Hi, i have taken fastag from icici bank using from last 2 months. When i parked my car in hyderabad airport on 30/12/2019 around 6am and taken back my vehicle on 31/12/2019 at around 6.40 pm. Actual charge for that parking will be rs. 500 (Rs. 300 for the first 24 hrs and rs 200 for every next 24 hrs) but i had been charged rs. 1200 and my account blacklisted due to minus balance.
Main reason for introducing fastag is to save the time but icici have taken 40 mins just to connect to their customer care and i have been waiting on call till then by listening to ivr. After 40 mins, some executive have attended the call and telling me that customers have to wait that much time to get connected. How pity to give a response like that. He told me that it will take 7-8 working days to refund and its almost 1 month i didnt got anything and he disconnected in the middle. Now my main question is whether i have to travel or not because my fastag was blocked and i have to go by cash lane only after paying the convinience fees and maintaining the balance in my fastag account. This is the worst service. Its been a waste of money, waste of time. My feeling is the motto of introducing fastag is not fulfilled because of these private vendors. Please do the needful at the earliest possible. Thank you,

    Sir I am having my account in ICICI BANK ANANTNAG. I am using its credit card but in could not pay bill of credit card due to untoward circumstances in Kashmir. It was curfew for more than two months and the mobile phones were also shut fore More than two months including internet which is still off. I then after release of mobile phones called the customer care. They gave me service request number which is SR[protected]..they told me that they will refund me within two days but these two days are still a dream for me. They decieved me a lot with these fake promises..please verify and help me as this is my last hope. Thanks in advance sir

      fraudulent transaction in my credit card

      I have been to europe for my official meeting during june 2019, i landed at france charles de gaulle airport on 14-jun-19, after completing the immigration and near terminal 2e, when i was trying to get tickets for metro to get in to paris, someone pickpocket my handbag, which had my passport, official credit card (Citi commericial), personal credit card (Hdfc / sbi / icici), personal debit card (Icici / indian bank) and currencies in euro...

      Icici bank deducted the amount of rs 1200 from my account without my permission and when i called them they said it is for any shaw academy subscription and the reality is that i never subscribed for this and now they said we raise the complaint by blocking your debit card and mail you the service request number but as of now no such servive request number recieved it's a fraud.

      Rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 23rd jan 20.

        Icici bank keep deducting 415 rs around very often as ECS charge. No customer care helps on this. Such a fraud bank..

        Every month around 1000 rs getting deducted on this without any prior information..

          Applied for fastag on 03 dec 19 and i am not received the same. Item not delivered by courier and returned to bank. I called customer care so many times, they were assured that my problems will be solved shorted however, they were not registered complaint and deceived me. Later, on my pressure they registered a complaint and the number is cmp[protected] on 19 jan 20. However, they were not re-dispatched the fastag till date. My email - [protected]@gmail.com

            I had obtained a home loan of rs10 lacs from icici bank, jakhan branch, dehradun. I am paying rs12, 100/- as emi every month. The loan account no is :lbdeh[protected]. This bank has suddenly started debiting rs944/-every month and other charges for the past more than a year citing the reason that no auto debit mode of payment is provided in the loan account by us. Firstly, how the payment is made is the loanees prerogative and not the banks. No such aggrement was entered into while availing the loan. No rbi/govt instructions are their in this regard. Whereas the govt is giving incentives in this priority sector, the icici bank continues to harass and charge amounts as per their whims and fancies, to increase their profits and show a healthy balance sheet. I shall request you to kindly look into the matter for early redressal. Such complaints by me are to be documented by us, so that if my complaint is not addressed i may be forced to approach an appropriate court of law for remedy. The icici bank has failed to respond in this regard.

              Hi,

              In my previous billing cycle, i have made a purchase for rs. 2699, but there was an issue with the order and the merchant reversed the charges, as this was the only transaction on that card in the billing cycle, i was under the impression the bill would be cleared up when the merchant refund was credited, and the same was reflecting the imobile application as amount due is 0.

              But to my horror, i receive a message a couple of days after due date, stating no payment received, i immediately scrambled and made another payment. But now in current cycle i see a huge fine of rs. 500

              I have an icici relationship for over 8 years now, and always made all payments on time. When i called your support team, they took a complaint and said your officers will call back in two days. The next day, i receive a call from one of your officers, she was totally unsympathetic, didn't try to understand the issue here, she was just plain rude. Totally spoiling the entire image i had on your service and pushed to the extent of me ending all relationship with the bank, i have scheduled to come first thing on next weekend and close the accounts.

                  I want to lodge a complaint against icici credit card recovery staff. I owed a credit card from icici bank and the outstandings are around 79, 000/- i have not denied paying the same & i also accepted i delay your payment but i asked to give me few days to clear because i stuck between some financial problem.

                  But now i am getting harassing threats and abuses from icici bank recovery team.

