Hi team, i have been charged on icici fast tag on 27th of dec 2019 in nashik toll plaza.
The amount is 110/-. The amount was deducted from fast tag wallet and i was asked to paid in cash also. I received the cash receipt as well.
I raised the complaint on icici portal for the same and after more than a month, they started blaming nhai. I have shared the cash receipt and the details on online amount deducted from fast tag wallet. Icici team is not at all supportive and helpful.
Please assist on this.

    Dear icici bank team,

    My icici saving account has been debited charges naming surcharge (Mcc 5541) for fuel purchase. It started deducting from 14th jan. I as using same card on same petrol pump since last 2 years. I never received any surcharge on it till 14th. How come it suddenly get started deducting? I spoke with customer care office is said that government has stopped levying the surcharge on petrol bunks since mid of jan. I am not convinced, i do not see any such order/posts on internet.

    Government is promoting cashless transaction and i have been charged on my own money. Does that mean it's wise to take out money from atm and pay in petrol pump? Request you to check and revert below transactions.

      Today ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees.

      I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg...

      They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call.

      Please explain what the charge it is.

      This type direction is not good please return my charged amount.

        ICICI bank has charged me SMAB Charges of 418/- + CGST 37.62 + SGST 37.62 without even informing the me
        via sms alert or Email alert even when both are updated with bank. This such an ridiculous act from bank. Atleast have courtesy to inform customer to maintain sufficient balance to avoid such deduction.

          Yesterday on 5th february 2020 at 8.27 pm amount rs 120 is debited in my fastag account still i paid cash tall at vasad tall naka around 7.30 pm at vasad tall naka i told clerk that i have fastag but he told me that this is cash line then i paid tall charges so you are requested to refund rs 120 amount in my fastag account

          You are debited wrongly rs 120 in my fast tag account so refund that amount

            Even after of many follow up with icici fastag customer care. There is no response on wrong deduction of amount in my fastag account. This is totally irresponsible behaviour. I have been waiting resolution of the complaint already raised with icici customer care. Still they are not refunding my amount. Kindly advise for how long it will be taking it to refund my amount or should i stop following up. Due to the harassment i am afraid o[censored]sing fastag any more in future.

              My name is amber dixit and i am an account holder in icici bank since long. But now i am writing this complaint with full of dissatisfaction in heart that icici team is just cheating with customers... I have applied a fast tag on 17th of january 2020 via imobile app and i have been deducted by 500 at the same time. But today is 6th feb and there is no update/clue for my fast tag.. Customer care number is so pathetic as always there is a long queue of waiting and when call gets through the team sitting out there is only one foolish reply that there system is in under updation... How can a system get updated for long 20 days... It is really a pathetic customer service...
              Fast tag id which has been provided by bank to me is 12217749 and my registered mobile number is [protected]... I need my fast tag to be deliver at my address now well in two days else i will go to consumer court and also switch all of my accounts from your bank.

                  I have applied for icici fastag in the month of november, 2019. They provided me with fastag account number 22020516 and customer id : 11586693.
                  However fastag has not been issued to me though the fastag account is active. When i logged in to online account status said "serial number not provided". You took my money and did not provide me with fastag yet. I request you to release and provide my fastag as early as you could to my address...

                  Hi,
                  My company opened a salary account for me with icici. I received one atm card without the name as part of welcome package. Later i received one more atm card via post. I have 2 cards linked to the account, but not able to generate pin for the latest atm card. Visited bank, made multiple calls to customer care, used internet banking, mobile app and nothing works.
                  The fun part is everyone try to make me do the same process again and again for a week and no output.
                  I have not come across such a buggy process with any other bank. If this cannot be resolved, please let me know. I will force my company to shift my salary account to old bank.
                  If you folks cannot figure out, please cancel all the cards and provide me with an active card for which i can generate a pin.

                    Hi,

                    Myself suresh kumar esaki muthu, i have a opted for a home loan from icici bank. I was entitle for bounce charges of 590/- due to insufficient funds in jan 2020.

                    1. On every 5th emi amount against my home loan is ₹ 16197/- for the month of jan 20.

                    2. On 8th jan 2020, an amount of ₹59/- was deducted with the narration bounce charges (As per my bank statement - attaching for your reference)

                    3. As per your soa received from home loan department, bounce charges is ₹ 590/- and payable emi is ₹ 16, 192.98.

                    4. Total payable amount with bounce charges ₹ 16782.98/- (₹ 16, 192.98+₹590)

                    5. On 9th jan 2020, an amount of ₹16, 239.10/- was debited from my account so balance payable is ₹ 534.88/-

                    6. I had balance fund payable to my builder against the demand raised wherein this difference amount of ₹ 543.88/- has been adjusted in the cheque released on 23rd jan 2020 amounting to 332, 468/- wherein the builder was paid ₹ 3, 31, 924.12/-

                    7. Post repeated follow-up with branch manager, i did not received any stern reply about the additional charges of ₹ 59/- that has been charged which is present in my bank statement but not present in soa.

