Dear Sir/Madam,

Yesterday, I have called ICICI Customer care service call center [protected], they kept me on hold for 25 min before connecting me to executive,
i felt humiliating and waited too long time to get my problem resolved. During call IVR response was please wait for 4 minutes as we connect to our customer care executives but in actual it took 25 minutes.
Please take the necessary action against them.
I have also recorded the conversation, in case needed please let me know.

ICICI Bank — Service

I have been receiving calls from ICICI bank for the past one year asking whether I am Sindhu Joseph which i am NOT and i had to pay them or they will send people to my place and threaten me. I have been telling them over and over again and one fine day i busted out of anger told them @#$ off. Please take care of the crap as soon as possible.

    This is regarding the Credit Card offered to me by ICICI. While offering the card I had been told that initial fees of Rs.199 will be reversed to my account if i use card for more than Rs.2000 in first two months. I did the same but now ICICI telling me that that offer is not applicable to me. This is a clear case of fraud and cheating.

    I would like to highlight that I have been account holder of ICICI bank since 6 years and using various products of ICICI including investment/insurance policies. Hence forward I dont think i would like to keep any association with them. I am highly disappointed by their service and to see how bluntly you cheat your loyal customers. ICICI may have earned Rs. 199 by doing this but you lost a valuable customer accross many product.

      Dear Sir,
      The undersigned is account holder of A/c No.[protected] has raised service request above referred 1 and 2 for non delivery of amount of Rs. 8500/- from SBI ATM of ATM no.510MO14132024 located at DIG Bunglow, Bhopal.
      After that I received a message from ICICI Bank regarding refusal from SBI Bank.
      This matter has been taken to the Bank Ombudsman, Bhopal. After continue pursuing with Mr. Prakash Sonare (Ph. No.[protected], SBI Officer at Regional Office, Bhopal and Mr. Vivek (M. No. [protected]) Branch Manager, SBI, SCAB Sultania Road Bhopal. They had informed that we have not received any complaint from ICICI Bank regarding such transaction till date on their desk.
      Meanwhile, I have received your letter No. 4th referred above.
      On my request they have internal investigated the matter and found that the amount was with them. They also told me to contact ICICI Bank Officers and request them to relaunch the requested for reimbursement of Rs.8500/- to SBI.
      After that we again requested phone banking officer vide 5 and 6 referred above and found that it was not request was not reached to the desk to the concerned officers mentioned in the 3rd para of the letter.
      Once again on 17.07.2013, we requested phone banking officer vide 7th referred above with phone No. and name of SBI officer who was dealing the subject. It is herby sorry to say that the request was again not reached to the desk to the concerned officers despite of providing phone no. and name of concerned officers.
      Today (03.08.2013) I contacted to the Phone Banking Officer, ICICI regarding the matter in reply to that he told that we have closed the matter on 24.06.2013 that which I wrote the letter vide 4th referred above. In addition to that he also told we can not do anything further now on this matter.
      The undersigned once again requesting to Launch the Service request to SBI Bank to the concerned officer with a request to ensure this complaint should reached to Mr. Vivek and Mr. Rakes Sonre (Phone No. and other details mentioned in 3rd para) because they had told to request to the ICICI bank to sent the request to them and they are having amount. They have also informed that without request from ICICI bank they can not credited the amount.
      A needful and early action in this matter is requested.
      It is also requested to send New Service No. with the acknowledgement from SBI. Please ensure that the request should reach to the concerned officer of SBI ( Mr. Rakesh Sonare and Mr. Vivek)

      ICICI Bank — SERVICE:

      On 01.08.09 i tried to withdraw Rs.24000/ from ( HDFC ATM SF ROAD, SILIGURI) but i had not received the said amount due to link failure & amount was deducted from my salary a/c maintained with ICICI BANK, SILIGURI BR.
      I lodged complaint on 03.08.09 to ICICI bank but i have not received any help.
      Pl suggest my future course of action.

