Unauthorized transaction

My self Nimesh Goswami.

I have my salary account of ICICI Vasna Branch.

I am using that account for my all type of transections with net banking..

But on Saturday, 23rd March, 5000 Rs was debited from my account without knowing to me.

Again, on Monday 5000 Rs was debited from account without knowing to me.

As per my mini statement, total[protected]+5000) was debited...

Hi,
My salary account with account number “[protected]” has been debited with a sum of 28.09 under ATMDEC CHG, though the account balance was greater than the amount that I tried to withdraw. Hope the same amount will be returned soon…

    Dear Sir,

    I have booked one tickets from IRCTC But ticket were counted as failed Transaction. Then they have refunded the same amount after 2days
    But problem is that amount is not showing in my account statement. and bank is doing nothing, customer care always put my phone on long hold approx 15 min.
    i have done emails to customer care of icici bank but still not reply from that side.

    and I have all details that prove Irctc refunded the full amount after days..

    M pasting the email for reference and communication with Irctc that they have refunded the amount.

      I Mr.Nachiappan, have ICICI Bank credit card 5176 5371 7500 4009 which was given to me when I worked at Bangalore in 2007. I kept on paying dues regualarly for till 2009. Due to unexpected huge expenses I met for my Parents Medical expenses, I could not pay monthly dues. In 2012, one Agent from Bangalore contacted me and I agreed to close the Card with One Instalment in full for Full/final settlement. He insisted me to pay the amount in Bangalore and in Cash only. As I wish to close the account, thru my friend at bangalore I paid the amount of Rs.25,800/- on 10.08.2012 and the agent gave original SETTLEMENT LETTER and RECEIPT. My friend has taken the Photo copy of the agent's ID card also. The amount was not credited to my A/c till date. On taking up with Customer Care from September-2012 onwards, now (after 9 months) , ICICI bank is telling that the SETTLEMENT LETTER & RECEIPT are not original and No settlement is offered to my A/c. I have furnished the phone number of the Agent and person collected money and email he has sent to me (Contacted Agent Name : Anil / Mob : [protected] || Agent collected money : Sreekumar / Mob : [protected] || Email sent from : [protected]@rediff.com) to the bank.
      Even after providing all the above details, Unfortunately, ICICI bank did not want to take action on the agent and informed that the documents were not genuine and hence they could not close the A/c.
      For the Bank, its easy to find the Agent and recover the money thru above details and also the photo Id. But bank simply closed the matter by not doing anything.
      For the Agent's action, how can the customer be responsible. Its for the bank, not to use CHEATING agents for recovery. Or Don't use Agents - let bank's own employees go for recovery.
      Supporting indirectly like this, the agent may go on to cheat the bank and customer.
      What a stupid action from the Bank. I did not expect the bank would tell after 9 months about the documents. I AM SURPRISED / SHOCKED TO KNOW THAT AN AGENT OF A PRIVATE BANK CAN CHEAT BOTH A CREDIT CARD CUSTOMER AND A BANK, BY PROVIDING FAKE SETTLEMENT LETTER / RECEIPT AND BANK DID NOT MIND THAT.

      I warn/request all the credit card customers of ICICI Bank to check fully before going for settlement thru AGENT. You may land in trouble. From my own experience, BANK WILL SUPPORT ONLY THE AGENT AND NOT YOU. INDIA'S LARGEST PRIVATE SECTOR BANK'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORST AND VERY WORST. I REQUEST ICICI CREDIT CARD HOLDERS TO TAKE CARE WHILE GOING FOR SETTLEMENT. VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ICICI BANK.

      I HAVE ONLY ONE OPTION TO MOVE TO OMBUDSMAN AND SEEK DAMAGES FOR MENTAL AGONLY/LEGAL EXPENSES also.

      Can I get any help in this forum to solve my problem/how to proceed further?

        I got one of the unauthorized transaction on my credit card, the transaction shows merchant is "HOMEBASE.CO.UK". Card is still with me, it was neither stolen nor misplaced. However, ICICI says that it was online transaction. The amount for this transaction is Rs. 33,966.63 which is very huge amount and ICICI bank confirming that I need to pay the same.

        Greatly appreciated your help in this regards.

