I saw an offer on ICICI website on booking hotels abroad on ezeego for a cashback of 10% upto a maximum of Rs.3000. I booked the hotel with ezeego and while booking ensured that the IVRS booking agent for ezeego keys in the right deal code, which he ensured me too. This booking was made on Oct 18, 2013. On Nov 15, 2013 I filed a complaint with the ICICI bank as to when the cashback will be reimbursed (Complaint Reference Number:SR[protected]. On Nov 23, I had to make another complaint regarding the same thing and I was assured that post payment of the previous bill, the cashback would be reimbursed within 7 working days (Complaint Reference Number: SR[protected]. On Dec 7, I called the bank again and asked and after waiting for 35 mins, requested to be connected to the supervisor in-charge. I told him about the problem again and led him to the link on his website, where the details of the offer were present. On seeing that offer he accepted that there was an offer, but later refused that it was prevalent at the time of my booking which was Oct 18, since the website had updated the offer from November 1. I have dug out the cached version of the website (August 17, 2013) which clearly shows that the offer was valid in the period the booking was made. The bank is not ready to accept.     Hiiii, Last month an amt of Rs.56 (28+28) was deducted from my account as ATM decline charges. But at that time of related transaction I have 120rs balance in my account and i was tried to withdraw an amount of 100rs in Andhra bank ATM. But the transaction was declined I don't know why. Then ICICI was charged 56rs for same transaction as ATM decline charges. I don't know whats the mistake I had done there. Now yesterday again same amt of Rs.56 (28+28) was deducted from my account as POS charges. Initially 6 months back they have charged around Rs.330 saying that I have activated Money Manager service but I did n't. I don't know why these guys are deducting my money unfairly without intimation. I don't even receiving any messages for these type of transaction. Please take necessary action and make sure this type of things won't happen in future.

      ICICI bank had put unnecessary charges to earn money from valuable customer ..

        Bluedart not dispatch Credit card giving false reasons

        I got msg on 28th Nov rfom Blue dart that they unable to deliver card due to wrong address ( This was not case as i am staying here from last 4 yrs).

        Detailed description of fraud *Fraud through debit card via online shopping *dt 23/02/2013 received email for updating your debit card- * dt 27/02/2013 or 28/02/2013 reply given details of debit card and message received updatation completed. *dt 02/03/2013 at 3.15am- 3d pin generated successfully At 5.15 to 5.20 a.m(four trn.)-online shopping -trn.-Rs.1000, 1000, 1000, 1000 *received message through sms alert service. *dt 02/03/2013 at 9.15 a.m. complaint lodge on phone to your customer care excutive, then the executive told him first of all i blocked your debit card and take request for new card and lodged complaint fraud through debit card the money will be reversed in your account 10-12 days or in this connection our sr. officer call to you. *dt 14/03/2013 –on the above period not any person contact to him and no money reverse in my account.Then again contact to customer care excutive then the person said your complaint is lodged but you also fulfillup complaint form and send it to consumer dispute @icicibank.com email id.I also go to mehsana branch the manager told same thing. *dt 16/03/2013 & 17/03/2013- send consumer dispute form on the above email id. *Then again contact two or three times on your customer care executive, They said the above fraud complaint dt 02/03/2013 complaint no.-SR[protected] is given resolution dt 13/04/2013.So you wait up to 13/04/2013. But till dt 13/04/2013 no person contact to him in this regard. *dt 15/04/13-2nd level comlaint lodged . *within 48 hours officer contact two times to him and I gave all information related to this fraud.Then he told again send consumer complaint form but I told him already sent on dt16/03/2013&17/03/2013. Again he told you give 40-42 days for resolution and now registerd your complaint, and intimation by revert sms and your email id. *dt 15/04/2013 complaint is registerd no-SR[protected] received by sms and my email id. *dt 03/05/2013 again received sms your account dispute initiated give final resolution in 35 days. *dt 27/05/2013 again received sms it is verified transaction done by you. *dt 01/06/2013 again complaint lodged on level3 by complaint box. *dt 08/06/2013received mail the trn was successful . so all complaint is closed. *dt 04/10/2013 again comlaint lodged on 4th level. *dt 09/10/2013 received massage merchant present all slip so trn. Was successful.case closed. Sir, I am sending detail case to you .pl see and investigate it . it is totally different type of case.it is delayed action taken by banks end . So it is happen.               Server Down. www.icicibank.com not able to access at very critical time

              Hi, I'm outside of India and i wanted to access icicibank account, but website was not accessible. I counter check other bank's website just to confirm my internet connection, but my internet connection was working. Now, as i was not able to access my bank account through www.icicibank.com, i failed to pay my fees....