      dear sir,
      in savarkundala your branch is there of sbi.. in the sbi all the facellity are there but there r not providing to customer and not informing also ... i[censored] have to open ur account there r not giving forms and proper information to the customer and they are rudly behaving to the customer . i[censored] have to entry ur passbook ya statement then they are telling machines are not working come after 5 days ...
      many other majour problems are there u visit as a surprised customer then u will notice about the bad service of sbi ...
      please solve the problem

        i satpal singh, few day ago i was received a call some Mr. Pradhan (no.-[protected]) he sad, he was calling from irda compliant department and i will help to withdrawal your old insurance money and he transfer call to some mr. lamba (his sound like old man ) he sad, he is a senior officer at fund department and fund received you with in a 20-25 days but you will buy the comparison policy of total fund's 10% amounted policy than you received that amount. and some Mr. kothari was give me a loan on behalf of old policy with low interest.

        This is all fraud but unfortunately i am trapped in it than my friend mr. s joshi`s son was complaint this no. and its location was locate at noida Sec-2 near narula's , my son sad to me that there was lots of illegal call center working at sec-2 noida doing this type of frauds. some address details :-(1) basement D-61, sec-2, noida (2) c-23 iind floor, sec-2 noida, (3) C-48, sec- 2, noida, they are not registered at trai in telemarketer.



        why government not stop this fraud and illegal call centers.

        Personal — No Response from your call center

        Dear Sir,

        This is in respect to the mental extortion beard by us due to mistake from your end. My Credit Card No is: [protected]

        We had not been receiving monthly statements from your end even after giving request for change of address several times. Ur Call center person from Gurgoan and Delhi had been repeatedly informed about the same. Also, your Andheri Credit Card Center employee Ms. Deepti informed us that no extra charges will be taken even if we submit cheque payment within 1 month of Due Date, which was surprising for me I had even argued with her since we are paying these cheques thru your collection boy. No service charges will be taken for this collection of payment was informed to us but an average chanrge of around 61.70 Rupees is added up in my account statement for collection of payments.

        Attached with this is the details of extra payment made by us. We want to clear the account by one time payment of actual amount used by us with reversal of extra money paid to you and want to immediately close my account with your bank due to horrible experience.

        I would like to share that if this is not taken care off, I will not be paying a single penny to your bank. I am writing you this since around 25 to 30 Call Center representatives of yours had taken our complaint and had promised that this will be taken care of BUT TILL DATE NONE HAD REPLIED. Every day we are receiving call from your call center either by Ravi, Rahul, Jatin, Sachin[protected]………………. Etc etc and that too to our previous address harassing the owner there also and giving mental pain to us also inspite of knowing our current contact details.

        Also, we had received these details after visiting your Andheri Branch personally waiting for around 2 hrs. Please note that these details are till the month of Feb, for March April the extra amount charged is in addition so consider that amount also while crediting the amount to my Credit Card Account.


        Kindly look into the matter and clear this matter.

        Personal — Water not coming from 01-09-08

        We are staying is Sultanpur, Mehrauli - Behing Gurdwara, Tube well no 6 is not working fron 01-09-08 and we have made several complaints by phone but till now no body has even bothered to entertain the complaint.

        Can we know when can we get the water.

          Icici bank is calling for credit card and the most annoyed thing is, even after saying do not need, still keep insisting for product. Today they have crossed limit, they have got my personal information and when I asked, can I speak to manager. The person hesitate and started arguing, when I asked for his name, person has reverted "nahi batata naam, jo karna hai Karlo". I received call from [protected].

            Lien of Salary account for Settled Credit Card

            I was marked a Lien on my Salary Account #[protected] . I have received an SMS stating the same and informing me to pay Rs.73648.22 within 7 days for the credit card [protected]. which is already Settled and amount is paid in full.

            I have received a letter with Ref# CC[protected] for One short payment for Rs 30,000 in cash which I have already done on 29th of July as per commitment with Payment receipt # [protected]....