        ICICI Bank — transaction by credit cards

        On 19th March, I booked air tickets through ezeego1.com by using my ICICI credit card. one transaction failed while transaction in credit card showing twice with Rs.11033/- another ticket I booked but transaction failed but my account statement is showing the transaction of Rs12098/-. on 21st March I got a SMS thatthe recent transaction of Rs.7777/- on your ICICI Bank credit card is eligible for EMI while transaction made by me. Kindly let me know the solution of my queries. CKSETH

        I work for a MNC in Bangalore. I own one ICICI AMEX Card with me. On that I have not done any transaction. But some body else has done that transaction. On dated (XX/12/2007) I recieved one call from ICICI bank, saying that "on your card some amount has been transacted" is it done by you? As I said I have not done transaction, then he told something and disconnected the call.

        Now ICICI people are charging those amount on me. So please somebody help me regarding this issue.

          I'm using ICICI Bank Credit Card number 5239XXXXXXXX1005 from Chennai location, I've met with an accident and hopitalised for 2 months, this is the reason, I'm unable to made payment by time. But now, I've paid my outstanding payment Rs 39,000 on July 9th, 2013. Your customer service representative mentioned that I can give a request to reactivation of my Credit Card, once if I paid the payment. I'd like to reactivate my Credit Card. Please let me further. We have an export order worth USD 125,280-00 from our foreign buyer. Our client have sent USD 20,000-00 as advance through their Banker Masherq Al Islami, UAE to our Banker Canara Bank.We have received the payment through ICICI Bank by NEFT. ICICI Bank have converted our USD amount in to INR without our permission or consent. Also they have converted at very low conversation rate (Difference are more thenRs. 1-00) and also not sent Foreign Remittance certificate.

            ICICI Bank — Amount block without permission

            I having saving bank account no.[protected] with ICICI bank, Janakpuri Branch, New Delhi. The bank has block my account with Rs. 5950/-. On enquiry they told that there is some due bank on credit credit. I have written on[protected] that I have not purchased any thing. If there is some balance please give me the detail. Bank has taken time for providing me the detail is upto 5th December, 2009. When I have not received any reply, I have sent 3 reminder on 5th , 6th & 7th December, 2009 to bank for providing me the detail of purchase on card. They replied me on 8th December, 2009 that they will provide me the detail on 18th December, 2009. I do not understand why the bank is behaving like this by blocking my account with sum of Rs. 5950/-. I would request you to please look into the matter urgently.

              I am continously receiving calls from the above no stating that they are from ICICI recovery dept and asking me to pay the loan amount which is pending. FYI it is a lady who does not know good language to speak and using bad words and what not she speaking and asking me to pay loan due immediately in cash and they will not accept cheque or dd.

              To bring it ur notice that I had personal loan and i could not repay back as I had met with an accident long back and I was unemployed for 3 years. So I am in touch with one o[censored]r executive and requested him to contact me after August 20 onwards as I told him that I would make the payment in 3 emi as it is difficult to pay at one shot. Now thease people are harassing me and threatening me now and even they told that they would come to my house and take my valuables to recover the money.

              So I want to make it clear to u people i[censored] guys do not take immediate actions aganist them I would have to register a complaint in police station and go to consumer court stating the ICICI bank using gundas and threatening my life for their money. As I told earlier I hage told one o[censored]r executive that I will pay back money but I wld require some time. So I would expect a quick revert on this and things to be solved at the immediate effect

              Sir,

              I received a phone on 22nd November from mobile no. [protected] and also from the landline number [protected] and a person who was on the line told her name as Nidhi Srivastava, Advocate. She told me that there is some criminal case against me and I will have to reach Patiala House Court on 11.12.2007 as the date of some criminal case against me is fixed on that date. Upon being asked as to how has file the case and in which capacity she has called me also that from where she got my mobile number, i.e., [protected], she told me that she cannot give all the details and asked me to call on above two numbers and get all the details. I have no enmity with anybody so I was shocked to here this. Then I called up Ms Nidhi Srivastava and requested her to give the detail on this she told that I have to pay some amount of the credit card and if I do not pay the same immediately and she sending two persons to me and if I do not pay then I will have to face dire consequences as she knows how to take money. Since, the number was that of Delhi I called up my sister who is also an Advocate at Delhi and informed about the threats given by Ms Nidhi Srivastava on your behalf. My sister called her and asked as to in which regard she has filed case against me on this she told that she is Advocate of your bank and also has offices at Rohini and West Patel Nagar. My sister informed her that we have no dues of your company and if she has any detail she should send the same to me or fax the details on her fax number at Delhi so that we may understand as to why case has been filed against me but she refused to give any information and asked her either to come along with Rs. 10,000/- at Cottage Plot No. 22, Near Shadipur Metro Station, Behind PNB Bank, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi – 110 008 or her persons will come to my place and I will have to face consequences. I check my all records and found that your bank had issued a credit card bearing no.[protected] in my name, which was life time free but I am not using the same for more than three years and I had already sent the credit card back to you with the request to cancel the same. Now, after more than three years back I getting threat from a person claiming to be your advocate such at of your bank through your advocate is criminal offence, so please tell us as to whether you any authorized any such person to give threats, particularly to a lady.
              Today again 0n 19.12.07 a phone call has come from the same number [protected] at 13.59 pm threatening me in the same manner again.

