    Hi, I am having a salary bank account in ICICI NEEMRANA branch (ICIC0001530) from last 1.5 years and my account no. is[protected].I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock. My account has been debited by MAB charges thrice. 15/11/2014 SMAB Chgs-SMAB Chgs OCT14+Stax43.26 Dr. 393.26 12/12/2014 SMAB Chgs-SMAB Chgs NOV14+Stax30.9 Dr. 280.90 12/01/2014 SMAB Chgs-SMAB Chgs DEC14+Stax30.9 Dr. 280.90 I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006. !           I have ICICI DMRC credit card and after paying the exorbitant fees of inr435.00 for issuing card, the replenishment of the credit for dmrc fare is not being done despite my speaking with phone banking executives of icici bank .

          I have not even received the paper bill, despite my several reminders .

          On my checking from the phone-banking service an amount of inr200.00 is being shown as outstanding credit towards my card, where as upon checking from dmrc my balance is being shown as inr.32.

            I have applied for the ICICI bank a month agao and i have still havent received the credit card but today i have received the statement for the same with charges mentioned . I have been told that there will be no joining fees but They have charged the same in the statement. 1) How it is possible to send statement with out sending credit card 2) How can ICICI charge joining fee when it has been clearly communicated to me that there is no joining fee.

              i have recived a credit card from ICICI, and the same has been generated without taking sign anywhere/ without showing any terms and conditions. Now they have generated the Credit Card statement for no reason. Please help me with this case.

                  Dear Sir, I have been using ICICI bank account for several years. On 25.01.2015, at 11 30 AM(approximately) in morning someone has made fraudulent transactions using my debit card. Although, I have my debit card with me but still it is used for 7 transactions of Rs 3266.18 and 3 transactions of Rs. 4355.15 online. Total amount is about Rs 35928.71. These transactions are dated 27.01.2015 when I checked the details from bank and net banking. I contacted customer care immediately and informed them of these transactions but still I was given no support from the bank. Whenever any transaction happens customer gets mail where it is clearly mentioned if this is not done by you immediately contact customer care. But what is the use if they do not take any action. Also, as the transactions were dated 27.01.2015 so, if bank had supported me this amount could have been reversed although I immediately and contacted customer care and registered complaint. All these transactions were done within 2-3 minutes. I am really annoyed with the security of ICICI bank account. I want reverse payment of all these transactions from ICICI bank whose description says it was done to some merchant named MIN/WARLORDS. Such crminals should be penalized as they are serious threat to our nation. It was impossible because the card was with me all the time & I still have the card with me. I submitted all the required CDF form and police complaint copy on 26.01.2015 but still I received call from customer care on 27.01.2015 asking to send documents. They are so much careless that they don’t even know whether I have sent the documents or not. Although they knew as I clearly that transactions were dated 27.01.2015 but still they responded lately and because of them I am suffering. I have master debit card issued from ICICI bank. I have already lodged complaint in Cyber Crime Cell for the same. Also, these transactions are done in a foreign country and I have never been to any foreign country. Still bank is not taking responsibility of my hard earned money and not looking into the issue seriously. This is my hard-earned money and I’m not going to let go of it easily as Rs. 35928.71 is a big amount for me and I’m not going to suffer if there was a security lapse or loophole from ICICI bank end.                     I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for a year now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '58152540 DP CHGS TILL DEC-14- 561.80 Rs'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told to me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged, But to my dismay it was fake. Also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

                      I am holding ICICI Safety Bonds February 2000 . I would like to have details of interest paid on my bonds as well as redeem the said bonds. I also have Interest warrant dated April 2001 which is not realised. would like to revalidate the same. I have been visiting ICICi Bank branch but they refuse to give details of any safety bonds and advice me to contact custmer care. Hence this mail. Please treat the matter as MOST URGENT as I have been trying to sort this out for past 6 months. Please reply on binod.[protected]@wipro.com.

