I have applied for DDA housing scheme, 2014 through online application. I have submitted the online payment of registration fee through Form Zero ICICI bank net-banking. But I was unlucky person and can't get success. However I have not received the refund till 13th Jan, 2015. Bank has not sent any intimation regarding how much time it will take.     Deposited cheque at Camp Branch Pune, rejected the cheque as it was post aided cheque. So requested the bank to send the cheque to Pune Navipeth branch but the bank is circulating the check from one city to another since one and half months even after clearly specifying the destination address, customer care representatives are pathetic as they dont know what to do, and people at the branch are very irresponsible.. what to do can any body help... Cheque No. 000049 (Kotak Mahindra bank) A/c No.[protected] Bank deposited in - Camp, Pune Base Branch - Nehru Place, Delhi.

      i go to icici bank yesterday, they note down application number, and call me back after one day for status.

        I had applied for DDA 2014 housing scheme through ICICI form zero. I had paid Rs 1, 00, 000.00 as application amount. I was not allotted any flat in the draw. As such my application money should have refunded by this time as DDA says it has returned all application amounts to banks.           I recently(dec'14) paid ICICI bank credit card bill (Rs 46, 000) in cash as the due date was nearing and to ensure that I do not get delinquent and be penalized by heavy interest rates. this month when i see the credit card bill i was surprised to see RS 100 as fee for paying the credit bill in CASH. This is a illegal practise and how would it really matter to the bank on how the bill is paid, until it gets paid. I would like to sue the bank, unfortunately i don't believe its an easy task

            I am having bank account in ICICI vanasthalipuram branch from last 3 years and My account no. is[protected] My contact number is : +[protected] I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock because my account has been debited by MAB charges S tax 43.26+ 393.26 I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.

              Hi Team, My father and mother applied for DDA 2014 and I did online payment for both of them from my ICICI bank account. As they were not selected in the lottery, I was supposed to get the refund in my bank account, however ICICI bank has sent cheque to my home address. The problem here is that the cheques have names mentioned as of my Father and mother and account number of mine which local ICICI bank is not accepting the cheque. I want the transfer to be done online to my account. Due to this change in process of refund, it has already caused delay of more than a month in transfer of the amount.                   Dear Sir/Madam Hello. actually i have a saving account in ICICI BANK JAIPUR BRANCH.my account no is[protected]. i have opened a account in November month but the Bank didn't issue my ATM CARD. when i complaint it in the bank, then the bank has deducted Rs 224. for reissue the atm. FIRST TIME BANK MUST PROVIDE THE ATM WITHOUT ANY FEE. lots of time i have complaint to refund my Rs 224.but cant success.plz refund my money rs 224 as soon as possible. MRINAL GAUR

                    I applied for DDA flat through ICICI Bank and its third party Form Zero. I am expecting my DDA registration money refund last 2-3 weeks. All who applied from other service got their money back on 24 & 25 Dec. Also, There is no contact number mentioned in Form zero site. I am worried When I'll get back my money.

My refund release date was shown to be 08/01/2014 on formzero.in, but I have not received it yet, no sms for status or mail nothing. Please help me get my refund, it's already too late.                               I am the A/c holder of ICICI Bank from last 1.5 years, I am having a zero balance a/c, Now they have started charging Rs.560.68 under this category DCARDFEE and Rs.280.90 under this category SAMB chgs I am not aware what type of charges are these. They never informed me regarding these charges either by Email or by Letter. Who has given right to ICICI bank to deduct the money without informing us. Because we kept the money in Bank that give right to Bank that they can do anything whatever they want. There should be some formal process for doing all these things.                                 I was having one i-wish account, when its achieve to its 100 % goal then i have given a closer request but after closer i got less amount than i suppose to get . i called customer care but they replied they don't have account information of the same, they was just telling its premature closer . I am wondering my, i have closed this account once its achieved 100 % and i did not got any kind of message saying its premature closer . So it's really frustrating that, ICICI has taken my amount and they dont have any answer . As a customer, I feel very sorry to say that service of icici bank is not good . I am a customer of icici bank since 5 yrs and they are dealing like this.                                   Money not dispensed but balance get deducted I am a customer of State Bank of India(S/B a/c-[protected]). On 10/01/2015 around 13:00 hrs I had used ICICI Bank ATM DARA BUS STAND BARABA NAGAON ASSAM and I don't know the ATM ID as no transaction failure slip is given from your end. RS 2000/- I tried but not dispensed. That amount is deducted from my SB Account for money but the transaction failed with a network error. As per today's bank statement no transaction detail is recorded except the narration of the transaction where it is recorded as withdrawal from ATM 7621 DARA BUS STAND BARABA NAGAON ASIN I didn't get the money but my SBI account was debited. Please investigate and get it credited back to my SBI S/B account . The feedback says that ICICI delays this kind of complaints abnormally which is a concern to customers.

                                      Greetings. DDA Application no. 1 :[protected] Nikhil Baluja DDA Application no. 2 :[protected] Sheena(Wife) I've filled 02 applications from ICICI netbanking account which is on my name only i.e Nikhil Baluja. The cheque issued to me was correct but the one issued to my wife was on her name but they have mentioned my account number of ICICI bank beside her name on the cheque. Unfortunately these bank people are so unprofessional & money launderers that they think we don't understand their strategies to hold the money in their domain itself by issuing to the member's but mentioning account numbers as well of their banks only beside it on the cheques issued to unsuccessful candidates. Also the courier agency with whom they have tied up - Shri Karni Couriers is also not supportive. They always come to your house when you are not at home & the day i took leave from office just to receive cheque, the guy from that agency came at 08:00 pm. They made us (me & my wife) furious & kept us lingering, infact they dont deserve to be in service industry as we had to call them 1000 times for confirmation. ICICI bank-Green park branch, who has issued the cheque, is also having very unsupportive higher management employee- Mr. Gaurav Mittal dont deserve to be in that chair when he dont understand the customer problem & can't recall & keep his words. He asked me to bring following documents for their wrong doing in mentioning the account number on my wife's cheque and when my wife took all these docs to the branch, he left us nowhere and didn't support. In fact he assured me that he'll send a guy from his branch to Jhandewalan branch for the amendment in cheque & will handover the modified one on same evening, but when my wife went their he refused & told her that this process will take another 3-4 days. VERY NON-SENSE & UN-SUPPORTIVE Lethargic Managers. I truly praise HDFC Managers who are very prompt in understanding the customer issues & crediting the cheques in your account. Very friendly too. HDFC managers are keen to help & don't linger you for anything but on the other hand, ICICI Managers will stretch the issues rather resolving & will keep you waiting rather attending.                                       OH MY GOD...!!! These ICICI Bank Manager - Green Park Branch has turned idiotic, he hardly remembers anything.

                                      As he confirmed that after submitting required documents, Cheque will be automatically deposited in respective branch within 3-4 days but nothing happened as such even after a week.

                                      Today when my wife again visited branch, he hardly recognised anything, and is totally unresponsive. I pity ICICI Bank if this is your CUSTOMER SERVICE...!!!

                                      Now he said that they have couriered the cheque again thru BluDart Courier which will be received by Monday...Such a non-sense happening all around in ICICI Bank.

As per your adwise, i went to consults to my branch manager on[protected]. He say your saved amount rs 4021/- balance is available. and credit to 25 to 30 days to your account. but until not to credit the above amount. so kindly credit the above amount as soon as possible.
