Dear sir, i have applied fastag from virudhunagar branch nov 2nd week and made payment via cheque. And rs.1000 has been debited from account as well. Still now fastag has not delivered and no proper response from branch. Whenever i ask they're telling that it will be delivered by this week and over 8weeks crossed and still fastag not delivered. People who applied thru online received it in a week. I'm not sure why for me (Applied from branch) it's not delivered.

    I have opened the nps account from enps website and kyc verification is sent to icici bank since my salary account is linked to it. Its been long time and still kyc is not verified. I visited multiple branches and also called customer care servcies. Nobody knows how to approve this. When i called nps customer care they told me to contact headoffice. None of the icici represetatives will be able to provide the headoffice number.

        I was travelling by my 4 wheeler car (Rc book attached) on 29th dec'2019 from mumbai to pune by ycew. At the khalapur toll plaza i was told that my fastag account balance is zero when i had a balance of rs.690/- into it. I tried to show my fastag balance on mobile but the toll personnel refused to hear me and started arrogance and abuse. Ultimately i paid him rs.230/- (Receipt photograph attached alongwith). Going forward again at talegoan toll plaza a amt of rs.173/- was deducted from my fastag account. So a total of rs.403/- was deducted as toll charges for travel on ycew. Pl look into the matter and arrange for refund of the excess amount collected. Also teach the toll personnel some decency and behavioural attiquetes.

          I am md ashraf jamal form motihari (Bihar). I linked my adhaar no[protected] to icici bank account no-[protected]. But according to npci adhaar linking status my adhaar is not maped to npci. I tell so many times to bank about it, they said that your adhaar has been linked and maped to npci. But it is not reflect to npci maper and i am not getting dft benifit.
          Please resolve the issue.

          I have never previously received any communication about the demat account, neither have I used it. I have not agreed or requested for the demat account. Suddenly I receive an email that Rs. 800 odd will be deducted from my account. What kind of a fraud is this? Kindly help in ceasing this immediately and refund the amount.

            otp never comes in time

            Whenever i try to do online transaction using my card icici bank does not send otp unless i click on resend otp. When i click resend both otp are sent together and it's not possible to know which one is the latest and most of the time even if we enter the otp in latest message, card gets blocked because the otp entered is incorrect. Why icici bank cannot send otp on time are they not using reliable technology for this, what action can be...

            I tried to draw 2500 RS from Canada ATM card & 500 RS from ICICI ATM card. The money was debited from my account but I didn't receive Cash
            First I tried to draw money by using canara bank ATM card but I didn't receive Cash again security person said check it by using ICICI Bank ATM card in that also I didn't receive Cash. It was really emergency I really disappointed by ICICI ATM service I waited for 2 days thinking it will refund but it didn't. Totally I lost 3000 RS that day I didn't get the bus because of that I lost all the money. Security person said it's due to server problem & it will refund you in some time.

            It's really a worse situation I faced that day I really wanted to close that bank account what a worse situation it pushed me.

            Please investigate and resolve this issue please refund me as soon as possible

            There has been a debit of 413/- from my account with the description as RTN CHG-INSUFFICIENT FUNDS.

            Want to know the reason why ? As I was not intimated on the same earlier.

              Without any notification bank deducted charges from my account, it is totally wrong about your customer, i'm also a bank employee and i know the policy about bank account so first time only i'm doing a request that please refund my whole money which you deduct unnecessary, as per the statement money hasbeen deduct on 27 dec 2019.                 I was influenced to open fastag account with icici-fastag portal for my car (Wb14r 8216). Yes, i did, i opened fastag account with icici and duly recharge two times on 24th nov, 2019 for rs 1000/- anr rs 1200/-. Both recharge get failed from online portal of icici-fastag. My fastag account details are as follows; customer id: 11560864, tag accountno.22003642, licence plate no. Wb14r8216. I raised complain several times to resolve the issue for not-credited amount of rs 2200/- but every time i heard from customer service team that it will be resolved within week. Unfortunately no solution yet at all. The complain numbers are as follows; cmp[protected], cmp[protected], cmp[protected], cmp[protected], cmp[protected], cmp[protected], cmp[protected], cmp[protected], cmp[protected], cmp[protected], cmp[protected], cmp[protected]. The payment for these recharge were made from my state bank account, ref. No rsbi[protected]igahnekof6, rsbi[protected]igahnemhm7. I attached the bank statement in this email.
                It is my humble request if you could take a necessary action to resolve the issue. I hope that i will get back my faith on icici bank service to continue financial deal in near future.

