I tried recharging my mobile balance online through icici online pre-paid recharge on 17-feb -2020, the balance (Rs. 144) has been decucted from account however my mobile is not recharged yet. Kindly look in this.

    Hi all
    I got call for credit card limit increase from icici bank fake call
    Mobile : [protected]
    Whatsapp no: +[protected]
    Person name is nalini
    She got my photo, pan card, aadhar copy, and she got mail, mobile and office address.
    Whom should i contact now?
    All my documents are with them and they can misuse it right?
    I called icici bank and they are helpless.
    When i asked icici customer service they told documents i told above are not required for credit limit increase.
    Someone please help what i should do?

      Aaj hum kharkara toll ke through gye to yhan par toll plaza par fastag accept hi ni ho rahe hain.. Kabhi car ko aage krva rhe to kabhi piche. Ye to public ko pareshan kr rhe hai. Sirf public ki hi responsibility h kya fastag lgvane ki. Is there no responsibilty of government and officials properly imply this system in manner.
      Modiji ne to speech de di digital india par, lekin sarkar usse thik tarike se kaam to karein.
      Phle bhi ye hua hai, tolls pr fastag ki machines scan hi ni krti h, or cash de kr vross krna pdta h, ye bhot zyada inconvenience krta hai.

        Dear sir/madam,

        Myself zahid shaikh, we are receiving unwanted call/text msg from icici credit department for amount due in name of gajanand prasad shinde card number ending with = 9009 | my wife name : misbah shaikh, number : [protected] - more than 6 yrs using this no.
        Note: my self & wife doesn't hold any icici bank credit card

        They are now harnessing and using the abuse language to a women for the payment/card which she doesn't t hold. For such cases, bank team should visit that shinde address for the payment either get his alternate number but instead do this they just calling, calling and calling. Also, we had told them visit our address to get the visibility on this.

        We are eagerly waiting for your response else last choice we have police complaint for harassment, which we don't want to do as we understand such people who are doing fraud with the bank by providing wrong details but it is wired that bank had didn't validated the number before updating in the system

        Please treat this at utmost priority and request to update the contact details of your customer at earliest.

        Still we are receiving the call, can your team treat this request as urgent. Not sure why taking so much time on this .. Bank is not validating the number before entering in the system before OTP required for any validation. Hope your team is following the process.

        Please take care of this and awaiting for your response.
        In Nelmangla Toll Plaza toll collecter couldn't scan fastag so he collected the amount manually but after when I passed from the toll fastag amount was deducted they charged twice for me this is unfair

          Date 05 feb 2020 i am paying toll charges in cash but as same time same amount deduct toll amount in my fast tag balance
          I was complaint in your customer care on 1033. He is given my complaint no. Is 1632472 last fifteen days before but till date no any action or updates from fastag side, we were submit all toll receipt copy and details on [protected] this mobile no. If any more details required so kindly revert me.
          We gave toll in cash as they said fastag is not working but money has been debited from the fastag account. Please suggest me how should I get my money back.

            I have raised this complaint twice on icici complaints and consumercomplaints before but icici is not responding. Only response is we shall get back to you and no details are mentioned. Please note that i am going to escalate further if no action will be taken.
            Below is the complaint. I am attaching the snapshot of complaint as well.
            Customer id: savy0510

            My icici account no is[protected] and i had a credit card linked with account.
            1) i have been charged with unnecessary charges of rs 3800 on my icici amazon credit card since november 2019.

            2) they charged a late fee without notification.
            3) unnecessary interest charges and late fee charges have been charged which has reached rs 3800
            4) even though the credit is blocked but interest charges and late fee is being applied without any notification.
            5) no credit card statement is present on net banking portal.
            6) the conditions were no where mentioned.
            7) no notification of credit card payment was made by icici.

            Please credit back late fee+interest charges of rs 3800 back to credit card (I have blocked the card now) and stop fooling the customers without notifying them.

              The agent form icici bank is calling my mother mobile number and harassing her. She is a senior citizenmthe issue with me is. The daylight theft of my amount rs.19835 taken from my savings account for my brothers credit card in 2006 /we both are twins. Upon repeated request they did not return my money.in return i did not pay my credit card bill of rs.6000 in 2006. Till date am fighting for it. I refused paying it. I have all the records of payment taken. Even approached icici bank credit card. They hatrased me with vulgar words and sent me back /stating i have to pay my bill. I refused to do so. Now they are calling all of my family members and harassing them individually. Please take severe action. Her name is sangeeta. Priya etc. Different names whenever they call my relation.                     There has been 2 major debit in the name of escrtnchg in 2 subsequent months i. E. Jan'20 and feb'20.in january the debit was made of ₹50 on 7th, but in february the debit is made of ₹413 on 13th. The most annoying part is i haven't got any email or message regarding this debit and the notable thing is that my account is neither linked to any emi loan nor to any other type of automatic payment service.

                    The saddest part is that there isn't any type of service activated which could possibly need ecs mode transfer.