              You are requested to treat this urgent and reply to me immediately, failing which I going to lodge complaint against officials of your bank and also against Ms Nidhi Srivastava, who threatened me and my sister of dire consequences.

              ICICI Bank — Using Bad Element to threatening for repayment of Car Loan

              My Name is SnehLata kumar and i booked one Santro Car under ICICI Loan Scheme 3 year ago. Till last month i used to pay my all monthly loan installment timely. Last month due to some problem in the account, i could not deposit the required monthy installment in my account, i informed ICICI Bank about this and on the very next day i deposit the required amount in my account and informed ICICI. But after that ICICI hired some bad element which they generally used to terrified general public to get their repayment, to threatened my family. Though i told ICICI to take their monthly installment from my Bank Account but they are not listening any thing. Every day they called my family using abused language saying that either repayment the whole amount or we will take your vehicle. Please help us...

              Hi

              I am getting call who tells me that, we are coming to arrest you. because you are fraud against ICICI credit card used and no bill paid, infact I was paying the bill regularly but due to more amount in bill statement i did stopped to pay. So my question is can ICICI bank send police to my home and if yes then on what basis? though i told bank I will pay the outstanding amount within next three month.

              This is the reference to Icici banking crash course which was conducted by the Icici and Osmania University (Hyderabad).The main object of promoting this course is to select eligible students who are persuading the final year of gradution through a Common Test.Then the selected students would be admit into course by payment of Rs 6000.They would be provided training in the subjects of Branch banking and would be recruited into Bankig (Branch purpose) soon after successful accomplishment of course.
              Aiming at this I along with my freinds had admitted ourselves into course and successfully completed.we also had gone through the interview and it was found later that they were diverting us to join into BPO form based instead of direct branch banking which was promised to us before admission into course. Regarding this we had approached our special officer on duty ( Osmania University) and our Principal also but there was no positive move

Unfortunately my ticket is not booked but amount is debited and Not recieved message from my bank (IRCTC), but no confirmation from IRCTC and ICICI Bank.After Confirm Transaction ICICI Bank Redirect irctc shows the status as payment in progress, How much time will it take to process? And there may be an issue because I have done book ticket but redirect process status cont.. and amount deducted from my account for for booking . Please do the needful at the earliest or refund the amount.

                I have gone for online money transfer fro ICICI bank, Jamshedpur to SBI, Jamshedpur. But no where it was written how much amount it will deduct. After 2-3 days I noticed a good amount was deducted from my saving account. Contrary to this, when you do any business with SBI or any Govt. bank they specficy everything and deduct the amount at the time of processing itself.

                I always have bad experience with this bank, but this will be the last as I am going to close the account.

                IRCTC — Amount deducted but ticket not reserved

                It is regretted to note that an amount of Rs. 365 were debited to me through State Bank of India Debit/ATM card for booking the ticket from New Delhi to Jaipur by Shatabadi( Senior citizen), but the ticket is not booked through the internet for 15.4.2011. It is as per the SMS received from the SBI at 13.30 hrs. on 12.4.2011. On going through the internet once again, no record of ticket booked is traceable. It appears as if the amount is debited without the completion of reservation process. It amounts to deficiency of service as such it is requested that the amount detected may kindly be refunded to me early to avoid any litigation.

                  I have done two transactions of Rs. 945 each on January 1st, 2013. My service request numbers are SR[protected], SR[protected]. I have been following up with this request for a long time. At first, they said the request will be processed in 16 weeks. I waited. Later when the time period was over, they said it will take 55 days. Again I waited for the request to be processed. Now, When I asked, they have dropped me a mail asking me to wait for 35 more days. It has been 7 months now since I had done the transaction. Until now, they are just asking me to wait for some days. I haven't got any proper response from them.

                  One of my friend faced a similar situation. He was also following up. And Since he was calling them daily, his request was processed and he got his amount refunded. I had been following up once in a week or once in somedays hoping that I need to give them some time to process it. But, only reponse which I had got is they asking me to wait for some days.