            Sir i was holding ICICI bank Cr Card no [protected] in early 2006 i observed that payment made by me not reflected in my a/c. I asked rep to make clear & provided the recpt provided by bank & my Bank statement that payment credited to bank, wd d promise that it would reflected in next bill, i made few payment with d hope that my complaint would be listened. After submitting their receipt & my bank statement they didnt took any action. After that i made a complaint in icici customer care to mr chatenya on dt 10 aug 06 wd comp no [protected] & taken few follow ups but i was asked to make my payment first then my query will b entairtained. at that time my outstanding was 9620 Rs. My complaint amount was bigger that that it was Rs 9750 & rs 1500 & one more of cash payment but unfortunately i lost cash payment receipt but still if i forget cash recp still my complaint amount is rs 11250 Rs against their bill of rs 9620. I asked so many times & provided the proof to the bank at sec-8 rohini branch. But after sm time approx 1 1/2 years they again starting harassing me with phone calls to my wife, my office couligues as well as to the director of our company. Now a days they are threatening all o[censored]s including our office staff who were never involved in this case because i had recently joined this company 2 months back. I visited the branch yesterday & asked the representative ******** Ms Raj who is sitting in sector 8 branch rohini and calls me from no [protected] *********** to give the answers & detail of amount which i had paid & showed them the receipt after checking they agreed it is not shown in bank statement but i received the answers that they are least bothered about thr fact that i had paid. They simply asked me that my query would be listened after paying the settlement amount rs 25500. They are saying first pay & if there is some solution it will be returned in future. I told them that i am a salaried person with lots of responcibility & have not enough money that i will pay unnecessarly.
            I asked them first solve my query then if something remains from my side i will pay but in answer i am receiving only abusive language threatening & lots of trouble with my couligue & directors. I would like to mention i am a teacher by profession & if something comes out i will pay but no one is ready to listen.
            Actually i was on bed for last 2 years & started new life just 2 months back & dont have courge, money or to take leave to hangdel this. Yesterday i had taken a leave & visited branch.
            Sir i am writing you with a great hope to sought out my case & to give a lesson to Ms Raj who sits in sector 8 rohini branch.
            Really this thing is very unhuman & unethical.
            Sir again i am admiting if something comes on my part i will pay that but not unnecessarly & not after threatings.
            If i accept this without fight then how i can teach the students to fight against unjustice.
            Ps Ps Ps Ps Ps Ps see this matter on priority basis & ps make necessary arrangements that till something comes out not to harass me.

              I applied for this card in October 2007 through some third party vender and i got the call stating that they can process the request as my age was 19 yrs (DOB: 21st Nov 1987). But the CARD has been processed in different date of birth (21 Nov 1983) and been used

              Later with my Layer i attend the Family court and produced all the document to the bank layer and to the investigation department. they informed that they will investigate and get back to me but i never got any update

              ICICI Bank — wrong credit card

              Hi,
              One year before ICICI bank employee came to me and gave me option for the ICICI bank Gold Credit card. (i was eligilble for Gold Credit Card). And Gold credit card was life time free card. But after some days i got the Silver Credit card and that is free only for first year.

              I already called to customer care of the ICICI credit card they said they will send their executive and i will get the ICICI gold or platinum because now i am eligible for Platinum card.
              But after a month there is no response from ICICI bank.

              Please do the need full.

                I have my salary account of ICICI Vasna Branch.

                I am using that account for my all type of transections with net banking..

                But on Saturday, 23rd March, 5000 Rs was debited from my account without knowing to me.

                Again, on Monday 5000 Rs was debited from account without knowing to me.

                As per my mini statement, total[protected]+5000) was debited...

                My salary account with account number “[protected]” has been debited with a sum of 28.09 under ATMDEC CHG, though the account balance was greater than the amount that I tried to withdraw. Hope the same amount will be returned soon…

                  I have booked one tickets from IRCTC But ticket were counted as failed Transaction. Then they have refunded the same amount after 2days
                  But problem is that amount is not showing in my account statement. and bank is doing nothing, customer care always put my phone on long hold approx 15 min.
                  i have done emails to customer care of icici bank but still not reply from that side.

                  and I have all details that prove Irctc refunded the full amount after days..

