Today a few time back I had attended to the ATM which is attached to Bank branch. I saw the most parts of the printable area of the ATM is blocked. I called a staff. But he said in a rude voice "Why? what has been done? I had to return. I expect at least pleasant voice.

        icici is fraud comany and chor company they change customers brokerage plans without any notice to customers .
        i have 2 years old account with icicidirect they have changed my brokerage plan than is 5 times more without my confirmation. the promises they make to customers are fake .

        i request all investers pls dont invest yr hard earned money with this chor and fraud company the result will be losing yr money .

          icicidirect is fraud company they change customer brokerage plans without confirmation of costumer. their brokerage pattern is very high compared to other companies .these people are chor they change plans without confirmation to customers.

          i am holding icicidirect demat account from last 2 years suddenly they have changed my brokerage plan 5times more without my confirmation .the rmanager of this companies are not even bothered for informing customers for and such importance notice.

          i request all investers in india and world wide do not invest your hard earned money in icici demat account.
          because these people are blood sucking worms of investers who are chor and fraud filling up thier pockets.

            Hi, My name is Nagaraj MM and some one by name prashanth (ph: [protected]) and he says he is calling from ICICI bank and says some one by name Ashok kigga has taken the credit card by giving my reference and that guy got upsconded without paying his bills, and prashanth (ICICI guy) is herrasing me to talk to ashok kigga and make him to pay the bills.

            For your kind information i never know anybody name Ashok kigga, and i personally doesn't given my phone numbers as my reference... please request you to stop calling me and do the necessary actions required

              Dear sir, I have opened a young star account with ICICI bankin anna nagar 5thavenue Chennai,while opening i asked if its possible to open a ppf account for my son who is 6years old they told that only Thur nominee it can be opened so my wife being nominee the young star ac was opened and ppf account also opened ,beflre opening ppf account itself i asked the branch manager if it can be linked with young star account such that online i can transfer the funds they told its possible,but now they are telling its not possible as the RBI guide lines passed in august,the account was opened in july2012,in the youngstar account in the funds transfer page the amount to be debited is given as ppf account number and the amount to be credited is given as youngstar account number,i have requested to check that link and change with ICICI bank but still they are not able to resolve the problem can you kindly highlight me on this above issue

                Today,I was booking a ticket from Mughalsarai to New Delhi from IRCTC using Net Banking options. Ticket booking was failed and checked details of failed transactions in my IRCTC account showed "Payment Not Received From Bank". But money has been alrerady deducted from my account .                   I had credit card no.[protected] from ICICI bank. And for this card i had paid the full and final settlement amount of Rs. 70,000.00 vide the cash receipt no. 3046058 dt. 02.06.2007 and got the final settlement letter ref. no. HYD/003/[protected].

                  Today it is showing the outstanding in my name and i am facing problem while applying for loan. Please help me in this matter.