                  Please do the needful asap.

Before that, I thought of escalating it to you expecting a positive reponse. Please do the needful asap.

                    I had applied for ICICI Bank Credit card a month back. ICICI Credit Card Application Ref. No[protected], BANGALORE. I got to know from the customer care the application has been declined. I did not receive any communication on that from them. They sent me email on my office id to confirm my employment so they can proceed with the application, they sent people to my residence and office to verify. All of these has happened properly. But I still dont know the reason for declining. I sent email to customer care but have not received any reply. This bank takes all confidential documents like salary slips, last 3 months bank statements and are in the possession of these documents now. I see a possible leakage can happen from this bank and the way they handle it.The accountability they show. I have Icici gold card since year 2004 but stil they didn't find me suitable to provide a better card.

                        hi, I had a credit card of icici bank in 2007 , I dont remember the credit card number because we settled it with icici bank and got a no dues letter from the bank, now after 6 years we are getting a call from this number [ [protected] ] and the guy is saying that he is from the bank and our overdue amount on the card is 70,000/- so we told him to firstly give us in writing whatever he is saying and we will revert accordingly , secondly we asked him to prove his identity by giving us his head office landline number so that we can call him and confirm that he is from the bank, on this he said that our videocon tower landline number is out of order, which is not possible as all knows that icici bank is an international bank .                         ICICI — ICICI is a real cheat

                        Hi,
                        I'm damn sure this is a problem with millions of Indians. ICICI is a real cheat. You will be in a big trouble if you take a loan from them. They keep raising the rate of interest as and when they like, even once in 2 months!!!
                        So, think 10000000 times before you take a loan from ICICI. They are the people who give loan very easily. Let ICICI be the last option in your list..

                        Hello sir, This is Maroof Ahmad, well i have been dealing with this Bank from past two months and the services are pathetic.They only know how to cheat the poor customers.
                        I have recharged my Airtel cell phone with an amount of Rs 398 through my ICICI account via Net on 30/07/2008.The amount was deducted instantly but my cell phone was not recharged.When i talked to the ICICI customer executive, he asked me to clarify with the Airtel .I called Airtel and they told me that due to some technical faults, the phone has not been recharged.when i told the same to the ICICI executive, he asked me to wait for 5 working days.Gosh why dont they take 5 working days to deduct the amount??
                        This is pathetic and i would like to lodge a complaint against them.

                        ICICI Bank — Cheating from ICICI Bank

                        My husband has taken a home loan of Rs.700000/- for 20 years tenure in floating interest rate. ICICI keeps on increasing our EMI and tenure also. 10 days before we received letter from ICICI that they increased EMI and tenure to 36 years. This is really ridicules. If it keeps on increasing then this cycle will goes lifelong. I will suggest all not to go for ICICI home loans. It is a fraud and there must be some control on there activities.

                        ICICI Credit Card — Cheated by the ICICI Bank Employee

                        Hi,

                        According to your records, the outstanding amount from my ICICI Credit Card Number [protected] balance is Rs. 50002.39.

                        Due to my financial situation I have approached the bank regarding the settlement for the same from January, 2009. Finally an bank employee (Bhaskar - [protected]) from the Bommasandra sent a Collection Agent (Jaffer) and agreed to close the card for Rs. 30, 000/- and also told me that it would take 10 working days for the settlement letter to reach my mailing address. On April 23rd, 2009 I handed 3 post dated cheques (1st - April 23rd, 2009, 2nd - May 5th, 2009 & the 3rd - June 5th, 2009) to Jaffer and confirmed that I would receive the settlement letters soon.

                        Finally the first cheque was presented and a sum of Rs. 10, 000/- was cleared towards my card when the total payable was approx Rs. 46, 000/- and after the end of 10 days got an update from Jaffer that his Manager (Bhaskar ) was not answering my calls regarding the settlement letter and there was no settlement claim in relation to my account. After which I asked my bank to stop the payment of those cheques.

                        Now I have been cheated by ICICI Bank and the bank is asking me to pay a sum of Rs. 50, 002.39. This is unfair and am willing to go to the court with the details that I have along with the receipts given by Jaffer.

                        However, I am still waiting for the bank to approach and give me a reasonable settlement without all the interest charges, late fees etc., based on the fact that these charges are not viable in my case as I have used their services for my personal needs.

                        Request you to advice and help me in dealing with the bank.

