /Big bazar ) etc ... also committed will get upper credit limit than current card but it is remain same so i am totally disappointed on this whole episode .

                        I am failed to understands how your team is cheating like this one of loyal & regular payee customer like me ? surprisingly in my Feb - 16 statement I got joining fee of Rubyx card even I have not yet activated the same & Now I not wish to continue with any of your card .

                        Arrange a call back from your team who can give me immediate resolution on this. I am going to pay my Feb outstanding amount before due date excluding the charges of Rubyx card .

                              I'm an ICICI Salary account holder since 2011. Last Month i observed that there is deduction of 37, 615.00 from Salary Account. I approached nearest branch to report the issue, they are directing me that deduction happens because of the loan due during 2006/7. The NAME and Father NAME matches in the database so they have deducted the amount without anyone authorization. Bank is the Custodian for people money, here bank can take any action on the Customer account without any intimation.

                              I'm vexed on the this deduction. Amount that i kept it for my parents medical treatment. This is purely illegal.

                              Please help to resolve the issue ASAP.

                                ICICI Bank VISA Platinum Credit card. The payment of Rs. 61643 was due on 7th Jan 2016 but I could not make the payment on 7th Jan as I was touring in interior places and my mobile App was not working in 2G network and was showing errors. I made full payment of Rs. 61643 on 11th Jan 2016. But they have charged Interest of Rs. 2790.65, Late Payment fee Rs. 700, Service Tax of Rs. 101.50 and Rs. 404.64 total Rs. 3996.79. This is almost 6.5% of the total payment due. Which is irrational.
                                I have requested them to wave of this amount of Rs. 3996.79 but its not being done.
                                Please look into this and do the needful.

                                  I am writing this form Goa, My complaint is on 20/2/16 I had mad a Debit card Purchase From “Baron showroom “ in 18 June road the amount was Rs 1184.00 .After swiping my card and entering the pin code the message came as decline and the cashier told me that the card is not working ( The transaction code - VPS/BARON/[protected]/0) .then I paid cash immediately the same time I got the massage immediately on my mobile as cash purchase made of the same amount .Then I had told the cashier that the money was deducted from my account .
                                  The cashier told me that they have not received the money and within 8 working days the bank will credit back the money in my account she also told me that this is happening for lot of customers and they got the money back.
                                  I had checked my account now and understand that the money is still not credited in my account .Please help me in getting this money back.

                                    It seems someone has tried to misuse my credit card no.[protected] on 7th March for Rs 4400. I received a message that the payment has been declined due to wrong cvv no. I had not used my card on 7th march. it means someone was trying to misuse. . i would like to know where thi stransaction was being attempted. my email id [protected]@gmail.com unfortuately my mobile no. [protected] is not functioning well.

                                        Hello sir,
                                        my credit card no. is Platinum [protected] in which there is extra balance of 5335 rupees. I want to close my credit card account. For this purpose I went to Indore branch on 21.2.16. Branch people told me that I have to transfer my credit balance to saving account and this can be done by talking customer care. I called customer care but they told it is not possible. Now I am not able to understand how will i get my balance. Branch Indore and customercare are giving different different answers and don't want to solve my problem. By this way I am sorry to say that I am not satisfied by your bank serviceS.
