On 28th of january icici bank has deducted charges of rs 826 from my bank account due to some demat charges, whereas i was never notified if i had a demat account, further without any notification of creating a demat account the bank has debited charges in name of demat
This kind of fraudulent issue i am facing the second time, i am really disappointed with icici bank due to issues which create botheration.

    I have received a fund transfer from us to india for a remote service provided.
    The funds once received in india was kept on hold for 2 days in spite of sending the proof and purpose of transfers. I complained more than 4 times and they simply say, we will get back and even the supervisor and manager could give me an eta. (Sr[protected]
    I guess they are just playing with dollar rate with my money.

    I still haven't received my funds.

    I strongly recommend not to use icici for any of your nri transaction needs.

      Hi forum, this is Deepika Bali and I have a complaint regarding unnecessary ECS charges deducted by ICICI, despite not having any credit card or outstanding loan from bank, I really have no idea why they have deducted Rs. 413 every month. This month they deducted it twice on 29th which was today and bloody my balance turned almost zero. I'm unable to find a solution please help me. I really need the money and these rascals do not even offer a reversal

        Got deducted rs. 825.99 as a total from account against transaction [in[protected]] dp chgs till nov-19.
        I'm glad i didn't keep more than that amount in bank. Else would have lost all.

        But it was clearly told that no amc and i didn't activate demat at all.
        I need my money back. I'm asking very patiently.

          I am writing for reversing the dp charges which you all have charged
          How can u deduct dp charges? How can you open demat account without informing the customer?

          I had no idea of demat account and how to use them, how you guys open the account? And now you are charging 826 rs.. For just shake of your benefits you guys are opening demat account. Even i dont have have a single details related to demat account.

          Close the demat account as soon as possible and reverse the unnecessary charges.

            Myself sagar, i have been with icici bank since 2016. Each year 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/in dp chgs till dec 2019 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far....

            I am using credit card from past 2.5 years. But this time i couldn't paid the whole bill due to insufficient balance. Bank has deducted some amount in form of "overlimit fee" already. Along with it auto debit fee is also get deducted. While i did not opted for this service. I pay my bill by my own - manually.

            How can bank apply any such service without asking to the customer?

              On dated[protected] my fastag id no. 10705651. Trip no.[protected]. I had not use my fastag and my vehicle but toll plaza jaipur had wrong deduction of rs. 295/- on dated 27/09/2019. After several complaint done by me but about three months suffer wrong deducted amt. Rs. 295/- had not refunded. Please take action against authority as early as possible

When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction '*' dp chgs till may-19' — inr 550.62'. '*' dp chgs till dec-19' -826 and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected].                   I saw that my credit score got decreased 52points on dec 2019. And i saw that account summary (#xx4003) due to one missed payment.
                  Let me explain me the current issue: i have not received icici credit card from the bank (Since sep 2019 to till date). With out dispatching/delivering credit card to the customer, how bill got generated?
                  Who did this transaction?
                  I am requesting to enquirer the issue with bank now a days all most all banks doing cheating to the customers i tried many times customer care they have not responded even i do not know exact card number and ccv details with to check with the bank.
                  When i personally visited icici bank (Pragathi nagar branch, hyderbad) they said for credit card we don't have help desk in bank, we have only option to get mobile/online support... I am unable reach-out the icici bank customer care... Over the phone. I have all sms evidences with statement details.
                  Please look on this issue and help me from this cheating... Please help please help... Try to understand my issue help me on this and take necessary action on icici bank for reporting fraud statements or transactions...
                  With activating credit card by the customer how statement got generated with rs:5209.41?

                  Please help me on this.

                  Please resolved my issues.."Unclaimed Credit card, generated statement without customer approval... for undelivered credit card"... Actually my credit card ends with xx4003 But why you guys referred wrong card number in CIBIL report (screenshot attached). Why you guys misguide CIBIL dept as well... And why ICICI Bank Customer Care gave wrong mail id ("[protected]@icicibank.com") how can we reply on this... please help us to resolve the issue.