                  M pasting the email for reference and communication with Irctc that they have refunded the amount.

                    I Mr.Nachiappan, have ICICI Bank credit card 5176 5371 7500 4009 which was given to me when I worked at Bangalore in 2007. I kept on paying dues regualarly for till 2009. Due to unexpected huge expenses I met for my Parents Medical expenses, I could not pay monthly dues. In 2012, one Agent from Bangalore contacted me and I agreed to close the Card with One Instalment in full for Full/final settlement. He insisted me to pay the amount in Bangalore and in Cash only. As I wish to close the account, thru my friend at bangalore I paid the amount of Rs.25,800/- on 10.08.2012 and the agent gave original SETTLEMENT LETTER and RECEIPT. My friend has taken the Photo copy of the agent's ID card also. The amount was not credited to my A/c till date. On taking up with Customer Care from September-2012 onwards, now (after 9 months) , ICICI bank is telling that the SETTLEMENT LETTER & RECEIPT are not original and No settlement is offered to my A/c. I have furnished the phone number of the Agent and person collected money and email he has sent to me (Contacted Agent Name : Anil / Mob : [protected] || Agent collected money : Sreekumar / Mob : [protected] || Email sent from : [protected]@rediff.com) to the bank.
                    Even after providing all the above details, Unfortunately, ICICI bank did not want to take action on the agent and informed that the documents were not genuine and hence they could not close the A/c.
                    For the Bank, its easy to find the Agent and recover the money thru above details and also the photo Id. But bank simply closed the matter by not doing anything.
                    For the Agent's action, how can the customer be responsible. Its for the bank, not to use CHEATING agents for recovery. Or Don't use Agents - let bank's own employees go for recovery.
                    Supporting indirectly like this, the agent may go on to cheat the bank and customer.
                    What a stupid action from the Bank. I did not expect the bank would tell after 9 months about the documents. I AM SURPRISED / SHOCKED TO KNOW THAT AN AGENT OF A PRIVATE BANK CAN CHEAT BOTH A CREDIT CARD CUSTOMER AND A BANK, BY PROVIDING FAKE SETTLEMENT LETTER / RECEIPT AND BANK DID NOT MIND THAT.

                    I warn/request all the credit card customers of ICICI Bank to check fully before going for settlement thru AGENT. You may land in trouble. From my own experience, BANK WILL SUPPORT ONLY THE AGENT AND NOT YOU. INDIA'S LARGEST PRIVATE SECTOR BANK'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORST AND VERY WORST.                     I HAVE ONLY ONE OPTION TO MOVE TO OMBUDSMAN AND SEEK DAMAGES FOR MENTAL AGONLY/LEGAL EXPENSES also.

                      I got one of the unauthorized transaction on my credit card, the transaction shows merchant is "HOMEBASE.CO.UK". Card is still with me, it was neither stolen nor misplaced. However, ICICI says that it was online transaction. The amount for this transaction is Rs. 33,966.63 which is very huge amount and ICICI bank confirming that I need to pay the same.

                      Greatly appreciated your help in this regards.

                      On 19th March, I booked air tickets through ezeego1.com by using my ICICI credit card. one transaction failed while transaction in credit card showing twice with Rs.11033/- another ticket I booked but transaction failed but my account statement is showing the transaction of Rs12098/-. on 21st March I got a SMS thatthe recent transaction of Rs.7777/- on your ICICI Bank credit card is eligible for EMI while transaction made by me.                       I work for a MNC in Bangalore. I own one ICICI AMEX Card with me. On that I have not done any transaction. But some body else has done that transaction. On dated (XX/12/2007) I recieved one call from ICICI bank, saying that "on your card some amount has been transacted" is it done by you? As I said I have not done transaction, then he told something and disconnected the call.

                      Now ICICI people are charging those amount on me. So please somebody help me regarding this issue.