                I have registered a complaint of fraud transaction on 20th Sept 2013. I got a service request ID SR[protected]. ICICI has told that your fraud transaction request to be process completed till 1st Nov 2013. But I did not get any response till 1st Nov 2013. When I did Put another mail, they told me to send written application and FIR report. As per our conversation, I sent all documents and application to them on 14th nov 2013. But still they are not able to give me proper response for my service request. I sent documents and application to Bishoy Bedi. chandiwali. Henceforth, I don't want any call, I just want result for my request. A lot of delay already done, I don't want to entertain to ICICI customer care anymore. I am totally going through bad experience of ICICI bank. Almost 2 and half month is going, still they are not able to solve my request. If ICICI bank not able to solve my request, then I will not refer to ICICI to anyone.

                I did not get any assist from you . Also I am not satisfied with your customer care. It's really foolish process which you are following. I submitted all documents, still I am not getting any positive response from you. Also Please give me mailing ID of your senior person who can solve my query on urgent basis. 3month has been gone to this occasion.

                    when i tried to withdraw rs 2000 Once rs2000 totally rs4000 from my a/c[protected] on 30 th November(Today) around 1:30 pm from the AXIS atm SRINAGAR (Bangalore) at the time atm machine switched off so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm.
                    but when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.

                    sir i have already given the complain to the ICICI Bank customer care and also sbi malakapuram but till now no any reply come not the money .

                      I started two policies with ICICI prudential life insurance ( no.[protected] &[protected] in 2006. One of them[protected] is lapsed after 2nd premium as company ( ICICI ) showing the cheque of 20, 000 Rs. bounce(which was provided by me as 10, 000 Rs. each for above said two policies through a single cheque) for the policy no.[protected] while the same is cleared in another policy no.[protected]. It was all cleared to the various ICICI company branches by the bank statement. After this, I had done all of my effort from 2007 till now as much as I could e.g.- I go to ombudsman chd., consumer forum chd., consumer forum faridabad (as policy here), many times contacted to customer care, various branches etc. Now, I felt myself helpless as it was all too expensive to me. pls. help me for it. I will be thankful to you

                        I applied for a ICICI Ruby's card vide application no W[protected] and submitted all relevant documents along with the application i.e., bank statement, current credit cards statements for two months for two different cards, pan card, Aadhar card, photos, ITR for 2-3 years. After waiting for 15 days I called them to enquire about the status they informed me that because I have not submitted the salary slips they are keeping the application on hold. I clearly mentioned in my application that I am a self employed individual. For that they told give us some time we will check from our back end team after few days they informed that they are declining the card application on some other parameters. When I asked them to state the parameter on which they are declining they told they can not clarify as its against there banks policy. When I insisted the person who was attending the call informed me that CIBIL is not up to the mark. When I raised this issue with the higher management they told that no it’s a wrong info provided by the team the reason is something else. So I repeatedly insisted on the exact reason, which they mentioned " In your case, your existing financial commitments are not meeting our requirements." When I asked them to further elaborate the fine lines they informed me, "We would like to clarify that, on the basis of the details provided by you, Bank assesses the applicant on various parameters viz.. income, credit behavior, the nature of the applicant’s employment, repayment track record on any previous loans availed, etc. We understand that that your existing financial commitments are higher that the required parameter set by the Bank. Hence, we regret our inability to process your application for credit card." On my further query they informed me "We have investigated your concern and would like to state as below: As per the CIBIL (Credit Information Bureau of India Ltd.) details, we understand that you are already holding 15 credit cards As communicated to you in our previous e-mails, your existing financial commitments are high i.e. your fixed obligation against the income is higher than the limit set by the Bank. In view of the above, we once again regret our inability to process to your application for credit card. We would like to inform you that the Bank is in the business of loans with a clear retail perspective. The outcome of the application process depends on the information provided by the customer vis-a-vis the findings made by the Bank to fulfill the eligibility criteria. Please note that our inability to sanction a loan to you does not imply any adverse comment on your credit worthiness." All the above allegations are wrong and I can produce proof for each and every allegation which they are rendering against me. I just have 4 credit cards and there is not single default till date I just have one car loan of 11312/- per month and there is not a single month delayed repayment. I don’t have any other loan nor I have done any fraud of any short in any of the banks across country I am ready to face any enquiry. If my standing does not match there parameters how come they are keeping S/B account from me and my wife how they are taking FD's from us. How they are issuing life insurance and health insurance and car insurance to me. I need justice they cannot defame me like this for mere credit card. They have to show me the details of my defaults and my 15 credit cards records. Else i will be bound to file criminal case against them. I have all the mails with me, which I have written to them and received from them in reply.