                          I Ganesh Shetty having saving account in ICICI Bank which I have not operated since 4 years due to my CIBEL problem. But know I am receiving email saying I am having ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (Folio Number 6230021/91) which I have never requested. The last four digits of PAN number which is mentioned in email does not belong to my PAN number. So far there is not any financial lose but it is matter of fraud accounts. In future if I want to deposit any cash in my ICICI bank account then I hope it should not get debit because of these fake accounts.
                          I am having similar issue with as mentioned above with Share Khan Demat account, where they have created fake account.
                          I am attaching email pages I have received from these to esteem. Please look into this and suggest me the better way to resolve this issue.

                          ICICI Bank — fraud on account

                          Hi,
                          My name is Imran Khan, I'm a resident of Mumbai, currently residing in Versova. I would like to complaint about the fraud activity that occurred on my Icici savings account on March 31 2007. I got a sms on the same day, stating that Mr Raj Kumar has been added as a payee on your account through internet banking. I immediately called up the Icici customer services on[protected], and informed the representative that i don't know this Raj Kumar, and to not accept him as a payee and advised not to allow any form of transaction to go through. But the rep tells me to login to my online account and disable it and she can't do anything about it. Unfortunately, i didn't have access to internet at that time, so I got another message immediately stating that my account has been debited of Rs. 48, 000.

                          I then called them again, only to get a cold reply stating that they will investigate this and it'll take 31 days for it. I went to the nearby Icici branch, seeking help from the Manager on duty, but of no avail. He in turn tells me that I must've created this fraud and will have to wait for the investigation report. The local Versova police station wasn't ready to take my complaint, they advised me to go and complaint at the Malad (W) police station as my account is with the Malad (w) branch. Even the Malad (W) police station wasn't taking my complaint down. I've been through mental and physical harassment by this so called Icici Company. Please help me out with this as I’ve suffered enough. I need compensation from them as my work has suffered and so has my health.

                          ICICI Bank — Fraud related to my ICICI account

                          Dear Sir/Madam

                          I G Suresh have an account in ICICI Bank Malleswaram Branch in Bangalore. My account no. is[protected].
                          Yesterday (20.01.2011) 1 lakh rupees amount was debited from my account without my knowledge. In the morning a person(Anil Kumar)claiming to be an icici bank executive kept repeatedly calling me saying that he is from the fraud detection center. he sent an sms in the name of HARI OM ENTERPRISE along with an URN and asked me to forward the same to his mobile no. ([protected]). I forwarded the sms to his mobile no. Then in the afternoon he asked me to verify the digits printed on the back of my debit card.
                          i said that most of the digits were erased. he mentioned some of the digits (I dont know how).

                          Then in the evening i got a sms saying that 1 lakh rupees has been debited from my account. I immediately called the customer care and asked them to block the card and register a complaint.

                          I am having the account for the past 10 years. when i spoke to the customer care atleast 5 times, i got the feeling that the bank is not bent on safeguarding the interest of the customer, but is more worried how the fraud person will react if the bank freezes his account.

                          I am presently working in chennai. Many times when i go to the bank for some transaction, the bank employees are more worried about how i should invest the money in my account in numerous icici policies. They check my account and keep giving me suggestions.

                          Whether i invest money or not is none of their business. I keep getting calls from various icici members. some of them disturb me during my office hours. Yesterday when the fraud person called i was in the midst of my work.

                          How do i trust the bank (on what basis). I want the money to be credited to my account at the earliest possible.I have lost faith in ICICI bank. i feel cheated.

                          ICICI Bank — fraud bank

                          I had a credit card of ICICI Bank, which I had requested to convert to EMI to pay my dues, they agreed and gave me offer to pay the remaining amount in 12 installments of Rs. 2132 pm starting from January 2010, I started paying Rs. 2200 and payed till December 2010. after which in may 2011 they called me and told that I still have a due of Rs. 3248 as interest, so I payed that too. now they are calling me and saying I still have due of Rs. 16000. When I have visited the Sarat Bose road branch with all my documents and receipts for evidence of my payments, they are saying it might be a problem with the system, they will look after this but first I have to pay as it is showing due. The funniest part I have noticed is, on their system they are not showing a payment for February 2010, and showing a payment of Rs. 220 for March 2010. when I have all 12 receipts of Rs. 2200.
                          My suggestion to everyone that don't get fooled by their advertisement and don't bank with this bank, cause they do exactly opposite to what they show in advertisement.

