My credit card no was #[protected] . ICICI charges Insurance premium on my credit card in year 2006 which I never had with bank. After many times complaining on consumer care no. they did not refunded.Surprisingly there is no procedure for written complaints in ICICI bank and nor they give any acknowledgement for it( this is the way international bank works in INDIA).In year 2007 they again deducted insurance premium from the credit card, I again call many times to their customer care no. but no action was taken . Then I did not paid the credit card payment in year 2007(probably the november)and stopped using it. Thereafter bank ask me to pay the credit bill, in response I ask them to refund the two year premium . But bank refuses and After 4 month stopped calling me. Around one and half year later bank again call me to settle the issue . they settle it and I paid the amount. BUt I found they have added this to CIBIL as defaulter . I also had ICICI personal loan no. LPPUN[protected] of Rs.95000/- . I did not paid the last three premium for the above reason during that time. Surprisingly bank never call me to pay those premium for almost 2 years. After settling the issue of credit card later I myself paid full amount of the premium and late charges of the personal loan. I had conversation on phone with some one Mr. Tabrez executive from ICICI mumbai main branch regarding all this and he commited on behalf of bank that they will remove this from CIBIL as matter is settled. But still both the issues are mention in CIBIL.Definately bank is doing to reduce my credit score and trouble me. I think this is clearly blackmail on name of CIBIL . I have gone to the CIBIL web site their is no way to keep consumers side . CIBIL mentioned in instruction that if bank refuses to remove the history they can not do any thing. All the issue starts from bank as they started deducting insurance premium(which I never had) for which I refuse . Now in CIBIL they are not mentioning their faults.

    Ms. Jyotica Jaggi, Customer Care Manager, Mumbai who said on record that there is no specific procedure for complaint submission to a branch of ICICI. While other banks take all kinds of written complaints and forward to the bank, ICICI branch may refuse to even take the complaint and give acknowledgement !! I made a debit card transaction on 3rd September, 2013 favoring DHBVN, favoring Rs. 23, 443/- . But the statement of the bank showed debit of Rs. 23, 705.56/-Customer care informed me that there are no charges for the transaction, so your amount discrepancy will be credited soon. I had registered a complaint SR[protected] with Mr. Sayed Azeez on 3rd September itself.I have already sent several times by e-mail receipt given by the electricity company, DHBVN to customer care. But they say they have not received it. A senior manager said that very few people are authorised to access the emails. The complaint was closed without informing me and after one month a sms came saying `Complaint closed due to lack of documents` Which documents was not specified at all. Before, I spoke several times with customer care, with Mr. Srinivas, Ms. Manisha etc. They only informed me that your case is under process. Rather than immediately crediting discrepancy amount immediately to my account, one Mr. Manoj Palse from Mumbai called me few days back and said I have to send a written application regarding that and asked me to resend the screenshot of the bill to DHBVN. I have sent mail to him with attachment of the bill payment screenshot. And later I tried to send attachment containing a hand written application several times to customer care and to another e-mail which Mr. Manoj provided but e-mail notifcation error was obtained. On top of that, I received a e-mail from Mr. Manoj Palse saying that he has opened another complaint SR[protected] and matter will take 160 days to resolve !! And when Mr. Manoj Palse called again, I asked him why Bank needs 160 days the discrepancy amount when no charges have been levied on the amount, he refused to give any satisfactory reason and started blaming me instead and spoke very rudely ! I even went to Mr. Haresh Gupta, my nearby ICICI bank branch manager, requesting him to take the application as per prior advice of Ms. Manisha, assistant manager and get the needful done. But he said he cannot take this, I have to give to customer care. Then I wrote e-mail to senior.[protected]@icicibank.com on 28 th October. I received call from Ms. Jyotica Jaggi, Customer Care Manager, Mumbai who said on record that there is no specific procedure for complaint submission to a branch of ICICI. While other banks take all kinds of written complaints and forward to the bank, ICICI branch may refuse to even take the complaint and give acknowledgement !! The bank service is growing pathetic day by day and they do know have knowledge about their own procedures !!

