my account no.[protected] with icici bank v.k.i.a., jaipur, rajasthan branch has been debited with the amount of INR 2, 593.68 Info.VIN*www.vendosu on[protected]:03:05. whereas i haven't made any such transaction via my debit card nor any permission was granted from my side to auto debit such amount from my account for any reasons. customer care executives of icici bank when i contacted replied to block the card and apply for a new one as a solution without any remedy to get my money back.

    Hi, The executive who processed my application has told me that the credit application was processed and the same was dispatched, but I have not received the card so far. When I tried to check the application #S[protected] it says no such record. Can you please let me know the actual status and the courier details of which, if the same has been dispatched. The application was signed on 05/11/2014. Also there are no other numbers directly to talkt to and enquire about the same. Regards, Sha ([protected])

        I got 5 calls from Credit Card Reps of ICICI to take new credit card. Fed up with their call I took the credit card since I was told it was FREE, no joining fee and no annual fee Now once I received the statement I am asked to pay 3000+3000 joining fee. It was Rubyx dual credit card. Called the call center and they say charges cannot be reversed. What kind of state we live in. Customers are cheated. My e-mail id is k.sachin.[protected]@gmail.com, if anyone bothers to revert.I am planning to close my bank account from these buggers as well in case of no response.

          Generate Password Online

          I tried to generate my ICICI bank account login password online - Every time it is saying "Your request could not be processed for security reasons. Please try after 3 days." This message is coming from weeks. In today's modern IT world, for such reputed nationalised bank still we have to wait for more than 3 days to reset a password thru online ! It is very shameful to digital technology!...

          I was send my aadar card connectivty requist on 7 DEC 2015, but customer cure unit told me your requist received on 15 jan2015. But i was remainded on 9, 10, 15, jan, 2015, then I was call 17 Jan he told me your request received on 15 jan 2015.

            I accepted ICICI Bank CORAL credit card only on the below conditions promised by Mr Karna Jora from ICICI Bank 1. There are no charges as part of joining fee since i am from TCS 2. If i do shopping of Rs5000 i.e. Rs Five Thousand in first month, this card will be lifetime free. Mr Karna had promised to send me an email with these details which never came. I have been trying to call this Guy, but he does not bother to pick my call. I sent an email to [protected]@icicibank.com, still nobody replied Now in my credit card statement, i have been charged with 562 RS which i don't intend to pay as this was not told to me while giving credit card Can someone please help me and detain this guy Karna Jora who is not picking my calls, readind my messages on whatsapp but not replying.

              I recently received a ICICI Corp Gift card from my friend. I tried to use it at a merchant and the card declined. I tried calling the Customer Care for help but it hung up on me several times. Any immediate help will be appreciated. Very Disappointed with ICICI Customer Service.

                Do not find need to explain and waste more time. You must have recorded the message. Still not received card. And my existing card and pin was dectivated by bank. Before I could get new card. Also there is no information where the card is and whom to approach. I am totally frusrated. Ac.no[protected]

                  Hello I had applied for DDA 2014 Housing Scheme for which I had paid INR 100161 on 10/09/2014. Application number Generated was 6001530 Funds were Transferred from my SBI Savings account using NEFT method to ICICI Bank A/C no. - DDAS2002975 Bank name- CMS ICICI Bank. I was unlucky to not get selected in the draw. Hence I was supposed to receive refund by[protected]. I've no whereabouts about the Refund. I Had applied in name of my wife Mrs Minakshi Singh.                         Few days back i was searching for Personal Loan, and went across ICICI Bank Personal loan link to check eligibility. Immediately i received a call back giving me details of loan and interest and i was been told that my loan has been pre-approved. After a week i got a call saying that my loan has been declined. I do not understand if the loan was pre-approved, then how after a week time it get's declined? It's looks to me that such banks are cheating on to the customers while saying PRE-APPROVED LOANS. A question here is, if it was pre-approved then how in this world it got decline? When the approval was already placed at the time of applying.

                          i had applied for dda housing scheme 2014 on formzero website. my application no. is 6023664. i was unsuccessful in draw. i got sms regarding refund on 06.01.2015 from icici bank saying that we have sent the DDA refund vide cheque no. 022832 to your mailing address vide speed post AWB no. EQ[protected]IN. Since i have not received speed post till 13.01.2015, i tried to get status on article tracking of speed post. there i found status that address insufficient is mentioned & it has been sent back to karol bagh SO on 16.01.2015. this is to inform that all other correspondences are being received on the same address. I tried calling repeatedly at[protected], but nobody picks up the phone. Even after draw held more than 1.5 month, i am struggling for refund. Please help. Thanks

                          I have not received the refund as well. After following up they gave me a tracking number-but the logistics company say that it was sent back as the house was locked (which is false, as somebody was there at the house all the time. Anyhow, now ICICI is saying they are looking into the problem and will get back by January 20th. SO much pain to get your own money.

                          Anyways, I tried several ways- but got a reply from "[protected]@icicibank.com". Suggest you try sending email to this address. Hope this helps.

But due to typing mistake the amount of Rs 6800/- has been transfered to Some other ICICI account with account no. :[protected]. So why payment of RS 8505/_charged to me? pl cancell all pay ments an revert back to me, also stop payments.

                                      My wife applied for DDA housing 2014 and didn't get selected in lottery. She used my account number for filing and now refund check has her name and my account number. I would like to know how can this be corrected and the refund amount should be credited to my account. SBI has already done so and is able to rectify such issues over email. Please reach out to me at amit.[protected]@yahoo.co.in or mca.[protected]@gmail.com for any suggestions. Another problem is that I live overseas and can't go through anything like adding my wife to my account as joint account holder. Any help is highly appreciated.