                          I’ve two accounts with ICICI Bank - Savings a/c (SBA) and current a/c (ODA). O opened these accounts while I was in Bangalore. After shifting to Howrah West Bengal I have changed my branch of SBA from Bangalore to Howrah through account portability feature. However this was not possible for ODA, hence ODA branch remains at Bangalore. After all these I also registered my new mobile number for iMobile. Now in IMobile I could see list of both my accounts, but entering inside by both accounts shows details of ODA. I can not see details of SBA through iMobile. A complaint was raised through ICICI Bank's internet banking portal in Jul-2013. After so many failed communication on the issue an email was sent to their Office of Head Service Quality, at the same time complaints were lodged in Step 2 and Step 3 from ICICI Bank web site. Since then I am communicating with Office of Head Service Quality and every mail is proposing a new date to resolve the issue. And the issue still persists!

                          As requested contact details are sent. Also all communications so far I had with ICICI Bank's Office of Head Service Quality ([protected]@icicibank.com) are forwarded "[protected]@icicibank.com" and in both email subject lines 46313792 is mentioned.

                          I also bring attention that as per ICICI Bank's Grievance Redressal Policy available in http://www.icicibank.com/notice-board/customergrievance-redressal-policy.pdf, if the customer’s issue is not resolved even after contacting various
                          complaint resolution channels, he/she can write to the Nodal Officer at [protected]@icicibank.com where I am already communicating with. So, this email id is of the highest authority for customer service related issues - following bank's website www.icicibank.com. The highest level itself is taking time months after month - since mid of Sep-2013. Also note that intimation in Step 2 of Complaint registering system in www.icicibank.com was made on 09-Sep-2013, intimation in Step 3 was made on 18-Sep-2013 and in Step-4 was made on 30-Nov-2013 and so far no communication is made referring those steps.

                          Nice of your service. What new have you done? I am getting the same response since Sep-2013 and facing the problem since Jul-2013.

                          I have a saving account with icicibank since last four years. Before one month I have changed my cell number and the same has been updated in icicibank records. I am using imobile for any kind of transaction but after update the imobile application i am not be able to login in to his application. Ths same has been highlight to customer care icicibank and imobile department many times. You an check my past records 90% transaction to be done i mobile. Kindly look in to this on prior basis the problem is still pending since last saturday. Or i have to escalate this in consumer court.

                            i have paid for icici life time gold policy No.08594086 life cover Rs.490000.00 premium paid Rs.97000.00 paid two times 97+97 which means Rs.1, 94, 000.00 and after two premiums i had mate with an accident and i have tried to claim but they have not given any thing so that i have not paid my last third premium and in 4th year i went and asked them for close and clear the settlement but they said we close and send to you a cheque something like less than Rs.80, 000.00 which means its not even half of my amount which i have paid to them and also i have not received the cheque. the reason of paying this policy that they came to my house more than 20 times and they said it covers disability benefits AND critical illness benefits they given presentation on powerpoint they show me big figers after 10 years, and i need to pay only 3 years balance 7 years they will pay behalf of me. and when i mate with an accident i go under two of them disability benefits and critical illness benefits because I lost my right side hip joint its reconstructed. please make justice to me to get claim and my benefits

                                    My Name is Rishi Raj Rudra and I am getting calls from ICICI Bank from Sec 8, Rohini (New Delhi) Branch regarding a personal loan taken on my name in Visakhapatnam in year 2008. I told them I never been to vishakapatnam and I have not any kind of loan or card from ICICI bank but they are not ready to hear, besides this my friends and relatives have also started recieving these calls. Yesterday I recieved a call from Sec 8 Rohini Branch from Advocate Ajay Shukla, I explained him that I was doing Job at Okhla in 2008 and have nothing to do with this case. It is very strange how ICICI is relating me to this Loan when I have never been to Visakhapatnam and never applied any loan with ICICI in any other city. I told collection agents that I am ready to furnish my KYC details but to no help. Does it mean the risk team didn’t analyze properly or was given leverage to the fraudster? Or there could possibly the beneficial person in team for passing on such loan without verification? Or is that bank now want to shift the NPA loss to law abiding citizen like me by pro rata basis for selection because they could not identify the actual loan taker? Many question remains unanswered…. and such things do made people like me mentally weak which further makes day to day life more like hell, but it makes your collection agents, loans team and of course your bank like Lethe surviving on many innocent people life like me. Please remove this fraud loan details from my name Rishi Raj Rudra
