    Hi, I am the home loan holder of the loan with a/c no: LBVPM[protected]. I was able to increase the EMI upon my wish when I was capable of paying it, but unable to reduce it when I am not capable of paying it. Please find the details below: 1. I have taken the home loan for Rs. 21,50,000/- in the year 2007 with a tenure of 20 years. The EMI started at Rs. 23,300/-. 2. In the year 2009, I have requested ICICI to increase my EMI to Rs. 25,000/-. 3. In the year 2010, I have requested ICICI to increase my EMI to Rs. 35,000/- 4. In the year 2012, I have requested ICICI to increase my EMI to Rs. 45,000/- 5. In the year 2013, I have requested ICICI to increase my EMI to Rs. 50,000/-. 6. ICICI has agreed to all the above requests. 7. Now since I am not capable of paying the heavy EMI, I am requesting ICICI to decrease the EMI to Rs. 25,000/- again. For which it is saying that I need to do a part-payment. Even though the EMI is decreased to Rs. 25,000/-, the whole home loan tenure shall still be 11 years only (well below the approved 20 year tenure.) And also, the EMI I am requesting is Rs. 25,000/- which is higher than the initially approved EMI of Rs. 23,300/-. I sincerely request ICICI has to look into the issue and reduce my EMI.

    Hi,
    I got an email from the ICICI care once again that the EMI reduction cannot be happened. This is not the resolution I am looking for.
    Let an official reach me on my mobile. There is more to talk. I do not want 'Copy Pasted' statements from your rule books.

    Please understand that when I have tried to increase the EMI, ICICI has not informed me that it shall be an irreversible act. Why is it saying now that it is not reversible? This way, though I am capable of paying Rs. 25, 000/-, I am falling in trouble because some time back, I just increased to Rs. 50, 000/-.

    Your official has sent an email. Just the email. The same "COPY PASTED" statements. None other than that.

    Please check with the official again.. what I have asked her to do and what she did????

    When I have to take a new home loan, the home loan executives will be surrounding me. The managers also would respond quite effectively and yes I remember, even a Manager from the Dwarakanagar branch came to my home to get some documents signed.

    Now that I have taken loan and in a problem, none of the people in ICICI are interested in looking the issue as an issue.

      Dear Sir, I have served in ICICI bank from May 2007 to Dec 2010. At time of joining, in my offer letter, it was mentioned that either i have to serve 90 days after resignation or i have to pay notice period amount. I had resigned on 13th dec 2010 with my last working day as 24th dec 2010. I have mailed to HR that they can debit my account for notice period amount.         Dear Sir, I have worked for ICICI Bank from May 2007 to Dec 2010. As per my offer letter during my joining, it was mentioned that either i serve 90 days after resignation or pay short period served salary. I have resigned on 13th Dec 2010 with last working day as 24th dec 2010 and also informed to HR that they can take remaining short period salary amount from my salary account.           Hi,



          I have an E-Broking account with ICICIDirect which I use on a regular basis. But since last 3-4 months I am getting too many marketing calls from ICICIDirect regarding recommendations etc. which I do not want. I want to be in DO NOT DISTURB mode and only for some genuine and serious action items like KYC/compliance requirements etc I like to be contacted.



          Few examples:



          1. Few months back a person names Jaskaran from ICICI Bank, Kolkata, Technopolis branch called me and wanted to meet me regarding nomination of my accounts. But when we met all he wanted to discuss is some ICICI Income Fund which is really frustrating.



          2. Again few weeks back a gentleman called me and told my ICICIDirect account is idle for long and he wants to meet, in reality I have many SIPs active. Again these kind of calls for just getting attention are really not acceptable.



          3. Recently I have started getting calls from ICICIDirect Laketown branch regarding some recommendatioins regarding my existing SIPs, though the intention may be good this time, I will prefer to use my own judgement.





          Once more, I want to be in DO NOT DISTURB mode and only for some genuine and serious action items like KYC/compliance requirements etc I like to be contacted.



          It will be great if you can ensure the same or I will be compelled to think of my Demat account to any other provider.

