Hi Team, I had ordered 6 Provogue watches with ICICI scheme but one of them was defective. I tried contacting Provogue Customer care over the phone(+[protected] and email([protected]@rock.in, [protected]@provogue.com) but received no response from them. The phone number in fact is out of service. My order number is: #[protected]. Request you to take urgent and immediate action for either a refund or replacement of the defective watch.     This is Ranjana Varma since morning I have got 10 calls from ICICI bank credit card department saying that you are the guarantor of Birkha Singh and he has 75K outstanding of credit card with our bank and speak to him and pay the outstanding or else we will send the executive at your postal address. They have my postal address also. when I checked with her what documents they have of my as a guarantor. She said we have your mobile no and address. I donot know who is Birkha Singh and how they have my postal address with them. I am getting the call from[protected]. Request your action on urgent basis.

      Cardmember dispute form

      The said transaction were the fraudulent transaction on internet on the basis of call made by a person from tel no. 91-[protected] representing himself as representative of credit card department.

      These transactions were made by myself on false representation from the person representing himself as a bank personal.

      Subject: offer letter for loan facility vide application number [protected] (franchises code: BALVINDER KAUR- 193266)


      Dear Sir/ Madam,

      I have applied for home loan through your Kalayan West – zip code 421301 Branch, after submitting required documents I got a loan sanction letter attached herewith from Kalayan West bank, after giving me sanction letter thay have demanded one more document form CIDCO which was not available from me & I ask them to give me some time as it will take 30 to 45 days to get this document from CIDCO.

      Meanwhile the first EMI came on 05.02.2015 & nobody informed me regarding this, that time I did not not have sufficient EMI amount balance in my account, even though Rs. 6409/- which was in my account was debited by your bank.

      Due to miscommunication from your team I suffer a lot, hence request you to please do register my complaint & credit the debited amount in my bank account, also request you to please take action on your staff who have misguide me & issued me loan sanction letter without fulfillment of all the required documents from me, if they have asked me to submit this letter before issuing sanction letter I may change my mind not to transfer my loan account to your bank.

      Financially I am unable to pay both EMI’s so kindly look into it and please help me to solve this problem on priority basis.

      Also request you to please give me request / complaint number by reverting this mail asap.