                          ICICI Bank — Amount block without permission

                          I having saving bank account no.[protected] with ICICI bank, Janakpuri Branch, New Delhi. The bank has block my account with Rs. 5950/-. On enquiry they told that there is some due bank on credit credit. I have written on[protected] that I have not purchased any thing. If there is some balance please give me the detail. Bank has taken time for providing me the detail is upto 5th December, 2009. When I have not received any reply, I have sent 3 reminder on 5th , 6th & 7th December, 2009 to bank for providing me the detail of purchase on card. They replied me on 8th December, 2009 that they will provide me the detail on 18th December, 2009. I do not understand why the bank is behaving like this by blocking my account with sum of Rs. 5950/-. I would request you to please look into the matter urgently.

                            I am continously receiving calls from the above no stating that they are from ICICI recovery dept and asking me to pay the loan amount which is pending. FYI it is a lady who does not know good language to speak and using bad words and what not she speaking and asking me to pay loan due immediately in cash and they will not accept cheque or dd.

                            To bring it ur notice that I had personal loan and i could not repay back as I had met with an accident long back and I was unemployed for 3 years. So I am in touch with one o[censored]r executive and requested him to contact me after August 20 onwards as I told him that I would make the payment in 3 emi as it is difficult to pay at one shot. Now thease people are harassing me and threatening me now and even they told that they would come to my house and take my valuables to recover the money.

                            So I want to make it clear to u people i[censored] guys do not take immediate actions aganist them I would have to register a complaint in police station and go to consumer court stating the ICICI bank using gundas and threatening my life for their money. As I told earlier I hage told one o[censored]r executive that I will pay back money but I wld require some time. So I would expect a quick revert on this and things to be solved at the immediate effect

                            I received a phone on 22nd November from mobile no. [protected] and also from the landline number [protected] and a person who was on the line told her name as Nidhi Srivastava, Advocate. She told me that there is some criminal case against me and I will have to reach Patiala House Court on 11.12.2007 as the date of some criminal case against me is fixed on that date. Upon being asked as to how has file the case and in which capacity she has called me also that from where she got my mobile number, i.e., [protected], she told me that she cannot give all the details and asked me to call on above two numbers and get all the details. I have no enmity with anybody so I was shocked to here this. Then I called up Ms Nidhi Srivastava and requested her to give the detail on this she told that I have to pay some amount of the credit card and if I do not pay the same immediately and she sending two persons to me and if I do not pay then I will have to face dire consequences as she knows how to take money. Since, the number was that of Delhi I called up my sister who is also an Advocate at Delhi and informed about the threats given by Ms Nidhi Srivastava on your behalf. My sister called her and asked as to in which regard she has filed case against me on this she told that she is Advocate of your bank and also has offices at Rohini and West Patel Nagar. My sister informed her that we have no dues of your company and if she has any detail she should send the same to me or fax the details on her fax number at Delhi so that we may understand as to why case has been filed against me but she refused to give any information and asked her either to come along with Rs. 10,000/- at Cottage Plot No. 22, Near Shadipur Metro Station, Behind PNB Bank, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi – 110 008 or her persons will come to my place and I will have to face consequences. I check my all records and found that your bank had issued a credit card bearing no.[protected] in my name, which was life time free but I am not using the same for more than three years and I had already sent the credit card back to you with the request to cancel the same. Now, after more than three years back I getting threat from a person claiming to be your advocate such at of your bank through your advocate is criminal offence, so please tell us as to whether you any authorized any such person to give threats, particularly to a lady.
                            Today again 0n 19.12.07 a phone call has come from the same number [protected] at 13.59 pm threatening me in the same manner again.

                            You are requested to treat this urgent and reply to me immediately, failing which I going to lodge complaint against officials of your bank and also against Ms Nidhi Srivastava, who threatened me and my sister of dire consequences.

                              I have gone for online money transfer fro ICICI bank, Jamshedpur to SBI, Jamshedpur. But no where it was written how much amount it will deduct. After 2-3 days I noticed a good amount was deducted from my saving account.                               It is regretted to note that an amount of Rs. 365 were debited to me through State Bank of India Debit/ATM card for booking the ticket from New Delhi to Jaipur by Shatabadi( Senior citizen), but the ticket is not booked through the internet for 15.4.2011. It is as per the SMS received from the SBI at 13.30 hrs. on 12.4.2011. On going through the internet once again, no record of ticket booked is traceable. It appears as if the amount is debited without the completion of reservation process. It amounts to deficiency of service as such it is requested that the amount detected may kindly be refunded to me early to avoid any litigation.

