    Without my consent, rs. 2000 has been deducted from my account on 08/02/2020to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected].
    I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
    This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected] is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities.

      Hi, my fastag customer id is 11903280.. I requested to change my mobile number in[protected] with compliant number cmp[protected] till date[protected] not updated for the same.
      Now again i call to customer care, they said that server issue and your team given new compliant number cmp[protected]..
      Your team earlier said that max tat is 7 days...
      Till now 7 days is not over or till server is not working???

        Axis bank has cheated me of rs. 460 towards fastag unauthorised claim, they have acknowledged their mistake, but closed the ticket without explanation, no response for any mails... Dear sir/madam,


        As per your provided vehicle image & rc book copy we have analyses the transaction and we found acquirer bank wrongly debited as per their mapper class.

        We have raised the dispute with npci as on[protected] since there is the tat of 12 days for the settlement of dispute. We are not in position to update the current status of dispute. The final fate of the transaction will be updated after 12 days. Hence we request you to please co-operate with us for the interim period.

        Your dispute amount will be credited to your wallet after once npci and acquirer bank accept this claim

          Applied for fastag on 03 Dec 19.However till date I am not received the same. Raised complaint many times however no positive action. I raised the issue in same platform before two times, icici assured all possible help but they didnt re dispatched my fastag. Previous complaint references attached with this complaint

            Hi,

            This is to inform that my husband suresh prabu raju passed away on 23-sep-2019. He has an account with icici bommanahalli branch.

            There was an erroneous transaction that he made to another icici account an amount of 14, 000 (Fourteen thousand only) instead of paying to my account. The last 2 digits of the accounts are interchanged.
            The wrong account to which the amount was transferred is a dormant account.
            Since suresh prabu is no more, i want to bank to re-transfer the erroneously transacted amount of 14, 000 back to suresh's account so that i can close the account. Kindly look into it and help.

              I got a random deduction charge of around 514 rs + gst for may (The month my account was dormant). Moreover it was a salary account, i was not even informed of any minimum balance when it was reactivated.

              This is a fraud money minting scheme by icici. They are charging smb charges without notifying their clients of any minimum balance information.

              Please help me get my money back.

                My last month salary fully debited by icici bank without any information and that month i don't have money for food and family medical issues and I'm calling to customer care of icici bank but bank don't do any help . I have scene more problem at that month 2 days I don't eat food because of money problem.bank deducted the amount without any further information sir and I come to home with walking 10 km because of no money for bus charges

                  I was using icici bank coral credit card from couple of years.in the month of aug 2020 they offered me amazon pay icici bank card, i informed the executive who called up me that i have an outstanding on my previous card he told me that all details from existing card will be in sharing with the new one no matter you pay on new card or old card.in the month of sep 2019 i lost my coral credit card (Existing one) and card has been blocked.
                  After that i am using the new card which is amazon pay icici one, and making payment every month. I did not have any details of icici old credit card to make the payment and assuming that new card is related to old one i was making the payment on new card only as both the card belongs to icici bank.

                  Now the point is they did not transferred my old outstanding and payment details on my new card as promised by them. I got a call from collection department saying that you have an outstanding in your coral credit card and you need to make the payment. I told them whole history. But they were not ready to listen. Lean has been marked to my savings account after that also i informed them full story and asked them to transferred the old card details to new one as per the communication. And i have already 5000 rs in access in limits on new card.

                  But without listening and informing to me they deducted my 13514 rs from my icici bank account. Its really disappointing for me as they deducted my account from back end.

                  Customer care were agreed that whatever was happened was wrong but they could not helped me out. They informed to go to collection department but as i do job could not go in office timings.

                  I want my money back and transferred all the outstanding to new card so that i can make the payment accordingly and whatever charges is levied on my coral card are incorrect and requesting refund for the same.

                    Hi team, i have been charged on icici fast tag on 27th of dec 2019 in nashik toll plaza.
                    The amount is 110/-. The amount was deducted from fast tag wallet and i was asked to paid in cash also. I received the cash receipt as well.
                    I raised the complaint on icici portal for the same and after more than a month, they started blaming nhai. I have shared the cash receipt and the details on online amount deducted from fast tag wallet. Icici team is not at all supportive and helpful.