        Hi Icici BankCredit Cards, , I had apply a credit card on 7 Jan but so far I have not receive the same, , infect I had dropped you many mails & call back request as well. See I am using Icici Bank service from last 5 years but so far I was not believe that you willdo such ridiculous things but I am surprise to see that actually you do. When I was apply the credit card that was time you were give me the TAT that “you will getcredit card in next 10 days” still i am looking my mobile screen to get the confirmation & or any other status.           Dear Sir, I am sending the mail content which i sent earlier 1) Whether points are credited on the basis of consolidated transactions of diff. transaction?2) if So without a statement how a person reconcile the points earned with the money spent3) Whether all modes of payments like Online banking, Debit card payment. will yield payment4) Whether all payments made from my account will get me Payback points or any exception is there5) Whether Payback points are credited in any systematic & Periodic Basis6) With above sample of reconciliation how can a customer will be convinced that he is earning Payback points is matching with his payments7) Whether any charges are levied for redemption of points8) When can i have a relationship manager Who can interact regularly & solve my issues9) Almost 8 to 10 staff from ICICI discussed for some issues & given assurance for call back after 24/48 hrs, but never called, each time after i raise a fresh complaint some new staff will attend they will ask for the whole detail again. This has to be stopped.10. recently Mr. Rangarajn told he will make a visit after Pongal but till date no response & Mr. Manoj Contacted to verified whether my querry is sorted out, I briefed him the issue again, then he told he will come back to me next day with the solution. but till date no contact.11. Mr. Rangarajan told that you will contact to solve Pay back issue. But you contacted me only after i raised the issue with the customer care again.12. Being very highly rated bank in india Why this payback is not handled transparently & simple to understand way. 13. Your sometime simply replied that it will be handled by payback & while checking up with payback they are telling they are getting only consolidated points & not the break up. But payback is very clear that they will sort out any issues if it is mailed in detail. So i request to give me a mail if it has to be taken up with PaybackI am writing this again so that somebody will try to put stop to this & the customer that too categoriased as "Wealth Account Holder" is not treated like this in future Being Managed by highly professional Mrs. Chanda Kochar and the bank which technologywise, systemwise, Networkwise one of the leading banks why these type of issues carried out without solving for longer time .Hope this type of customer satisfaction spread it will not do good the Bank which has earned a good name in the market After this I recd an email from Mr. Bharadwaj with the following content We are working on your request, by Saturday which is on [protected] you will be getting a detailed explanation mail for all your questions from payback. 1) Whether points are credited on the basis of consolidated transactions of diff. transaction? 2) if So without a statement how a person reconcile the points earned with the money spent 3) Whether all modes of payments like Online banking, Debit card payment. will yield payment 4) Whether all payments made from my account will get me Payback points or any exception is there 5) Whether Payback points are credited in any systematic & Periodic Basis 6) With above sample of reconciliation how can a customer will be convinced that he is earning Payback points is matching with his payments 7) Whether any charges are levied for redemption of points.             Hello, This is in relation to the previous complaint against Icici credit cards, Aurangabad Branch. I am raising this on behalf of my friend Mr Vikram Anil Ghodke. Every year they carry their age old recovery sheets and trouble.Now these people are even threatening over the phone. Their innummerous calls were already a harassment, inspite of telling that money has already been paid. Now they are threatening that there are other ways to recover the money and this came from a lady!!! Few things to note - 1- the card was taken in 2005, stopped in 2007. Outstanding of Rs 1200, the charges plus outstanding was paid. In later years, more than Rs 8000 was paid in the name of interest plus taxes, following their similar calls. So for Rs 1200 already Rs 8000 plus amount already paid with assurance that now all settled, yet every year they harras. 2- the language is appalling. This is the state when we have not even defaulted. If there was a mistake at our end, then I could still tolerate it. But only because ICICI Bank systems don't get upgraded and some branches close down and they don't have records, they are still harassing and demanding money. With their stone age systems and people that are incorrigible, the end user has to suffer. Now they are demanding Rs 50000!!???!!! This is supposed to be a reputed bank and is bound to provide quality customer service. Forget about customer care, here they are completely out of control and common sense, demanding and threatening to pay 10 years of interest plus taxes for Rs 1200, that was already cleared at the time of closing. Things were settled long back... Still this torture. Details for your reference are given below. Icici credit card branch, Aurangabad Customer name - Vikram Anil Ghodke.               I have not yet received refund of the application money deposited with ICICI bank for the DDA Housing Scheme 2014. My DDA Application Number is 6020287 and the amount of Rs 1 Lakh was remitted via NEFT through HSBC Bank to Account DDAS 2022888 with ICICI bank IFSC code ICIC0000104. It is already Feb 11 2015 and the refund amounts were released to banks by DDA on December 24, 2014. I fail to understand why ICICI is holding onto the refund money.                 TheDear Sir / Madam, I “Prashant Kuttan Acharya” was using ICICI Bank HPCL Silver Credit Card in 2006 and due to personal and family problem I could not do the payment. In 2014 I received a call from your bank and I did the entire payment of my total outstanding amount of Rs. 57011.45/- for my card no : [protected]. My payment started on 28/03/2014 and ended on 22/11/2014. Mid of December 2014 I got a call again from your bank and Shashi is the executive who gave me a call and said there is a amount outstanding for card. I told her that I had only one card and I already cleared the payment. But she said that 2 cards were issued to me. I need to understand if I had applied for one card how is it possible that 2 cards were issued. Shashi says there are 2 application form . I meet Mr. Mehul Patel also at Andheri Seepz ICICI office. I discussed with him also the same I applied for only 1 card then how is possible that 2 cards is issued. I request Mr. Mehul Patel to check if there are 2 application forms as I was sure there is some miss use of my documents so to confirm I requested Mehul Patel to show me both the application forms. 2nd card no: [protected] outstanding amount: Rs. 29332/- Shashi directly sent me both the application form copy at my residential address. when I checked both the application forms 1 was correct which I had done the payment and cleared all the dues, 2nd application form was not filled by me and the signatures were also not mine. There is a vast difference in my signature. And it’s clearly seen that someone has miss used my documents and used the card. Because on application form there are multiple stamp like 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2008.. When I communicated the same to Shashi she said she knew I will tell that it was a forged . Mr. Mehul Patel was also not ready to listen and said to do a FIR and give a copy. Next day Shashi again called me up and when I asked her to give mail ID she said first you do the FIR and then she will inform how to send her the FIR copy. I communicated the same to Shashi but she is not ready to listen and every day she calls me and say to make the payment ( do settlement) I told her why ing you should I do the payment for the card which I have not used. But she is not ready to listen. Today also she called in the morning 5/2/2015 at 10.30am and said I will again call you tomorrow at 2pm and I should inform her what have I decided weather I will do the payment or not. Shashi calls me from a landline nos:[protected] / 64571395 She calls with only one intention that I should do the payment . I need your intervention to sortout the issue. I had sent a mail earlier to the nodal officer of icici bank on 06/02/205 but I have not received any revert as on date 11/2/2015. Thanking you, Regards, Prashant Kuttan Acharya [protected].