                    If the charges are entitled against bounce charges, it should be a part of soa however it is missing in the entry list.

                    I have followed up multiple times explaining the scenario but always i end is just one reply "please refer to the calculation mentioned in soa".

                      I purchased a fastag from paytm and it worked for 3 times and later on it is not working and not showing any errors as well. But in toll they’re not allowing to pass without paying amount even though i have sufficient balance around 500rs + minimum 150rs.

                      When i call’d paytm customer care they’re asking to pay 100rs and get a new fastag. Why should i pay 100rs extra without any mistake from my end.

                      Today at 3:58 p.m on Rohad toll plaza the fastag employe named Sikander charge 200 Rs cash only for activation the fastag ...he did not give any reciept to me ... After my strong resist he put his signature on a page / paper arrange by me plz taken appropriate action against him ...

                      For my Vehicle TN74AW3046 i have made a recharge of Rs 2000/- on 16/12/2019 from my ICICI bank account, The Fastag card I am using is issued by SBI, This recharge is not credited till this moment, despite my repeated complaints to Sbi helpline Fastag assistance etc, Nothing happened, Cheating the public is not right, pl do set it right.

                        Hi Team,

                        I made the payment for Fastag payment on 14th Jan through ICICI bank however, i haven't received the Fastag till now. I have tried to call customer service a lot of times but it's always busy. I lodged a complaint online and the complaint number is CMP[protected]. I haven't received any communication from them till date. ICICI bank is asking me to contact the Fastag customer care and Fastag is not responding to my complain. I am not sure what should i do?

                            I have FASTAG issued by HDFC Bank for vehicle No. MH01BG0267.
                            On Ahmedabad Vadodara Expressed Highway I was charged two times for one way journey, first at the entry point and second at exit point. If had used cash line I would pay only at entry point.

                            This has happened two times, on 25th December 2019 and on 20th January 2020 with vehicle no. MH01BG0267.

                            I wrote emails to-

                              I am have saving account in the icici bank, sector-6, airoli, navi mumbai branch. I had issued a post dated cheque of 8th feb 2020 which should not have been cleared before that date. But the cheque was debited from account on 4th feb 2020. Every time i call icici call center their executives are putting on hold for 10 to 15 minutes and provided no resolution till date. From last 2 days i am struggling with this issue. I also visited my home branch and met the branch manager mr. Shiva. Till now i have not got my money reversed in my account. Please help.

                                I have been contacting icici fastag customer care since december 2019, regarding an add-on fastag for my second vehicle, where i already had a functioning fastag for one of my two cars. And also requested to replace fastag of my first car, in january 2020. After constant quires with the customer care they told us to recharge our fastag account as to process further, as our balance was low then. We have recharged our fastag cug wallet (Closed user group wallet) with a sum of rupees 1000/- after further quires with the customer care post recharge, the insisted us to transfer the amount in the cug account to the fastag card account which i had asked them to replace.

                                When i noticed no action is been taken by them regarding my requests on my fastag login, i contacted the nearest icici bank fastag department in ambattur industrial estate, chennai.
                                When i explained the whole issue from the beginning to the concerned person in the branch, she is asking us to recharge my cug account again as there is no sufficient balance.

                                The problem is the customer care executive has insisted me to transfer the whole amount to card account from cug account and the branch people near me are asking me to recharge my cug account as the amount transferred to the card account cannot be transferred to the cug account.

                                The branch people are least bothered to hear to what am telling them, and also some of the customer care executives are disconnecting the call soon after i explain my issue to them.

                                I have all the recordings of the calls that i had with customer care..

She called a day before n asked abt some person i told her i don't knw him and dis is wrong number thn also she was like k how come u don't knw him he have given your number as a friend. N she was too rude.. Didn't greet well. Call center wali ko tameez shikayi jati hai isko kuch bhi nhi hai. I have d recordings also...

                                  I have certificate no.23253.. The bond is maturing on 29.06.2023.
                                  I had sent a letter at the address icici bank towers, bandra kurla complex, mumbai-400051which is returned back stating that address is changed. Now i want to know the address where i may contact. Secondly, i want to know that the bond is valid and will mature duly on the due date. My phone no [protected].

                                  The bond holder of ICICI Bajaj Scooter Bonds bearing Bondholder No.0081-405 Certificate No. 81694 having distinctive No.[protected] in the name of Chintamani Sahoo has expired in the meantime. The deceased wife of the bond holder who is aged about 71 years and is getting family pension on the death of her husband and has already obtained legal heir certificate from the competent authority, wants to redeem the bonds prior to the date of redemption i.e. 26.09.2026 because she may not survive till the date of redemption. What more documents are required for such purpose if the redemption is allowed.                                     I have received a text message on my cell phone that 65 rs has been debited from my fastag account for transaction by my car on manesar toll plaza. But my car parked safely in my home at that time.
                                    I think that’s a technical problem.
