I purchased fastag through paytm and the fastag delivered had wrong vehicle registration number, registered complaint with paytm on 18th december 2019, yet to get the vehicle registration number attached to fastag corrected despite registering multiple complaints as well as uploading vehicle rc and all required and requested documents by paytm.
Fasttag barcode no: 30367259

Not able to use the fastag on tollplaza due to wrong vehicle number, creating waste of money time and convenience.

Request to please help to get the paytm compensate for the erroneous product and non responsive service request, which deprives my of convenience, wastage of time and money.

On 19/12/2019 I travelled via my car CH01BW9575 once (to and fro) toll plaza named Badbar, Punjab .
To and fro charges are Rs 125/-, my fastag account was deducted Rs 85, 3 times i.e. Rs 255 were deducted.
Since fastag was not working in auto mode, employees were scaning FASTAG manualy

    I had logged into icici bank website to check my bank balance as usual, while checking on credit card section i was able to see mr. Aslam lakkundi's credit card details. My name is raghavan mohan and the card number linked to my account does not belong to me.

    This is a serious breach of trust and should get addressed soon. Icici bank should be penalized for this.

      My icici fastag customer id is 11015806. I have recharged my account through icici bank android app in september 2019. The amount did not reflect or credited in account. I raised complaint tickets 4 times in last 3.5 months. No response or noone contacted. Worst service from icici fasttag. It is already been 3.5 months and complaint tickets are still open!

        In 4 instances, amount was deducted from my fastag linked paytm account in toll booth which i had not visited. I had received messages that amount is deducted from my paytm account linked to fasttag at yeddore. However, i had not visited the time when amount was deducted and my vehicle was also with me. Infact, i stay in visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh whereas the amount was deducted in yeddore.

        My vehicle nohr08p7039 and the fasttag is blocked by the HDFC fasttag.
        Now I am regularly trying to on the toll free no. Of HDFC fasttag they are not picking and the bells is trolling.

        The service of HDFC fasttag is completely fake and worthless and why they had blocked no any intimation
        Got fast tag Recharged with Rs 1000/ thru ICICI bank on dated 14th of this month, to recharge of Fast tag Customer ID 11728215, but this has not been credited in my fast tag, and I suffered a round trip to Chandigarh dated 14th and 15th of this month.
        Neither bank nor fast tag customer care are helping me in this regard

        As on today neither ICICI Fast tag Executives are is picking the call after waiting in que for more than 20 to 25 minutes nor the fast tag Customer service is able to tell where Rs- 1000 has gone and why this has not been Re charged in my Car fast tag, Customer ID 11728215
        I have downloaded my fastag application from play store to my android phone.
        and activated upi payment in application and added Rs1000 to my fastag upi id.
        but the wallet not get recharged. please help me

          Fastag not delivered
          I applied for fastag at icici portal on 30/11/2019 & alloted a/c no[protected]. Vehicle no. Br01br1215. I gets sms regarding address unlocatable, just utter lie. Again i complained with ref no. Cmp[protected] icici customer care,. Again same happened. Really pathetic service of icici bank. Highly disappointed. Still i am waiting for my fastag.

            auto loan disbursement issue

            I want to let you know that, i have applied for the auto loan (Commercial vehicle) and i got approval from the bank, on the basis of approval, i paid the rest 30% of the total amount (On-road price) but now loan department saying that we were supposing that you applied for non-commercial vehicle, therefore, we approved the loan.               I have a salaried account with ICICI for the last 2.3 years now. All of a sudden I receive a mail that Rs. 800+/- will be deducted from my account for the demat account charges. I have never previously been notified about having a demat account with them, nor have I even used it. This is totally unfair and fraudulent from such a reputable bank. Taking the customers for granted and making use of such unfair trade practices to extort money. I hope this complaint is escalated and is immediately taken up for resolution. I want the demat account to be ceased immediately and the entire amount to be refunded. Hope the bank works for the trust of their patrons.

                I apply icici fastag 30Nov till date not received at courier.recently I received at one msg blue dart courier he was mention address was not found.this address so much courier received last few days.
                courier was return booked at fastag.
                pls do solve the problem.
                courier authority was not work at properly
                pls send once again and another courier.
                pls send you booked at details send by SMS or Msg. previous booking at not any msg or mail.how to find and track the details.
                so much in this gap trying customer care but still hold and 2 mins after aromatically calling dropped very bad for customer care service.
                pls improve some of points.

                        Getting fake calls from icici to share card details and otp. Getting the call from[protected]. They asked my number in this website. I provided here. Then they called me and asking otp of my mobile that i got for my credit card. Actual issue is getting debit of annual fee for credit card and not getting credit back if i used more than 1 lakh per annum. Call me to get the issue clear

                            One person has sent me scan code for receiving money. He has to pay me via paytm. He sent me scan code of Indian Army by saying that he is a army person and on duty not able to pay by bank account. So he is only able to pay via paytm. then he asked my paytm number. I sent him that number and he sent me 1000 rupees indian army bar code. He said once i scan that code I will be able to receive the amount. Its a kind of army voucher. I scanned it and Rs.1000 was deducted from my account. He is a big fraud. the upi transaction which he has done through cheating is mentioning reference number

                              I requested for a locker in icici bank hayathnagar and they are not providing me that, they are blackmailing me to have a policy of any life plan or investment plan with them, then only they provide the locker facility to me. As per rbi guidelines investment policy is not mandatory to have a locker. They are not even giving me locker waiting list token number

Opened a case with fastag where the resolution should be provided by 27th december but still the issue exist. Here both the source and destination both ate managed by icici but i won't be able to have a solution for this. Its already 40 days and dont know where the money went.

                                    My bank account has been deducted with 2400 INR and the transaction says the name VIN/Google Goo and i have never subscribed to any of such things. Never have i downloaded paid apps or anything related to google. Help me with thus issue and help me getting me money back .

                                    No update from the bank or from google. Now i have to contact rbi related to this issue and i will close my icici account. The bank disappointed me and i will also stop google related payment so that this will never happen.very disappointed from these advancements.

                                      I placed a complain earlier for the same issue but no solution was provided.
                                      I ordered a product on 29th september 2019.
                                      The transaction was declined by the bank but till date it comes in my bill as an emi.
                                      My card number is [protected]
                                      I emailed them the proof that flipkart gave me regarding the same issue that the transaction was declined by the bank and no refund had to be issued but they have again sent me a bill for that and already 3 emi are paid. I request you to look in the matter and cancel the emi and refund the payment that has already been deducted from my bank

                                      I have a got message that is was returned back.

                                      But I had raised the request to once again to post the Fastag but yet to receive it.

                                      Fastag ordered from ICICI Bank site not yet received on Dec 17, 2019 and there is no update so far. Both the Customer Care nos. doesn't go through. Customer ID has been generated and it is 11975056. Had raised a complaint on Friday, still no response. Pathetic Service by ICICI Bank.
