Hi,
in 2006 I was working in India with IBM India and had a kingfisher ICICI credit card which was not even used for once in my life time.
In 2007 credit card was stolen and immediatly within an hour the card was used to purchase mobile phones in Marathahalli Area mobile shops. Noticed within an hour and complained to ICICI bank and blocked the credit card. Spent so much time in going to mobile shops and got duplicate bills...

My account in ICICI Bank having Acc No.[protected] was having minimum quarterly balance norms .But in month of october i was charged for minimum monthly balance even though my average quarterly minimum balance was more than Rs.10000/-.I was not informed for change of status from MINIMUM QUARTERLY BALANCE TO MINIMUM MONTHLY BALANCE.Please look into this matter....

AS I HAVE SETTLED THE AMOUNT PAYABLE THROUGH THEIR LETTER AND DULY PAID A COUPLE OF INSTALLMENTS BUT THE BANK IS AGAIN ASKING FOR THE FULL AMOUNT THROUGH THEIR COLLECTING AGENTS WHO COME TO THE HOUSE AND SHOUT AND MISBEHAVE WITH MY WIFE.

This is an old credit card account which i was using from the past 6 years. I was very regular with the payments for many years and also paid 94000/- and cleared my dues in Nov 2009 . But due to my father sickness , I was unable to pay the amount since May 2010. Later i approached the ICICI bank multiple times for a request for settlement of account , but they did not responded to my requests.

I am having my salary account in ICICI bank . But few days back 84 Rs/-(28.09 Rs * 3) were deducted from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "ATM DEC CHG". And when I tried to explore it over Internet, I found these charges are applied for when ATM of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough.