      I, Mr Chetas D Desai, aged 50 working for Gammon India Ltd, was recently on 22nd October issued a "Coral" credit card by the ICICI Bank of India and charged a registration fee for the card for Rs 1000 Plus service tax. While issuing the card the marketing executive had promised that thsi will be a life time free card with no renewal charges as my company was a "A" group company. while signing on the form I had noticed the card fees and enquired with the service boy and with the marketing executive but was assured that this was a standard practice but no fees will be charge to you. I had not applied for the card, they had got my number from some database which the ICICI bank must have procurred from somebody. I had said that since I already was having 2 card I was not not requiring the card. But, the marketing executive pleaded that since it was a life time free card and with no renewal charges, I finaaly agreed to get the card. However, to my shock and dismay, I was surprised to find the attached documents witht he card asking for the card fees and yesterday I received the bill for the fees on my email for the same. I have requested the company to cancel my card for the same. I hereby ask the consumer rights redressal commitee to compensate me suitably for the distress and mental agony caused to me by the false marketing propoganda by the company and to take strong action against the bank. Also, to suitably compensate me for wasting my precious time inpursuing this case to the tune of Rs 50000. Looking forward to eagerly awaiting your help.         On 5/10/2013 i have swap credit card on HP outlet for Rs 1000 fuel filling. they have charged Rs 28.09 extra as fuel recharge. today on 30/10/2013 i have spoken to customer care and they told me that u havent swipe it from icici card machine thats why charges are not been reversed. before issuing me a card none of these things were informed to me. it means whenever i have to refill fuel first i have to ask person do u have ICICI swipe machine then only i will use ICICI card. Its like we are fool.

          i wanted to buy a flat for Rs 19, 50, 000/- (deal with flat owner) for this an advance amount of Rs 3, 50, 000/- is given to flat owner and for remaining amount (Rs 16, 00, 000)i applied for loan (ICICI bank) for this flat owner given all the documents in xerox copies to proceed the loan, but he did'nt told that he having a loan on that flat in another(federal bank) bank about Rs 11, 00, 000/-, he kept all original documents in that bank, now icici bank person is wanted that original documents, but flat owner is saying that tell them to verify from bank only and give me a DD of that remaining amount (Rs 16, 00, 000/-), after 25 days i break this deal (on 09/10/2013) because he did'nt tell about loan and he is not withdrawing the original documents from his bank. then he is taken 15 days time to give back our money(Rs 3, 50, 00/-) still he is not return our amount(Rs, 3, 50, 000/-), he is taken another 20 days time, (some times he is telling i will not give your money whatever you want you do, like that) i spend extra Rs 10, 000/- for the all process, so i wanted my money back please help me ( flat owner name Mr ARAVIND (cell No. [protected])

            I have been deducted 28.09 twice on 26/10/2013 by ICICI bank from my salary account with a comment "ATM DEC CHG". Need a justification on this. If it is related to insufficient balance/Bank debit card withdrawal transaction being denied by another bank ATM, please understand I did NOT use my debit card for any type of withdrawals, as I myself know whats the current amount in my account. If it is a RBI rule, I do not see this rule applied in any other salary account of my colleagues of any other banks. I am a corporate customer and its a ZERO balance account. I did not receive any initmation from ICICI that I need to maintain so and so balance in my account. Need the cash back or I will take it up to my management to notify them of the suspense amounts deducted. Thanks Shalini Venugopal[protected]

              ICICI Bank Cheating their customer’s and playing game with their account and money and also their rights.
              I have stopped the payment of cheque on the basis of cheque number, but icici bank deducted Rs. 393.26 from my account reason for cheque bounce.

              After lots of harassment to me and also don’t response from ICICI end. After ICICI blind game ICICI have credited Rs. 350 to my account as a cheque reversal charges.

              i wont to file the case against the ICICI Bank.

              I can’t put this instance behind me, and I will be file a RTI against ICICI bank and also case in a RBI. I am ready for anything, I am really harass with ICICI bank and also lots of my valuable time are waste. Fault’s and lots of errors are on your side, but you are don’t take it seriously and making customers a lot.

              This is our last conversation’s from today I am ready from my level best against your bank, because I am really harass and face lots of losses.

                I am privileged a/c holder in ICICI-Villupuram Branch.Last week I happen to go Pondicheery to redeem some of my Insurence policy as the share market was trading at peak levels.In Bajaj Alliance they asked to show passbook, ID proof and Pan card.I had every thing except the passbook, so they ask me get an aknowledgement from the local branch with authorised seal and sign.(that I have an a/c with that bank)
                In the ICICI branch near Indira Gandhi Statue, they made me wait for long time and to avoid giving seal and sign SRINATH-the person to whom we send, gave me lame excuse that my signature differs from the one as record (which was done before 12 years)
                I showed him my original Pan card, Driving licence etc., ., and told him that the redeemed amount will be send to my a/c.He has nothing to do with my signature like withdrawal., etc.I dont think my sign was different, and even if it so, I was not doing any transaction.
                For that he ill-treated us saying to go and change the signature record in our Villuuram branch, that-to in tamil.I am not saying signing in tamil is something degraded, but aswell being a post graduate and studied in english medium from KG's, I am good in English