            I like to convey my dissatisfaction towards the ICICI iMobile bank as I would have lost more than Rs. 50 (two times) for activation of ICICI iMobile app. There is a big technical problem which has not been noticed on development of this software. there isn't any problem with GPRS for sure. It is being charged at 3 Rs per SMS sent but if it's not activated the money that we lost is credited to these Bankers. We poor customers loosing our money earned by hardworking and you bankers are getting richer and richer by such ridiculous strategies. Bank can use 10 digit number on which the msg can be sent. so at least we will be charged less for n number for msg sent for activation. Please refund/ credit me some amount so that I will try to activate again.

              AUTO DEBITED EVEN THOUGH I PAID CASH... I am D.Deshakumar using icici credit card and my last due date is 20th August of every month....this month my amount due is Rs.18,585.37...i paid cash that is Rs.18,600 on 20th August 2013 around 3:00pm....but next day(21st august 2013) i got a message that Rs.3810 minimum amount has been auto debited from my savings account....So i called the icici customer care no. around 11:10am today(22nd august 2013) and spoke to a person called RAKESH....Rakesh don't know english at all and he never cleared my query and he itself transferred to the other department to block the card...I felt so funny n angry too.... Note: 1.I paid my due Rs.18,600 exactly on 20th august 2013 around 3pm. 2.Even after paying the due they took auto debited of Rs.3,810 on 21st august 2013. THEY MAIN THING IS I AM HAVING MINIMUM BALANCE IN MY SAVING ACCOUNT....AFTER AUTO DEBIT ICICI WILL CHARGE ME FOR KEEPING LOW BALANCE IN SAVINGS ACCOUNT.....SO MY AUTO DEBIT OF EXCESS AMOUNT THEY TOOK IS NOT AT ALL A PROBLEM BECAUSE I WILL USE IN MY CREDIT CARD AGAIN....BUT I REQUEST ICICI NOT TO CHARGE FOR MINIMUM BALANCE BECAUSE ITS NOT MY FAULT AND I PAID MY DUE EXACTLY ON THE LAST DATE....                 I have received my ICICI Bank HP Platinum Card which is not even 1 month old after getting written communication from Mr. Pradeep Gulia ICICI credit card department on 25th May, 2013 about the benefits of this cards as per attached document. But after I received card I checked on www.bookmyshow.com to book movie ticket and avail 1+1 free movie ticket offer (as mentioned in attachment), my request was declined. 1. Thereafter I called customer service centre on 29th June,2013 and had discussion with Mr. Tribhuvan who asked me to forward him that email which I received from ICICI bank. Then he gave me 48hrs time to respond back on my query. But after 1 week also I didn’t receive any call from him. 2. Then I again called on 8th Jul, 2013 but since he was not available so his colleague Ms. Shweta attended the call and asked me to forward email to her id and assured call back to me within 24hrs. 3. But I didn’t receive any call from ICICI bank in next 24hrs. 4. Then in the evening of 9th Jul, 2013 I again called back and registered my complaint. But on this day, Ms. Shweta was not present and I again had word with Mr. Tribhuvan who accepted that there has been misleading communication by ICICI bank personal before card issuance. He again told me to discuss internally and let me know the solution but after that I am unable to get in touch with him.

                  This is regaridng my wife's credit card issue with complaint id RE:'ICICICARE=[protected]' Urgent: Unauthorised transactions on credit card. She is in Germany and her card had been used by some one else to do a couple of transactions( thanks to the less limit she had) and exhausted her limit and left. These transactions appears to be in Russian currency. She is not aware of it immediately after the transactions since she left her phone in India since it would not work there properly. However, when she logged into check bill, she was shocked to see the bill amount and then immediately called the bank from Germany and they blocked the card. They said in 7 days she will be issued new card, which she is scared to use looking at the response from customer care she got for the complaint. They are not willing to take the dispute ahead stating that some 3D pin was used for transaction. We are not sure if it has been used or not so what ever may be the case, when the customer is requesting to deal them as unauthorised transactions, it should be bank's responsibility to listen to that and act accordingly in favor of customer. However, they are bluntly rejecting to help. Its right of their customer to raise a dispute and bank needs to resolve instead of simply saying we dont care as it has been compromised. On reading complaints on this thread, it appears that ICICI security is very weak and easily hackable. When the customer is already irritated with the transactions, ICICI tried their best to torture them to make rounds to police and all for complaining. Indian police system is known for lethargy in such issues and ICICI is trying to beat them on that count. We clearly mentioned that we will not pay for transactions we have not made and bank says we need to pay. Isn't is common sense for bank to stop payments and deal with merchant. I myself faced an issue once with HDFC Bank card but they handled it beautifully and did not ask me to go to police or something. They resolved it in favor of me too since its kind of a fraud deal made by other party. Bank asked them for proofs and when they did not get proper proofs they credited back the amount to card. However, ICICI is not only not willing to help us but also asking us to pay dues in time. Hope ICICI is listening and resolve the dispute.

