I travelled from pune to mumbai on 4th jan. I wanted to register a complaint on the toll that was deducted from my fasttag account[protected].

The total toll is rs230 but the toll tax that was deducted from my account at talegaon toll plaza and khalapur toll plaza is rs 346) i. E rs 173 at each toll.

Please find the details of transaction as below
Tag account no. : 22370941, licence plate no. : mh14eu5578 04/01/2020 09:49:16trippostrs. 173.00 deducted for toll at khalapur toll plaza, tag serial no. :[protected],

Kindly help in recovering the excess amount deducted (Rs 120) from the toll/icici bank. As i havent received any response when issue raised on icici website.

    I have been trying to add a new beneficiary and it asks for otp to be entered but doesn't send any otp. I have had the same problem with my icici pru life website as well. It is annoying when you're trying to do something urgently but it doesn't work. I've been trying for the past 4 hours and it still does not generate. Van you please help to find out the problem and fix it?

          When i get in on any toll plaza my fastag shows blacklisted. I bought my fastag on 26th of november but not working yet. Toll plaza staff told me that fastag is ok or u have balance also but machine always shows blacklisted when i cross th toll. I'm facing that problem from last 20 days. What is my fault or why i'm suffering i can't understand. My fastag has rs 500 balance also. What to do. Help me plz

            My account is unnecessary charged with around 3000. It happened multiple times and customer care people are less bothered about the incident happened. Need refund of the following transactions.

              My fast-tag was received along with my new car in 2018. I was told this tag is not used now will get activated later, i had about 590 rs. Balance in my account then. Now that fast tag is activated i tried to check status i am told my balance is negative and i need to get this activated to use it.

              I was then informed that my card was activated since 2018 and all national highways that i have used have deducted the toll amount. I have paid the toll in person then. They are taking double toll which is incorrect.

                I had called ICICI customer care for some debit card requests and connect to an agent for it. I called from my bank account registered phone number. The IVR system immediately recognized me and started blabbing me about my account balance and other details.

                While connecting my call to customer representative, the system first asked me for my 12 digit card no. and later on asked for my PIN; WHICH I TOTALLY AM NOT COMFORTABLE TO SHARE AND DID NOT EITHER. So the system did not connect to the representative.

                On ICICI website, it is clearly mentioned, never ever share you PIN anywhere. Then HOW COME TELEPHONE IVR ASK ME MY PIN? This was not there earlier. Asking for PIN is totally unethical in my opinion; if not illegal. I know they will say it is totally safe, it goes to some machine and no human interaction; still asking for PIN is not justifiable. They can spell out my bank balance just by recognizing my registered no. but not connect to agent without asking for ATM PIN.

                I am not able to make any third party payment. Mobile number not connected error is showing. Called customer care they say your card is working fine. Local branch knows nothing about it. Please resolve my issue pr i will close the account'.
                I was trying to get help for my ICICI Credit card, and the IVR is asking to provide card Number and PIN to Authenticate my account... really!!!

                One page you are saying don't provide these details to someone and on the other hand you want to record these details !!

                There are several other ways of authentication.
                IVR still asks for ATM PIN. I doubt this bank knows safe banking practices.

                Btw, I see icici marked this issue as resolved, how come? Since IVR is still asking for ATM PIN, can icici share here what did you do to fix this security gap?

                  Hello 2000 from icici bank account has been deducted without my consent on 15th jan 2020. I haven't taken any loan or approved any kind of fd from my side. Suddenly a message came to me and when i saw money in my account, it already was deducted. This month i already have very less money and i need those money which are deducted within 1 day at any cost otherwise i am gonna go legal. Similar complaints i am seeing against icici bank from many people what kind of fraud is this? My account number is[protected], ifsc icic0000937.

                    Pl. Note that on 4th jan2020 rs. 1899 was debited from my icici bank account with transaction remark as iin/i-debit/si oneast/[protected]/000.

                    I hereby request you refund my money immediately and discontinue this sevice with immediate effect.

                    Failing which, i do not have any other option but to close my saving account so that next year onwards such deduction will not take place.

                      I have lost my icici bank credit card and i didn't able to remember any of it detail and now i am getting problem to block it and meanwhile i also have to do payment of it (Annual fee) by 20th january kindly help this out as customer care number are also not working properly. I tried lot through it. But it was not working properly.

                      One thing more that i am not an icici bank account holder i just take their credit card.

                          I have opened NPS account on Jan 4th, 2020 through eNPS option. The PRAN number is generated while the KYC verification is still pending from ICICI bank. As per the guidelines, the bank should have verified the details by checking with my account details of ICICI bank. But even after 10 days, the verification is pending. The bank's customer care executive informed me to go to bank for verification as online verification is only for subscribers registered through ICICI internet banking account. But as per rules, if I have account in the designated bank and mentioned those details while doing NPS registration, the bank must have received the intimation in their system & should do the verification themselves without myself visiting the branch. This second class treatment given to their own bank customers who have registered through NSDL portal is deplorable and against the rules and regulations prescribed by authorities.
                          It is high time the bank treats its customers fairly and resolve the issue expeditiously.