                  To whomsoever it may concern, I am having bank account in ICICI Edappally branch, Ernakulam since 2010. My account no. is[protected] and My email address is sngth.[protected]@gmail.com. I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock because my account has been debited by MAB charges S tax 43.26+ 393.26. I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.                     I have to pay credit card bill by due date was 23, 802.95 I paid 23000 before due date, (Rs 800 Short) bill without seeing the actual bill under impression that it is something 23000. My mistake, I agree. So for 802.95, ICICI bank imposed 962.73 Interest charges & 118.99 Rs Tax. So instead of 802.95 Rs, I have to pay 1884.67 Rs Is it looks justified to you? I am getting very much bad experience with ICICI bank. I am ICICI bank customer from a long period around 8-9 years. With ICICI bank, If you make a small mistake, be ready for heavy penalty.                       I have a Demat account in ICICI bank. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '37927765 DP CHGS TILL DEC-14'---- INR 665..67'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged . My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].

                      I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 1 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '01311495 DP CHGS TILL JAN-15' - - - INR 561.80'. When I created the Demat account, The ICICI representative told me it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. They completely cheated me. My ICICI account number is[protected] Name: JAYABAL M. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount

                        I had submitted all the necessary documents along with the initial funding cheque for opening NRE savings account in first week of December. During the account opening discussion the team mentioned that the account would be operational in 15 days and i would get all the deliverable's in 2 weeks.Its been over 7 weeks but i haven't yet received the Debit card and Pin. So i am not able to access my account. I have received the cheque book and when i try to reach out to customer care phone number using the account number they say its an invalid account number. When i tried to reach out to the contact-chat team, they asked to reach out to [protected]@icicibank.com. I have reached out to them and dropped multiple reminders but i haven't got any acknowledgement or response from them. I even tried to escalate the matter to head of NRI services department but i haven't heard from them. I also lodged complaint but haven't got any response. Its really pathetic customer service and no one is really bothered to attend my issues. They have en cashed the initial funding cheque on 1st of Jan. During account opening discussion it was mentioned that they will deposit the amount in my account as per the current dollar to INR conversion rate. During January period the conversion rate was over 61rs but they have deposited at rate less than 54rs. I have tried to reach out to them regarding this issue as well but don't know whom to reach out to resolve this issue. This is highly disappointed service from ICICI bank who boast themselves as being customer friendly and going out of way to help customers. I am thinking to take any legal action against them for cheating me and for not fulfilling their commitments and most importantly for mentally harassing me during all this time.