                      I have paid at toll in cash at rajdhok toll plaza bcoz the fastag was not working. After 1hour and 30 mins i received a msg that the toll fees has been deducted from my fast tag wallet. I have paid twice for this toll kindly help me out. Few state toll even dont have fastag. Fastag should be available on every toll plaza for comfort of customers. I am looling for a refund of rs 60 from fastag.

                        There was a unknown transaction done from my account on fed 10th 2020 of rs. 704.00
                        This happened without my authority. I have cross checked with my transaction and i have never made any purchase for 704.00 rs.
                        Need to get this sorted out, since this looks like a fraudulent. How come there will any transaction done without knowing the user. Icici needs to take this seriously and fix this issue for me...

                          I took a loan from ICICI Bank 4 years ago. I paid half of my loan. But because of some financial crisis I couldn't pay the rest. Even I am ashamed of this as I am not able to pay rest of the amount. But now I am getting threatening calls from one of your employee or agency. His name is Raj Kumar Rana. On asking his details he started saying that he will go to my house with 5 people and started abusing me over phone. He said he is going to put bad comments on my FB page and other social media with names of my kids and wife. I am already going through depression because of my financial position. I am the only earning hand in my family.Need your help.

                            I have recently made a few transactions within my transaction limit, the bank, however, has deducted 2000 rupees from my account in the name of term deposit which i haven't even asked or agreed to. This is not the way a bank should handle the money. If the bacn a/c has not given consent you cannot debit money from their account.
                            Please look into this immediately and let me know if i have to give out any more details or how i should contact icici to get this matter resolved.

                                From my fast tag wrong deduction is happening regularly of rs 75, ts 55, rs 115, (Total amounts rs 245/-) without visiting any toll plaza, my car is at my home, already complaint to paytm but still not resolved, they are closing case is correct deduction. Also requested that if same bar code issed by fast tag to another person than please reissue my fresh bar code fast tag, but no any resolution provided by paytm. Its blender mistake of fast tag agency, more that 30% people area suffering by this issues.

                                Request you to please help me for giving my refund amount.

                                  Hi my name is pragya singh, and i m getting threatening calls from icici legal, i do understand i have debit however i have been keep paying minimum amount likee 1k pr 3500 per month as they threats me as they will visit my home with police, they do harras me over whatsapp. I have call recordings and whatsapp text from them. When i tried to settle the account they refused to wave off a penny also, i accepted the emi but they are forcing me to pay within 1 week, which is impossible for me as im unemployed right now and going through financial crisis. Supporting my family. But they keep on calling specially one person name adiya.. I tried to convey the same to this person but he is talking so rudely and won't listen, he keep on saying aapke ghar jaa rahe police ke sath. His number is. [protected]. I don5 known i should write his number or not but i'm literally frustrated, they are forcing me at point to. Committee sucide ffor merely 23k

                                  My last month statement was 22500 and is paid 9500. for the remaining 13000 rs they charged an interest of 1460 + 250 GST. I know the interest rate in credit card is 4% per month, but these blood suckers have charged more than 10% in one month. This is outrageous.                                     Hi team,

                                    I saw that my credit score got impacted on dec 2019. And i saw that account summary (#xx4003) due to one missed payment.
                                    Let me explain me the current issue: i have not received icici credit card from the bank (Since sep 2019 to till date). With out dispatching/delivering credit card to the customer, how bill got generated?

                                    Who did this transaction?

                                    Unable to reach out customer care for the reported card?

                                    When i personally visited icici bank (Pragathi nagar branch, hyderbad) they said for credit card we don't have help desk in bank, we have only option to get mobile/online support... I am unable reach-out the icici bank customer care... Over the phone.

                                    I have all sms evidences with statement details.
                                    Please look on this issue and help me from this cheating... Please help please help... Try to understand my issue help me on this and take necessary action on icici bank for reporting fraud statements or transactions...
                                    With activating credit card by the customer how statement got generated with rs:5209.41?

                                    Please resolved my issues.."unclaimed credit card, generated statement without customer approval... For undelivered credit card"... Actually my credit card ends with xx4003 but why you guys referred wrong card number in cibil report (Screenshot attached).

                                    Why you guys misguide cibil dept as well... And why icici bank customer care gave wrong mail id ("[protected]@icicibank.com") how can we reply on this... Please help us to resolve the issue.

                                    In cibil report icici bank showing wrong card details (Do we have 8 digit cc?). Don't know why icici bank cheating customers?

                                    Why we are not having an ATM of ICICI IN SULUR. The one which is in AIRFORCE STATION is in prohibited zone for the public. That means nearly 100000 people in this surrounding locality have to go to Coimbatore Ramanathapuram branch to find an ICICI ATM.

                                      expression debit card cancellation and refund

                                      I have been charged for expression debit card which i don't remember of requesting. They have charged me rs. 588.18 including taxes.. The message they sent were unclear.. They didn't tell me they were going to withdraw rs.588.18 from my account. Expression debit card request cancelling options were unavailable..
                                      I don't need expression debit card as i already have basic debit card..
                                      Please help me getting my money back...

                                      Additional fastag not provided since 23rd dec. 2019. They were not able to provide tag to my address since two months.
                                      Have been religiously following up with the team, not solved even after raising so many complaints.