                    Dear Ms. Chanda Kochhar,
                    Madam, Its with immense pain and regret that I am writing this complaint letter to you. I am not even sure you are ever going to read it because in our country there is no system where a simple person (without pulls or jacks) can raise his or her voice against a wrong done and hope to be listened to.
                    Anyways the complaint is regarding a policy that i had taken for my daughter in 2009.(details mentioned at the end) I was told by the representative of the bank Mr. Vipin(mob no...................) that it was the best investment I could make for my child. The policy required me to make an bi-annual premium of Rs. 50000 (total Rs. 1 lac for one year).I was told that the policy could be surrendered after 3 years if i needed to do that and i was ensured that I would be getting more than what i had paid till then because there was no way that this policy would ever give me loss.
                    He never told me where my money was being invested, what kind of market risks were involved etc which could even leave me with a loss.I was naive to trust him and went ahead with the policy as me and my whole family have our accounts in ICICI bank for the last more than 10 years.In fact our company has its major accounts with ICICI bank only. With that kin d of trust and faith, i put my hard earned money into the policy.
                    Unfortunately after paying 3 installments, i was not able to pay the remainder installments. There were some personal problems and I did not have enough earning to pay the lumpsome amount.I requested the agent to help m e to break up the annual premium into monthly installments so that i could manage but he insisted that it could not be done.
                    With absolutely no help from the bank, i finally decided to surrender the policy and get a refund. I went to the Sector 29 office of ICICI life insurance in July and inquired about the procedure to surrender and get a refund.I was very curtly told by the person sitting on the customer service desk that if I wanted my money back and surrender the policy, I would be required to pay another Rs. 1.5 lacs as part of the remainder premiums for one and a half year and then only I could get my money back after deductions which amounted to Rs. 30000.
                    Unfortunately I met with an accident while driving a few days after that meeting and was advised bed rest by my doctor as i was in my eight month of pregnancy.I was helpless as I was personally required to go the bank to sign the surrender documents. I called the agent also and he assured me that there was no problem and i could go after i felt ok and i would be given my dues after the deductions.
                    Now today i.e 24.08.2012, when i again went to the office at sector 29 to do the formalities, i was told that now the policy has been closed and all i would get back is Rs 36000 out of the Rs. 1.5 lacs that i have paid 3 years back. To my utter shock, the guys that were sitting there behaved like they were doing some kind of a heavenly gesture by even handing out this Rs. 36000.They also said that now I needed to pay Rs. 2.5 lacs more and leave it with the bank for another year before i could surrender the policy. When i refused to oblige and demanded that i wanted my money back, I was told to go complaint wherever i felt like.

                    An elderly couple in their late 60's was sitting next to me fighting over a similar issue where they or their daughter had made a loss of Rs. 4lacs after investing almost 20 lacs in the last 4 years with an ICICI policy.

                    Madam,
                    we are simple people and one and a half rupees means a lot to us. i have been out of work for m ore than a year now and my husband is a service class person.I am in my last stage of pregnancy and required this money to help me with the forthcoming expenses. If I could pay Rs. 2.5 lacs now, I don't think i would require to surrender this policy in the first place.I feel cheated and duped and all of a sudden ICICI no longer sounds a trustworthy name to me.because it was not just me today at the bank. There were 3 customers who had similar complaints and were there to surrender their policies.
                    I am pained beyond words and with immense grief in my heart, I request you to show some relief towards my case. All i am asking is a refund of Rs. 1.5 lacs that i have earlier deposited.i will bear the loss of Rs. 30000 as charges towards surrendering the policy considering that I am in urgent need of money. But there is no way i am a position to pay Rs 2.5 lacs for another year.
                    I very humbly request you to consider this case sympathetically and help me.You would indeed be doing much to instill faith and trust of a generation in our system which is marred by corruption and in justice in all fields.

                    I am not being able understand that Why I am not getting refund into my account.

                    IRCTC have sent the Settlement, even after you are not being able to credit the same.

                      I have taken a home loan from ICICIBANK HOME FINANCE LTD in the year 2001 for a property situated in Asansol & when I was an employee of Durgapur Steel Plant under SAIL.
                      The loan detail is as follows
                      1.LOAN ACCOUNT NO-LHASL[protected]
                      2.PROPERTY SITUATED ON- RS PLOT NO-2012,KHAITAN NO-756, MOUZA SANTA AT VIDYASAGAR SARANI, ASANSOL
                      3.TOTAL LOAN DISBURSED-10,000,00.00 ( TEN LAKHS ONLY )
                      4.LOAN APPLICATION FORM NO-509149
                      5.INITIAL LOAN TENURE-121 MONTHS

                      Since I have already paid a considerable amount ( rs 3,26,000.00 outstanding as on January 17,2012 ) & since i have already retired & unable to continue the loan I wanted to foreclose the loan .In the fore closure statement they wanted a claim amount of 4,11,000.00 ( considering late payment fees, cheque bouncing charge & prepayment charge.