                  From last few days icici credit card recovery telecaller or recovery executive consistently calling me & my parents relatives & their offices. They are using very wrong words with me and my family, relative as well. All through i cleared them that i will make payment and also cleared that i received your each and every call. I had not break communication with you. So do not call my relatives, friends & family still they kept calling and harassing my family & relative as well.

                  I humbly request stop harassing or else i will take legal action.

                  Please consider this my as complaint & provide resolution asap.

                    Hi,
                    I have regulate 3 spi of 2 thousand each with my icici account. I have forgot to maintain atleast 6k balance in my saving account. So at 10 december 2019, 3 times ecsrtnchg 413 debited. Total 1239 debited. After that i maintained saving balance for january sip and transaction was successful. Now at january 21 again ecsrtnchg 472 debited twice. Don't know why icici stealing money without prior notice.

                      Today I received a SMS from ICICI bank that :
                      Dear Customer, we have registered request for New Policy WA Privilege Single Rs. 1899 for OneAssist. Your request no. SR[protected] dated 24-JAN-20 will be completed in 1 wkg day.

                      SR[protected]: Dear Customer, we have completed your OneAssist Plan request. You will receive the welcome kit within 10 working days.

                      Without my permission they requested for the plan and from my bank account Rs. 1899 has been debited. I don't need this service as I don't use debit or credit cards, this sevice is completely useless for me. Kindly cancel the request and refund the full amount into my bank account.
                      Please do 100% refund.

                        I have applied for fastag through airtel payments bank on[protected]. The same has been issued and dispatched on[protected] and according to the sms recieved the tag has been attempted for delivery by dtdc courier service on[protected]. But i want to inform that courier personnel has not attempted for delivery till date. I am trying to contact over the mobile number provided in the message but response is very poor even worst. Stern action against such courier service in this regard is highly expected.

All the location details & address is proper and confirm with the customer care. They always keep lying that you will get fastag within next 2 days. I am very much disappointed with icici services.

                            My vehicle no is py01bt5505.
                            On 22/11/2019, i applied for fastag and an amount of rs 1, 299.12 was deducted from my icici sb account no[protected]. The fastag no was 11542219.
                            I have not received my fastag till now.

                            I got a message to reupload the documents. When i reuploaded, the website says the vehicle already has fastag account.

                            I contacted fastag customer care number. The number rarely responded. When it responds, it advises to wait. For hours.

                            I contacted icici customer care countless times. No remedy.

                              I applied fastag thro icici on[protected], bank debited rs.499.12 from my account.

                              Icici bank not give any information despatched.

                              I got message from icici, tag is returned. I book complint thro icici web, they give mail to contact customer care. I called booked complint more than 10 times. But icici not able to deliver tag.

                              If blue dart courier is not able to deliver tag, the bank may change any other courier / postal service.

                              Now i planned some tour program. All programs are cancelled to the tag. Now i applied to axis bank. And i will close all my current a/c and saving bank in icici.

                                Dear sir,

                                My name is sandesh ghandat and i had purchased credit card: [protected] dated back in year november 2016

                                There is unbearable harassment from icici bank authority to my parents a mother who is ill and a father who is retired.

                                This has been continued towards my wife who is from small village and facing depression.

                                Now, this harassment continues over again and again due to which i am under
                                So much depression and i am worried if such things will be continued i may not go and attempt any such step that causes me health problems.

                                I have family of six people with very less monthly income and only single earner in the family.

                                Your harassment not only affects me physically but mentally too. I already had stroke once 2 years back and i can send fortis hospital documents for the same to verify. If harassment continues and i may take some drastic steps and if so happen, i will hold icici bank people responsible for my act.

                                I am looking forward to get some descent way forward to address the matter.

                                  Hi, i bought icici fastag online on 20 december 2019. I got 2 messages saying my icici fastag account is activated and after that i got message that fastag returned due to incomplete or short address then i confirmed address twice but still that is in process. My icici fastag account is 22396477. Whenever i called to customer care they given me 72 hours from the first complaint.
                                  First complaint on 2 january 2020 (Cmp[protected])
                                  Second complaint on 6 january 2020 (Cmp[protected])
                                  Third complaint on 18 january 2020 (Comp[protected])
                                  Fourth complaint on 23 january 2020 and customer care executive asked for another 72 hours. And they have no answer about the reason of this delay process.
                                  Can you please help as the deadline is approaching and not sure on what to do.

                                      My vehicle number ts08ek9542 with hdfc fastag loaded with money but not working. Tried hdfc toll free no response, met hdfc personnel no response. Please help me out. Actually i got my tag changed due to previous tag got damaged and now new tag not been updated leading to trouble. Spoke with npci toll free number said to contact hdfc bank but im not getting any help/resolving my issue from them. Who else to meet?

                                      While coming to pune they change 173 + 57. On same day.
                                      Why ?