                  Dear sir I got home loan of amounting Rs. 30 lacs from ICICI Green Park New Delhi vide no. LBDEL [protected] and monthly depositing through their collection clearance agency. In this regard, I filled up form to change mode of payment through ECS instead of Electronic Clearing Service for debiting home loan installment from the Corporation Bank account and got it certified from Corporation Bank. But ICICI Green Branch New Delhi returned my documents related with mode of payment through ECS stating that it should accompany with required amount of security deposit. When I asked them to let me know the reasons of deposition of security deposit giving reference of RBI rule. I am surprised that in spite of my repeated mails no reference and amount of security deposit have been advised to me. Another reason of returning of my document is that their format should be sealed and signed by the officials of Corporation Bank. But Corporation bank certified to accept installment amount on their own format and denied to certified on their format. I am ready to offer PDC cheques for payment of installment of housing loan. But unfortunately ICICI Green Park New Delhi denied to accept it. I am completely tired with the policy of ICICI bank of recovery of installment of housing loan. As they are not agreed with any condition and ask to pay through their clearing agency. You are requested to intervene in this matter and provide me some short of relief. Thanking you.

                    I, Rajeshkumar Rohit Complain about the deducted amount of Rs.9990/- for familyfirstplus plan.On 9th October 2013
                    a call was received from icici lombard.They have explained me about plan just then I have been talked on IVR and thenafter they emailed me details.After reading the details I relize that plan is not proper for me. They have explained me about Five benefits which useless for me as emailed details.Without wasting time I sent them an email to cancell my transaction and familyfirstplus plan.Next they called me to explain about it, but plainly told him to cancelled my plan.I haven't received any document from them or any parcel. So I request you to help me on this matter.

                    I have received similar call yesterday and though the offer sounds lucrative but i was a bit skeptical, can you please tell me what is wrong with the five benefits they offer in order to take appropriate decision of accepting or denying it.

The policy when came into my mail ID i found has lot of informations which were wrongly entered- MY DOB & also i have been misguided completely about the plan.                       Hi I am Shivkumar Pitchumani, I have applied for ICICI CORAL Credit card through one of your service agent Mrs Shreya and Mr Nikhil ( ICICI Boravali West Branch). My reference number is[protected]. Till now there is no whereabouts of my credit card and none of ICICI Borivali West Branch agents Mrs Shreya and Mr Nikhil are replying to my call. My main concern is the documents which I have submitted because it should not be misused. Also I am totally disappointed with the way ICICI Borivali West Customer Service Agent Mrs Shreya and Mr Nikhil has handled my issue. I shall be thankful to you If you look into this issue and make sure that my documents are not misused and handed back over to me if possible.                           Hi, I recently got an ICICI credit card and after my first statement generation requested for the statement generation date to be changed to 18th of every month. The call was made on 13th Sept and was attended by Neethu who confirmed that a statement would now generate on 18th Sept. I called on 18th to verify if a statement has been generated and was advised it would now close on 18th Oct. However I received a message from ICICI on 3rd OCT that a statement has been generated on 2nd OCT and Payment is due on 6th OCT. Upon receiving this message, i called customer service and requested for a supervisor who said that there was a system error and many a customers are calling with the same issue and logically also a payment cannot be due in 4 days of statement generation. I even asked for a callback from a supervisor an received a call from – Mahesh Kawlakar on Oct 4th who also said that it was a system error. Now i have received a statement from ICICI with a late payment fee and interest charged . Though Thomas Charivuparampilai, the supervisor i spoke with on 19th Oct has waved the late payment fee and the interest, however i am not happy with the wrong information i was given by so many people especially the supervisors. I do not want my credit rating to be affected by something which wasn't even my fault . My card has been blocked also.

                          Does ICICI really care about its customers feedback ? I don't think so . I was so frustrated and annoyed about the situation I was in due to incompetence and lack of knowledge of the so called customer care officer and their supervisors, that I requested to speak with supervisor's supervisor and was promised a call back on 19th oct . It's 23rd now and I am still awaiting that phone call . This makes me feel as if ICICI does not care about its customers .                             FROM LAST 3 DAYS I AM CONTINUOUSLY TRYING WITH ICICI BANK OFFICIALS ON THEIR NON-TOLL FREE NUMBERS (from 14.10.13 i have made 14 calls ) TO ACTIVATE MY USER ID PASSWORD BUT IN VEIN. SERVICE REQUEST GIVEN TO ME ON 17.10.13 WAS SR[protected] FOR MY A/C NO.[protected] & TOLD THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO GENERATE THE PASSWORD ONLINE AFTER 2 HOURS WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE. This is the worst bank even worse than some govt. banks. Urge others to not open any a/c from this bank or else they will be harrased too for thier problems.