                      I am unable to pay any more amount other than the principle amount ( other charges they levied are baseless & therefore unaccepted by me ) outstanding considering my my financial stringency & huge interest pay out throughout the loan tenure.
                      I am ready to pay the principle outstanding immediately .
                      This is to be taken up with the bank authority & settle the case immediately. I have already taken up the matter with The bank & i am ready to pay Rs 3,54,234.00 as per their claim without late payment penalty & prepayment charge.

                      ICICI Bank - Home Loan - Fore Closure Penalty — Foreclosure Penalty

                      I want to close my housing loan out of my own funds. The loan was sanctioned in 2006. ICICI Bank sent me a document telling I need to pay 2.21 % of the outstanding amount to close my loan.

                      This is atrocious, I read here in many complaints and also in articles that Banks are not supposed to charge the customers if the loan is being paid out of their own funds and not moving to another bank.

                      I also believe there is a supreme court order to repay one of the consumers who had complained.

                      Hopefully ICICI starts treating its customers well, otherwise they will start losing business to more consumer friendly banks.

                        I am based in New Zealand and I wanted to install iMobile application in my iPad,as a one time fix to avoid frequent frustrating OTP requests for online banking.

                        I called customer care (mind you its an international call) twice ending up hearing "the office hours for iMobile team is 9 AM - 5 PM)" and "The system is down. Call us after half an hour" respectively.

                        Finally today I got hold of a customer representative from iMobile stating that it is not possible to access from my iPad since i don't have access to Indian number. If i want to change my mobile number (to any of my family member), I was suggested to courier (International courier) the required document without any explanation about the process.

                        The situation is I cannot access my own account due to poorly planned security measures by ICICI. I have already verified my account details through call to contact customer executive.

                        The customer service is very mechanical and makes no sense to solve the problem. They stick to some procedures which doesn't fit with practical scenarios (Similar to certain Government offices).

                        If someone reading this is an NRI / anyone planning to go overseas,better avoid ICICI.

                          I want to share my worst customer experience at ICICI home finance branch in Kormangala,Near Forum Mall branch . This happened fewdays back .I am existing unsatisfied ICICI customer and I had been to Kormangala ICIC home finance branch near Forum mall for topping up my home loan as I wanted an money for some emergency situation.I was waiting for my turn and it took 20 min and I met Mr Mahesh gentleman who after going through my details informed me that I am eligible and told me to wait for some time. I was waiting and after some time he told me that person related to top up is go to meet some customer and will come after some time. I said I will wait he told that he will take 1 hr so he will send this guy to my home to collect my documents in the evening on Friday.I said fine and came home thing that rep will call me so i kept all my documents ready and waiting for him .I asked Mr gentle men to share the contact details of the person he did not share. I was waiting for guy to turn up, Friday had passed ,Saturday had passed..Sunday had passed,Monday had Passed ,Tuesday morning i got the number and tried reaching the gentle man and he told that he has given the Representative my number and was supposed to call me on friday..I told him that he did not call till tuesday. he told he will arrange a call another 10 min . I did not rec any call.i tried 3 more time in an interval and then i got call from a lazy guy and he told me that he will come and pick up the documents at 5 :30 i said fine and got all the documents ready and was waiting till 5:30 i called at 5:45 and asked him what time he will come he told 6:30.I said ok.I then waited till 6:50 pm then I called him at 6:50 pm and asked him what time he will coming he told at 7 15 Pm when i tried to reach him at 7:30 he started to disconnect my call and never picked up...I had to sea off my cousin who had a flight to catch at 9 PM for which I couldn't make it because of this crap ICICI guy who ruined my entire day.I was really depressed & hurt these guys are not even professional or has the capability to serve the customers and hired as ICICI front sales..

                          ICICI management plans to bring in ICICI bank in Number 1 position and I guarantee you that having these kind of people you will never achieve this..

                          I am sure this complaint will not impact ICICI much but would help some consumers like me who can think twice before doing any banking with ICICI bank.