                  I tried opening icici bank account online, and at last step they asked min amount of rs 2000 should be added in order to attain an account number.
                  I transferred money from my bank of baroda account by entering card details, an amount of rs 2000 was deducted from my baroda account but no account was opened in icici bank and it showed some technical issue. Till now my problem has not been solved.

                  Also on today[protected] they debited my account an amount of rs 2000 without my consent mentioning transfer for funding account.

                  Meanwhile i made a bad decision by opening icici bank account, my total loss is rs 4000.

                  These people are fraud don't trust iam gonna close my icici bank account.

                        Despite al the above, here's what happened!
                        On my very first trip at[protected], trip number[protected] at 00:43 hours through the devanahalli toll plaza rs 90 was deducted as expected but i was shocked to be told via sms that my balance was only rs110
                        I also got a message saying that my balance was low.
                        Yesterday i tried calling the icici helpline. It took me half an hour to speak to an executive who wanted to do complain online. I insisted that she register my complaint and i got at registered. Cmp[protected]
                        Is the number i was given. How soon does this get rectified??
                        Devanahalli toll plaza is supposed to charge rs135/ for a same day round trip but is charging rs180/. This is also a complaint i have and want registered. The newspapers here have covered this fact but nothing has happened yet.

                                Just wanted to inform you that my name is govind vijay (Address - q-505, supertech township, sector 137, noida (Up) pin-201305. I am having salary account[protected] in icici bank for last 13 years, on 2 january 2020 i went on shadra village hdfc atm (Sector 137 opposite paras tiera township) to withdraw 5000 cash however cash did not dispense from atm but amount debited from my account. I got the massage as well. I again enter the atm card in atm machine to check the balance, but balance was deducted. I was standing there in between 9 to 9:30 am but there was nobody to help me out. Immediately i went to my icici bank branch and informed them about the incident. They told me “it does happen some time we have raised a complaint for you and in next 7 working days you will get your money back. Even after 7 working days when i visited the branch they told me that hdfc bank has rejected your request and we need 3 more days to look in to this matter. Today on 10th january i got the massage again that “second level claim towards your atm dispute has been raised. You will be receiving an update regarding the same within 21 working days”.
                                Normally when an atm is faulty, the bank system recognises it and credits the debited amount back into the account and you will get a notification. But if the auto-credit does not happen, we have to raise a complain in associated bank and this was the process i followed but i am really disappointed with the icici bank staffs for the way they treated me. Please provide resolution for my query as soon as possible.

                                  The employee name lalit tiwari of icici fast tag in sendurwafa (Dist bhandara, maharashtra) toll naka was not in his conscious he was continuously misbehaving with me while asking for a complaint which i have made.. By his behaviour i was feeling very low he misbehaved with me in front of many card holders which effected my image.. I would request you to plz look in these matter

                                  In my account ICICI bank has debited 800, 413, 188, 390, 413, 608 rupees in a single day, in the name of DP CHGS for the month of JUl -17, 18, 19.
                                  i dont know what is happening in my account, i kept money for my EMI due to this debit ECS was returned and they also charges for ECS return

                                    On dated[protected] my fastag id no. 10705651. Trip no.[protected]. I had not use my fastag and my vehicle but toll plaza jaipur had wrong deduction of rs. 295/- on dated 27/09/2019. After several complaint done by me but about three months suffer wrong deducted amt. Rs. 295/- had not refunded. Please take action against authority as early as possible and refund amt. Rs. 295/-

                                      I have icici bank credit card. They have blocked my online transaction due to security reasons which i can appreciate. The problem is to activate online transaction i need to contact call centre. When ever am calling them it's taking more than 15min to get the line... And cc executive will ask some question to verify after giving the answers am about raise my request some beep sounds wills come in 20 seconds the call will be disconnected. The call is chargeable every time am phasing the same issue. Please resolve the issue.