                      Dear icici bank team,

                      My icici saving account has been debited charges naming surcharge (Mcc 5541) for fuel purchase. It started deducting from 14th jan. I as using same card on same petrol pump since last 2 years. I never received any surcharge on it till 14th. How come it suddenly get started deducting? I spoke with customer care office is said that government has stopped levying the surcharge on petrol bunks since mid of jan. I am not convinced, i do not see any such order/posts on internet.

                      Government is promoting cashless transaction and i have been charged on my own money. Does that mean it's wise to take out money from atm and pay in petrol pump? Request you to check and revert below transactions.

                              Even after of many follow up with icici fastag customer care. There is no response on wrong deduction of amount in my fastag account. This is totally irresponsible behaviour. I have been waiting resolution of the complaint already raised with icici customer care. Still they are not refunding my amount. Kindly advise for how long it will be taking it to refund my amount or should i stop following up. Due to the harassment i am afraid o[censored]sing fastag any more in future.

                                My name is amber dixit and i am an account holder in icici bank since long. But now i am writing this complaint with full of dissatisfaction in heart that icici team is just cheating with customers... I have applied a fast tag on 17th of january 2020 via imobile app and i have been deducted by 500 at the same time. But today is 6th feb and there is no update/clue for my fast tag.. Customer care number is so pathetic as always there is a long queue of waiting and when call gets through the team sitting out there is only one foolish reply that there system is in under updation... How can a system get updated for long 20 days... It is really a pathetic customer service...
                                Fast tag id which has been provided by bank to me is 12217749 and my registered mobile number is [protected]... I need my fast tag to be deliver at my address now well in two days else i will go to consumer court and also switch all of my accounts from your bank.

                                    I have applied for icici fastag in the month of november, 2019. They provided me with fastag account number 22020516 and customer id : 11586693.
                                    However fastag has not been issued to me though the fastag account is active. When i logged in to online account status said "serial number not provided". You took my money and did not provide me with fastag yet. I request you to release and provide my fastag as early as you could to my address...

                                    Hi,
                                    My company opened a salary account for me with icici. I received one atm card without the name as part of welcome package. Later i received one more atm card via post. I have 2 cards linked to the account, but not able to generate pin for the latest atm card. Visited bank, made multiple calls to customer care, used internet banking, mobile app and nothing works.
                                    The fun part is everyone try to make me do the same process again and again for a week and no output.
                                    I have not come across such a buggy process with any other bank. If this cannot be resolved, please let me know. I will force my company to shift my salary account to old bank.
                                    If you folks cannot figure out, please cancel all the cards and provide me with an active card for which i can generate a pin.

                                      Hi,

                                      Myself suresh kumar esaki muthu, i have a opted for a home loan from icici bank. I was entitle for bounce charges of 590/- due to insufficient funds in jan 2020.

                                      1. On every 5th emi amount against my home loan is ₹ 16197/- for the month of jan 20.

                                      2. On 8th jan 2020, an amount of ₹59/- was deducted with the narration bounce charges (As per my bank statement - attaching for your reference)

                                      3. As per your soa received from home loan department, bounce charges is ₹ 590/- and payable emi is ₹ 16, 192.98.

                                      4. Total payable amount with bounce charges ₹ 16782.98/- (₹ 16, 192.98+₹590)

                                      5. On 9th jan 2020, an amount of ₹16, 239.10/- was debited from my account so balance payable is ₹ 534.88/-

                                      6. I had balance fund payable to my builder against the demand raised wherein this difference amount of ₹ 543.88/- has been adjusted in the cheque released on 23rd jan 2020 amounting to 332, 468/- wherein the builder was paid ₹ 3, 31, 924.12/-

                                      7. Post repeated follow-up with branch manager, i did not received any stern reply about the additional charges of ₹ 59/- that has been charged which is present in my bank statement but not present in soa.

                                      If the charges are entitled against bounce charges, it should be a part of soa however it is missing in the entry list.

                                      I have followed up multiple times explaining the scenario but always i end is just one reply "please refer to the calculation mentioned in soa".