                            I am holding salary account where i can have zero balance, and if I am using at any other bank ATM, then its also legal as per RBI rule.

                              1. A flat no. B-513, at Balaji Tower-III, JLN Marg which was under construction booked by us with Builder M/S Salaser balaji in the name of VCPL-(Varsha Creation Pvt. Ltd.) on dated: 14.11.05 and paid token money RS. 2,13,840.00

                              2. An agreement was executed in between builder & VCPL on dated: 20.09.2006 for the total cost of flat RS.19,61,108.00 payable in 16 months installment in equal amount devided by 6% each month-(Payment was payable in installments due to Flat was under construction) including Token Money Amount.

                              3. A facility agreement was made & executed in between ICICI bank & VCPL for the sanctioned loan amount of RS. 12, 56, 872.00 in the name of VCPL-Ist Party, Prema devi poddar, Sonia Poddar-(Directors), Sunil N. Poddar-( Manager), Anil Poddar-(Others). Loan amount was to be disbursed as and when demanded by the builder according the construction progress of the Flat.

                              4. RS. 7,04, 236.00 paid by us (VCPL) to the builder including token money on account of our side share before 1st Disbursement made by ICICI to the builder after receiving our share amount by the builder the builder issued N.O.C to the bank.

                              5. A First disbursement of RS. 3,52,373.00 was made by the bank to the builder on dated:[protected] and a Lombard Policy was also sent to us while the flat was under construction.

                              6. A revised sanction letter of dated:[protected] for RS. 13, 38, 744.00 was received by VCPL from ICICI bank along with a Lombard Policy in which the bank has been added a policy premium amount of RS. 81, 872.00 without concerned of Brower-(VCPL), Date of Policy was[protected].

                              7. An objection raised by Brower-(VCPL) the policy was cancelled by the bank on dated:[protected] but the insurance amount was deemed as a disbursement amount and an additional interest amount of RS. 657/- was charged.

                              8. A second Disbursement was made for RS.3,31,000.00 on dated:[protected] directly to the builder by the bank i.e. total disbursement was made by the bank of RS. 6,83,373.00 to the builder till the date.

                              9. During the Ist & IInd disbursement the regularly payment of interest was paid by the Brower-(VCPL) to the bank without any signal default.

                              10. Later on the Brower found that there is difference in the interest rate & amount of interest therefore an objection was raised through mails to the banker and came to know that the loan was sanctioned by the bank as a NIP-(Non income proof) base loan elsewhere all the income proof documents were provided by the Brower, in the case of NIP Brower there is higher rate of interest by 2% however as per facility agreement 10.25% +.5 (floating) was committed by the Brower.
                              11. Bank was also charging interest on the premium amount of the policy which was already revoked by the bank and further disbursements was also held by the bank.
                              12. Looking the disputes of interest rate, differences in interest amount & principal amount, matter of held of further disbursement by the bank the Brower stopped interest payment of the Banker and sue a case on dated:[protected] with the Honorable Consumer Form for settle the principal amount, interest rate & pending loan amount, the next hearing is on dated:[protected].
                              13. The Brower received a notice of dated:[protected] from ARCIL-ARMS, in which ARCIL state that the Brower’s loan account has been transferred with ARCIL by the main Lander – (ICICI) and Brower’s a/c is being treated as NPA.
                              14. ARCIL served a notice on dated:[protected] under section 13(2) of (SARFAESI, Act,2002), notice was received by the Brower on dated:[protected].A reply of the above notice was given on dated:[protected] by the Brower to the ARCIL and reply received by the Brower from ARCIL on dated:[protected] of dated:[protected] for amicable solution. Brower approached to ARCIL- for settlement but nothing appropriate solution was given by ARCIL.
                              15. Another notice was served by the ARCIL on dated:[protected] under section 13(4) for taking possession of the secured assets till[protected] elsewhere no title deed has been executed in between builder and Brower.

