[Resolved] ICICI Bank — deduction of rs 1200 | |||
Icici bank deducted the amount of rs 1200 from my account without my permission and when i called them they said it is for any shaw academy subscription and the reality is that i never subscribed for this and now they said we raise the complaint by blocking your debit card and mail you the service request number but as of now no such servive request number recieved it's a fraud. Rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 23rd jan 20.

ICICI Bank is looting consumers under this POS DEC charges saying charges for failed transactions. Why should there be a charge for transaction that might have failed due to any reason.. network issue, machine issue..anything

My ICICI bank debit 1.95rs on 22jan2020 and 3.82 rs on 23jan2020 showing surcharge MCC 4112. I want to know what is this and why they debited without knowing me. At least they can send me a mail or msg but they didn't . Please help me