                    Respected Sir/Madam, This is Praveen Kumar Chittibabu Privileged customer of ICICI bank Account number:[protected], working for CSC, Mepz Tambaram , Chennai I have opted for Plot loan and got sanctioned my loan tracking ID is 62021656. There after I have produced all required document on the property for Legal and technical valuation. I have also completed Orginal Document verification too. Every formalities where complted , but while issuing check from Credit team they said it would be given only to Sale deed owner and not Power of attorney. I have informed initially about this to Mr.Sukumar and he said check would be given to power holder if we have the receipt from power holder that the entire amount has been given to sale deed owner. I have produced the receipt also. But they were checking and checking after several couple of days and again they said DD would be given only to Sale deed owner and not Power of attorney. So with no option left I have processed with HDFC and got the loan processed and they have given the DD to Power holder name and the property got registered last week. So I would request ICICI to refund the Processing fees collected from me for the loan that I have opted. Please initiate the process as soon as possible.                       i am a teacher. i already gave complaint to you. i got housing lone no LBDD[protected]. in the year 2004. ICICI lost my original document . RBI Chennai, Banking Ombudsman ([protected]@rbi.org.in)gave last date is august 15th. it passed august 15th still ICICI bank not give original document and recreated document. again and again they doing wrong things... 1.they never give any intimation or letter to us, vice ...compensation,recreation,deed closing,etc... 2.fraudulently they created as my address is 48,ashok nagar,dindigul.6. they sent letters to this address at July 7th. BUT my original address is 1/766,ponnagaram, natham road, dindigul.3 They know this,because hear only my house is built, also ICICI s/b account,ICICIhousing account are maintained this address. 3.i never use ICICI S/B account past 20 months. they deposited automatically 25,000 as (token???) compensation with out any intimation or apology letter to me. sir /mam , please kindly consider my case as early as possible to get back my original document and bulk amount of compensation. thanking you .                         Dear Sir/ Madam, I k.thribhneswar reddy having a saving icici account in your bank at anantapur branch, andhra pradesh. My account no. is[protected]. my friend deposited 3465rs. today from another branch. You have deducted 165rs(ANW-Chrgs :150 S-Tax :15). The guy who opened my account told me that till 50, 000rs if we deposit, there will be no charges and we can have no. of transactions from anywhere, but should be within India . So please do take correct action against this deduction and deposit the deducted money as soon as possible.

                              Hello Sir,

                              On 27th July ICICI deducted 4500 from my account with description RVSL NFS TXN-4214 DT 13.06.13.
                              Yesterday ICICI deducted 28.09 rupees twice with description as POSDEC CHG/29-07-13/1504/25ST3.

                              I have tried to call Customer care several times which has cost me hundred bucks but no response from there.
                              This is a salary account .
                              This seems totally unfair and unprofessional from their side. I want my money back with proper explanation or i will have to file a complaint in district court.
                              I didn't expect such worse service from ICICI.
                              Please solve my issue .

                                We (me & ICICI Bank representative) negotiated on phone for the full & final settlement of dues in my credit card account.
                                We settled at Rs.45000/- (Rs. Forty five thousand only) in three equal installments of Rs.15000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand Each).Before i pay my first installment, i confirmed from their customer care office that if they have issued a letter for my full and final settlement & their answer was yes. So i paid my Rs.15000/- by cheque, which was debited from my bank account next day.
                                After two days i received a call from their representative, he told me that the amount which i paid cannot be considered as a part of full & final settlement as due principle amount is higher & i have to re negotiate by visiting their office otherwise this will create problems in my home loan (from the icici bank)whenever i make my final payment for home loan if i don't re negotiate as the credit card & home loan taken from the same bank.
                                I hope you have understood my problem & expecting help from yourself.