                            ICICI Bank — cheating to account holder

                            i have a saving a/c in this bank and bank created the fictious fixed deposit in my a/c and debited the interest money.i have lodged the complaint but no action.it look that some employees are manupalating the software to suit there end

                              I want to know what is the DCARDFEE that has been deducted from my account ICICI savings account.

                              I am the A/c holder of ICICI Bank from last 8 years, Now I have a zero balance a/c.

                              They never informed me regarding these charges either by Email or by Letter.

                              I want a clear explanation to this and also any other kind of such loots that might be imposed in future. Its not granted that slowly and gradually ICICI bank rob the hard earned money of common Indian people.

                                Worst customer care service

                                I applied for an ICICI coral credit card. I was told by the ICICI agent that the organisation in which i'm working is listed so i'll have to pay Rs. 500 as joining fee only instead of Rs. 1000 as they have this promotional offer for some organisations. So, I applied for it. Now, i got my first e-statement showing the joining fees as Rs. 1,123.60. I tried to contact the person who first contacted me for the card, but his phone number...

                                I received ICICI bank credit card 8 months back with 50 thousand credit limit ,When iam getting the card i had cleared asked about annual fees he said no annual fees Later one month i got SMS from ICICI bank saying that 500 rupees annual fees,so i called cusomer care and i asked them to block the card.later they blocked the card but still iam getting the monthly statement with late fees as per recent stament my bill was 2162 rupees so i called customer care they waived off only 500 rupees because irritation and fear i paid 1653 rupees and i had asked them cancel the card.

                                Worst experience with ICICI credit card

                                My question is how they are putting interest for blocked cards

                                Because ICICI sale person i lost 1653 rupees without using card single time,please check and help me out.

                                ICICI BANK LIMITED. — NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT

                                Dear Sir,

                                This is to bring in your kind attention that I am holding ICICI savings bank accoun(No.[protected], Customer ID[protected] at 36, Chowringhee Road, Kolkata-700071, for last 4-5 years.
                                I had issued a cheque to ABN AMRO BANK vide Cheque No.-273661 for amount Rs. 915.24, dated 19.08.08 for my credit card account but the cheque got returned and when I called up the customer care center, I just came to know that for a slightest mistake(I have over write one numerics-5 on thecheque and didn, t make counter signature for that) my cheque got returned and they have debited Rs.56.00 from my savings account.
                                I have no complaint against what they have done but I do have complain regarding the customer service.
                                At the time of registration, we have to provide our all the contact details to bank but at the time of requirement the bank don't provide any support to us, especially when a cheque gets bounced ( it may be of many reasons) I believe that it should be their moral resposibility towards the customer regarding the matter before taking any further steps and to get the customer concern & confirmation instead they just do the opposite and don't bother to inform the customer for anything rather they enjoy in harrassing the customer and exactly what ICICI BAnk did with me.They didn't inform me anything regarding the cheque returned & simultaneously deducted Rs.56.00 from my account.

                                I don't mind for the amount got deducted but I did mind about the impression they have forced me to left at the ABN AMRO BANK and they have also charged Rs.500.00 as late payment charges, if my bank had informed regarding any problems about the cheque before returning then I wouldn't have incurred so many charges and I hold ICICI BANK resposible for all these.

                                I want justice from you -
                                1) Customer Care means for the customer, by the customer & of the customer then why they will chase /haunt a customer for the payment only and why shall not assist for their problems??

                                2) If they are not acting for the customers and only looking after the benefits of their company then why should they keep/write Customer Care Cell??

                                3) Why not R.B.I forced all the banks to provide any information to customer before dealings with their accounts??

                                ABN AMRO Bank — CHEQUE BOUNCED

                                my cheque is not cleared by you, as it was issued before due date.
                                so please do the needfull for me as i am charges by penalty charges

                                ICICI Bank — Debit card fees

                                Dear Sir,

                                I hold a savings account in ICICI bank, Cenatoph branch, Chennai with the account number[protected]. This bank has debited fees for debit card 2 time in a year which was supposed to be per annum fees. One fees for April 2009 till March 2010 Rs.109 and another from December 2009 to November 2010 Rs.109 again. It is not making any sense for me. I have submitted a complaint in this website few months back regarding ICICI's Quarterely annual Balance fees. But there was no response. Please we are counting on you to do something.

                                  ICICI Credit Card Dispute Investigation Process.

                                  I have Car Loan from ICICI Bank Ltd.I have also bank overdraft from ICICI Bank.I have paid all Installments of my car Loan + bouncing Charges + Late Payment Charges and my Car loan was closed but ICICI Bank not given me my N.O.C.