                    I have seen my statement today and come to see 588.82 rupees debited from my account by ICICI without any prior notice and i'm holding this account and debit card since 2016 and this is for the first time got this much amount got deducted by bank. I need explanation on this deduction and want my money back.

                    How could bank levy if at all any higher fee without any intimation to the customer. Is 588.82 seems normal amount for...

                        Whay mcc surcharge deducted from my account no.[protected], on transactions date 801.2020, 12.012020 and 15.01.2020 by atm debit card txns mcc5541, mcc4112 etc. While government is promoting use of debit card, such surcharges are unaccepatable, its better to keep cash.
                        Please revert transcations, it would increase disbelief on banks, i hace a 35 years long relationshiop with this bank and a previleged customer

                          Hi, i have taken fastag from icici bank using from last 2 months. When i parked my car in hyderabad airport on 30/12/2019 around 6am and taken back my vehicle on 31/12/2019 at around 6.40 pm. Actual charge for that parking will be rs. 500 (Rs. 300 for the first 24 hrs and rs 200 for every next 24 hrs) but i had been charged rs. 1200 and my account blacklisted due to minus balance.
                          Main reason for introducing fastag is to save the time but icici have taken 40 mins just to connect to their customer care and i have been waiting on call till then by listening to ivr. After 40 mins, some executive have attended the call and telling me that customers have to wait that much time to get connected. How pity to give a response like that. He told me that it will take 7-8 working days to refund and its almost 1 month i didnt got anything and he disconnected in the middle. Now my main question is whether i have to travel or not because my fastag was blocked and i have to go by cash lane only after paying the convinience fees and maintaining the balance in my fastag account. This is the worst service. Its been a waste of money, waste of time. My feeling is the motto of introducing fastag is not fulfilled because of these private vendors. Please do the needful at the earliest possible. Thank you,

                            Sir I am having my account in ICICI BANK ANANTNAG. I am using its credit card but in could not pay bill of credit card due to untoward circumstances in Kashmir. It was curfew for more than two months and the mobile phones were also shut fore More than two months including internet which is still off. I then after release of mobile phones called the customer care. They gave me service request number which is SR[protected]..they told me that they will refund me within two days but these two days are still a dream for me. They decieved me a lot with these fake promises..please verify and help me as this is my last hope. Thanks in advance sir

                              I have been to europe for my official meeting during june 2019, i landed at france charles de gaulle airport on 14-jun-19, after completing the immigration and near terminal 2e, when i was trying to get tickets for metro to get in to paris, someone pickpocket my handbag, which had my passport, official credit card (Citi commericial), personal credit card (Hdfc / sbi / icici), personal debit card (Icici / indian bank) and currencies in euro...

                              Icici bank deducted the amount of rs 1200 from my account without my permission and when i called them they said it is for any shaw academy subscription and the reality is that i never subscribed for this and now they said we raise the complaint by blocking your debit card and mail you the service request number but as of now no such servive request number recieved it's a fraud.

                              Rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal.                                 This are the changes in the name, so for any further transaction i request you to note this change my legal documents and bank accounts are on the name of sayali pradhumna bhosle i need this bank accounts name to be similar for smooth proceedings in future

                                Icici bank keep deducting 415 rs around very often as ECS charge. No customer care helps on this. Such a fraud bank..

                                Every month around 1000 rs getting deducted on this without any prior information..

                                  Applied for fastag on 03 dec 19 and i am not received the same. Item not delivered by courier and returned to bank. I called customer care so many times, they were assured that my problems will be solved shorted however, they were not registered complaint and deceived me. Later, on my pressure they registered a complaint and the number is cmp[protected] on 19 jan 20. However, they were not re-dispatched the fastag till date. My email - [protected]@gmail.com

                                  Earlier also I complainted the same in this forum, but they marked it as resolved and neither solved my issue.ICICI not even responding on twiter

                                  ICICI BANK began started cheating the customer do not get into trap... It is my personal advice... I have very bad experience... ICICI bank credit card.