                                Every thing mentioned was right i and my freinds were also been facing same problem . we gonna file a case against the icici brand of cheating, and fraudness made by them
                                I had the evidence of fraud made by the Icici . No one has given us proper solution, now i alone will solve it.I will sue in the court of law for objecting, fraud & cheat.
                                I had the following evidences
                                1)Newspaper Advertisement made by the Icici Stating 100% placements in banks after the successful completion of course
                                2)Counter file at the time admission in to the course
                                3)Study material by them during the couse
                                4)My successful passout certificate
                                5)Offer letter given at the time of recruitment

                                ICICI — A complete fraud

                                I have done my Graduation from P.G.College, Sec'bad along with Icici ad on Banking Course from the Nizam college Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh in the year 2008.
                                Coming to this Icici Banking ad on course, it was brought forward by Icici and Osmania University(OU) with an object of training students through the banking syllabus framed by Icici with assurance of 100% placements in Branch Banking after successful pass out. I along with my freinds had joined by paying Rs6000 each in the form of DD favouring the icici.After the duration of 9 months we had successfully completed the course and then itself we completed our interview where we came to know about the fraud played by the icici .They were diverting us to BPO, to which it was against to their promise made for Banch Banking . We were been cheated, humilated, by the icici. We want the justice ... who was responsible we are still waiting for it

                                ICICI Bank — Fruad IN my Credit Card

                                I want my card to be closed they sad sir plz make the pament in to EMI one in cash and another by check of Rs.3500 i made it both and the gave me sattement letter and to recpit of cash and check but the person who came to my house to collect cash and check hav doposited cash Rs.3000 only and now its been almost 18 months bank call me to dosposit money and all the time i give the letter's and recipt no so tell me what i do.

                                Dear Sir/Madam.
                                My name is BALJIT SINGH. My residence is in ROHINI New Delhi.
                                I was using credit card (no. [protected]) of icici bank, We settled for due payment so that I can get NOC from this bank.
                                The agreed amount for final settlement was Rs.45000/-(Rs.Forty Five Thousand Only) & agreed to pay in three installments of Rs. 15000/- Each. Before I pay my installment by cheque (Already debit to my a/c in axis bank) I confirm from customer care department that letter has been issued for the settlement. Then I gave cheque for the payment.

                                So, now am totally shocked after that call.
                                Please help me to get justice because in my books the way bank has responded, it is completely a case of cheating.

                                        I have an ICICI Bank account for the past 5 years. I was supposed to swipe Rs. 200/- for filling petrol for my car. By mistake they swiped Rs. 300/- instead Rs. 200/-. I had balance of Rs. 294/-. They said the transaction has declined for Rs. 300/-. I told him to swipe Rs.200 once again. Second time he swiped for Rs. 200/- it has accepted and deducted Rs. 200- from my account. After 2 days ICICI bank has deducted some charges as usual for petrol filling. After 5 days they have deducted Rs. 28.09/- from account automatically. I have called customer care and narrated about what has really happened. They simply told me that they will deduct some amount for declined transaction also. which is shocking for me. So, be aware of our private banks and let us not lose our money to them. If anyone made mistake also we will be in trouble.

                                        Always government banks are safe and our money is also safe.

                                        Hence forth, i have decided not to do any transaction from ICICI Bank debit cards. I always transfer my salary amount to SBI bank once it has credited.

                                        Please don't trust foreign banks.

                                        ICICI Bank Limited — INTEREST CHARGED

                                        interest and late payment charged on an amount which was not even notified. I have not recieved credit card statement for the period Nov 27th - Dec 26' 2010 while the statement generated on Jan 26,2011 recieved on Feb 12, 2011 shows a previous balance of Rs21929.12 with an interest charge of RsRs1534.33.
                                        To inform you, per my previous record of payment to ICICI BANK LTD is always as 0 balance. I always prefer to pay 100% of my balance. My argument is;

                                        Since Bank has failed to deleiver the statement on time, Why I should pay interest?
                                        The statement dated Jan 12, 2011 recieved on Feb 12, 2011 ( Satureday) with a dead line of last date of payment as Feb 13,2011(Sunday). how I would have paid on 13/20/2011 as falls on Sunday. However, per my habit, I have made full payment with interest.

                                        Though I have paid the intersest amount, i request ICICI to refund the amount as it is not my fault.