                                Dear Sir/mam,

                                I had taken credit card having no. 9401****************[protected] in year 2005 and one free supplementary card but on same account. I used it for 2 years and plus smoothly without any delay in pay,end and penalty. Suddenly I had fly to Africa due to change of my job assignment. I have called icici bank many a times to close the card. But no one responded finally I went to their new panel branch. But here also I was told to go to vashi and close. But due to time limitation I could not do so. Finally I could not closed the account.
                                After two years I realized that the my small outstanding amount reach to 18, 000 rs. Before I do anything, bank has deducted the same amount from my nri bank account, my nri account was also in the same bank.
                                Similarly on my supplementary card the bill reached to rs. 35000 approx. and they did the same. Deducted from my nri account.

                                When I reached India, I started getting call for more payment. I don't know why. So approached to panel bank, they told me to go to vashi. So I did all. When I reached vashi office, I was told that no one call you now onwards and card will automatically closed.

                                So I relaxed and come back. Now again today, I received credit card statement. I am very disappointed With the service of icici. I don't know how to get ride of this issue. I am not able to go back to India only to closed this card.

                                It's pure case of cheating and fraud.

                                  He is also calling 3 -4 of my friends and threatening them and harassing them.

                                  This harassment is unnecessary and uncalled for.

                                  First give me all the details and than we can have a dialogue. if there is a payment due on me than i will make the payment , but for that i need the statement and details.

                                  I will go to police and launch a FIR today if I receive any threat or he misbhaves with any of my friends and family.

                                  ICICI Bank — issue with credit card statement and false information

                                  hi,
                                  This is to inform you that i had received my credit card statement for the month of[protected] my minimum amount due was 3, 780.00 and went to the icici bank to make the payments when i had cash of 4, 000 thats like 1, 000 each i was in the payment counter when i gave him the cash in the cash slip he said cashier said that he/she doesnt have change to give me back so i told him that i dont have change but he/she in the cash counter told me that you can make a payment of 3, 500/ and the remaining 280/ will reflect on your credit card statement for the next month and i did trust him and made the payment and after few days i had called ICICI bank to check my balance on my card they told me that i have any balance of 10, 000 which i can use it and on[protected] i got a call from ICICI in which the female who had callled me told that i have to make the payment i told i havent received the statement yet and my due date ids on july 10 but the female was not worried about my concern she was instiating on my payments of 280 which was due for last month statement i informed her what ever happend and why i did not pay the 280 but she told me that i going to send a representive to colect the cash but i refused it and she used some abuse languages on me and hung up and later on[protected] i not able to use my card in which i had a balance of 1, 200 still left on my card when i call the customer service and informed about it they still tel me make a payment of 5, 000 to get my card activated but i havent received any statement till now in which i had to undergo a very bad situation with the bank .i request some one to take action against this bank so that no one in future will face this problem please can some help me ..

                                    i am from ahmedabad. i have query regarding Fix deposit putting in bank. i did FD in ICICI bank in 2010 june at 7.75%interest rate. now as all bank gives 9.25% interest rate i want to prematurly close my FD & put it again. but bank will give me only interest as per 6% PM. so what can i do for it?

                                      My Credit Card has expired on Feb 2012, my utility bill payment of my idea post paid card has been stopped with immediate effect. I had applied for ICICI Lombard General Insurance, ICICI Personal Protect Policy, but since i did not receive any policy details from the company, i had instructed to stop the policy and any payment with regards to the same. As the card has been expired i cannot use it for any transaction, but strangely the card has been active with regards to payment to be made to ICICI Lombard General Insurance.

                                      On my last payment made on 17/07/2012 354562 CHEQUE PAYMENT RECEIVED,THANK YOU. C 0 Rs. 3,139.00, whereas i was informed that this was my last payment on phone. I am surprised to see that the company is still keeping the card active for their personal use.

                                      One more issue is that i have not been receiving any Credit Card Bills till date