                            Iam Already Given a complaint that i had generated a new passward (SR[protected] on 26/10/2013 & it"s closed on 28/10/2013 After I am sending a e Mail to Custmercare on01/11/2013 they inform me we will give reply with in 48 hours but till date i have not receved any reply from them

                              Sir, I am account holder in ICICI bank Civil Lines, Nagpur since 10 years and having my Saving Account / Salary Account in this bank and suddenly in month of OCT-12, My bank account statement Issued from ICICI Bank, Ramdas peth, Nagpur Unknown Person without my Prior Information and with out my Knowledge and also with out my authority.
                              Sir, I was some got Information from my good Knowledgeable friends and that time I am searching this my statement was Issued with out my Permission and Knowledge .Sir, I was written comp lent in 29 th Jan-13, and many time personnel visited on frequently basic but till ICICI bank was not and yet are not responding properly.
                              Sir, That statement was Issued from ICICI bank my Service are Lost and I am Job less person and that not Effect this ICICI bank, Nagpur

                                I have my ICICI credit card been overlimit, becasue ICICI team only charged Annual fee for which should not be there on my card and because of which for that month its been overlimit, and been charged for the overlimit and also paid the complete amount last month on time But again I am been bill for the overlimit and annual fee twice.. When I call customer care no response from them. This is the second time I am facing very bad experience because of ICICI Atleast I hope will get justice on this now

                                  My Credit card limit is 35000, I have used the card overlimit once and was been billed for it.And paid in on time But again they billed me after me paying them 35200... Am am Really fed up with the explanation the ICICI Customer care rep's give about this.                                     dear sir my policy no is[protected] saral jeevan date 21/05/2009 ill paid 116000 premium not i want to surrander my policy so the birla say your fund value is 92000 till 15/10/2013 he say first year premium cut, ipolicy made by angel broking agent when i booked this policy hesay whenevar you suranddar your full payment rtn but now hi says your first year premium cut down he cheat me so pls suggest

                                    i also affected by ICICI prudential life insurance in same manner. i was started my policy in october 2009. till my last premium i have paid Rs.67500. when i check for the surrender they are saying i will be getting only Rs.47000. after 4 and half years investing i am getting my money back with loss of 20000 rupees...

                                      I was employed at ICICI Bank Ltd. from the period August 14th, 2006 to Aug 14th, 2007 and my employee number was 148251. I have recieved a final reminder for the withdrawal of my pf funds failing which they would get transferred to an inoperative account. i wanted to know the following details in order to fill up the withdrawal form and send it to the earliest:

                                      1)the total amount of funds lying in my provident fund account
                                      2)the last date upto which I can send my filled up withdrawal form to icici bank so that i am able to recover my PF amount in full.
                                      3)can I send the scanned copy of my documents to an email address for its processing?
                                      4)if I want to transfer my PF funds to my existing ICICI Bank account, do I need to enclose a copy of: a) my PAN card and b) a cancel cheque of my ICICI Bank account

                                      Kindly furnish the above information to me at the earliest so that i can take needed action in a timely manner.My e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                                        When i tried to book air ticket in Spicejet using ICICI Debit card the fund get transffered from my icici account (i.e ticket amount) but spicejet did not issue stating that they did not get money from bank through online, which spicejet gave an written reply and registered an online refund request to banker.But ICICI reaction on this was bad, they are acting like big boss, they are not taking any responsibilty but they take service charges for all successful transaction and for failed they act like politicians and talk like diplomats. 3 times before i have the same experience, but i got the money refund back after 5 days but the service from them was poor and due to that i lost opportunity benefits from airlines like less cost ticket. Bank should confirm us whether money has reached to proper destination or not. For that only we give service charge to you.

                                        I got the fund back after 5 days!!! The bank was holding that cash for 5 days without any interest. I lost a cheap ticket option which was offered by spiceject on that day... and I booked another ticket next day by paying Rs.437 extra ..here I end up with loss and this ICICI bank end up with oppourtunity profit because of their own mistake. They are making us fools..Why they are not refunding back immediately or giving any written statement immediately stating that the amount will be reimbursed back soon...Their customer care also very poor..when i tried to call after 5 pm they are not picking up calls...This is the 3rd time they are making me fool.

                                        I have booked the tickets twice today on spice jet using ICICI debit card.. I have not received any booking ID or anything but simply money got deducted from ICICI account and error message from Spicejet..

                                        How many days will it take for refunding the amount back to my account? This is such an embarrasing situation for me