                                Hi,
                                I have done two transactions of Rs. 945 each on January 1st, 2013. My service request numbers are SR[protected], SR[protected]. I have been following up with this request for a long time. At first, they said the request will be processed in 16 weeks. I waited. Later when the time period was over, they said it will take 55 days. Again I waited for the request to be processed. Now, When I asked, they have dropped me a mail asking me to wait for 35 more days. It has been 7 months now since I had done the transaction. Until now, they are just asking me to wait for some days. I haven't got any proper response from them.

                                One of my friend faced a similar situation. He was also following up. And Since he was calling them daily, his request was processed and he got his amount refunded. I had been following up once in a week or once in somedays hoping that I need to give them some time to process it. But, only reponse which I had got is they asking me to wait for some days.

WE WITHDRAW AMOUNT 16500RS ON 27 OCT08 FROM SBI ATM ( FROM PHARGANG)AS ICICI ATM NETWORK WAS BUSY, BUT WHEN WE TRY TO FILL THE AMOUNT ON SCREEN THEY WRITE TRANCTION DECLINE SO WE GET THE CARD OUT AND THERE IS NO AMONUT OUT.THAN WE CHECKED OUR BALANCE THAT WAS 283 RS ONLY INSTEAD OF 16783RS THAN WE COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER CARE AND ACCORDING TO THEM WE RECV THE PAYMENT WITH IN 45 DAYS.PLS NOTE THAT WE NEED THE AMOUNT FROM AN VERY URGENT BASIS AS WE ARE FROM THE MIDDLE CLASS FAMLIY AND 16500 RS IS VERY MUCH FOR US.KINDLY HELP TO GET THE AMOUNT ASAP.AWAIT YOUR POSITIVE REPLY ON THE SAME

                                I have done two transactions of Rs. 945 each on January 1st, 2013. My service request numbers are SR[protected], SR[protected]. I have been following up with this request for a long time. At first, they said the request will be processed in 16 weeks. I waited. Later when the time period was over, they said it will take 55 days. Again I waited for the request to be processed. Then, again they asked me to wait 35 more days. It has been 8 months now since I had done the transaction. A week back I have got a mailasking me to wait until september 7, 2013. Today I have got a mail saying that the transaction was successful and the money cannot be refunded. Twice I tried to book the ticket and that's why two transactions. Both the times I haven't got the ticket booked. but, how could they say that the transaction was successful. I am really disappointed. I am planning to go to consumer court for this issue. Before that, I thought of escalating it to you expecting a positive reponse. Please do the needful asap.

                                One of my friend faced a similar situation. He was also following up. And Since he was calling them daily, his request was processed and he got his amount refunded. I had been following up once in a week or once in somedays hoping that I need to give them some time to process it. But, only reponse which I had got is they asking me to wait for some days. And now they have told the amount cannot be refunded.

                                  I had applied for ICICI Bank Credit card a month back. ICICI Credit Card Application Ref. No[protected], BANGALORE. I got to know from the customer care the application has been declined. I did not receive any communication on that from them. They sent me email on my office id to confirm my employment so they can proceed with the application, they sent people to my residence and office to verify. All of these has happened properly. But I still dont know the reason for declining. I sent email to customer care but have not received any reply. This bank takes all confidential documents like salary slips, last 3 months bank statements and are in the possession of these documents now. I see a possible leakage can happen from this bank and the way they handle it.The accountability they show. I have Icici gold card since year 2004 but stil they didn't find me suitable to provide a better card.

                                  I have applied for Credit Card and have received a mail asking for confirmation on 04/06/2015. However till date I have not received any communication regarding update for my credit card. I request you to please send me the application status.