                            Dear sir,
                            I am one of the new employees of icici bank ltd in ahmednagar region, i have been mentally torched every day. My branch manager talks with me in a very rude manner and pass some personal comments related to my family too, as i am new to this organisation and don't know the culture of icici bank, the manger put pressure on me to leave the job on daily basis.
                            When i put the matter infront of hr, she didn't supported me at all and she is also do agree with the manager and other members.
                            I have taken loan for joining to icici bank and now i have no job and the people through whom i joined the bank are forcing me too to pay the loan amount.
                            Thats why i am writing this complain to you sir,
                            If i will get revert to this complain i will promisely tell you the name of hr manager and the branch manager
                            So that they won't mentally harass other new joinee of the banks.
                            Kindly help and take some serious action against the matter and the suspects. And kindly cancel my termination and get me rejoined on the job.

                              fastag from icici bank blacklist removal

                              I had a fast tag with icici bank customer id: 11135532 which was blacklisted due to low balance. I recharged it with required amount on 12/12/2019 and requested to close on 13/12/2019. Which is accepted and closed on 26/12/2019. On 28/12/2019 i received a refund also. But these people kept my vehicle mh43u5859 in blacklist. They closed account but not removed it from blacklist with ncpi. (Govt authority) therefore reactivation of any new...

                              Dear team,
                              Fastag machine was not working at toll plazz. So i had to pay cash. But even after that 173 rs got charged in my fastag.
                              Customer id: 11676547

                              Plaza name:talegaon toll plaza - lane id:w00
                              Amount : 173.00

                              The case was submitted on icici fastag portal https://fastaglogin.icicibank.com/ with number reference no. : cmp[protected] on 28/12/2019 09:55:57 but still it is untouched. I have attached payment receipt to case to prove that i have had paid it in cash. But no one has start working on that. Same was updated by me twice to get an update but no one cares to respond. Meanwhile i tried calling both the customer care but never succeeded as that bloody numbers are just useless kept me waiting and always gets dropped automatically.

                              Kindly help me to get my money revert back.

                                I have an icici fastag number 607417 [protected]. On 2/11/2019 my account was wrongly debited (Despite myself not undertaking that journey) twice rs 125 & 60 via trip number[protected] &[protected] respectively at chhajarsi toll plaza. Same thing happened again on 25th december & rs 40 were wrongly debited via trip[protected] at fatehpur rampur plaza. Response from icici bank is disappointing. I want to surrender my icici fastag so as to enable myself to buy different fastag as that has been made mandatory. Even for that i am being told to recharge my fastag (Deactivated due to insufficient balance - due to wrong deductions), register on icici website & then submit application for surrender. Connecting to icici helpline customer care executive is very difficult. Even if you get connected, for complaint you are supposed to go to website & register complaint. Am unable to register on icici fastag website due to technical problem (Site does not take id - always saying wrong file name). At least surrendering fastag should be easier, or one should be allowed to use multiple fastags.
                                Same case is with me..Did you get any response from ICICI.

                                  I am asmita sengupta 826 rs has been deducted from my account as dmc dp chgs till nov-19dp charges.
                                  One year back when after i opened my account in icici a guy called me from icici direct and said to login in icici direct he said this is mandatory as you have account in the bank he never maintioned anything abount the charges or any detail regarding it.
                                  Yesterday when i was checking my statement i found they deducted money without any notification i got no email or sms that the money is deducted, i got to know only because i was checking the statement.

                                  I want my refund in my account directly
                                  Icici is a fraud they don't mention any charges during opening an account and deduct money without informing the customer.

                                    Dear sir/madam i am sk rakesh from kolkata. I worked with icici bank finance 9 month. When i resigned from icici bank finance manager didn't give me reliving letter and my salary. Reporting manager name indrajit gayen kolkata office located minto park landmark building. I visited 3 times managers office but manager refused me and use slang language. Please take a look.

                                      Dear Sir, I applied for a Fastag on 9th Dec 2019 and uploaded the required document. I received a SMS on 9th dec 2019, itself saying Fastag ID is 11847956 and it is active. However there was no Fastag delivered till date. Both the Fastag helpdesk numbers are useless as no one respond to my call . The music goes on and on and IVR says some executive will be attending shortly. After few rounds everything stops and line goes dead. Assuming it may be some technical problem, I made more than 15 /20 calls on different days and different times but no use. I called ICICI customer care no for banking operation but the agent their expressed his inability to help as they do not have any information pertaining to Fastag. When I informed him no one responding to Fastag helpdesk number he advised me to go to home branch personally.
                                      I made few trips to Sahakara Nagara (Bangalore-92) which is my home branch, but the manger there could not help me further after few calls to their internal staff.
                                      Even when I complained using ICICI procedure, they also directed me to Fastag Helpdek without checking that it is usable.
                                      Whomsoever I contacted in ICICI either to send me Fastag or atleast return my money it goes in deaf ears. All are putting me in circles and not thinking the ethical part how such bank not returning the amount neither sending me Fastag.
                                      Very frustrating experience, not sure whether I still chase these people or just forget about Rs499 and close all my account with ICICI.
                                      I lost my confidence considering the fact next if they do not return my FD money and put me in circles like above where should I go then. Lost time effort and money with this kind of bad customer service.