Ref: Credit card no. 4629 8630 0935 5003. With reference to the above I request that the following charges you are debited in my December account shall be reversed due to the whole outstanding balance which I was remitted on 16th of January 2015. The telephonic conversation with Ms.Swaroopa your phone banking Officer refused to reverse the same. Card no.4375 xxxx xxxx 9002 ( which I was not using ) Service tax : 61.80 Annual fee second year : 500.00 Annual fee for card 5003 : 750.00 Over limit fee : 500.00 Fee levied for cash payment : 100.00 Interest charges : 3022.24 Service tax : 373.55 [protected]--- 5307.59 ================ The above amount shall be reversed and kindly cancel my credit card with immediate effect.                           I stay in street no. 11, lane no.5 Nagarjuna nagar, tarnaka hyderabad. For the past couple of years we have had problems with garbage collection. The guys who comes to collect it comes only 2-3 times a month, demands extra money regardless of his callous attitude and when we question him why he is not a regular says that his auto had to be repaired ( always the same excuse). Please help!! I have kids at home and garbage storage really isn't the right thing to do around toddlers.

                              Sir, Apropos to my complaint registered today, i have to inform that i received a phonecall from No[protected] from Bangalora stating that he is speaking from RBI banagolore and they are ready to refund the amount withdrawn from my A/c pprovided I give them another Debit card No. i insisted that it should be credited in my ICICI A/c but the person concerned said that he will refund through debit card only.                                 Dear Sir, Today I talked first PBO Mr. Rohit Moolya for reversal of two days delayed payment interest. He told me that he cannot reversed. you have send mail to customer care for reversal of interest of two days. But when I again called to customer care then second PBO Shaik Anisha has told me that we can not reversed two days delayed payment interest and also told me that email id complaint has been closed last six months after that I told her that your call is recording then she told me that this process is recently changed. I do not know what type of PBO you kept giving wrong information and charging two much interest for part payment. Its very very bad and pathetic service. My card no. is [protected]. Kindly request to you please reverse two days delayed payment interest.

                                  To, ICICI Bank, Bhandarkar road Branch, pune Dear Manager, I am one of the employee of bny mellon, having a salary account with icici bank kondwa branch, also i am using icici coral credit card since last 2 years. My complaint on icici bank is as below, Since last two months i am receiving so many calls (till date received approx 60+ calls) offering icici bank credit card. I have informed each one of them that i am already having a card and i don't want it also i am not interested in any personal loan. My both the mobile nos.(-94xxxxxx698 & 95xxxxx927) are in national DND. also i have registered these nos. on icici DND as well. These call are very irritating me and each one i have been told that please remove my nos. from your list. But not done... I am recording each one of the call received from icici bank for offering credit cards. Till date i have recorded more than 30 calls. Before going to Media and presenting it and also before taking any LEGAL ACTION on ICICI bank i thought i would inform you.. This action will might cause harm to your banks reputation... BE ALERT. |

                                    Sir, An amount of Rs.34150/- has been withdrawn from my a/c no0.[protected]. using details of my Debit Card. on24/01/2015. Incidently I have to mention that I blocked my debit card on23/01/2015 vide SR no.[protected]. On reaching office on27/01/2015 23and 24th being Holidays, I received messages on mail about these transactions. My /ac statement is attached herewith.                                       Sir, I got blocked my debit card no.[protected]on23/01/2015videSRno.[protected] based on warning given by ICICI bank through mail.But after blocking of my debit card on23/01/2015 five transactions worth Rs.34150/- were carried out from my bank a/c no.[protected] on 24/01/2015. I received messages of these transactionson24/01/2015evening.25and 26th being holidays, reported the matter on icici bank web on 27/01/2015 vide ref. no.[protected]. Kindly look into these transactions and arrange to refund the amount as these happened after my blocking the debit card. This shows negligence on the part of icici bank..