                            I was used My money service in three years back, I entered all my bank details and used two month .within three month all my data had been deleted automatically without any information, then I thought it is waste service to subscribe again, So I unsubscribed in online portal, But still my money was deducted every month, So i complaint in phone banking customer care officer, and they promised that ICICI will refund the money I rarely check the statement, because I used to get SMS every transaction But ICICI bank people still they were taking money from my account silently without any mail/SMS alert. 1) Why they don’t sent any sms for subscription renewal approval from customer at least every year. 2) Why they don’t send any SMS/mail alert while monthly subscription deduction transaction. 3) I unsubscribed manually and Requested to customer care officer and went to bank about this issue and told them ICICI taking money from account without my approval. Past three years they are continuing the same money laundering service. Even yesterday also made call to customer care officer and spoke almost half an hour. Manager disconnect the phone without any resolution. I think if we don’t check the statement each month, this ICICI people subscribe many service without approval of customer and take money from your account If they genuine about their service then, why we are not Getting any reference number after unsubscribe manually/ also we don’t get any reference Number even after speaking to phone banking customer care officer.                                 Hello, I am raising this complaint in behalf of my friend, Mr Vikram Anil Ghodke. He held a credit card with ICICI Bank in 2005. However, later around 2010-11, he stopped it as there wasn't much requirement. He closed the card settling all outstanding amount and charges with the bank. Still every year, the recovery agents from ICICI, get his name in their recovery sheets and harass him. Every time he has to go through same torture explaining them, that like every year they have again come to him asking to pay for a card he has closed long back. He has to show them proofs, get them to verify with the bank officials and then they happily say sorry for inconvenience caused due to system glitch. This time now they have again come asking to pay charges and taxes amounting to Rs 50000. These recovery agents behave like they are dealing with defaulter and he has to go through this harassment every year. Even the amount increases every year, giving added tension to make them understand. The fault is of the Bank who cannot update it's system even after repeated requests. The consumer has to suffer due to their negligence. Yet the torture and wastage of time is for the consumer, who even at no fault of his has to go through this without any apology from the bank whatsoever. Please I request you to intervene into this and get the ICICI Bank to stop harassing people this way for no reason.                                 This is in relation to the previous complaint against Icici credit cards, Aurangabad Branch.

                                Now these people are even threatening over the phone. Their innummerous calls were already a harassment, inspite of telling that money has already been paid. Now they are threatening that there are other ways to recover the money and this came from a lady!!!
                                Few things to note -

                                1- the card was taken in 2005, stopped in 2007. Outstanding of Rs 1200, the charges plus outstanding was paid. In later years, more than Rs 8000 was paid in the name of interest plus taxes, following their similar calls.

                                So for Rs 1200 already Rs 8000 plus amount already paid with assurance that now all settled, yet every year they harras.

                                2- the language is appalling. This is the state when we have not even defaulted. If there was a mistake at our end, then I could still tolerate it. But only because ICICI Bank systems don't get upgraded and some branches close down and they don't have records, they are still harassing and demanding money.
                                With their stone age systems and people that are incorrigible, the end user has to suffer.

                                Now they are demanding Rs 50000!!???!!! This is supposed to be a reputed bank and is bound to provide quality customer service. Forget about customer care, here they are completely out of control and common sense, demanding and threatening to pay 10 years of interest plus taxes for Rs 1200, that was already cleared at the time of closing. Things were settled long back... Still this torture.

                                      Matrix cellular has debited my icici bank credit card no xxx 9111 without our consent and prior intimation to us. How does the crdeit card division allow debit transaction without permission from the customer???
